Este projeto examina a recente experiência (1992-1997) de incentivos fiscais para estimular o patrocínio empresarial à cultura. Uma lei federal ("Lei Rouanet"), e aproximadamente 20 leis, entre estaduais e municipais, estão em vigor atualmente. Elas fornecem um indispensável complemento ao dispêndio governamental em cultura. Constituem uma experiência a ser encorajada e avaliada em seus aspectos quantitativos e qualitativos. Esta pesquisa poderá servir como o primeiro passo para se construir uma ferramenta para acompanhamento dessa política pública, que vem sendo hoje, aliás, adotada em quase todos os países desenvolvidos, em qualquer parte do mundo.

Este estudo lida com política cultural, administração e financiamento das artes e do patrimônio histórico. Passa em revista a experiência brasileira, a partir da bibliografia disponível, e a contrasta com a de países adiantados. Embora com foco no presente, reconstitui seletivamente a história dessa política pública desde 1945, nos Estados Unidos, na Inglaterra e na França, e aponta impasses que hoje ela enfrenta no contexto neoliberal e globalizado. Questões como formação de dirigentes culturais, patrocínio empresarial, incentivos fiscais, diplomacia cultural, descentralização administrativa, tendências do consumo cultural, "espetacularização" de eventos e o papel das fundações são localizadas nas discussões que ocorrem dentro e fora da academia, nos países considerados.

Since the emergence of the first demands for actions that were intended to give greater attention to culture in Brazil, came the first discussions which concerned the way the Brazilian government could have a positive influence in encouraging the culture, as is its interaction with the actors interested and involved with the cause. During the military dictatorship, there were programs which relied on the direct participation of the State to ensure that right, from the viewpoint of its support and implementation of public resources in developing the "cultural product" to be brought to society in its various forms of expression - all this, funded by the government. It is an example of "EMBRAFILMES" and "Projeto Seis e Meia", continued until the present day in some regions of the country, though maintained by entities not directly connected with the administration or the government. However, it was from the period of democratization and the end of the dictatorship that the Brazilian government began to look at the different culture, under its guarantee to the society. Came the first incentive laws, led by "Lei Sarney" Nº 7.505/86, which was culture as a segment which could receive foreign assistance in order to assist the government in fulfilling its public duty. After Collor era and the end of the embargo through the encouragement of culture incentive laws, consolidated the incentive model proposed in advance of Culture "Lei Sarney" and the federal laws, state and local regimentares as close to this action. This applies to the Rouanet Law (Lei Rouanet), Câmara Cascudo Law (Lei Câmara Cascudo) and Djalma Maranhão Cultural Incentive Law (Lei de Incentivo à Cultura Djalma Maranhão), existing in Natal and Rio Grande do Norte. Since then, business entities could help groups and cultural organizations to keep their work from the political sponsorship under control and regiment through the Brazilian state in the form of their Cultural Incentive Law. This framework has contributed to the strengthening of NGOs and with the consolidation of these institutions as the linchpin of Republican guaranteeing the right to access to culture, but corporate social responsibility was the one who took off in the segment treated here, through the actions of Responsibility Cultural enterprises arising from the Cultural Organizations. Therefore, in the face of this discourse, this study ascertains the process of encouraging the Culture in Rio Grande do Norte from the Deviant Case Analysis at the Casa da Ribeira, the main Cultural Organization that operates, focused action in Natal in order to assess the relationships established between the same entity and the institutions which are entitled to maintain the process of encouraging treated in this study - Enterprise, from the viewpoint of corporate sponsorship and Cultural Responsibility and State in the form of the Laws Incentive Funds and Public Culture Incentive

Apresenta uma visão geral do marketing esportivo, adaptando-se conceitos clássicos de marketing ao esporte, identificando seu potencial e oportunidades. A grande parte das informações foi levantada com base em dados do mercado norte-americano, já que no Brasil o assunto começou a se desenvolver mais recentemente. Foi dada ênfase ao patrocínio esportivo no sentido de mostrar o seu potencial como ferramenta de marketing, que faz parte do composto promocional, para ajudar as empresas a atingirem seus objetivos organizacionais, de marketing e de núdia. Alguns cases são apresentados com a intenção de demonstrar os objetivos, riscos e resultados obtidos por empresas que investiram no marketing esportivo no Brasil.

O patrocínio, enquanto meio de comunicação, tem assumido uma importância cada vez maior nas estratégias de marketing das organizações. O mercado empresarial atual obriga a que as marcas encontrem formas diferentes das convencionais de comunicar com os seus clientes e passar-lhes a sua mensagem. Assim, as empresas procuram, por via do patrocínio, interagir com os consumidores e criar laços afetivos que os liguem às marcas que representam. A presente investigação procura perceber de que forma uma ação de patrocínio pode ter impacto na intenção de compra dos consumidores relativamente aos produtos/serviços da marca patrocinadora. Pretende-se igualmente explorar os efeitos da congruência entre o evento patrocinado e a marca patrocinadora, da atitude relativamente ao evento patrocinado e da atitude relativamente à marca patrocinadora na intenção de compra dos consumidores. Os resultados obtidos confirmam que o patrocínio tem influência na intenção de compra dos consumidores em relação aos produtos/serviços da marca patrocinadora do evento. Confirmam também que a congruência entre o evento e a marca, a atitude relativamente à marca e a atitude relativamente ao evento são variáveis que se encontram interligadas e que exercem um efeito de influência entre si, bem como em relação à intenção de compra dos consumidores.

