o trabalho dos psicólogos escolares da Secretaria Municipal de Educação e Cultura do Rio de Janeiro ~ pretensamente orientado por uma visão institucional, apoiada nas idéias de J. Bleger. O que este trabalho procura mostrar que esta pretensão não resiste a uma análise dos fatos. Inicialmente, apresentamos uma visão critica da instituição escolar, considerada como Aparelho Ideológico Estado e procuramos mostrar as consequências práticas de tal postura teórica no decorrer de todo este trabalho. Em seguida, faz-se um sumário, o mais detalhado possível, das atividades realizadas pelos psicólogos escolares no município do Rio de Janeiro e esta prática á comparada com alguns aspectos da teoria de J. Bleger. Embora as evidências disponíveis em documentos ofi ciais, e as palavras dos elementos que dirigem e coordenam o trabalho dos psicólogos escolares no citado município, apontem no sentido de adequação deste trabalho com a teoria institucional, tal realmente não ocorre. São analisados e discutidos os possÍveis motivos de tal discrepância entre o que É dito e o que É efetivamente feito, ou seja, o que dificulta, limita e mesmo impede em termos práticos uma atuação a nível institucional. A conclusão á de que no momento, o melhor trabalho que se pode fazer dentro da escola á, sem dúvida, dentro de uma perspectiva institucional entretanto, é importante que se tenha consciência de suas dificuldades e limites e principalmente que se saiba o papel e a função do Aparelho Ide~ lógico Escolar.

Este trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar as peculiaridades dos cursos oferecidos pela Escola de Gestão Penitenciária do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Para isso, foi utilizado como metodologia a analise documental a partir do documento coletado na própria sede da Escola. Busca-se analisar se existe ou não alguma particularidade nas aulas oferecidas para os servidores penitenciários, tendo em vista que os mesmos realizam um trabalho de extrema importância dentro do sistema carcerário. Em um primeiro momento foi exposta a bibliografia pertinente à temática que se encontra o presente trabalho. Em seguida, foi realizada uma exposição, com base nas próprias afirmações da Escola embasadas no documento, sobre os cursos que a mesma oferece. A partir da análise minuciosa a respeito das aulas oferecidas, foi elaborada uma investigação a fim de constatar se existe ou não uma ideologia carcerária por trás da pedagogia dos cursos.

The objective of this study of comparative descriptive character went aimed at to analyze the characteristics dermatoglyphics, anthropometrics and the basic physical qualities, in 180 selected scholars in a stratified way, distributed like this: 10 year-old boys = 32; 09 years = 32; 08 years = 32; 10 year-old girls = 28; 09 years = 28; 08 years = 28), studying the fundamental teaching of the School Good Municipal Hope, located in the area east, in the Neighborhood of the Crowned, in the city of Manaus, Amazon. For identification of the dermatoglyphics characteristics collected, was the fingerprints; for evaluation of the corporal mass, height and IMC, they were used a digital scale with an estadiometer of the mark Filizola. The tests: to sit down and to reach flexibility); Horizontal Impulse or I jump in distance stopped (force of inferior members); Flex and extension of the trunk (it Forces abdominal); Flexion and extension of the arms in suspension in the bar (Force of superior members); 30 meters (Speed) and 9 minutes (Resistance applied aerobic) was to evaluate the basic physical qualities. The results demonstrated that differences didn't exist among the goods, in most of the studied variables, and the existent differences among the ages of 8, 9 and 10 years, they demonstrate a normality tendency in the infantile development

