目的 被尖吻蝮蛇(D ienag k istrod on acu tus) 咬伤会引起严重的出血, 对蛇毒出血毒素的研究有利 于治疗蛇伤出血药物筛选。方法 采用Sephadex G275, DEA E2Sephadex A 250, Sephadex G2200 和两次 PBE 聚焦层析纯化。SDS2PA GE 电泳和等电聚焦电泳测定纯化样品的纯度和等电点。氨基酸组成用自动氨 基酸分析仪测定。以小鼠背部皮下注射部位出血斑的面积来确定最小出血剂量和常规的方法测定酶活性。 结果 从尖吻蝮蛇毒中纯化到一个相对分子量为56 000 的出血毒素(DaHT23) , 经氨基酸组成测定计算, 它由487 个氨基酸残基组成。此成分在SDS2PA GE 上显示出一条均一的蛋白染色带, 其p I 为5150。该出 血成分的最小出血剂量是216Lg, 具有蛋白水解酶活力, 其活力为3168, 但没有精氨酯酶和磷脂酶A 2 活 力。当加入EDTA 螯合剂去除金属离子后, 它们的出血活力和蛋白水解酶活力均丧失。结论 这是从大 陆尖吻蝮蛇毒中获得的一个新的出血金属蛋白酶(DaHT 23)。

采用ISSR分子标记对中国水域隶属于不同江豚(Neophocaena phocaenoides)亚种的两个群体即长江群体和渤海群体的遗传多样性进行分析。用19条ISSR引物及3对引物组合对两个群体共36个样品的基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,共得到115个清晰的扩增位点,其中多态性位点48个,多态位点百分率(PPL)为41.71%。POPGENE分析结果表明:两个江豚群体的总体遗传多样性水平相对较低(He=0.1643;Ho=0.2413);长江群体的遗传多样性水平(He=0.1530;Ho=0.2223)稍

建立了微囊藻毒素的一种新的测定方法。在Ni2 + 硼砂为支持电解质的体系中 ,微囊藻毒素 RR在 -1 5 5V产生一个极谱波。在此实验条件下 ,微囊藻毒素在 1 5 0~8 0 0mg L浓度范围内 ,极谱波高与微囊藻毒素浓度有良好的线性关系 ,线性相关系数为 0 998,检测限为 0 0 7mg L。同时对测定条件进行了研究 ,并探讨了极谱电流的性质 ,认为该极谱波是一个催化氢波 ;常见无机物和有机物不干扰本法测定 ,具有良好的选择性。该方法用于实际水样测定 ,获得了满意结果

2002年6—8月对南方鲇(SilurusmeridionalisChen)(初始体重12.93±0.13g)进行人工配合饲料的喂养实验。实验以白鱼粉、玉米油、糊化玉米淀粉分别作为蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物(CBH)原料。配制等蛋白质(含量为40%),等脂肪(含量为10%),不同CBH梯度的6组饲料,饲料CBH水平分别设计为0%,6%,12%,18%,24%,30%。实验每水平设4个重复,采用室内循环水养殖系统,在27.5℃下以饱足日粮水平喂养8周。实验结果表明:随着饲料淀粉水平的增加,摄食率和生长率呈先增

A 2-year investigation of growth and food availability of silver carp and bighead was carried out using stable isotope and gut content analysis in a large pen in Meiliang Bay of Lake Taihu, China. Both silver carp and bighead exhibited significantly higher delta 13C in 2005 than in 2004, which can probably be attributed to two factors: (i) the difference between isotopic compositions at the base of the pelagic food web and (ii) the difference between the compositions of prey items and stable isotopes. The significantly positive correlations between body length, body weight and stable isotope ratios indicated that isotopic changes in silver carp and bighead resulted from the accumulation of biomass concomitant with rapid growth. Because of the drastic decrease in zooplankton in the diet in 2005, silver carp and bighead grew faster in 2004 than in 2005. Bighead carp showed a lower trophic level than silver carp in 2005 as indicated by stable nitrogen isotope ratios, which was possibly explained by the interspecific difference between the prey species and the food quality of silver carp and bighead.

