The research around performance measurement and management has focused mainly on the design, implementation and use of performance measurement systems. However, there is little evidence about the actual impacts of performance measurement on the different levels of business and operations of organisations, as well as the underlying factors that lead to a positive impact of performance measurement. The study thus focuses on this research gap, which can be considered both important and challenging to cover. The first objective of the study was to examine the impacts of performance measurement on different aspects of management, leadership and the quality of working life, after which the factors that facilitate and improve performance and performance measurement at the operative level of an organisation were examined. The second objective was to study how these factors operate in practice. The third objective focused on the construction of a framework for successful operative level performance measurement and the utilisation of the factors in the organisations. The research objectives have been studied through six research papers utilising empirical data from three separate studies, including two sets of interview data and one of quantitative data. The study applies mainly the hermeneutical research approach. As a contribution of the study, a framework for successful operative level performance measurement was formed by matching the findings of the current study and performance measurement theory. The study extents the prior research regarding the impacts of performance measurement and the factors that have a positive effect on operative level performance and performance measurement. The results indicate that under suitable circumstances, performance measurement has positive impacts on different aspects of management, leadership, and the quality of working life. The results reveal that for example the perception of the employees and the management of the impacts of performance measurement on leadership style differ considerably. Furthermore, the fragmented literature has been reorganised into six factors that facilitate and improve the performance of the operations and employees, and the use of performance measurement at the operative level of an organisation. Regarding the managerial implications of the study, managers who operate around performance measurement can utilise the framework for example by putting the different phases of the framework into practice.

Desde la epistemología constructivista se considera la cognición como la actividad básica del vivir: interpretar la experiencia, otorgar significado al flujo de los acontecimientos. Por tanto, no se la ve como una actividad intelectual, racional o mental sino holística porque implica al sujeto en su totalidad; aunque se pueda manifestar en forma de pensamientos, emociones, imágenes, etc. Las distintas terapias cognitivas de inspiración constructivista comparten la visión de la persona como un agente que construye de forma proactiva los acontecimientos, incorporando los significados generados en un sistema cuyo núcleo es el sentido de identidad. Los esfuerzos para promover el cambio pueden provocar resistencias a menos que se armonicen con la necesidad esencial de la persona de proteger su sentido de identidad, continuidad y, en consecuencia, su unicidad.

The notion that human beings face internal conflicts is very old in the field of psychotherapy. Also, it is common the idea that symptoms could be derived from those conflicts. However, attempts for developing ways of appraising those conflicts so that they can be measured and tested empirically are almost inexistent. Precisely, the Multi- Centre Dilemma Project is aimed at investigating the role of those conflicts, termed implicative dilemmas or dilemmatic constructs, in health using the Repertory Grid Technique as a method to identify them. So far, a higher presence of those conflicts has been found in a variety of clinical problems (depression, social phobia, somatic problems, etc.) in comparison to non-clinical samples. Therefore, it seems convenient to develop a form of intervention aimed to dealing and resolving these conflicts. In this paper a therapy manual focused on implicative dilemmas resolution is presented. It consists of a structured intervention for 15 sessions, designed mainly for research and training in psychotherapy, and based on Personal Construct Psychotherapy.

The goal of this thesis was to research what TransPromo is, why companies want to implement TransPromo communication, and what the elements of effective Transpromo communication are. Furthermore, the goal was to develop a TransPromo communication strategy and a normative model for TeliaSonera Finland, which depicts the elements of effective TransPromo communication when the electronic bill is a medium. Abductive reasoning was utilized in this thesis, which means that empirical and theoretical worlds are alternating in researcher’s reasoning process. This thesis didn’t rely on any specific theory nor did it utilize any previous theoretical model. However, certain theoretical connections existed so this thesis cannot be considered purely inductive. The empirical part of this thesis was conducted by examining secondary industry data and by conducting specialist interviews at TeliaSonera Finland and Strålfors. Grounded Theory approach was utilized in the analysis of the interview data and content analysis was used in the analysis of secondary industry data. This thesis increases knowledge in the area of TransPromo communication, and provides one definition of TransPromo communication. As a result of this thesis, a TransPromo communication strategy and a normative model for TeliaSonera Finland was built. The model depicts the elements of the effective TransPromo communication when the e-bill is a medium. The TranPromo communication objective is to utilize transaction documents, such as bills, in order to deliver targeted and personalized marketing messages to current customers. The aim is to strengthen the customer relationship, and to enforce up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and cost savings.

Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on osallistua portfolioyrittäjyydestä käytävään akateemiseen keskusteluun. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on kuvata portfolioyrittäjyyttä ja ymmärtää synergiaetujen arvo kyseisessä kontekstissa. Synergiaetujen syntymistä ja olemassaoloa tarkastellaan resurssiperusteisen näkemyksen kautta. Tavoitteena on selvittää mitä portfolioyrittäjyys pohjimmiltaan on, minkälaisia synergiaetuja portfolioyrittäjyydessä esiintyy, ja millaisia lisäarvoja synergiaedut portfolioyrittäjyyden kentässä tarjoavat. Tutkimus on luonteeltaan laadullinen ja tutkimusmetodina sovelletaan teemahaastattelua. Haastatteluaineisto on kerätty pitkäkestoisilla haastatteluilla kolmen menestyneen portfolioyrittäjän kanssa. Haastateltavat ovat toimineet yrittäjyyden kentällä useita vuosia ja vakiinnuttaneet paikkansa portfolioyrittäjinä. Tutkimuksen perusteella voidaan todeta, että portfolioyrittäjyys on varteenotettava yrittäjyyden muoto, johon sisältyy resurssien siirrettävyyteen perustuvia synergiaetuja. Näiden synergiaetujen rooli on portfolioyrittäjän menestymisen kannalta merkittävä.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nature of co-operation between a project owner and an outside engineering consultant in combined heat and power plant implementation projects. Moreover, as another focal subject of the study was to familiarize the purchasing behavior of the energy producer and how an outside engineering consultant participated into different stages of the purchasing process. The study was carried out as a multiple case study including altogether six Finnish power plant implementation projects that had been taken into commercial use during 1995 – 2015. By adjusting the findings of empirical interview data and comparing those to the theoretical framework concerning, among others, Finnish energy production, engineering consulting businesses, delivery methods of construction project and finally the purchasing process, it can be concluded that especially in the power plant implementation projects in the past have a great influence to decisions made during the project. The role of the main engineering consultant is to act as an assistant, who helps to achieve the project goals successfully rather than an advisor who only knows how the project should be conducted. At least in these five project cases this was the case, meaning that the final decision power always remaining with project owner.

Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää keskitetyn toimintamallin vaikutuksia työntekijöiden ammatillisen osaamisen ylläpidossa ja kehittämisessä. Tutkimuksen teoriaosassa käsitellään ammatillisen osaamisen johtamista ilmiönä, esitellään erilaisia näkökulmia ja oppisuuntia sekä tarkastellaan henkilöstövoimavarojen johtamista hajautetussa ja keskitetyssä organisaatiossa. Tutkimuksen empiirisen osan muodostavat UPM-Kymmene Oyj:n esimiesten ja työntekijöiden haastattelut. Haastatteluaineisto kerättiin ja analysoitiin kvalitatiivisella tutkimusmenetelmällä. Tutkimustulokset osoittavat, että keskitettyyn toimintamalliin siirtymisen myötä linjaesimiesten vastuu työntekijöiden ammatillisen osaamisen ylläpidossa on lisääntynyt, samalla kun työntekijöiden odotetaan ottavan laajempaa vastuuta oman osaamisensa ylläpidossa. Tutkimuksessa nousi esiin myös selkeiden roolien merkitys osaamisen kehittämisessä.