In this research, we have found that, besides the literature in educational area presents the politic-pedagogical project as a pedagogical component that is able to promote changes in educational practices and to consolidate the school autonomy, some researches point to an opposite view-point, mainly due to the fact that these researches verify that several schools have elaborated their project just to comply with a formal exigency of the Brazilian educational reform implemented from the 1990 decade. Despite of the neoliberal and neoconservative forces (that guide this reform) understand the politic-pedagogical project as a way of stimulating scholar organizations, in order to put in practice the educational politics of this decade, we understand that this project can, in fact, promote changes in the scholar practices in the sense of overcoming the bureaucratic scholar culture historically developed in this environment. This research presumes that the process of planning, implementation and evaluation of school actions that is excited by the politic-pedagogical project can stimulate the subjects to develop practices, values, and senses, bypassing in some aspects the culture that is traditionally instituted in school, what will certainly favor the construction of its autonomy. The research that we have done in Professor Ascendino de Almeida Municipal School situated in the South Zone of Natal, RN, Brazil, was developed according to the following methodological procedures: document analysis, semi-structured interview, and participative observation. In the focused school we evidence that the politic-pedagogical project is a product of interpersonal and professional relations that are marked by shared powers, by dialogical action, by participation, and by equality, that (all of them) mediate decisional processes, what makes it possible the construction of common senses in order to guide the educative action. We yet evidence the existence, between the professionals that integrate this institution, of a culture for valuation of planning, of collective reflection, and of theoretical support, besides a commitment with the formation of the student with who they work, this making possible that the politic-pedagogical project constitutes in an orientation for the process of reflection, action, and evaluation of the school work. In these conditions, this project propitiates the consolidation of the school autonomy, what, in its turn, prints higher quality to the educative work developed in the institution

Cet étude et thème de dissertation est devenue nécessaire a partir des inquiétudes d éducateur et des pratiques pédagogiques développées aux classes d éducation physique au tour nocturne à l École Municipale Prof. Veríssimo de Melo, dont les élèves sont des jeunes et adultes que habitent au quartier Felipe Camarão. Ces jeunes cohabitent avec le stigmate de la violence que est toujours présente dans cette communauté, située a la région ouest de Natal. On peut trouvé parmi les élèves y matriculés des trajectoires de vie interrompues par facteurs de risque comme criminalité, des adolescentes enceintes et drogues. Ces faits interférent directement avec les procès d intégration sociale et augmentent la violence, reproduisant les cycles de pauvreté et ainsi, limitant les possibilités d ascension sociale. Les résultats des procédées pédagogiques utilisées pendant les classes ont montré la nécessité d approfondir cet étude problématisant cette réalité et, incitant par les pratiques corporelles et discussion, la réflexion sur des thèmes comme facteurs de risque, temporalité, projets de vie et auto-connaissance. En profitant de l intérêt de ces jeunes pour la langage cinématographique comme une façon de mettre en ouvre ces réflexions et rapportant leur connaissance formel avec le savoir et expériences du groupe on a décidé de produire un film court de 15 minutes sur le quartier, idéalisé et produit collectivement. Pour ça, ont a réalisé 10 classes-ateliers avec les élèves qui ont été connus comme « le groupe du cinéma ». Les ateliers pédagogiques qui sont ici, au même temps, référence de recherche et procédée pédagogique, réaffirment la notion de résilience: la capacité de l individu de transformer un obstacle, une adversité ou même une tragédie personnel dans une situation positive ou comme un renfort de ce que nous avons de meilleur. Dans ce sens, cet étude peut aider les professeurs de toutes les matières, que travaillent a l école publique et que se trouvent dans ce contexte, considéré vulnérable, surtout le professeur d éducation physique. Ce travail peut aussi devenir une référence pour aborder des concepts et valeurs que nos aideront à renouveler cette vision de monde étroite et déterministe, responsable pour la reproduction des cycles de pauvreté et violence. Cette étude analyse l'expérience de réorientation curriculaire atravers le sujet générateur, vécue dans les écoles qui composent le système municipal d'éducation de Belém du Pará - École Cabana, en ayant comme locus de recherche l'École Municipale João Carlos Batista. Ce mouvement de réorientation curriculaire, qui rompt avec le modèle traditionnel d'un curriculum linéaire, hiérarchique et fragmenté a comme préssuposées théoriquesméthodologiques les principes et les catégories freireanas la pédagogie critique qui estime un curriculum interdisciplinaire, dialogique, démocratique et contextuel, à partir de la systématisation d'une proposition theorico-méthodologique de réorientation curriculaire par le thème générateur, c'est-à-dire, en partant de situations-problème de la communauté scolaire, en faisant des relations négociées par les connaissances scolaires pour la compréhension et possible intervention dans la réalité. Cette proposition est mise en oeuvre non seulement à Belém, mais aussi par d autres municipalités du Brésil. Étant donné que l'École Cabana est une expérience inovatrice dans la tentative de viabiliser une Éducation vraiment démocratique, elle dialogue encore avec autres expériences d'écoles de même nature au Brésil, (comme l'École Plural-MG, l'École Citoyen - RS et l'École Candanga DF). Á partir des idées de Paulo Freire, J. Sacristán, M. Apple, C. Linhares, A. Coulon et autres j apporte des réflexions epistemologiques concernant le problème de la recherche qui consiste sur le registre et l'analyse de la tentative de construction sociale de la connaissance par le thème générateur qui a eu lieu à l'École Cabana dans la période de 2001 à 2004. Comme procédure méthodologique, j'ai développé une Recherche qualitative, de caractère collaboratif, en utilisant comme techniques de rassemble de données l observation participative dans le quotidien écolier, des interviews semi-structurées, et l'analyse des documents et des productions de l'École. Les résultats indiquent l'importance du registre de ce type d expérience, en soulignant leurs avances et reculs qui pourront servir de référentiel pour de futures politiques de réorientation curriculaire dans la direction de la construction sociale de la connaissance et, par conséquent, d'une Éducation plus démocratique et tournée vers une citoyenneté active