The companies are part of an important segment of the society, besides, it exercises a significant contribution, being also responsible for helping in the improvement of the quality of life of the population. Like this being, to present research looked for to investigate the perception that the entrepreneurs of the building site of Aracaju/SE have concerning the theme Business Social Responsibility (RSE). besides the perceptions, it was part also of the research, to know the entrepreneur's of the building site social construction and the possible practices of Social Responsibility. The research grew in two different moments. The first looked for the theoretical embasamento, trying to study the economical sociology, understanding the effects provoked by the economy, understanding to you reason them that you/they took to the appearance of the perceptions that you/they permeate the historicity among the market, the nascedouro of the associations as company and his/her dynamics in the society. It was also researched, the concept of social responsibility in national and local extent, as well as, the contextualização of the state of Sergipe, detaching the municipal district of Aracaju, and describing how it happened his/her development starting from what is considered urbanization. In the second moment, the accomplishment of interviews in five companies, allowed to notice the entrepreneurs' perception concerning business social responsibility, as well as, actions of different characteristics in four of the samples. In these actions, they are patronage in cultural events, donations of projects for charity institutions, the concern with the preservation of the environment in the use of work materials ecologically correct, preventive health and employees' training. Concluding the research, I introduce the conclusions which it allowed to arrive me, and I point some suggestions for future researches that enlarge the reflection on this theme

En primer lugar, el autor presenta las características de la persona humana, tal como las recoge la Doctrina Social de la Iglesia, para referirse luego a lo específicamente cristiano de esa antropología. El líder empresarial cristiano debe aunar la excelencia en sus tareas con los medios humanos fundados en la fe y el amor hacia Dios y hacia su prójimo

El autor destaca la importancia del documento y su análisis de las tres facetas en que se desenvuelve la vida empresarial: ver, juzgar y actuar. El proyecto cadena de valor ejecutado por el Instituto de Desarrollo Rural (IDR) en la zona seca del departamento de Matagalpa (Terrabona, Darío y Sébaco), contempla el fortalecimiento empresarial de las cooperativas productoras de hortalizas de la zona. A solicitud del IDR se realizó un estudio sobre el desarrollo empresarial y humano de las cooperativas Cooprahort, R.L y Cooprovaseb, R.L en el que se determinaron los puntos críticos, así como las ventajas comparativas que presentan cada una de ellas, tomando en cuenta las condiciones de vida de sus asociados. El estudio es de tipo descriptivo, de corte transversal, se utilizó un enfoque mixto, haciendo uso del método teórico mediante fuentes bibliográficas, y el método empírico con la aplicación de encuestas, entrevistas, guía de observación y grupos focales. Mediante el análisis de indicadores como valores y principios cooperativos y toma de decisión, se determinó que los cooperados hacen uso de los deberes y derechos cooperativos; financiamiento, canales de comercialización y control interno, además, con estos indicadores se determinó el nivel de desarrollo empresarial con que cuentan estas organizaciones. Para la determinación del nivel de desarrollo humano se utilizaron indicadores como el ingreso, vivienda, y participación. Se logró determinar que Cooprahort tiene un nivel de desarrollo empresarial opuesto al de Cooprovaseb; la primera cuenta con toda la infraestructura y maquinaria necesaria para llevar a cabo el suministro de la producción a los diferentes clientes, en cambio, la última no dispone de la misma, por lo cual hace que sea totalmente opuesta a Cooprahort.R.L. A pesar de lo anterior, las condiciones de vida de los asociados de ambas cooperativas son similares, aunque el móvil para lograr bienestar no es el mismo. Los asociados de Coprahort manifestaron que a través de la cooperativa han logrado mejorar su forma de vivir, en cambio para los asociados de Cooprovaseb el móvil para mantener su nivel de vida es la venta de la producción a intermediarios, concluyendo que la cooperativa no ha influido en la mejora como personas.

[ES] En este trabajo se pretende estudiar las consecuencias de la orientación al mercado sobre el rendimiento empresarial. En concreto se propone un modelo donde los efectos de la OM sobre la rentabilidad se manifiestan a través de otras variables mediadoras de resultados. La investigación empírica se realiza en el sector de la banca comercial española y se utiliza los modelos de ecuaciones estructurales para la contrastación de las hipótesis propuestas.

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene por objeto llegar a un diagnóstico de la capacidad, por parte de las empresas del Territorio Histórico de Bizkaia, de absorber los resultados de I+D generados por universidades y otros centros de investigación. Para ello, en primer lugar, mediante una revisión de la literatura teórica y empírica existente sobre el tema, se identifican las características empresariales vinculadas a dicha capacidad de absorción; a continuación, se analiza el grado de presencia de tales características en dos muestras de empresas: una muestra de 26 empresas vizcaínas avanzadas en gestión, y una muestra más general de empresas vizcaínas de más de 10 trabajadores; por último, se identifican las características en las que las empresas de Bizkaia manifiestan suficiente capacidad para absorber resultados de I+D externa, frente a aquellas otras que resulta necesario desarrollar, pues en ellas todavía no se han alcanzado niveles satisfactorios.
