Melhorias dos processos no setor de expedição em uma transportadora de cargas fracionadas

The transport market has forced organizations reduce the cost of services and processes, resulting from the highly competitive and, for such waste at all levels and processes are a focus of study for its elimination. This study refers to carrier fractional loads, located in the municipality of Itapecerica da Serra Layout and headquartered in São Paulo, which requires a rapid development throughout its structure, because its expansion was not accompanied by an evolution of effective processes. The need to increase efficiency in delivery with a reduced cost of transport forced the company to hire a logistics consulting to help identify potential bottlenecks in processes, suggest improvements with greater impact and implementation at the end of a critical analysis of results. This work focuses on the Layout of the warehouse shipping area of this organization and we used the method of action research to the consultant and involved could reach this conclusion collaboratively, as well as interviews with those involved in the process and also visual observation. Tools such as Key Performance Indicator, Mapping Workflow, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Applied Statistics and Standard Operating Procedure were used to assist in the identification, analysis and implementation of the proposed improvements

O corpo e os processos de subjetivação: um estudo sobre o ensino da biologia

Esta pesquisa analisa a concepção do corpo a partir dos aspectos que explicitam suas implicações sobre as metodologias empregadas nas práticas de ensino em estudos biológicos como, por exemplo, a vivissecção, bem como sobre os efeitos observados nos corpos dos estudantes. Nossa pesquisa delimita o seu objeto de estudo em um recorte que considera a dinâmica de constituição do corpo em sua dimensão material, esta que se assenta nas condições biológicas do existir humano. Propusemos outra passagem pelo trânsito de territórios nos quais os nossos corpos se investem de simbolismo e de elementos oriundos do universo cultural. Esta passagem na metodologia da análise implica nossa condição de pesquisadores situados na fronteira que se desenha entre os estudos da Biologia, Filosofia e Psicanálise. Consideramos o corpo em sua constituição, mas analisamos os modos como esta base material vem sendo tratada nos processos de subjetivação da sociedade contemporânea. Assim, nosso recorte incide sobre o corpo que se faz no espaço que cada sujeito abre para as relações com a alteridade. Acrescentamos que ao optarmos pelo estudo sobre políticas de subjetivação a partir de suas implicações corporais, observamos o cuidado com este corpo que padece, não somente por um aspecto físico, compreendido como participante da ecologia da natureza, mas também como aquele que sustenta os sentimentos, emoções, compreendido como a ecologia dos ambientes grupais e o aspecto da constituição de si, compreendido como a ecologia do ambiente subjetivo.

The easy access to information has been accelerating even more business competitiveness nowadays. To turn a foreign trade company into a more competitive company by improving its services, this work aims the analysis of the Supply Chain processes to enable greater productivity. Using powerful tools of great historical success in the business world – such as Flowcharts, VSM Lean and PDCA –, a structure was created that adapted its main concepts and produced a method which enabled not only improvements on modified processes but also on the subsequent ones. Productivity data were collected, where evidence of quantitative improvements were found in the expedition macro process. Due to a process analysis theme, this paper gives also the thought about process approach, vital step to create a future Quality Management System

In this graduate work a study was conducted with the objective of process improveme nt services in the sector of technical assistance in a factory machinery and equipment. Through process mapping, through the technical blueprint, and time study were able to identify opportunities for improvement for reducing the time customer service, as well as the proposed performance indicators for the service

Efeitos e tendências dos processos de convergência nos modelos de produção jornalística: ecossistema, audiência, instituições e agentes locais em análise

The research aims to analyze the main changes in the concepts of the processes of production and consumption of news content information. The theoretical framework used will be the new consequent social, economic and technological paradigms of the current scenario of convergence of platforms, content and languages. The research aims to investigate the changes in the macro environment of journalistic production and, therefore, examine whether the local flow of news content meets the requirements of a new public consumption target set by the new Brazilian generations, composed of young people influenced by the cultures of computing, audiovisual communication and also by economic and cultural globalization. As expansion of the analyzes sought to verify the impact of these changes in the current models of traditional media, as well as the interference caused and trends in models of existing production. Also a case study is performed on this production flow in comparison with current market research of Jornal da Cidade (JC) of the city of Bauru (SP), the main media of the Grupo Comunicação. The intent of the approach will be to establish some preambles to assist in bringing the theory with the practical impacts on journalistic production, its agents, institutions and the workplace

