In this article, the MCs(+)-SIMS technique has been used to characterize Ti/Al2O3 metal/insulator interfaces. Our experiment shows that by detecting MCs(+) secondary ions, the matrix and interface effects are reduced, and good depth profiles have been obtained. The experimental result also shows that with the increase of the annealing temperature (RT, 300 degrees C, 600 degrees C, 850 degrees C), the interface gets broadened gradually, indicating diffusion and reaction take place at the interface, and the interface reaction is enhanced with the increase in annealing temperature. When the temperature increases, the AlCs+ signal forms two plateaus in the Ti layer, indicating Al from the decomposition of Al2O3 diffuses into the Ti layer and exists as two new forms (phases). Also, with the increase of the annealing temperature, oxygen diffuses into the Ti layer gradually, and makes the O signal in the Ti layer increase significantly in the 850 degrees C annealed sample.

讨论了用MIQ-156四极SIMS仪器对Al_xGa_(1-x)As中Si进行定量分析的实验方法,考察了测量结果的重复性及x变化时Si RSF变化规律,在IMS-4f SIMS仪器上进行了对比测试,用Cs~+源对~(29)Si的原子检测限达到4×10~(15)cm~(-3).

介绍了用离子注入标样测定GaAs中氧的SIMS相对灵敏度因子的方法,并将实验数据进行离子计数-浓度,溅射时间-深度转换后求得的特征值(C_(max)、R_p、ΔR_p)等与理论计算值进行比较,二者符合较好,其中C_(max)的SIMS测量值同LSS理论计算值和Monte Carlo模拟计算值之间的平均偏差分别为9%和27%。最后,对几种GaAs基的材料和器件进行氧的定量分析,获得了有益的结果。

用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和二次离子质谱仪(SIMS)等表面分析方法对稀土-6063铝合金进行了研究,发现稀土铝合金的表面为金属铝和铝的氧化物两种形态。稀土及镁两者的协同作用,可以缓和铝合金的氧化程度。SIMS结果表明,加入适量稀土,可以抑制镁在稀土-6063铝合金的表面偏析作用。

许多天然物质和人为的外界生物化学因子对许多无脊椎动物附着变态有诱导作用,这为人工控制无脊椎动物幼虫的附着变态过程提供了重要手段,同时对于幼虫培养,特别是对于经济种类幼虫的培养和育苗,具有重要的意义。本文以青岛贻贝Mytilus edulis Linnaeus为研究对象,于1990年1991年分别就不同的海水离子条件、拟肾上腺素和抗肾上腺素、拟胆碱和抗胆碱类化合物以及促进生物新陈代谢类化合物对贻贝幼虫附着变态的诱导作用进行了研究,结果表明:升高K~+或Ca~++浓度以及降低Mg~++浓度均对贻贝幼虫有附着变态诱导作用。Mg~++浓度降低促进K~+的诱导作用。氨基酸类神经递质GABA和其同系物天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、苷氨酸、β-丙氨酸无明显附着变态诱导作用。短时间内,L-DOPA诱导水平(30%)贻贝幼虫不经过附着而直接变态,只作用于β-受体的拟肾上腺素、多巴胺和异丙肾上腺素诱导50%水平的幼虫变态。作用于α-受体的拟肾上腺素、间羟胺、麻黄碱、去氧肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素诱70-90%水平的幼虫变态。阻断β-受体的抗肾上腺素、噻吗心安和心得安无诱导作用。但阻断β-受体的抗肾上腺素、立其丁、酚苄明和妥拉苏林对幼虫附着变态有诱导作用。干扰肾上腺素能神经递质释放的化合物利血平无变态诱导作用,并有致死作用。拟胆碱类分合物苯海过、琥珀酰胆碱和阿托品对贻贝幼虫均有附着变态诱导作用。变态诱导率维持在30%水平。拟胆碱化合物加兰他敏有较高的变态诱导率(56.1% (10~(-3)M, 36h))。抗胆碱类化合物氯丙嗪无明显诱导作用。调节生物体代谢和机能类化合物甲状腺素、ATP、肌、VitB_6和氨茶碱对贻贝幼虫有显著的附着变诱导作用,变态诱导率分别为:甲状腺素84.6 (10~(-3)M, 36h);ATP 57.7% (10~(-3)M, 36h);肌苷74.0% (10~(-3)M, 36h); VitB_6 41.3% (10~(-5)M, 36h)和氨茶碱50.0% (10~(-4)M, 36h)。前列腺素无诱导作用,而氯化可的松有一定诱导作用。去甲肾上腺素和乙酰胆碱对幼虫变态的诱导作用被Na~+通道阻断剂普鲁卡因和利多卡因阻断。但ATP和氨茶碱的诱导作用不被其阻断。这表明去甲肾上腺素和乙酰胆碱对幼虫的附着变态的诱导作用是通过视经传递完成的。而神经传递并没有参与ATP和氨茶碱对幼虫变态的诱导过程。

