采用Cr/Al催化体系,成功地合成了全同1,2-聚丁二烯(PBD),并用DSC方法、X-射线衍射、红外光谱及~(13)C-NMR的方法进行结构与物性测定,得如下结果:全同1,2-PBD的熔点为124.3℃;三角晶系中,分子链成了螺旋,晶胞参数为a=17.3A,c= 6.5A;在红外光谱中,其特征谱带出现在694.4 cm~(-1)处;在~(13)C-NMR谱中仅出现四条谱峰,其化学位移分别为142.51111.56、39.26、37.43 ppm。全同1,2-PBD的~(13)C-NMR谱提供的实验数据表明,在~(13)C-NMR谱中1,2-PBD-CH二碳十个五元组谱峰的归属是有别于Elgert、Kumar已有的归属。它属于一种新的归属,与半经验方法所推演的结果相符。它恰巧同聚丙烯侧甲基五元组谱峰的归属一致。采用半经验方法研究了1,2-PBD的~(13)C-NMR增中CH二碳五元组、CH_2-碳四元组及六元组共振谱峰,同时讨论了模型链的链长、温度以及立构序列的排列对各立构序列键概率的影响,求得了相应的r值。同时采用经验方法对1,2-PBD的~(13)C-NMR谱中CH_2=碳、CH-碳五元组及CH_2-碳四元组谱峰做了归属。两种方法对CH_2-碳谱峰的归属得到了一致的结果。

研究了掺稀土六方铁氧体Ba1-xLaxFe12O19的合成条件,测试了其结构、形貌、电磁性能与吸波特性.结果表明,稀土离子La3+的加入,降低了钡铁氧体的磁化强度、矫顽力和顽磁性,其磁特性接近软磁铁氧体材料;在1.65~2.95GHz的频率范围内,具有良好的吸波性能.

Amorphous samples of polyether ketone with cardo(PEK-C) have been studied in the solution state by C-13, H-1 high-resolution NMR, The H-1 and C-13 1D NMR spectra were assigned using two dimensional chemical shift correlated spectroscopy, 2D homonuclear correlated(COSY) and heteronuclear correlated (HETCOR) spectroscopy present important information. In this work, the structural units of PEK-C was determined by NMR. For some peaks, these assignments are confirmed by two dimensional long-range heteronuclear correlation experiments, A little modification is made on the original C-13 peak assignments for the main chain, The symmetry and the isotacticity of the chain structure for PEK-C are obvious on NMR data.

本文测定了一系列具有不同微观结构的1,2-聚丁二烯样品在四种溶剂的50.3MHz ~(13)C自旋-晶格弛豫时间(T_1)和核Overhauser效应(NOE)值。并用Schaefer logx~2相关时间分布模型对实验数据进行了拟合。研究了1,2-聚丁二烯在溶液中的~(13)C-NMR弛豫的溶剂效应及其与结构的关系。发现聚合物与溶剂的溶解度参数之差△δ越大,聚合物在溶液中协同链段运动趋向越明显,~(13)C自旋-晶格弛豫速率(1/T_1)越大;1,2-链节较少,分子链较柔顺时,~(13)C-NMR弛豫受溶剂影响较显著。NMR弛豫参数对结构变化的反应在良溶剂中比在不良溶剂中敏感。

用熔体外延(ME)法在半绝缘(100)GaAs衬底上成功生长出了截止波长为12 μm的InAs0.04Sb0.96外延层.傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)透射光谱揭示,InAsSb合金的禁带宽度被强烈变窄.通过分析InAs0.04Sb0.96外延层载流子浓度的温度依存性表明,其室温禁带宽度为0.105 5 eV,与透射光谱测得的数值很好地一致.通过测量12~300 K的吸收光谱,研究了InAs0.04Sb0.96/GaAs的禁带宽度的温度依存性.霍尔测量得出300 K下样品的电子迁移率为4.47×104 cm2/Vs,载流子浓度为8.77×1015 cm-3;77 K下电子迁移率为2.1104 cm2/Vs,载流子浓度为1.57×1015 cm-3;245 K下的峰值迁移率为4.80×104 cm2/Vs.

在国内首次报道了采用直接刻蚀有源区技术在应变多量子阱有源区结构基础上制作了1.3μm InGaAsP/InP部分增益耦合DFB激光器,器件采用全MOVPE生长,阈值电流10mA,边模抑制比(SMSR)大于35dB,在端面未镀膜情况下器件单纵模成品率较高。

一种多步生长方法应用于GaAs衬底上的In_xGa_(1-x)As缓冲层的MOCVD生长.在这种In_xGa_(1-x)As缓冲层上生长的In_yGa_(1-y)As/Al_zGa_(1-z)As/GaAs/Al_zGa_(1-x)As双垫垒量子阱材料表现出了很好的晶格特性和光学性质.超晶格的室温光伏谱中出现很强的22H高阶机制吸收峰,表明超晶格界面质量很好.主要应用X射线双晶衍射方法,给出了样品中各层的应变状态.据此,合理地解释了样品的光学测试结果.

尽管多金属氧酸盐 (POMs)的研究已有180多年的历史,但大量的POMs结构在最近几十年才被陆续解析出来[1~4].其中 ,同多钒酸盐由于钒配位几何形状的多样性,结构最为丰富 ,例如:[V4 O12 ]4-[5],[V5O14 ]3-[6],[V10 O2 8]6-[7] ,[V15O4 2 ]9-[8],[V13 O3 4 ]3-[9].值得注意的是,在这些化合物中,钒的化合价均处于最高氧化态+5价.由于+4价钒不易在溶液中(尤其是水中)稳定存在,因此在以往的常压溶液合成中具有混合价态的同多钒酸盐报道很少.与饱和价态的同多钒酸盐相比,混价多钒酸盐具有更为新奇的电荷分布和拓扑学几何构型,并且在 POMs的理论研究和抗病毒药物、电存储材料以及磁性材料等应用领域有特殊的研究和开发价值[1,10,11].因此,制备具有混价的新型同多钒酸盐一直倍受关注.近年来,水热合成技术的引入使同多钒酸盐合成化学迅速发展.水热体系提供了一个特殊的反应环境 [12 ],使制备各种具有混合价态的同多钒酸盐成为可能.Müller等[13]对这一领域开...

1,7-Diaminoheptane (DAH) had been covalently grafted on glassy carbon electrode by amino cation radical formation, which resulted in a stable cationic monolayer under proper pH conditions. Dawson-type tungstodiphosphate anion, P2W18O626- and small molecule, Ru(NH3)(6)(3+) were alternately assembled on the DAH modified electrode through layer-by-layer electrostatic interaction. Thus-prepared multilayer film had been characterized by cyclic voltammetry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The P2W18O626- multilayers exhibit high electrocatalytic response and sensitivity towards the reduction of iodate. With the increase of the number of P2W18O626- the catalytic current was enhanced and the catalytic potential shifted positively. Iodate in table salt was determined at the modified electrode containing three layers of P2W18O626- with satisfactory results. The multilayer electrode is promising as an electrochemical sensor for the detection of trace iodate.