The resources of the step family and the children’s well-being The present study investigates children's well-being in stepfamilies and fac¬tors, both external and internal, that are related to the children's well-being. Of the external factors, the study focuses on factors related to the structure of the stepfamily, parents' education, socio-economic status and factors related to work, livelihood and living conditions. The internal resources include the general functioning of the family, parenthood and parenting, family support networks and issues that the stepfamilies themselves consider important. Another important resource in a stepfamily is a functioning network of human relationships, which in the present study is approached from the maternal viewpoint. Changing family relations are considered a potential threat to the children's well-being. Therefore, in addition to looking into the stepfamily's resources, the other important goal of the study is to explore other factors potentially related to the well-being of children living in stepfamilies. In view of the stepfamily's resources, it is important to explore how the functioning of the relationships network is linked with the child's well-being. The study employs survey and interview data. The survey data (n=2236) are part of national survey data on the well-being of families and children and factors impacting them which were gathered as part of ”Origins of Exclusion in Early Childhood”, a research project carried out in 2002. The data consists of 667 stepfamilies. The interview data consists of interviews with 24 parents in stepfamilies. In the study, the analyses of survey and interview data are combined. Both descriptive statistical analyses and multivariate methods are employed. Content analysis is employed in the analysis of the interview data. The results indicate that the stepfamilies’ resources in general but their external resources in particular differed from those of the nuclear and single-parent families. The level of education and the socio-economic status of the stepfamily parents were somewhat lower than those of the nuclear family parents. The differences in relation to single-parent families were primarily related to the better economic status of the stepfamilies. The analysis of internal resources showed relatively minor differences: the stepfamilies assessed themselves a somewhat better general functioning of the family than did the nuclear families. Parenting issues caused more disagreement in stepfamilies than in nuclear families. The analysis of the functioning of the human relations in stepfamilies showed that the stepfamily mothers experienced the external relationships of the family (e.g., between the child and the absent father) as significantly more problematic than the relationships within the stepfamily. Living in a stepfamily thus challenges the functioning of the relationship between the child and the absent father. As a result of the analysis of the relationships networks in the stepfamilies, three groups were formed. One group had the nuclear family as an ideal goal, another valued an extended family composed of a variety of relationships, and the third one appreciated a strong intimate relationship between the parents. In the present study, the most common group was the multi-relationship, extended type of stepfamily. In conclusion, living in a stepfamily does not seem to pose a risk to the child’s well-being, but it may influence the family’s resources and thus have an indirect effect on the child’s well-being. In view of the resources of the stepfamily, the child’s well-being was best supported by a functioning network of human relationships in the stepfamily: there was a distinct connection with the children’s problems and the non-functioning of the relationships network. According to the mothers, the internal relationships in the stepfamily seemed to be more important than the external relationships of the family. A child’s functioning relationship with the absent father can be viewed as a positive resource, supporting the child’s well-being in the stepfamily.

Tutkimus on tehty Tekesin DTP-ohjelman Sinfonet-tutkimusprojektin puitteissa aikavälillä 2009-2011. Työssä on laadittu kokonaisvaltainen tuote- ja elinkaaritiedon hallinnan (eng. Product Lifecycle Management, PLM) tiekartta ja kehityssuunnitelma pienelle engineering-yritykselle. Työ käsittelee asiakkaan erikoisvaatimusten mukaan räätälöitävän tuotteen tuote- ja elinkaaritiedon hallinnan systematisointia pk-yrityksessä. Vaikka PLM-tiekartta on laadittu yksittäiselle yritykselle, sitä voidaan tietyin edellytyksin soveltaa myös toisten pk-yritysten tai engineeringyritysten PLM:n kehittämiseen. Teoriassa tarkastellaan ensinnäkin kohdeyritykseen liittyviä erityispiirteitä, pyritään ymmärtämään engineering–yrityksen ja pk-yrityksen erikoispiirteitä sekä niiden vaikutusta PLM:n kehittämiseen. Toiseksi esitellään PLM:n viittä keskeistä osaaluetta, yksi- ja viisiulotteisten PLM-kypsyysmallien käyttöä yrityksen nykytilan arvioimiseksi sekä rakennetaan engineering-yrityksen kokonaisvaltainen PLM-malli ja kahdeksan askeleen PLM-kehityspolku. PLM-malli jäsentää tiedonhallintaa prosessien kautta ja se koostuu viidestä osaalueesta: strategia identifioi asiakastarpeet sekä määrittelee kuinka tuotteiden ja prosessien avulla asiakastarpeet tyydytetään; prosessit ovat yrityksen toiminnan ydin, joissa tuotemallit ja tuote- ja tietorakenteet kehitetään sekä tuoteyksilöt toimitetaan asiakkaalle; rakenteet pohjautuvat strategiassa valittuun tuote- ja tiedonhallinnan strategiaan ja niiden tehtävänä on tukea ja tehostaa toimintaprosesseja; kulttuuri ja ihmiset muodostavat aineettoman pääoman, jonka vaikutuksesta prosessit toimivat ja tuotteet pystytään toimittamaan asiakkaalle; informaatioteknologia on työkalu, jota käytetään prosesseissa ja tietorakenteiden ylläpidossa, pääosin dokumentoidun tiedon luomiseen, hankitaan, varastoimiseen, jakamiseen ja soveltamiseen. Tapaustutkimuksessa kuvataan kohdeyrityksen nykytilaa PLM:n viidellä keskeisellä osa-alueella, tehdään PLM kypsyysarvio kahdella menetelmällä, määritellään yrityksen tavoitetila ja laaditaan yritykselle ensin alustava PLM roadmap ja lopulta kokonaisvaltaiseen PLM-malliin perustuva PLM roadmap ja PLM:n jatkokehityssuunnitelma.

