We have examined photoluminescence (PL), IR absorption and Raman spectra of a series of hydrogenated amorphous silicon oxide (a-SiOx:H, (0 < x < 2)) films fabricated by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). Two strong luminescence bands were observed at room temperature, one is a broad envelope comprising a main peak around 670 nm and a shoulder at 835 nm, and the other, peaked around 850 nm; is found only after being annealed up to 1170 degrees C in N-2 environment. In conjunction with IR and Raman spectra, the origins of the two luminescent bands and their annealing behaviors are discussed on the basis of quantum confinement effects.

Three new absorption bands, appearing around 670, 865 and 980 nm, are observed in BaFCl:Eu2+ phosphors. They are ascribed to F aggregates formed by association of F centers or by trapping of electrons to the primary F-n(+) (n = 2,3,4) centers. The growth curves of F and F-aggregated centers are similar and may be divided into three stages. The photostimulated luminescence (PSL) decays by stimulation into the absorption bands of F centers and of F aggregates are different; the former decay logarithmically and the latter decay hyperbolically. Some non-radiative processes related to F aggregates, such as electron migration, occur accompanying the PSL process, which may reduce the PSL efficiency and sensitivity of the phosphors. The characteristic of several night imaging and display technologies on cars are introduced. Compared with the current night vision technologies on cars, Range-gated technology can eliminate backscattered light and increase the SNR of system. The theory of range-gated image technology is described. The plan of range-gated system on cars is designed; the divergence angle of laser can be designed to change automatically, this allows overfilling of the camera field of view to effectively attenuate the laser when necessary. Safety range of the driver is calculated according to the theory analysis. Observation distance of the designed system is about 500m which is satisfied with the need of safety driver range.

An index-coupled distributed feedback laser with the sampled grating has been designed and fabricated. The +1(st) order reflection of the sampled grating is utilized for laser single mode operation, which is 1.5329 mu m in the experiment. The sampled grating is formed by a conventional holographic exposure combined with the usual photolithography. The typical threshold current of DFB laser with the sampled grating is 25mA, and the optical output is about 10mW at the injected current of 100mA.

在对现有虚拟环境导航技术进行分析的基础上,针对单一导航方式难以同时胜任多种导航任务的问题,提出并实现了一种结合飞行的快速步行导航技术。该导航技术通过对用户交互意图和场景上下文的感知自动调整导航模式以适应不同类型导航任务的需求,从总体上提高了复杂虚拟环境下的导航效率。

As a kind of waste collected from restaurants, trap grease is a chemically challenging feedstock for biodiesel production for its high free fatty acid (FFA) content. A central composite design was used to evaluate the effect of methanol quantity, acid concentration and reaction time on the synthesis of biodiesel from the trap grease with 50% free fatty acid, while the reaction temperature was selected at 95 degrees C. Using response surface methodology, a quadratic polynomial equation was obtained for ester content by multiple regression analysis. Verification experiments confirmed the validity of the predicted model. To achieve the highest ester content of crude biodiesel (89.67%), the critical values of the three variables were 35.00 (methanol-to-oil molar ratio), 11.27 wt% (catalyst concentration based on trap grease) and 4.59 h (reaction time). The crude biodiesel could be purified by a second distillation to meet the requirement of biodiesel specification of Korea.

本文测定了如下电池 Pr(固)|KCl-NaCl+2%PrCl_3|Pr-Al(X_(Pr) = 0.09-0.19) Pr-Al(X_(Pr) = 0.09-0.19)|KCl-NaCl+2% PrCl_3|Pr-Al(待测) Nd(固)|KCl-NaCl+2%NdCl_3|Nd-Al(X_(Nd) = 0.09-0.19) Nd-Al(X_(Nd) = 0.09-0.19)|KCl-NaCl+2%NdCl_3|Nd-Al(待测)的电动势与温度,待测合金组成的关系。温度范围是670-850 ℃,组成范围是Pr或Nd的摩尔分数从0.01到0.190。在此基础上计算了Pr-Al、Nd-Al合金熔体中各金属的活度、偏摩尔自由能、偏摩尔熵以及合金体系的摩尔混自由能、摩尔混合熵和摩尔混合焓,计算了合金相图的部分液相线温度和不同温度下PrAl_4、NdAl_4的标准生成自由能。在空气和氯气混合气氛下对电池Nd-Al(X_(dd) = 0.09-0.19)|KCl-NaCl+NdCl_3|Nd-Al(待测)的电动势与待测合金组成、电解质中NdCl_3含量的关系进行了探讨。为在电解Nd-Al合金过程中快速、近似分析合金组成提供了依据。在此基础上提出了一种快速、近似的分析方法。

利用Raman散射谱研究了GaN注Er以及Er+O共注样品的振动模,并讨论了共注入O对Er离子发光的影响. 在Raman散射谱中,对于注Er的GaN样品出现了300 cm~(-1)和670 cm~(-1)两个新的Raman峰,而对于Er+O共注样品,除了上述两个峰外,在360 cm~(-1)处出现了另外一个新的峰,其中300 cm~(-1)峰可以用disorder-activated Raman scattering (DARS)来解释,670 cm~(-1)峰是由于与N空位相关的缺陷引起的,而360 cm~(-1)峰是由O注入引起的缺陷络合物产生的. 由于360 cm~(-1)模的缺陷出现,从而导致Er+O共注入GaN薄膜红外光致发光(PL)强度的下降

采用低温生长GaAs晶体作为被动饱和吸收体兼输出镜,实现了Nd∶Gd0.42Y0.58VO4混晶激光器的调Q锁模运转。研究了Nd∶Gd0.42Y0.58VO4激光器的基频运转特性。在输出镜透射率T=10%、腔长L=40 mm的情况下,当抽运功率为8.6 W时,获得激光输出功率3.78 W,光光转换效率为43.9%。并测量了Nd∶Gd0.42Y0.58VO4混晶被动调Q激光器的输出特性。实验结果表明激光器调Q运转阈值为2 W,当抽运功率为3.7 W时,激光器出现调Q锁模行为;当抽运功率为8.6 W时,激光器调Q锁模深度达70%以上,对应的脉冲包络重复频率为670 kHz,半峰全宽为180 ns,平均输出功率为1.35 W,光光转换效率为15.7%。

利用等离子增强化学气相沉积技术制备了一组含量不同的氢化非晶氧化硅(a-SiO_x:H)薄膜,室温下在550~900 nm的波长范围内观察到了两个强的发光带:一个是由峰位在670 nm(1.85 eV)左右的主峰和峰位在835 nm(1.46 eV)的伴峰组成的包络,另一个只能在氮气氛中1170℃退火后的样品中观测到,峰位大约在850 nm。通过对红外谱和微区Raman谱的分析,认为这二个发光带可能分别与存在于薄膜中的a-Si原子团和Si纳米晶粒有关。
