Analysis of the footprint in school age of 8-10 years old

Biomechanical problems in children, is an important subject currently, existing controversy in different areas, for example, the majority of children have a flattened footprint, or the hypermobility joint is linked to a musculoskeletal pain. The objective of the study was to determine what kind of footprint is most frequent in school-age children (8-10 years) in the area of Plasencia. This was taken as a sign 50 children, of whom 28 were males and 22 females. All the subjects in the study underwent an assessment of footprint planted in static as well as an exploration of different parameters through inspection in a standing position (formula digital, rearfoot). The results show that excavated footprint is present in a 72% cases of the population, 16% was belonging to an excavated footprint in which we find a higher percentage of weight related.For the digital formula we find that the most common is the Egyptian foot by 40% of the cases and that the prevalence in the rearfoot, is a normal hindfoot. In relation with the hypermobility joint, we check that it is more common in girls and that none of them presents an association to musculoskeletal pain. As a future line we could establish a more comprehensive study with new techniques and valuingchild���s statics and dynamics, to have a more accurate study of the different variables in the sample population studied.

The divulgation of hygiene-sanitation matters at the start of Spanish radio (1933-1957)

The work analyse from a journalistic point of view the history radio divulgation of health during the Second Republic and the start of the Franco era. For it, printed sources of the health broadcast conferences have been analysed. The most frequently used radio genre was a combination of informative monologue and monologue opinion. Questions relating to maternal-juvenile health were the most disseminated. In general, the radio language employed responded to the needs for clarity, as well as adapting the message to the target audience. With Francoism, the political slogans were incorporated and the gender discussions were given more importance.

The influence of gender in the direction of Spanish cooperative societies on profitability and indebtedness: an empirical analysis

In this paper the claim for the market for a new business management to ensure the presence of women in decision -making to respond to new social needs addressed. Thus, this paper analyzes the influence of gender diversity of the directors on the profitability and the level of debt for a sample of 5,199 Spanish cooperatives. Unlike capitalist societies, these organizations have a number of peculiarities in their government, and that the partners are themselves major time, agents and customers. The study focuses on the Spanish context, where there is an open debate on the importance of women's business management, as in other countries, driven by the proliferation of legislation on gender equality, being, in addition, Spain, the pioneer in having specific legislation on Social Economy. The results show that cooperatives with greater female representation in theirs Boards have higher profitability. On the other hand, those Boards with a higher percentage of women show a lower level of indebtedness.

La m��sica práctica en san Agust��n: "vestigium" y "signum"

En distintos momentos de su producci��n intelectual, Agust��n se refiri�� al asunto de la m��sica. En este art��culo mostraremos que Agust��n uso dos esquemas conceptuales distintos para describir el fen��meno de la m��sica práctica en su relaci��n con el mundo espiritual, el esquema de las Artes Liberales y el de la teor��a del signo, y que en virtud de ello la m��sica ser��a concebida de dos modos diferentes: como vestigium y como signum del mundo espiritual, respectivamente. Al final del art��culo analizaremos la diferencia entre las dos concepciones considerando tres elementos: la naturaleza de la relaci��n entre mundo material y espiritual, el contenido espiritual al que remite y la noci��n de belleza que implica.

La recuperaci��n mutua en personas con trastornos psicol��gicos o diversidad funcional a trav��s de la práctica creativa

En el presente art��culo introducimos el concepto de ���recuperaci��n mutua��� y proponemos las prácticas creativas como herramientas eficientesde recuperaci��n de personas tanto con problemas de salud mental como con alg��n tipo de diversidad funcional. Frente al concepto cl��sico de ���arte-terapia��� nosotros proponemos el concepto de ���práctica creativa��� como m��s compatible con el modelo de ���recuperaci��n mutua���. Para ello, en primer lugar realizamos un breve repaso cr��tico a la relaci��n del arte con la locura. Seguidamente, presentamos los conceptos hermanos de ���recuperaci��n��� y ���recuperaci��n mutua��� en el marco de lo que se ha venido a denominar las ���health humanities���. Para finalizar, describimos dos prácticas creativas que en la actualidad est��n siendo evaluadas en Espa��a en el contexto de un proyecto de investigaci��ninternacional en recuperaci��n mutua: Los seminarios creativos con personas con trastorno mental grave en el Museo de Arte Contempor��neo de Sevilla y el grupo de teatro con personas con diversidad funcional de la Asociaci��n S��ndrome de Down-Sevilla