The daily teaching invokes us to answer questions that surround the educational action, they are ethic and political exercises of us teachers, considering the responsibility that is presented to us in circumstance of perspective that we create as for our students´ formation. Considering the public school Terezinha Paulino as stage of the daily teaching which we invested, and finally, the school gymnastic group (GGTP), as pedagogical practice specifically attended during this study, we launch the following questions: 1. What are the ethic indicators present in the experience lived by GGTP members? 2. What s the meaning of these indicators for the GGTP members? 3. Do these meanings configure a socio-political dimension of the individuals involved formation ? What socio-political dimension is that? And What is its contribution to think of Physical Education in school? From these issues, we highlight our goals in this research: investigate the educational experience lived in GGTP, with a focus on the ethical elements that characterize and reflect the relationship of these elements in the socio-political dimension of Physical Education in school. To answer the initial questions and achieve our goals, we use the Content Analysis (BARDIN, 2004) as a methodological contribution of this research. From this methodological contribution we got two strands of the discussion here related: relational behavior of living and undesirable relational conduct and non-social. typical examples of good living are: union, cooperation, solidarity, fraternity, conversation, dialogue, love, trust, responsibility, commitment, dedication, application, respect, partition, sharing, gratitude, companionship, kindness Correspond to undesirable behaviors conduct: intrigue, strife (dispute), vanity, arrogance, anger, rage, fury, nervousness, anxiety and fear. Permeates the categories discussion, The group of knowledge produced by different authors, Humberto Maturana predominate among them, sometimes related to some of its main partners, , José Varela, Gerda Verden-Zöller and Sima Nisis de Rezepka. Although less frequent, we broach other authors, including Edgar Morin and Paulo Freire, to enlarge, articulate, and thus contribute to support the notes, contents of this study. Besides the introductory chapter, is the content of this dissertation: ethics: textual understanding, the methodological way; relational behaviors of living; undesirable conduct relational and non-social; gymnastics as an ethical and political bet on training human. In ethics: textual understandings, we make a brief introduction to distinguish the ethical field which we are advancing; In the methodology way, we briefly describe the implementation of the analysis content (BARDIN,2007); in relational behaviors of living, as well as, in undesirable relational conduct and non-social, we point out the meanings discussing them supported on theoretical contribution of this research. Finally, in gymnastics as an ethical and political bet on training human, we point out some possibilities for the gymnastic practice and physical education at school, as well as to think about education by training human bias.

The present dissertation tells a proposal of based pedagogical intervention in the use of practical corporal cooperatives during lessons of physical education in intention to create situations that allow to educating to reflect on the violence and its consequences in the social relations in the school. For in such a way, we leave from the following question of study: which perspectives of the physical education to contribute to minimize the aggressive and violent attitudes of the pupils in the school? Centered in the objective to reflect on the aggressiveness, the violence and bullying in the school, the light of a theoretical recital and in the perspectives of contribution of practical the corporal cooperatives for the reduction of its effect in the pertaining to school environment, in particular in the lessons of physical education, we search among others to involve the pupils in activities that stimulated the expression of human values as solidarity, respect and cooperation. In this intention, we opt to a ethnographic study for the possibility of next interaction between investigator and the investigated one. Our research is directly on to the social aspects that involve the problems of the society in a general way, in the attempt to diminish the decurrent problems of aggression situations, that they happen in one definitive municipal school of the city of Natal/RN, the sample being constituted of pupils of 6º year of Basic Education. It analyzes the practical situations lived deeply by the pupils had revealed efficient to minimize the aggressive attitudes in the pertaining to school space, as well as it opens perspectives so that the educators deal better with such attitudes, using to advantage them to educate the pupils in the direction to stimulate the good relations. We believe that with this research, to be able to of course share with other schools our experiences in the attempt of resolution of similar problems regarding thematic of the aggressiveness, respecting the specificity of each school in particular

