Proposta sobre la tutoria i com treballar-la. Un recurs més per la tasca docent, que incideix en la manera de comunicar-nos amb els nens, donant importància a les preguntes i deixant que siguin ells els que es qüestionin les coses i intentin arribar a les conclusions. És un treball d’apropament a l’alfabetització de les emocions a través d’activitats i dinàmiques de grup. El treball de la motivació a partir de contes, metàfores i treball sistemàtic sobre com enfoquen els nens la seva feina i les seves tasques d’estudi en el seu dia a dia

El Modelo educativo de bolonia y competencias docentes. Aportaciones desde el coaching educativo

Las competencias del docente universitario están actualmente en revisión para ajustarse a los requisitos del modelo universitario europeo. En este trabajo se toman en consideración las competencias emocionales, las competencias comunicativas- relacionales y las competencias de liderazgo docente. Se exponen los resultados de las formaciones realizadas en torno a las mismas y se aporta un modelo de coaching educativo estructurado en cuatro grandes bloques: inteligencia emocional, liderazgo, coaching y estrategias relacionales. Se exponen los beneficios de introducir el rol de líder-tutor-coach para facilitar el desarrollo competencial del alumnado

“Coaching” : Influência no Desenvolvimento Pessoal e Profissional

Face à actual conjuntura com que o mundo organizacional se depara, com as constantes necessidades de mudança, empreendedorismo e inovação, para que as organizações possam continuar a “sobreviver” e acompanhar a competitividade necessitam de se munir em termos de novas técnicas e novas estratégias. A parte humana vem ocupando cada vez mais uma posição de destaque neste meio, pelo que uma das principais formas das organizações se conseguirem manter competitivas passa pela forte aposta no potencial humano, inovando em termos de gestão de pessoas, com vista ao seu desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional. O Coaching ocupa aqui, segundo a literatura uma posição de destaque, constituindo-se como uma ferramenta promotora do desenvolvimento de pessoas, com vista ao sucesso organizacional. Mas será que efectivamente os processos de Coaching contribuem para o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, possibilitando melhorar a performance dos indivíduos? É nesta premissa que a presente investigação se baseia, pois visa através do método da entrevista e da técnica da análise de conteúdo identificar um conjunto de indicadores que possam comprová-la. O grupo alvo inclui um conjunto de indivíduos que já tenham beneficiado de algum dos tipos de processo de Coaching. Com a investigação empírica da presente investigação conclui-se que, efectivamente, os processos de Coaching se apresentam como uma ferramenta de desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional com impacto e influência em vários níveis e áreas do indivíduo.

Qualidade de vida do cuidador de enfermagem e sua relação com o cuidar; Quality of life of the nursing caregiver and its relationship with care

Objective:To identify aspects that affect the quality of life of nursing caregivers and their relationship with care in an Intensive Care Unit for Adults (A-ICU). Methods:This was a descriptive study with qualitative approach, taking as subjects 21 professionals who constitute the nursing staff of the A-ICU of a school hospital in Maringá-PR. Unstructured interview was used as a strategy to collect data, conducted between May and June 2009. Data analysis was based on the method of content analysis. The categories identified were: overlooking improvement in quality of life related to the resources in an A-ICU; the quality of life influencing the form of care; interpersonal relationships into the health team reflecting on the quality of life and care. Results:The analysis of caregivers’ speech and the results of the observation showed that there is correlation between the aspects they consider influential in their quality of life and the way of caring for patients in an A-ICU.Conclusion: The findings indicate that, among the influential aspects, the stressful factors overlap the enhancing ones. From this perspective, dealing with caregiver’s suffering might be the starting point for the improvement in quality of care in an A-ICU.
