Glock FX -harjoituspistoolin hyödyntäminen voimankäyttökoulutuksessa

Viime sodissa ammuttiin keskimäärin 10 000 laukausta per yksi eliminoitu vihollinen ja noin viidennes sotilaista ampui tarkoituksella ohi vihollisesta. Sotilaille koulutetaan etiikkaa ja herätetään kysymyksiä ihmisten tappamisen oikeutuksesta ja inhimillisyydestä. Ampumaharjoittelua toteutetaan pääosin ympyränmuotoisiin maalitauluihin tai peltilevyihin. Suomalainen sotilas harvoin pääsee harjoittelemaan aseenkäsittelytaitojaan ja ampumataitoaan ihmishahmoa kohtaan, mutta Glock FX -harjoituspistoolilla voimankäyttökoulutus ja ampumaaseen käyttökoulutus voidaan saada lähemmäksi todellisuutta kuin aikaisemmilla simulaattorijärjestelmillä ja paukkupatruunoilla. Tutkimuksessa selvitetään miten FX-järjestelmällä voidaan kehittää sotilaan toimintakykyä ja valmiutta käyttää ampuma-asetta voimankäyttötilanteessa. Lisäksi tutkimuksessa selvitetään eri organisaatioiden käyttötapoja järjestelmälle sekä järjestelmän edut ja haitat. Tavoitteisiin on pyritty selvittämällä voimankäytön ja toimintakyvyn vaatimuksia ja vaikutuksia ampumaaseen käytön osalta. Tutkimus on kvalitatiivinen, laadullinen tutkimus. Aineistoa on kerätty pääosin erilaisilla haastatteluilla, aiemmista tutkimuksista sekä puolustusvoimien asiakirjoista. Työssä on haastateltu puolustusvoimien voimankäyttökouluttajia, yksityisen vartiointiliikkeen toimitusjohtajaa ja FX-järjestelmän kouluttajia sekä käyttäjiä puolustusvoimilta ja poliisilta. Tutkimukseen kerättiin aineostoa myös osallistumalla yhteen FX-harjoitukseen koulutettavana Kaartin Jääkärirykmentissä ja toiseen seuraajana Maasotakoululla. Tutkimuksessa käy ilmi järjestelmän olevan tehokas väline simulaatio- ja voimankäyttökoulutuksessa. Oikein järjestetyllä koulutuksella ja maalitoiminnalla voidaan parantaa koulutettavien valmiutta toimia oikeassa voimankäytön tilanteessa tehokkaasti ja turvallisesti.

Nutrição mineral da seringueira: I - Crescimento e recrutamento de macronutrientes no período de quatro anos pelo clone Fx 3864 na região de Rio Branco, AC

Com o objetivo de obter dados referentes ao crescimento e concentração e acúmulo de macronutrientes em função da idade da planta, foram coleta das amostras de folhas, galhos secos, ponta e base de galhos primários, e ponta, meio e base do tronco de plantas de seringueira clone Fx 3864 com 1,0 a 4,0 anos de idade em plantações situadas sobre Latossol Vermelho-Amarelo textura argilosa na área da BONAL S.A., localizada na região de Rio Branco, AC. Os resultados obtidos mostraram que: - O maior incremento no crescimento ocorreu a partir do terceiro ano. - As maiores concentrações de nutrientes, ocorreram nas folhas. - A extração de nutrientes pela seringueira, por hectare, no quarto ano, foi a seguinte: N - 24, 54 kg, P - 1,82 kg, Ca - 11,07 kg, Mg - 5,29 kg, S - 1,88 kg, - região do Amazonas. - A extração total de macronutrientes pelo sistema, em ordem decrescente: N K Ca Mg S P.

La difficoltà nell'implementare un modello di tal tipo risiede nella calibrazione della leverage surface e uno degli scopi principali di questo lavoro è quello di mostrarne la procedura.

FX modelling under collateralization

We present the market practice for interest rate yield curves construction and pricing interest rate derivatives. Then we give a brief description of the Vasicek and the Hull-White models, with an example of calibration to market data. We generalize the classical Black-Scholes-Merton pricing formulas, considering more general cases such as perfect or partial collateral, derivatives on a dividend paying asset subject to repo funding, and multiple currencies. Finally we derive generic pricing formulae for different combinations of cash flow and collateral currencies, and we apply the results to the pricing of FX swaps and CCS, and we discuss curve bootstrapping.

Guía didáctica para el uso de la calculadora Casio fx-7400GII en la gráfica de funciones racionales y radicales

El presente trabajo fue realizado con el propósito de relacionar los contenidos de funciones racionales y radicales con los recursos tecnológicos, de manera que éstas se conviertan en formas innovadoras de enseñar y aprender. Para ello se ha propuesto elaborar una guía didáctica sobre el uso de la calculadora Casio fx-7400GII en la gráfica y análisis de funciones racionales y radicales. En ésta propuesta, la calculadora es vista como un recurso didáctico, orientado a promover una metodología constructivista en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el mencionado tema. La presente propuesta se debe a que en la educación actual no se están utilizando los recursos tecnológicos como es el caso de la calculadora gráfica en el aula de clase, pues no se disponen de guías didácticassencillas adecuados para una determinada asignatura. Es importante usar la calculadora gráfica en el estudio de las funciones racionales y radicales ya que al momento de realizar su estudio y análisis de forma manual se requiere de mucho tiempo y se convierte en una actividad tediosa, en tanto que se puede ahorrar tiempo y esfuerzo utilizando la calculadora Con la presente propuesta se pretende que los estudiantes alcancen un mejor nivel de conocimiento en el tema, a través del uso de la guía en el aula de clases generando un proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje más práctico y dinámico

South American leaf blight intensity evaluated in six clones of young and adult rubber trees in the Vale do Ribeira region, Sao Paulo state, Brazil

Rubber tree clones present different intensity of symptoms, depending on their age. This is mostly clearly seen in the presence or absence of old leaves with ascopores, corresponding to flows of new and susceptible leaves. The objective of this work was to evaluate the intensity of symptoms of south American leaf blight (SALB) in six rubber tree clones, one and eight years old, in the Vale do Ribeira region, Sao Paulo state. The results Showed that clones FX 3864, RRIM 600, IAN 873 and IAN 717 Suffered more attacks when young, and RRIM 600, IAN 717 and FX 3864 when adult. The clone IAN 873 showed the smallest amounts of disease in the adult phase, due to uniform change in the leaves and a compact flow of new leaves, which happened during a season that was unfavorable to pathogen infection, presenting the phenomenon of avoidance or evasion in time.