In this work, we propose a methodology for teaching robotics in elementary schools, based on the socio-historical Vygotsky theory. This methodology in conjunction with the Lego Mindstoms kit (R) and an educational software (an interface for control and programming of prototypes) are part of an educational robotics system named RoboEduc. For the practical development of this work, we have used the action-research strategy, being realized robotics activities with participation of children with age between 8 and 10 years, students of the elementary school level of Municipal School Ascendino de Almeida. This school is located at the city zone of Pitimbu, at the periphery of Natal, in Rio Grande do Norte state. The activities have focused on understanding the construction of robotic prototypes, their programming and control. At constructing prototypes, children develop zone of proximal development (ZPDs) that are learning spaces that, when well used, allow the construction not only of scientific concepts by the individuals but also of abilities and capabilities that are important for the social and cultural interactiond of each one and of the group. With the development of these practical workshops, it was possible to analyse the use of the Robot as the mediator element of the teaching-learning process and the contributions that the use of robotics may bring to teaching since elementary levels

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness during a twelve-month period, of resin-modified glass ionomer (Vitremer@) used as fissure sealants compared to supervised teeth brushing in the prevention of oclusal caries in permarient molars of pubIlc school children from 5 to 7 years of age. A total of 91 children participated in the study, being randomly divided up into three groups of investigation: group with sealant (n=31), group of supervised brushing (m=30), and control gorup (n=30). After 12 months, a total of 28.5% of tosses in the sample of 26 children was registered, and although there wasn t a significant diference between these losses and the groups studles (p = 0.6355), there was a considerable reduction in the sample. The results showed that none of the independentIy studied variables (present caries experience, biofilm, bleeding, sealant retention, position of the tooth in the arch, and sex) interfered in the final results, and that there was no significant difference between applying the sealant in question, perfornling supervised dental brushing, or not intervening at alI (p=0.542). These results could have been a consequence of the limitations found alI through the study, especially relating to the losses occurred because of school evasion, transfer, or because of the accident in the Marise Paiva Municipal School, Keeping students away for approximately one semester, so tht a new reseach had to be developed sos as to better clarify the effects among the treatments done there

En este trabajo nos ocupamos de la convergencia de la fotografía, el vídeo y la música, intermediado por una estación de radio en la escuela, instalada en la escuela Municipal de Djalma Maranhão, Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, en una clase de 5º año de jóvenes y adultos en el año escolar 2007. Se analizan las intervenciones causados los que participan en la vida escolar, a partir de las actividades realizadas por ellos, en la producción de programas de radio. Los procedimientos metodológicos sobre la base de la etnometodologia (COULON, 1995a, 1995b), en la investigación cualitativa (BOGDAN, BIKLEN, 1999, DENZIN y LINCOLN, 2006), participante como observador (MAY, 2004) y la investigación-acción (THIOLLENT, 1992). La comprensión de Paulo Freire en la comunicación e la educación es nuestro principal referente teórico. Los experimentos citados en los medios de comunicación revelaron varias posibilidades de mejora en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje, como el aumento de la autoestima de los estudiantes, social y de inclusión educativa de personas con discapacidad, disminución de la timidez y facilitar la comunicación entre los sujetos, lo que permite el diálogo entre ellos, intervino en sus relaciones sociales, más allá de los límites de la escuela. La investigación confirma, entonces, que la comunicación y la educación son parte de la misma naturaleza