ABSTRACTObjective:to evaluate the incidence of unfavorable outcomes in vascular trauma patients and their possible correlation to the distance between the city where the injury was sustained and the hospital where the patient received definitive treatment.Methods:descriptive and retrospective study. Data were collected from medical records of patients submitted to surgical procedures for arterial or venous injuries from February 2011 to February 2013 at the only trauma center providing vascular surgery in a vast area of the Amazon region. Trauma date, patient gender and age, mechanism and anatomic topography of injury, surgical management, need for surgical re-intervention, hospitalization period, postoperative complications, mortality and limb amputation rates were analyzed. The incidence of unfavorable outcomes was assessed according to the distance between the city where the vascular injury was sustained and the trauma center.Results: One hundred seventy-three patients with 255 vascular injuries were analyzed; 95.95% were male (p<0.05), mean age of 28.92 years; 47.4% were caused by firearm projectiles (p<0.05); topographic distribution: 45.66% lower limbs (p<0.05), 37.57% upper limbs, 6.94% abdominal, 5.2% thoracic and 4.62% were cervical vascular injuries; 51.42% of patients required hospitalization for seven days or less (p<0.05); limb amputation was necessary in 15.6% and the overall mortality was 6.36%.Conclusion:distances greater than 200Km were associated to longer hospitalization period; distances greater than 300Km were associated to increased limb amputation probability; severe vascular trauma have an increased death probability when patients need to travel more than 200Km for surgical treatment.

Extant research on consumer co-operation has acknowledged that the corporate purpose of consumer co-operatives deviates significantly from the purpose of investor-owned firms (IOFs – the dominant form in market economies and in theory development in the field of business economics) and also suggested that the management of consumer co-operatives differs from the management of IOFs. Despite this, there is a scarcity of research focusing on the management of consumer co-operatives in general and the ways this different purpose manifests in their management in particular. In other words, research on consumer cooperatives has only started to discover the importance of identifying the premises of these organizations and generating management and organization theories that take them into account. The overall objective of this study is to map out some of the implications that the purpose of consumer co-operation has for the management and governance of consumer co-operatives. To put it more precisely, by combining interview data gathered from Finnish consumer cooperatives (S Group, OP Bank Group and POP Bank) and extant literature, this study aims to generate or elaborate on definitions and outlines of the features that co-operative purpose poses for the strategic management, governance and managerial competence needed for consumer co-operatives. The study consists of two parts. The first part introduces the research topic, methods and publications, as well as discusses the overall outcomes. The second part consists of four publications that address the research questions from different viewpoints. The analyses of this study indicate that due to the purpose of consumer co-operation, the roles of locality and regionality become emphasized in their management. While locality and regionality are potential sources of competitive advantage for consumer co-operatives, geographic boundness sets significant boundary conditions for the strategic management of these organizations. Further, the purpose of consumer co-operation may pose several challenges to governance and set specific competence demands for the managers of these organizations. Associating the observations from various streams of research on management and governance with the purpose of consumer co-operation and examining these issues further, the thesis contributes to elaboration of theory in the field. While the thesis is by no means comprehensive (but instead reflects a co-operative research project in its early stages), it does shed light on some key ideas of management and governance and offers leads to theory and, thereby, will prove useful to elaborators, disseminators and appliers of knowledge on co-operation.

