Fe-57 Mossbauer spectroscopic and magnetic studies of R3Fe29-xVx (R = Y, Ce, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, and Dy)

Mossbauer spectra for Fe atoms in the series of R3Fe29-xVx (R = Y, Ce, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, and Dy) compounds were collected at 4.2 K. The ratio of 14.5 T/mu(B) between the average hyperfine field B-hf and the average Fe magnetic moment mu(Fe)(MS), obtained from our data, in Y3Fe29-xVx is in agreement with that deduced from the RxTy alloys by Gubbens et al. The average Fe magnetic moments mu(Fe)(MS) in these compounds at 4.2 K, deduced from our Mossbauer spectroscopic studies, are in accord with the results of magnetization measurement. The average hyperfine field of the Fe sites for R3Fe29-xVx at 4.2 K increases with increasing values of the rare earth effective spin (g(J) - 1) J, which indicates that there exists a transferred spin polarization induced by the neighboring rare earth atom.

Mossbauer spectroscopy study of Fe-57 in R3Fe29-xTx (R=Y, Ce, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb and Dy; T=V and Cr)

Fe-57 Mossbauer spectra for the Fe atoms in the R3Fe29-xTx (R=Y, Ce, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy; T=V, Cr) compounds were collected at 4.2 K. The analysis of Mossbauer spectra was based on the results of magnetization and neutron powder diffraction measurements. The average Fe magnetic moments at 4.2 K, deduced from our data, are in accord with magnetization measurements. The average hyperfine field of Tb3Fe29-xCrx (x=1.0, 1.5, 2.0, and 3.0) decreases with increasing Cr concentration, which is also in accordance with the variation of the average Fe magnetic moment in the Tb3Fe29-xCrx compounds.

黄土高原长期种植苜蓿对土壤硫、钙、镁的影响

以22年定位试验为基础,研究黄土高原长期种植紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativaL.)情况下土壤硫、钙、镁组分的变化。结果表明:长期施P使苜蓿连作耕层土壤总硫、有效硫、水溶性硫、吸附性硫、HCl可溶性硫、总无机硫和有机硫含量分别增加9.41%、62.41%、47.51%、30.07%、2.25%、5.38%和17.54%;长期施NPM使苜蓿连作耕层土壤总硫、有效硫、水溶性硫、吸附性硫、HCl可溶性硫、总无机硫和有机硫含量分别增加20.89%、98.31%、68.44%、57.34%、8.07%、12.54%和37.69%。长期施P使苜蓿连作耕层土壤全钙、有效钙、水溶态钙、交换态钙和酸溶态钙含量增加分别增加4.64%、4.27%、11.66%、4.05%和8.59%,但残余态钙含量降低2.21%;长期施NPM使苜蓿连作耕层土壤全钙、有效钙、水溶态钙、交换态钙和酸溶态钙含量增加分别增加8.69%、8.30%、51.59%、6.73%和27.77%,但残余态钙含量降低26.23%。长期施NPM使苜蓿连作耕层土壤全镁、有效镁、水溶态镁、交换态镁、酸溶态镁和残余态镁含量分别增加7.38%、61.98%、63.16%...

延河流域种子植物区系特征与物种空间分布

以延河流域为例,采用环境梯度分层采样技术,对该流域种子植被的区系成分进行调查分析。结果表明,延河流域主要的种子植物区系共涉及57个科、148属、211种,其中裸子植物3科3属3种,被子植54科145属208种。从植物区系科属的分布型看,热带亚热带成分占31.57%,温带成分占28.07%;从属的分布型看,热带亚热带成分占11.72%,温带成分占60.54%。温带成分构成了本区系的主体,本区种子植物区系属温带性质。虽然数量上较整个黄土高原的植物区系成分较少,但这些物种却是该流域种子植物群落的主要构成种,对该区的生态恢复具有更重要的意义。在此基础上,进一步借助物种空间分布与环境要素响应图,分析211个物种分布的环境梯度空间,结果表明,它们可直接满足生态恢复重建的物种选择等需求,具有较好的应用价值。

横向外延GaN结晶质量的同步辐射研究

采用同步辐射X光衍射技术研究了α-Al_2O_3(0001)衬底上横向外延GaN的结构特征。发现横向生长区的GaN（0001）晶面与窗口区的GaN(0001)晶面在垂直掩模方向上存在取向差。ω/2θ联动扫描发现横向生长区的GaN的衍射峰半高宽约为窗口区GaN的一半，这表明横向外延生长技术在降低GaN穿透位错密度的同时，还能大幅度提高GaN的晶粒尺寸。

微机电光开关

对微机械光开关的特点和应用作了简要的论述，并对近年国外几种典型微机械光开关的结构、原理和研制方法作了简要的介绍和评述。这类新型的开关器件的主要优点是串话小，插入损耗小、消光比高，对波长和偏振不敏感，且体积小，造价低等，在光纤通信和光纤测试系统中具有广阔的应用前景。

光电子材料InP玷污的研究

文章给出了光电子材料InP的（100）和（111）晶面质谱分析的结果，对（100）晶面做了光荧光分析。在300和77 K温度下测量了（100）晶面的电子浓度及电子迁移率。研究表明玷污主要来自硅。

GaAs基分子束外延材料的市场和产业化

评述了当前高速发展的信息技术对化合物半导体的市场，特别是以分子束外延材料市场的推动。介绍了实验室研制的高性能MBE二维材料及其器件的应用结果。讨论了我国MBE GaAs材料的产业化进展。
