Corresponde al Gobierno del Principado de Asturias regular la ordenaci??n y el curr??culo de las ense??anzas de educaci??n primaria, a efectos de su implantaci??n en el a??o acad??mico 2014-2015 para los cursos primero, tercero y quinto, y en el a??o acad??mico 2015-2016 para los cursos segundo, cuarto y sexto. En esta publicaci??n se recogen las relaciones entre los diferentes elementos del curr??culo de educaci??n primaria y los criterios de evaluaci??n del mismo conforme al Decreto 82/2014, de 28 de agosto, de la Consejer??a de Educaci??n, Cultura y Deporte del Principado de Asturias. Comunicação nas organizações e tácticas de socialização : o caso dos estagiários de jornalismo televisivo

A presente investigação trata um tema muito discutido hoje em dia nos meios da comunicação social em Portugal, mas que se relaciona com uma problemática mais ampla de comunicação nas organizações: a integração dos estagiários de jornalismo nas estruturas redactoriais. Vários autores como Sara Meireles Graça, Paulo Faustino e José Luís Garcia têm-se debruçado sobre o problema do “corrupio” de jornalistas estagiários nas redacções e sobre outro tema muito controverso, directamente relacionado, que é o “trabalho escravo” no jornalismo (Garcia et. al., 2009, p. 147). Pretendemos aprofundar estas questões, averiguando a sua dimensão e qual o interesse das empresas neste e noutros processos de recrutamento e integração organizacional, assim como o que pensam sobre tudo isto os estagiários e outros intervenientes. O estudo terá como objecto as três estações generalistas de televisão em Portugal. A pesquisa empírica desenvolveu-se nestas três estações de televisão que, salvaguardando as suas particularidades, foram tomadas como organizações-exemplo para a análise dos processos de integração e socialização organizacional. Realizámos um estudo longitudinal com base numa metodologia de cariz qualitativo a partir do olhar, nomeadamente, dos responsáveis pelos estágios nas redacções e dos estagiários, que são os principais atores neste processo. Os resultados apontam para a existência em algumas televisões, de estagiários curriculares a desempenhar funções como se de jornalistas profissionais se tratassem. Em relação a este tema, também existem divergências de opinião entre as entidades que regulam a profissão e as que representam as televisões. Quanto às tácticas de socialização, as televisões conseguem formar profissionais autónomos, apesar da existência de alguns casos de insatisfação e desinvestimento por parte de estagiários.

Simón Rodríguez: un pensamiento americano (Dossier: Bicentenario, rastros y revelaciones de la Independencia)

El autor sostiene que Simón Rodríguez se propuso crear un pensamiento americano, que conociera y llegara a resolver los problemas de la región. Estos últimos tenían que ver con la vida social, las instituciones, las conductas e ideas, las perspectivas del pasado y del futuro. Era importante crear una conciencia del “ser social” en América por medio de la Razón, y no basarse en proyectos civilizatorios inspirados en ideas importadas y en la política del exterminio, como los de Andrés Bello y Faustino Sarmiento. Guzmán enfatiza que Rodríguez fue defensor de la república, inspirado en la Revolución francesa y en las utopías sociales europeas, que sus ideas pedagógicas planteaban una instrucción social general, basada en la Razón que proviene del estudio de las cosas, y en una valoración por el trabajo útil. El autor resalta dos nociones de Rodríguez: que sin luces, no habría proyectos propios y los políticos estarían condenados a imitar, y que la realidad podía cambiarse con la unión, el desarrollo de las industrias y el derecho de propiedad, junto a la enseñanza de oficios útiles.

Fragmentos de un discurso no amoroso: Thomas Jefferson y la América Hispana. Una aproximación a las relaciones sur-norte (Estudios)

A lo largo del siglo XIX, el pensamiento de Thomas Jefferson fue un punto de encuentro entre Hispanoamérica y los Estados Unidos. Esas aproximaciones estuvieron cruzadas al mismo tiempo por un sentido de admiración y por una serie de temores. Este ensayo reúne y analiza algunos de los fragmentos en que la imagen de Jefferson, su pensamiento y sus escritos evidencian esa relación ambigua en escritores decimonónicos clave como Andrés Bello, Domingo Sarmiento y Esteban Echeverría. Por otra parte, el ensayo reúne fragmentos de las cartas escritas por Jefferson a Alexander von Humboldt, en las que manifiesta su escaso interés por las independencias hispanoamericanas y su desconocimiento sobre los procesos ilustrados que allí se habían desarrollado.

Taxonomy of the Threadsnakes of the tribe Epictini (Squamata: Serpentes: Leptotyphlopidae) in Colombia

Threadsnakes of the tribe Epictini are endemic to the New World, occurring from the United States to Argentina, mostly in the Neotropical region. Currently, the taxonomic status of most species is unclear and there has been no previous attempt of a comprehensive taxonomic revision of Neotropical taxa. Taxonomy of the group is a difficult task due to the paucity of geographic samples, general homogeneous morphology and brevity of species descriptions. Therefore, the only way to address the taxonomic status of existing names is through detailed characterization of the types and the search for additional material of the poorly known species. In this study, we evaluated the taxonomic status of the Colombian threadsnakes and report on geographical variation of meristic, morphometric, colour pattern, and hemipenis characters. On the basis of available samples we recognize the following species in Colombia: Epictia goudotii, E. magnamaculata, E. signata, Rena nicefori, Tricheilostoma brevissimum, T. dugandi, T. joshuai and T. macrolepis. We discuss the systematic position of Rena nicefori and propose its allocation in the genus Tricheilostoma based on a unique combination of morphological characters. Furthermore, we provide a key to the representatives of the tribe Epictini in Colombia.

