Ondorengo lerroetan eskolan ikasleen garapena sustatzeko orduan kontuan hartu diren alderdiak aztertuko dira. Alde batetik urteetan zehar inteligentzia kognitiboa garatzea garrantzitsuena denaren ikuspuntuaren azalpenak agertzen dira, baita hau neurtzeko sortu ziren lehenengo probak aipatu ere. Bestetik, ikaslearen garapen integrala sustatzeko bidean, inteligentzia anitzen agerpenarekin alderdi emozionala garatzeari eman zitzaion garrantzia azaltzen da. Ondoren, ikaslearen garapen emozionala sustatzeko bidean hezkuntza emozionalaren inguruko ideiek ikasleen garapen integralari egiten dioten ekarpena azalduko da. Azkenik, teorikoki jorratutako ideiak praktikara eramango dira eskolako errealitaterako sekuentzia didaktikoa sortuz, testuinguru konkretu bateko ikasleengan garapen integrala bermatuko duen alderdi emozionalaren lanketa dramatizazioaren bitartez emanez.

Lan honen helburua , Howard Gardner - rek proposatutako Adimen Anitzen Teoriaren inguruan hausnarketa eta ike rketa egitea izan da , baita hezkuntza eremuan ezartzearen aukera aztertzea ere. Proposamen honek, adimena bakarra eta orokorra denaren paradigma tradizionala apurtu zuen, adimena anitza dela azpimarratuz. Hortaz, teoria honen ezarpena eskoletan, aldaketa s akona suposatzen du. Izan ere, ikasteko dauden modu desberdinak errespetatuz, pertsona guztiei erantzun egokia ematea lortuko litzateke, modu honetan, eskola zein gizarte inklusiboa lortzeko ateak zabalduz.

EUSKERA: Lan honen helburua eskolan arteen bidezko sormena sustatzea izango da, ikuspegi interdiziplinar batean. Horretarako, ikasleen ezagutzaren bereganatzeaz gain horien espiritu kritikoa eta ekintzailea piztuko duen proiektu bat proposatuko da, haien sormena garatzea xede nagusitzat izango duena. Berebiziko garrantzia dauka hezkuntzan haien kabuz pentsatzeko pertsonak eratzeak, eta edukien gainetik nortasuna garatzera zuzendutako metodologiak diseinatzeak. Izan ere, horrela bakarrik lortuko dugu gizarte honek zein etorkizunekoek aurkezten dizkiguten eguneroko erronkei aurre egitea.

[eus] Azken hamarkadetan egon diren aldaketak direla eta, gaur egungo gizarteak, pertsona sortzaileak eskatzen ditu, beraz, oraingo erronkei erantzuten dien hezkuntza baten beharrean gaude. Honetarako, pertsonen interes eta trebetasunetatik abiatzen den hezkuntza behar dugu, sormenari eta adimen emozionalari lekua uzten dion hezkuntza, hain zuzen ere. Hau lortzeko, lehenik eta behin gure inguruko zentroen egoera aztertu eta beste motatako esparruetara jo da, hauen ezaugarriak, zailtasunak eta aukerak ezagutzeko asmoz. Aipatutako bi gaitasun hauek pertsonengan duten garrantzia ikusita eta zenbait lekutan nola lantzen dituzten aztertu ostean, emaitzak jasoko dira gure inguruko zentroetan, sormena eta adimen emozionala bultzatzen duen metodologia baten ezaugarriak eskeintzeko. Aipatuko diren, jarduera motak eta irakasleen papera Hezkuntza Sortzailea oinarritzat izango dute, pertsona guztien berezitasunak, interesak eta trebetasunak kontuan hartzen dituen hezkuntza izanik.