Este estudo teve como contexto uma escola ribeirinha no município de Breves, situado na Ilha do Marajó, no Estado do Pará. Objetivo mestre: Analisar as representações sociais de jovens-alunos do ensino fundamental da Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental São Francisco, da Comunidade São Francisco, no município de Breves sobre exploração sexual nas balsas do Marajó e as implicações nas suas vidas escolares. Objetivos condutores: Identificar o perfil dos alunos-jovens; Verificar as imagens e os significados destes alunos-jovens sobre a exploração sexual juvenil; Destacar as objetivações e as ancoragens como elementos que compõem as Representações Sociais de alunos-jovens e alunas-jovens sobre a exploração sexual juvenil; Relacionar as Representações Sociais de alunos e alunas jovens sobre a exploração sexual juvenil nas balsas do Marajó e as implicações nas suas vidas escolares. Participaram deste estudo 16 jovens, na faixa etária entre 14 e 20 anos, matriculados entre a 4ª e 6ª série do ensino fundamental. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa-descritiva. O referencial teórico foi a Teoria das Representações Sociais – TRS, com base em Moscovici (2010) e Nascimento (2002). A análise de dados se deu a partir dos referenciais metodológicos de Franco (2008) e Nascimento e Moraes (2010); As Representações Sociais dos jovens-alunos sobre a exploração sexual juvenil nas balsas do Marajó constituíram-se no Rio de possibilidades, cuja imagem se apresenta pelo encantamento, e Rio que traga, imagem representada pelo desencantamento. Além destas RS, destacaram-se significações cuja imagem foi o sentimento de culpa, que se destaca como significado de ser julgado pela comunidade, ter a atribuição de balseira, medo de sofrer ameaças e pelo sentimento de ausência do poder público. A partir destas significações, ressaltamos enquanto ponto de ancoragem o silêncio. Este sentimento que não se pode ouvir brada de sentidos, ora pelo medo de sofrer alguma espécie de julgamento social ora pelo sentimento de esvaziamento que esta condição da exploração sexual se materializa em suas vivências. As implicações escolares constituídas a partir das Representações Sociais de jovens-alunos sobre a exploração sexual juvenil foram: fragilização na formação escolar e no processo psicossocial de desenvolvimento juvenil; falta de aprendizagem; desatenção nos conteúdos e atividades escolares; desinteresse pela escolarização (Abandono escolar e Repetência escolar). Estes elementos e as análises teóricas articuladas a partir dessas Representações Sociais nos apontam como conclusão que a exploração sexual nos rios e furos da paisagem amazônica ainda é pouco visível, uma vez que as ações do poder público ainda não dão o lugar para este fenômeno no sentido de seu combate e enfrentamento. Entendemos, portanto, que deve haver uma ação educativa que possibilite o enfrentamento da exploração sexual juvenil.

A presente Dissertação, intitulada Educação Ambiental em Canaã dos Carajás: o Programa de Educação Ambiental desenvolvido pela Vale na Escola Adelaide Molinari, insere-se no contexto da Linha de Pesquisa Políticas Públicas Educacionais do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação (PPGED) da Universidade Federal do Pará. O Programa de Educação Ambiental (PEA) da empresa Vale constitui-se no fenômeno pesquisado, instituindo-se como objetivo específico a análise do Programa de Educação Ambiental desenvolvido pela Vale na Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Adelaide Molinari, situada na Vila Planalto, município de Canaã dos Carajás-PA. A pesquisa possui abordagem qualitativa como aporte metodológico, com observações in loco na Escola Adelaide Molinari, estabelecendo-se as falas dos sujeitos entrevistados como as bases de análise do PEA da Vale. O resultado da pesquisa demonstra que o Programa de Educação Ambiental desenvolvido na Escola Adelaide Molinari trata a questão ambiental nos aspectos meramente físicos e naturalísticos em detrimento da questão socioambiental. Esse fato favorece implicitamente a Empresa Vale que, por meio de sua orientação de conteúdo trabalhado dentro da Escola, não enseja questionamentos da comunidade quanto às ações degradantes promovidas pela empresa. A pesquisa apontou a ausência da efetivação da Política Municipal de Educação Ambiental pelo poder público local. Constatou-se também que essa ausência favorece a ação da Vale, que insere suas atividades educativas no Sistema Municipal de Ensino sob a alegação da parceria existente entre a empresa e o poder público local, o que faz com que o referido Programa de Educação Ambiental deixe sua condição de atividade a ser desenvolvida na perspectiva da educação não formal e se transforme numa diretriz de educação ambiental formal no Município.