Preventive and curative glycoside kaempferol treatments attenuate the TH2-driven allergic airway disease

Asthma is a chronic respiratory disease characterized by airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR). One strategy to treat allergic diseases is the development of new drugs. Flavonoids are compounds derived from plants and are known to have antiallergic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. To investigate whether the flavonoid kaempferol glycoside 3-O-[beta-D-glycopiranosil-(1 -> 6)-alpha-L-ramnopiranosil]-7-O-alpha-L-ramnopiranosil-kaempferol (GRRK) would be capable of modulating allergic airway disease (AAD) either as a preventive (GRRK P) or curative (GRRK C) treatment in an experimental model of asthma. At weekly intervals, BALB/c mice were subcutaneously (sc) sensitized twice with ovalbumin (OVA)/alum and challenged twice with OVA administered intranasally. To evaluate any preventive effects GRRK was administered 1 h (hour) before each OVA-sensitization and challenge, while to analyze the curative effects mice were first sensitized with OVA, followed by GRRK given at day 18 through 21. The onset: of AAD was evaluated 24 h after the last OVA challenge. Both treatments resulted in a dose-dependent reduction in total leukocyte and eosinophil counts in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BAL). GRRK also decreased CD4(+), B220(+), MHC class II and CD40 molecule expressions in BAL cells. Histology and lung mechanic showed that GRRK suppressed mucus production and ameliorated the AHR induced by OVA challenge. Furthermore, GRRK impaired Th2 cytokine production (IL-5 and IL-13) and did not induce a Th1 pattern of inflammation. These findings demonstrate that GRRK treatment before or after established allergic lung disease down-regulates key asthmatic features. Therefore. Thermodynamic Stabillity of Hydrogen-Bonded Systems in Polar and Nonpolar Environments

The thermodynamic properties of a selected set of benchmark hydrogen-bonded systems (acetic acid dimer and the complexes of acetic acid with acetamide and methanol) was studied with the goal of obtaining detailed information on solvent effects on the hydrogen-bonded interactions using water, chloroform, and n-heptane as representatives for a wide range in the dielectric constant. Solvent effects were investigated using both explicit and implicit solvation models. For the explicit description of the solvent, molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo simulations in the isothermal isobaric (NpT) ensemble combined with the free energy perturbation technique were performed to determine solvation free energies. Within the implicit solvation approach, the polarizable continuum model and the conductor-like screening model were applied. Combination of gas phase results with the results obtained from the different solvation models through an appropriate thermodynamic cycle allows estimation of complexation free energies, enthalpies, and the respective entropic contributions in solution. Owing to the strong solvation effects of water the cyclic acetic acid dimer is not stable in aqueous solution. In less polar solvents the double hydrogen bond structure of the acetic acid dimer remains stable. This finding is in agreement with previous theoretical and experimental results. A similar trend as for the acetic acid dimer is also observed for the acetamide complex. The methanol complex was found to be thermodynamically unstable in gas phase as well as in any of the three solvents. (C) 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Comput Chem 31: 2046-2055, 2010

Synthesis, mechanism of formation, and molecular orbital calculations of arylamidoximes

A simple and easy synthesis of ten arylamidoximes from arylnitriles and hydroxylamine is described. The formation of the arylamides has been observed to a much lesser extent in the present work. A new mechanism for the formation of arylamidoximes, as well as arylamides, from arylnitriles and hydroxylamine is suggested. Quantum mechanical calculations have been carried out to support this mechanism. The enthalpy of formation in conjunction with atomic charges of the reactants and intermediates helped to understand more about the generation of the products.

Evaluation of intramolecular energy transfer process in the lanthanide(III) bis- and tris-(TTA) complexes: Photoluminescent and triboluminescent behavior

This work reports the energy transfer mechanism process of [Eu(TTA)(2)(NO(3))(TPPO)(2)] (bis-TTA complex) and [Eu(TTA)(3)(TPPO)(2)] (tris-TTA complex) based on experimental and theoretical spectroscopic properties, where TTA = 2-thienoyltrifluoroacetone and TPPO = triphenylphosphine oxide. These complexes were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectroscopy and thermogavimetric analysis. The theoretical complexes geometry data by using Sparkle model for the calculation of lanthanide complexes (SMLC) is in agreement with the crystalline structure determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The emission spectra for [Gd(TTA)(3)(TPPO)(2)] and [Gd(TTA)(2) (NO(3))(TPPO)(2)] complexes are associated to T -> S(0) transitions centered on coordinated TTA ligands. Experimental luminescent properties of the bis-TTA complex have been quantified through emission intensity parameters Omega(lambda)(lambda = 2 and 4), spontaneous emission rates (A(rad)), luminescence lifetime (tau), emission quantum efficiency (eta) and emission quantum yield (q), which were compared with those for tris-TTA complex. The experimental data showed that the intensity parameter value for bis-TTA complex is twice smaller than the one for tris-TTA complex, indicating the less polarizable chemical environment in the system containing nitrate ion. A good agreement between the theoretical and experimental quantum yields for both Eu(Ill) complexes was obtained. The triboluminescence (TL) of the [Eu(TTA)(2)(NO(3))(TPPO)(2)] complexes are discussed in terms of ligand-to-metal energy transfer. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All fights reserved.