Through observation of production process of a Vale do Paraiba’s automobile industry, one can encounter in need of improvement related to large uncertainties and variations in the production environment, a fact that inspired the search for solutions that can respond quickly to these changes. This way, the paper describes the development of a flexible manufacturing model, which aims to optimize the process in an automotive sub-assembly industry of the Paraíba Valley. The main objective is to propose a method to promote viable alternatives to easing the assembly of parallel sub performed the assembly of cars. For the construction of the model was necessary to explore concepts of flexible manufacturing and making the data presented in literature, which were vital to ensure the development of the method. Análise da estabilidade dimensional e resistência mecânica em bambu Guadua angustifolia pós-processos de tratamentos químicos e térmico

Nowadays, bamboo is being studied because of their strength properties according with their specific mass and speed of growth, which makes it an important alternative as a new resource that will help reduce pressure on forests and helpping them favoring the minimization of uncontrolled deforestation in many regions of Brazil. This study aimed, in general, to analyze physical and mechanical properties of the material with the divulgation of its potential for industrial application. To do so, in this research were determined in relation to the physical properties, moisture content, dimensional stability and the apparent densities and the mechanics and basic, just a tension parallel to grain, in order to observe the interference of various kinds of treatments (chemical, thermal and natural) on the strength and modulus of elasticity in this request. The species used was the Guadua angustifolia, a species native of Brazil. All tests were performed at Universidade Estadual Paulista - Campus Experimental Itapeva in the laboratory of Materials Properties. The methodology used for testing of moisture, density and tension parallel to grain were based on NBR 7190/1997 for the wood, and dimensional stability tests were based on much the same as in COPANT 462/1972 (South American) . The preservative treatments conducted followed the recommendation of each manufacturer. The values obtained in tests of physical properties were satisfactory especially with respect to density and dimensional stability analyzed by the coefficient of anisotropy, showed that, compared to wood, excellent quality for the shrinkage test, obtaining a coefficient of 1.2. With respect to parallel tensile tests to fibre results showed, in most cases, that test specimens with the presence of us have lower values of resistance and modulus of elasticity when compared with those without us. We utilized Vigotski's theories, about the importance of dealing with the social cognitive process, which may contribute to an efficient school learning and when the teacher is engaged and motivated is able to motivate and excite all students who are in their classroom. Análise de metilação do gene FOXE1 em carcinoma de células escamosas em cães: padronização metodológica

It is believed that epigenetic mechanisms such as DNA methylation are important for the tumorigenesis and maintenance of the altered state of tumor cells. DNA methylation occurs by the addition of a methyl group to carbon 5 of cytosine, catalyzed by the enzyme DNA methyl-transferase, which can change the expression of a gene, including the tumor suppressor genes. In human squamous cell carcinoma, several features have shown the etiological role of genes in tumor development. Among them, FOXE1 gene (forkhead box E1 - thyroid transcription factor) is presented with an important role in susceptibility to disease. Similarly the FOXE1 methylation pattern could alter the expression of this gene in dogs and predisposed to tumor on. Therefore, this study aims to investigate in dogs, the validity of the strategy employed in humans to analyze the FOXE1 methylation status. DNA extraction from fresh frozen tumoral samples was performed by Wizard Genomic® DNA Purification Kit. The methylation status was determined by MSP-PCR (methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction), using 2.0 ng of DNA treated with sodium bisulphate. One hundred micrograms of bisulphite-modified DNA was amplified using primers specific for either methylated or unmethylated DNA (primers sequences are available at http://pathology2.jhu.edu/pancreas/primer.pdf). The analysis of fragments was loaded on to 7% polyacrylamide gels and silver nitrate staining. In this stage of technical approach, 60% were FOXE1 hypermethylated. In conclusion, it was observed that the standard technique for assessing the methylation pattern of gene FOXE1 in humans can be used for the same evaluation in dogs. The correlation of these molecular data with clinical and histopathological parameters may have diagnostic and prognostic value and still be used as a tumor marker for therapeutic decision and surgical approach

Pesquisa-ação sobre o uso de indicadores de desempenho do equipamento em uma fábrica de geradores

In the industrial environment the challenge is use better the productive resources: people and machine. The following work has the main goal improve the efficient losses analysis in the stator bar’s production bottleneck equipment situated in the Electric generator’s factory. The action research involved Theory of Constraints on the restriction system identification and developed the data collection framework by losses typology for indicator measurement. The research showed the data collection standardization importance to obtain reliable data and strategic efficiency indicator to optimize equipments. Besides of this, OEE and TEEP indicator demonstrated efficiency results to analyze the actual efficiency when the machine works and the increase capacity opportunity to treat the hide costs in the organization following the continuous improvement

Buscando contribuir e mesmo incentivar novos e mais aprofundados estudos sobre o modo como os dialetos do português são tratados e apresentados à população brasileira, o presente trabalho procura realizar uma breve análise da construção e abordagem do humor nos dicionários de dialetos do português do Brasil, bem como classificar os tipos de dicionários existentes.