The students academic performance is a key aspect for all agents involved in a higher education quality program. However, there is no unanimity on how to measure it. Some professionals choose assessing only cognitive aspects while others lean towards assessing the acquisition of certain skills. The need to train increasingly adapted professionals in order to respond to the companies’ demands and being able to compete internationally in a global labour market requires a kind of training that goes beyond memorizing. Critical and logical thinking are amongst written language skills demanded in the field of Social Sciences. The objective of this study is to empirically demonstrate the impact of voluntary assignments on the academic performance of students. Our hypothesis is that students who complete high quality voluntary assignments are those more motivated and, therefore, those with higher grades. An experiment with students from the "Financial Accounting II" during the academic year of 2012/13 at the Business and Economics School of the UCM was carried out. A series of voluntary assessments involving the preparation of accounting essays were proposed in order to develop skills and competencies as a complement to the lessons included in the curriculum of the subject. At the end of the course, the carrying-out or not of the essay together with its critical, reflective quality and style, were compared. Our findings show a relationship between the voluntarily presented papers of quality and the final grade obtained throughout the course. These results show that the students intrinsic motivation is a key element in their academic performance. On the other hand, the teachers role focuses on being a motivating element through the learning process.

This article demonstrates a visual study on the educational space in which the teaching of body percussion is carried out in universities. The methodological framework is chosen by the Visual Arts Based Educational Research, using the work of an artist as a conceptual and methodological model. The research remains notable (1) due to the theoretical reference to the BAPNE method, (2) due to the visual reference to the work of Isidro Blasco – especially with the piece “Shanghai Planet 2009” - ;(3) due to the parallelisms established between the object of study in this investigation -the spatial analysis- and the focuses of interest revealed by the art critics in relation to the work of this artist. By means of a visual speech formed with 7 photo-collages the relationship between body and educational space is visualized in the basic disposition of circular learning. The visual constructions by way of photo-collage and their aesthetic charge brings us closer to the intimacy of the educational space, in the style in which it is distributed to the students in the music classroom, the materialization of interpersonal relationships, the occupied and empty volumes.

The present study was a phenomenological investigation of adolescent constructs of stress and academic achievement. The study utilised a modified version of George Kelly's Repertory Grid Technique to provide direct insight into adolescent stress and academic achievement. The premise of the study was that only students who exhibited extreme cases of stress and academic achievement levels would be examined. The investigation identified and examined the adolescents who exhibited these extremes and explored the underlying constructs that defined these differences. It was expected that if adolescents were able to identify the stressors in their lives, how these stressors affect their lives, and how these stressors affect their academic performance, then suggestions could be made to help students to better cope with stress and to improve their academic achievement level. Further, based on the results of the study, the pedagogical implications for classroom research are provided. Phenomenological inquiries, using modified, and less complex versions of the repertory grid, can be conducted pre-, mid-, and postacademic terms, to determine and to monitor the stressors and the academic performance of the students in a classroom. Specific assessments for individual students will help teachers to better exercise their knowledge and understanding of the realm of teaching and learning strategies (e.g., Gardiner's Multiple Intelligences) that exist.

This study explores 5 teachers' perspectives on inclusive education. The literature reviewed gives a historical background of special education as well as discusses a number of current methods and techniques that have been implemented as a means to include exceptional students in regular classroom settings. This is a qualitative study that collected and interpreted data in narrative form. Common themes emerged from the accounts that were shared by the participants. This study found that the understanding of mUltiple intelligences and differentiated instruction might assist a teacher to better meet the needs of exceptional students within inclusive classrooms. Based on this study, it is determined that a range of considerations needs to be weighed when choosing an educational placement for a student with an exceptionality. Each decision needs to be based on the individual student and the options open to himlher. When a decision about class placement is to be made, not only are the student's strengths and needs to be considered, but also the school and community, the teacher, and the parents' desire for their child must be taken into account. More work still needs to be done around inclusive education that is at the practical level, so that the needs of both the student and the teacher can be met. Inclusive education did not mean the same thing to each person. It was individualized, just as each student is an individual and what works best for himlher is individual. In learning about inclusive education, settings and strategies need to be considered to allow for each individual student to achieve hislher personal best.

Further evidence is presented to demonstrate the validity of a new measure of emotional intelligence: Reactions to Teaching Situations (RTS). Using criterion-related groups of high and low scorers on the RTS, it is shown that high scorers give more responses coded as emotional intelligence in their answers to sentence completion tasks relating to ten situations found in teaching. The questions of convergent and discriminant validity is tackled by examination of correlations of emotional intelligence scores and scores on the Multiple Intelligences Checklist for Adults (MICA) and information processing preferences as measured by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The results confirm that emotional intelligence (as assessed by the RTS) bears significant relationships to both intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligences and also to linguistic intelligence, but emotional intelligence shows no significant relationships with the MBTI preferences.