A high efficiency and broad bandwidth grating coupler between a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) nanophotonic waveguide and fibre is designed and fabricated. Coupling efficiencies of 46% and 25% at a wavelength of 1.55 mu m are achieved by simulation and experiment, respectively. An optical 3 dB bandwidth of 45 nm from 1530 nm to 1575 nm is also obtained in experiment. Numerical calculation shows that a tolerance to fabrication error of 10 nm in etch depth is achievable. The measurement results indicate that the alignment error of +/-2 mu m results in less than 1 dB additional coupling loss.

Native point defects in the rutile TiO2 are studied via first-principles pseudopotential calculations. Except for the two antisite defects, all the native point defects have low formation energies. Under the Ti-rich growth condition, high concentrations of titanium interstitials and oxygen vacancies would form spontaneously in p-type samples; whereas high concentrations of titanium vacancies would form spontaneously in n-type samples regardless of the oxygen partial pressure. A silicon-on-insulator-based thermo-optic waveguide switch integrated with spot size converters is designed and fabricated by inductively coupled plasma reactive ion etching. The device shows good characteristics, including low, insertion loss of 8 +/- 1 dB for wavelength 1530-1580 nm and fast response times of 4.6 As for rising edge and 1.9 mu s for failing edge. The extinction ratios of the two channels are 19.1 and 18 dB, respectively.

Coupling coefficient is an important parameter for distributed feedback lasers. Modified coupled-wave equations are used to calculate the effect of grating shape on coupling coefficient of the second-order gratings. Corresponding devices demonstrate that the maximum kink-free power per facet reaches 50 mW and the sidemode suppression ratio is 36 dB.

Broad-band semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs) with different thicknesses and thin bulk tensile-strained active layers were fabricated and studied. Amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) spectra and gain spectra of SOAs were measured and analyzed at different CW biases. A maximal 3 dB ASE bandwidth of 136 nm ranging from 1480 to 1616 nm, and a 3 dB optical amplifier gain bandwidth of about 90 nm ranging from 1510 to 1600 nm, were obtained for the very thin bulk active SOA. An in situ energy dispersive x-ray diffraction study on nanocrystalline ZnS was carried out under high pressure up to 30.8 GPa by using a diamond anvil cell. The phase transition from the wurtzite to the zinc-blende structure occurred at 11.5 GPa, and another obvious transition to a new phase with rock-salt structure also appeared at 16.0 GPa-which was higher than the value for the bulk material. The bulk modulus and the pressure derivative of nanocrystalline ZnS were derived by fitting the Birch-Murnaghan equation. The resulting modulus was higher than that of the corresponding bulk material, indicating that the nanomaterial has higher hardness than the bulk material.

A Schottky-based metal-semiconductor-metal photodetector is fabricated on 1 mu m-thick, crack-free GaN on Si (I 11) substrate using an optimized AlxGal-xN/AlN complex buffer layer. It exhibits a high responsivity of 4600A/W at 366nm which may be due to both a crack-free sample and high internal gain. The relationship between responsivity and bias voltage is also investigated. The experiment results indicate that the responsivity increases with the bias voltage and shows a tendency to saturate. (c) 2007 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH &Co. KGaA, Weinheim.

对称水印方案的水印检测密钥可以被用来伪造和移去水印,因此要求它在检测过程中也是保密的.零知识的水印检测方案利用密码学中零知识和知识证明的思想和算法,实现在水印检测时使得验证者确信水印存在性的同时又不泄漏水印检测密钥.提出了公开可验证的零知识水印检测的安全需求,给出一个公开可验证的承诺方案和一个证明知道被承诺值的离散对数的零知识知识证明协议.在此基础上提出了一个公开可验证的零知识水印方案,并讨论了它的安全性.