用辉光放电质谱法和二次离子质谱仪测定了两种HfO2材料及它们相应的单层膜中的杂质含量,结果发现,无论是在体材料中还是在用电子束蒸发技术沉积的材料单层薄膜中,ZrO2都是这两种HfO2材料中最主要的杂质。而且,这两种HfO2材料中Zr含量的差别远远大于Ti、Fe含量的差别,这说明Zr含量的差别正是引起两种HfO2膜层光学性能差别的原因。用这两种不同纯度的HfO2材料与同一纯度的SiO2材料组合,沉积形成266nm的紫外反射镜,实验结果表明这两种反射镜的反射率分别在99.85% 和 99.15%左右。这个结果与依据单层膜得出的光学常数所设计的结果符合的很好。

Influence of ZrO2 in HfO2 on the reflectance of HfO2/SiO2 multilayer at 248 nm was investigated. Two kinds of HfO2 with different ZrO2 content were chosen as high refractive index material and the same kind of SiO2 as low refractive index material to prepare the mirrors by electron-beam evaporation. The impurities in two kinds of HfO2 starting coating materials and in their corresponding single layer thin films were determined through glow discharge mass spectrum (GDMS) technology and secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) equipment, respectively. It showed that between the two kinds of HfO2, either the bulk materials or their corresponding films, the difference of ZrO2 was much larger than that of the other impurities such as Ti and Fe. It is the Zr element that affects the property of thin films. Both in theoretical and in experimental, the mirror prepared with the HfO2 starting material containing more Zr content has a lower reflectance. Because the extinction coefficient of zirconia is relatively high in UV region, it can be treated as one kind of absorbing defects to influence the optical property of the mirrors. HfO2 is one of the most important high refractive index materials for depositing high power optical mirrors. In this research, HfO2 thin films were prepared by dual-ion beam reactive sputtering method, and the laser-induced damage thresholds (LIDT) of the sample were measured in 1-on-1 mode for laser with 1064 nm wavelength. The results indicate that the LIDT of the as-grown sample is only 3.96 J/cm(2), but it is increased to 8.98 J/cm(2) after annealing under temperature of 200 degrees C in atmosphere. By measuring the laser weak absorption and SIMS of the samples, we deduced that substoichiometer is the main reason for the low LIDT of the as-grown sample, and the experiment results were well explained with the theory of electronic-avalanche ionization. In Gonghu Bay of Lake Taihu, tissue of five mussel species showed delta C-13 values similar to or slightly below that of pelagic suspended particulate organic matter (SPOM). This indicated that mussels in this area either fed non-selectively and so reflected available carbon in the pelagic habitat or selected for phytoplankton. The situation was the same for Anodonta woodiana woodiana and Cristaria plicata in Meiliang Bay; however, for the remaining three species, Hyriopsis cumingii, Arconaia lanceolata, and Lamprotula rochechouarti, tissue had intermediate delta C-13 values, falling between those for pelagic SPOM and benthic sediment organic matter (SOM), suggesting a possible preferential selection of phytoplankton from the pelagic SPOM but more likely reflecting local differences in pelagic SPOM and benthic SOM composition and available organic carbon sources. The mixing model showed that pelagic SPOM accounted for over 98% of carbon incorporated by all mussels in Gonghu Bay and two mussels in Meiliang Bay, suggesting the dietary importance of pelagic food sources for mussels. Less than 50% of the assimilation in H. cumingii, A. lanceolata, and L. rochechouarti came from the pelagic carbon sources in Meiliang Bay, which suggested that these species consumed a mix of benthic and pelagic derived carbon sources.

Separation by implantation of oxygen and nitrogen (SIMON) silicon-on-insulator (SOI) materials were fabricated by sequential oxygen and nitrogen implantation with annealing after each implantation. Analyses of SIMS, XTEM and HRTEM were performed. The results show that superior buried insulating multi-layers were well formed and the possible mechanism is discussed. The remarkable total-dose irradiation tolerance of SIMON materials was confirmed by few shifts of drain leakage current-gate source voltage (I-V) curves of PMOS transistors fabricated on SIMON materials before and after irradiation.