Tiede innovaatioiden synnyttäjänä on nykyisin ennemminkin oletus kuin totuus, ja monet innovaatiot syntyvät käytäntölähtöisten toimintojen kautta. Diplomityön päätavoitteena on määrittää käytäntölähtöinen innovaatiotoiminta. Tutkimus on toteutettu laadullisena case-tutkimuksena. Tutkimuksessa on haastateltu seitsemää pelinkehitysyritystä liittyen yritysten innovaatioprosesseihin ja käytäntölähtöiseen innovaatiotoimintaan. Lisäksi tutkimuksessa on haastateltu neljää voittoa tavoittelemattoman organisaation edustajaa Kymenlaakson innovaatiojärjestelmän nykytilasta. Teoriaosassa käydään läpi käytäntölähtöisen innovaation nykyisiä määritelmiä ja niihin liittyviä käsitteitä. Empiriaosassa esitetään haastatteluilla kerätyn aineiston analyysin perusteella tehdyt johtopäätökset. Teoria- ja empiriaosien avulla määritetään käytäntölähtöinen innovaatiotoiminta. Johtopäätöksissä määritetään käytäntölähtöisten innovaatioiden syntymekanismit ja lähteet. Lisäksi esitetään alueellisen innovaatiojärjestelmän asema käytäntölähtöisten innovaatioiden edistämisessä.

Aikakauslehtialalla on vallalla ollut jo useamman vuoden ajan median digitaalinen murros, jonka vuoksi lehtitalot ovat joutuneet muuttamaan käytössä olleita toimintatapojaan ja kehittämään uusiin jakelukanaviin sisältöä pysyäkseen kovassa kilpailussa mukana. Tässä pro gradussa esitetään innovatiivisen konstruktiivisen mallin ja perinteisemmän liiketoimintasuunnitelmaa korostavan suunnittelumallin yhtäläisyyksiä ja eroavuuksia. Tutkielman empiirisessä osassa vertaillaan mallien käytettävyyttä aikakauslehtialalla keskittymällä malleille ominaisiin neljään eri dimensioon ja dimensioista muodostettuihin teemoihin aikakauslehtialalle sovellettuina. Tutkielmassa esitellään mallien toimintalogiikoita sekä prosessikaaviot, jotka kuvaavat uuden idean kehitysprosessia yrityksessä. Tutkimusote on kvalitatiivinen ja haastatteluaineisto on toteutettu puolistrukturoidulla haastattelumenetelmällä. Tuloksien avulla voidaan todeta, että aikakauslehtialalla tapahtuva murros on jo muuttanut toimittajien arkipäiväistä työnkuvaa. Toimittajien oman ammattitaidon ja osaamisen jatkuva kehittäminen sekä uusiin jakelukanaviin tutustuminen ja sinne sisällön tuottaminen ovat haasteita, johon he joutuvat sopeutumaan jatkossa. Ammattitaidon ylläpitoa sekä oikeanlaisen asiakastutkimuksen hyödyntämistä voidaankin pitää malleja yhdistävinä tekijöinä. Malleja erottavia tekijöitä ovat vuorostaan innovatiivisten ideoiden läpivienti sekä riskinottokyky.

