In all segments, the companies are looking for the highest productivity with the lowest possible cost, and in the construction industry, the thinking is the same. Over time, techniques that generate more productivity supplanted previous techniques; an example is the CAD technology that replaced free drawings in projects execution. However, the Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology does not deal with certain factors that permeate the entire project. It is required the use of other techniques to supply this need in traditional projects. For example, a software for schedule management, another for assets management and a person who makes calculations for estimates and budgets. The BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology aims to integrate all this information, facilitating the communication among members of a work team and reducing the time required to carry out the project. This work is a applied research, a descriptive research, carried out through modeling and simulation, processes inherent in the use of BIM, a survey was also used only to contextualization. BIM was used for a soccer stadium roof project, in order to verify the feasibility of such use through the analysis of: BIM tools, difficulties encountered and implications of BIM use, and comparison of traditional methods and the use of BIM. To aid the contextualization, a survey was conducted to verify the use of BIM in medium and small companies

The building budgeting quickly and accurately is a challenge faced by the companies in the sector. The cost estimation process is performed from the quantity takeoff and this process of quantification, historically, through the analysis of the project, scope of work and project information contained in 2D design, text files and spreadsheets. This method, in many cases, present itself flawed, influencing the making management decisions, once it is closely coupled to time and cost management. In this scenario, this work intends to make a critical analysis of conventional process of quantity takeoff, from the quantification through 2D designs, and with the use of the software Autodesk Revit 2016, which uses the concepts of building information modeling for automated quantity takeoff of 3D model construction. It is noted that the 3D modeling process should be aligned with the goals of budgeting. The use of BIM technology programs provides several benefits compared to traditional quantity takeoff process, representing gains in productivity, transparency and assertiveness

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo hacer una representacin de los errores producidos por los aprendices de espaol del Curso de Letras (Habilitacin en Espaol de la Universidad Federal de Uberlndia. Para este fin, fue compilado un corpus lingstico a partir de las producciones orales y escritos de los alumnos del segundo, cuarto, sexto y octavo semestre. Los principales temas y autores que dieron sustento terico a nuestro estudio, en cuanto a los anlisis descriptivos fueron: Interlengua (CORDER, 1967; SELINKER, 1972; BARALO, 1999, 2004; DURAO, 2007), Lingstica Contrastiva (SHRMAN, 2007), Modelo para Anlisis de Errores (DURAO, 2004; ANDRADE, 2011; SANTOS GARGALLO, 2004), entre los principales. Cabe destacar que adoptamos una perspectiva de anlisis de base emprica, apoyados en los subsidios que propicia la Lingstica de Corpus (BERBER SARDINHA, 2004). Otro componente importante en esta tesis fue la metodologa. Se detalla paso a paso desde el levantamiento y lectura del referencial terico, hasta la finalizacin del proceso de escritura del trabajo. Presentndose de esta manera como un futuro referencial para investigaciones que se basan en la utilizacin de LC como abordaje metodolgica, y en el anlisis de errores de aprendices. Los anlisis desarrollados en el transcurso de este trabajo, comprendieron primeramente el dimensionamiento de los corpora utilizados, seguido de listas de las palabras ms recurrentes, anlisis cuantitativos y cualitativos, los cuales constituyeron un mapeo de los errores, otorgando de esta manera, un valor potencial al tratarse de un estudio que podr ser utilizado como referente para una eventual elaboracin de material didctico, pensado especialmente para las clases de espaol que ofrece el Curso de Letras/Habilitacin en Espaol de la Universidad Federal de Uberlndia.

Muitas prticas educacionais no ensino e aprendizagem de línguas parecem ainda dominadas por uma viso de cultura essencialista, na qual os alunos, suas habilidades e atitudes de aprendizagem so caracterizadas por esteretipos problemticos e/ou imaginrios de suas culturas religiosas, tnicas e nacionais. As novas ferramentas e aplicativos para comunicao trazidos pela internet tm contribudo para o aumento de prticas comunicativas entre indivduos de diferentes culturas e o uso da língua inglesa entre falantes no nativos, o que tambm tende a trazer impactos sobre a maneira como entendemos e ensinamos cultura na aprendizagem de tal língua. Este artigo pretende explicitar a viso de cultura presente nos conceitos de competncia comunicativa e competncia intercultural, e discutir a necessidade de reformulao do componente cultural no ensino e aprendizagem de línguas, para que ele objetive a explorao da complexidade advinda do pragmatismo dos encontros interculturais na contemporaneidade.

O presente relatrio apresenta uma reflexo, levada a cabo durante a realizao da Prtica de Ensino Supervisionada, sobre a importncia da utilizao de materiais autnticos no ensino de línguas estrangeiras e sobre a forma como enriquece o contexto de aprendizagem. Analisamos as perspectivas de vrios autores no que diz respeito definio de materiais autnticos e s vantagens e desvantagens associadas leccionao com recurso a esses materiais e exploramos alguns conceitos e processos relacionados com essa temtica, tais como a avaliao da autenticidade dos textos, materiais, actividades/tarefas de ensino desenvolvidas e das atitudes e percepes dos alunos face a esta estratgia pedaggica. Por ltimo, detemo-nos nos programas de ensino das Línguas Inglesa e Espanhola em vigor em Portugal luz desta questo.
