Esta tesis se realiz?? despu??s de una investigaci??n te??rica, durante tres a??os, y seis meses de investigaci??n pr??ctica, tanto en M??xico como en Espa??a. La violencia en la escuela representa la violencia en la sociedad. El fen??meno de la violencia escolar requiere un an??lisis multicausal y un tratamiento sist??mico, coherente y coordinado. Para enfrentar el problema de la violencia escolar se necesitan hacer cambios en el sistema educativo y en la sociedad, y crear una cultura de actuaci??n, apoyo y redes sociales. El profesorado deber??a valorar los conflictos cotidianos como oportunidades educativas, facilitar la vinculaci??n familia-escuela, concienciarse de su funci??n y responsabilidad educativa en la sociedad, y reorientar las finalidades educativas hacia la motivaci??n, la afectividad, las habilidades sociales, la responsabilidad y la soluci??n de conflictos sin violencia. Es decir, contribuir a la formaci??n de un buen ciudadano, evitando centrarse ??nicamente en los aspectos cognitivos, y ofreciendo una educaci??n inclusiva (educaci??n para todos). La tesis se estructura en siete cap??tulos: I. Marco conceptual y te??rico: la naturaleza, las formas y el tratamiento de la violencia in fantil; perspectiva multicausal y centrada en el conflicto, la violencia, el tratamiento educativo de los conflictos (t??cnicas consideradas adecuadas y menos recomendables), la Educaci??n Infantil (en M??xico y en Espa??a) y el programa para el tratamiento de la violencia (fundamentado en valores, juego, aprendizaje cooperativo, literatura infantil, soluci??n de conflictos y mediaci??n escolar). II. Cuestiones metodol??gicas, planteamiento hol??stico y metodolog??a cualitativa. III. El proceso de invest igaci??n, an??lisis de las fuentes y los m??todos cualitativos. IV. Propuesta de intervenci??n, mexicana, espa??ola y reformulaci??n de la propuesta. V. Resultados, disminuci??n de las agresiones escolares e incremento y utilizaci??n de estrategias adecuadas para el tratamiento de los conflictos. VI. Conclusiones: la violencia no es un comportamiento natural sino una conducta aprendida mediante la socializaci??n. VII. Referencias bibliogr??ficas, presenta documentaci??n actualizada, tambi??n se consideran algunos autores cl??sicos y pioneros en algunos estudios primordiales para esta investigaci??n.

Esta novela corta de Salazar Arboleda pertenece al Realismo en transición hacia el Naturalismo, pero, a la vez, enlaza tanto con la novela gótica inglesa del siglo XVIII, como con el cuento fantástico prevalente en la primera mitad del siglo XIX en Francia y Alemania. El cambio de tipos narrativos dentro de la historia que se relata: novela histórica-novela psicológica- novela fantástica-novela ética muestra la forma en que las literaturas europeas eran asimiladas, adaptadas e innovadas durante el siglo XIX en la narrativa ecuatoriana, pero también la manera en que la novela era un vehículo de difusión ideológica.

O objetivo deste artigo é levantar algumas questões sobre a posição do sujeito na produção de narrativas autobiográficas. A relação do escritor com aquilo que foi no passado, a reconstituição da experiência vivida numa construção "para a leitura" e as diferentes posições atualizadas pelo sujeito no ato de escrever são algumas das preocupações deste trabalho.

The focus of this thesis is the discussion of stories from the fairy tales genre in reading classes of Children´s Literature. Its main purpose is to investigate the argumentative action in the mediation pedagogic process.The evidence from this study is that the argumentative action is a fundamental component of teacher´s mediation as far as story discussion is concerned. The concept of mediation in this thesis comes from principles of interacionist Psychology articulated with THE theory of argumentation. It is understood that argumentative action is a process that objectives to obtain and to intensify the interlocuter´s adhesion through speech. The analysis of the story discussion activity is based on Psycholinguistic, particularly on the study of prevision ability; on the Theory of reception with special reference to the theory of the aesthetic effect, which considers the reader´s reactions and reader´s replies to the text; and on sociocognitive conflict study highlighting conflicts modalities brought up by the discussion of texts. The corpus analysed is composed by discussion episodes of stories from reading classes of Children´s Literature realized through participative observation.The subjects were children aged five-six years old from a public pre-school located in Natal-RN, Brazil. The study highlights mediation acts of argumentative nature such as direct question; illustrations from the book; rereading that were used by the teacher-researcher in story discussion. Among its conclusions it is revealed that argumentative action in stories discussion favors and intensifies the agreement of children´s to the activity. It increases the interaction between text and reader; it favours children´s organization and explicitation of their thoughts. The analysed material shows children´s exposing their ability to argue when having adequade scaffolding by an argumentative mediator the teacher

This research focuses on inclusive in childhood education. Its purpose was to investigate and analyze the conceptions and expectations of teachers of childhood education, childhood education center form Natal/RN, on the inclusion students with disabilities, school and pedagogical practices developed and implications for students learning. Theoric base of the cultural historic perspective, the search took by qualitative analysis of numbers form the case study method. It was used methodological procedures: documentary analysis, participant observation, field journal and semi structures interview.Three teachers participated in the survey of that school had student with disabilities in their classrooms. These teachers were called: Rapunzel, Snow white e Pretty. The teacher s nouns involved the refered kind of education. The data obtained from the observation indicated the regular school of childhood education provides educational practices that promote the participation and participation and development of students with disabilities, live situation that may create barriers to learning and to the development of these children. The analysing data of interview from Bardin content analysis (1994) was based in Cunha s studies (2001) Brun (2006, 2008), Mantoam (2006, 2008), Palacios, Paniagua (2007), among others. The dada showed that correlation and divergence of perceptions and expectations about the issues surrounding inclusion in childhood education. The results shaved that teaching strategies, affective ties, sensitivity and own routine of childhood education are factors that can promote inclusive proposal, but also needs a greater fulfillment individual differences of each child in order to their potentiality. The study also shaved that the negative of pedagogic support to teacher, the ignorance of them as guidelines and strategies that include the student s diversity, the importance having positive conceptions about the learning and development of student with severe learning disabilities and the need for a pedagogic training and of a collective work at school which everybody collaborates : parents, direction, coordination getting inclusive school. Believe that this study pointed relevant issues to be focus new research, since the theme is still lacking in study, therefore emphasize, the importance of conducting research that continuous this job