This study focuses on the relationship between organizational network competence and the internationalization process of small- and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Over recent decades, the global business environment has become increasingly conducive to internationalization of small firms. A central facilitating factor in the process has been the emergence of networked business relationships between internationalizing firms. Research on SME internationalization has found that certain types of structures and dynamics of business networks allow SMEs access to the resources they need to enter foreign markets. This consequently means that their internationalization often becomes to depend on the networks they are embedded in. However, research so far has mostly ignored the possibility that the organizational ability to develop and manage business network relationships, network competence, may be a major underlying factor in determining how well SMEs can leverage their network relationships to enter foreign markets and consequently may determine in large part how successful their internationalization process turns out to be. This study aims to respond to those gaps, by empirically examining how the development of network competence in internationalizing SMEs influences the internationalization outcomes that they can expect, and how such network competence is conceptualized and developed. Using a mixed methods approach, survey data collected from 298 Finnish SMEs across five industry sectors is first used to examine how levels of network competence are related to internationalization propensity of SMEs and their subsequent international performance, growth and profitability as internationally operating firms. In order to illustrate in more detail the ways in which network competence is conceptualized and how it develops during the internationalization process of an SME, qualitative data from internationally operating Finnish SMEs are used. Longitudinal interview data of an internationalizing Finnish SME is accompanied by data gathered through a series of semistructured interviews of Finnish and Russian managers involved in mutual business relationship dyads. Structurally, this thesis examines the research issue as an article-based dissertation, consisting of five journal and conference publications. Three of these publications are based on the quantitative data, and the remaining two apply the qualitative interview data. The results find several aspects where network competence has a positive influence on the success of internationalizing SMEs, how it develops and what it entails conceptually in this context. Quantitatively, the level of network competence is found to have a positive relationship to various internationalization outcomes, including the propensity of SMEs to enter foreign markets and on their subsequent international performance, their growth and their profitability. Additionally, the positive relationship is divided between the relationship-specific and cross-relational dimension of network competence, in that the influence of the former is relevant for the propensity to internationalize, while the latter is for the growth and profitability of the already internationalized SMEs. Qualitatively, the results suggest, firstly, that the development process of network competence does not necessarily precede the start of the internationalization process, but may occur through a gradual learning process alongside it. And secondly, the results also imply that the conceptualization of network competence by Finnish managers of internationally operating Finnish SMEs is structurally distinct from that of their culturally distinct partner managers in Russia. This study contributes to the literature on SME internationalization in several ways. Firstly, it introduces operationalized organizational competencies to the literature on internationalization of SMEs, which has so far mainly examined the influence of business networking on the internationalization process without having such an organizational viewpoint. Furthermore, this study provides a multi-level analysis of the determinants of successful SME internationalization, by examining various strategic and performance outcomes across the process. These results also contribute to the literature on organizational strategy of internationalizing SMEs, by clarifying how different dimensions of business networking may be optimal in different phases of the internationalization process. Conceptually, the results of this study contribute to the literature on competence development and SME internationalization, by illustrating how the development process of network competence may occur during internationalization process. Thus, they also contribute to the discussion on how SMEs are able to influence the dynamics and structures of their business networks over time. Finally, this study contributes to the literature on the role of culture in the internationalization process, by implying that the cultural background of the manager of the SME may determine whether business networking and network competence is seen as an organizational-level or an individual level capability. The study also includes some additional contributions to the literature on dynamic capabilities in strategic management, and on that of strategic business networks. These include further clarifying the exact nature and tangibility of dynamic capabilities, and being one of the first studies to introduce constructs from both dynamic capabilities and business network literature to the field of international entrepreneurship. And finally, the study also has some contribution on the two streams of literature, in illustrating how both dyadic and network-level capabilities may be relevant, depending on the current strategic goals and market position of the firm. Tässä pro gradu – tutkielmassa tutkin kuvataiteen ja kuvataiteellisten menetelmien käyttöä organisaatioissa psykologisen omistajuuden tarpeiden ilmentäjänä. Tarkoituksenani on kuroa umpeen aukkoa tutkimuksen ja käytännön välillä mitä tulee kuvataiteen käyttöön organisaatioissa. Tavoitteena on selvittää, mitä lisäarvoa kuvataiteen käyttö tuo organisaatioille ja miten se ilmentää psykologista omistajuutta. Tutkimus on laadullista ja aineistona ovat strukturoimattomat haastattelut, jotka on analysoitu diskurssinanalyysillä. Haastatteluaineisosta löysin eritasoisia diskursseja. Päädiskurssi näkymättömästä näkyväksi ilmentää psykologiseen omistajuuteen motivoivista tarpeista stimuluksen tarvetta, tilan diskurssi ilmentää kodin tarvetta ja identiteetin diskurssi ilmentää identiteetin tarvetta. Tilan ja identiteetin diskurssit menevät osittain päällekkäin. Kuvataideteokset ilmentävät psykologisen omistajuuden motivaatiotarpeista erityisesti stimulusta. Ne toimivat stimuluksena tuomalla psykologista läheisyyttä organisaatioihin. Kuvataiteen käytöllä organisaatioissa saadaan näkymättömästä näkyväksi psykologiseen omistajuuteen motivoivia tarpeita. Kuvataideteokset tuovat psykologista läheisyyttä ja stimuloivat näihin liittyviä merkityksellisiä asioita. Kuvataide on esteettinen käytännön työkalu organisaatiokäyttäytymisen kehittämiseksi, tunnejohtamiseen fuusioissa ja henkilöstön sitouttamisee
