Contains approximately 6800 manuscripts arranged chronologically by year for years 1752-1794. Approximately 100 are letters received or written by Lopez, his partner and father-in-law, Jacob Rodriguez Rivera, members of his family and company, and commercial agents pertaining to business activities and sailing orders for the captains of various ships. Several also refer to personal matters and acquaintances, including a series of six letters from Silas Cooke of White Hall (Middletown), R.I., to Aaron Lopez, asking his aid in returning a run-away slave (1776). The great majority of the collection consists of account records, bills of sale, orders, shipping agreements, lists of sailors on the various ships, repair records and cargo invoices. Of particular interest are a receipt for payment of a half-year's subscription to the "tzedakah" of Congregation Nefutzei Israel, Newport (1755) and several documents that reveal Lopez as a supplier of kosher meat and other religious articles to people in various parts of the colonies, Surinam, and Jamaica. Also included in this group are copies of sailing lists, documents pertaining to Lopez's naturalization which shed light upon the status of a Jew applying for citizenship in Massachusetts and a check to Lopez from the United States government for a loan made during the Revolutionary War (1779).

Constituem, na realidade, ensaios morais sobre vrios aspectos da vida. Foi editado pelo clebre impressor francs Critvo Plantin (ou Plantino), radicado na Blgica, que notabilizou-se pela preciosidade de seu trabalho tipogrfico, o que lhe valeu o ttulo de "Grande Impressor", atribudo por Filipe II, rei da Espanha (Filipe I de Portugal).

[ES]Teniendo en cuenta la actual normativa europea y espaola, que tiene como objetivo principal el cumplimiento de la reduccin de emisiones que se recoge en el protocolo de Kyoto y en el plan 20/20/20, en el siguiente trabajo se ha realizado la certificacin energtica de la vivienda de Iker Elizundia Lopez, que ha resultado en una calificacin de F. Adems, se ha propuesto una serie de mejoras con objeto de conseguir una calificacin de D, mnimo legal para edificios de nueva construccin. Dichas mejoras, suponen una reduccin del 63% de las emisiones, as como un considerable ahorro econmico.

Surface temperature was measured by remote sensing through Cape Lopez (Gulf of Guinea) frontal region during the fishing season in June and July 1972 and 1974. Twelve typical situations are analysed through four main directions: surface situation, tendency, hydrobiological structure and availability to fisheries. The tuna behavior is analysed in relation with the frontal zone movements and a mechanism which tends to aggregate important shoals of tunas is presented.

In 1966 the artist Antonio Lopez was rejected for the chair in Preparatorio de colorido (Preparatory Colouring) by the San Fernando School of Fine Arts where he himself presented his work Nevera de hielo (Ice Box). After 5 years as a stand in for this post he left the Institution. This article analyzes the circumstances and proof of a decade where there appears to be evidence of a definite change in his work, more toward Realism, uncomfortable in a system that maintained with difficulty the traditional academic model copy, and incompatible with, in those years was imposed by Spain. At the same time his relation with photography conditioned by the theoretical thoughts of the artist, and his work methods also are analyzed in this article.

El intento del artculo es percibir cmo el cronista portugus Ferno Lopes (1385-1460) se apropia, en el ltimo texto suyo, del discurso del castellano Pero Lopez de Ayala (1332-1407) en la Crnica de D. Juan I. La parte elegida para el examen fue el bienio de 1383-1384, antes, por lo tanto, de la Batalla de Aljubarrota (1385). La comparacin de las crnicas citadas todava ya fue realizada por investigadores renombrados, sin embargo mi trabajo sigue el camino por la reduccin de escala, o sea, por un anlisis interpretativo de un bienio especifico, con la finalidad de iniciar un anlisis ms abarcador del rasgo de la crnica medieval ibrica medieval, objeto de mi presente pesquisa.
