O CEP - Código de Endereçamento Postal- pode ser utilizado como método de descrição de localizações. O Atlas de Setores Postais extrai as propriedades bidimensionais do CEp, apresentando o contorno das regiões postais brasileiras, das sub-regiões do Estado de São Paulo e dos setores do interior do Estado. As informações georeferenciadas do Atlas podem participar dos processos de tomada e implementação de decisões. Este artigo descreve como o Atlas dos Setores Postais está sendo desenvolvido e dá um exemplo de aplicação prática.

This work has as its main purpose to investigate the contribution of supply chain management in order to obtain competitive advantage by companies from the textile industry and from Ceará footwear industry, focusing its analysis mainly in the interorganizational relations (dyadic). For this, the theoretical referential contemplates different explanatory streams of the competitive advantage, detaching the relational perception of the resources theory, as well as, the main presuppositions of the supply chain management which culminates with the development of an analysis sample that runs the empirical study; the one which considers an expanded purpose of the supply chain which includes the government and the abetment institutions as institutional environment representatives. Besides supply chain management consideration as a competitive advantage source, the work also tried to identify other possible competitive advantage sources for the companies of the investigated sectors. It represents a study of multiple interpretive cases, having four cases as a total; meaning two cases in each one of the sectors, which used as a primary data collecting instrument a semi-structured interview schedule. Different methods were used for the data analysis, the content analysis and the constant comparison methods, the analytical procedure originated from the grounded theory research strategy, which were applied the Atlas/ti software recourse. Considering the theoretical referential and the used analysis sample, four basic categories of the work were defined, including its respective proprieties and dimensions: (1) characteristics concerning to the relationship with the supplier; (2) the company relations with the government; (3) the company relations with the abetment institutions and; (4) obtaining sources of competitive advantage. In general, the applied research in the footwear sector revealed that in the relationships of the researched companies related to its suppliers, there is a predominance of the partnership system and the main presuppositions of the supply chain management are applied which contributes for the acquisition of the relational competitive advantage; while in the textile sector, only some of these presuppositions are applied, with little contribution for the relational competitive advantage. The main resource which was accessed by the companies in both sectors through its relationships with the government and the abetment institutions are the tax incentives which, for the footwear companies, contribute for the acquisition of the temporary competitive advantage in relation to the contestants who do not own productive installations in the Northeast region, it also conducts to a competitive parity situation in relation to the contestants who own productive installations in the Northeast region and to the external market contestants; while for the companies of the textile sector, the tax incentives run the companies to a competitive parity situation in relation to its contestants. Furthermore, the investigated companies from the two sectors possess acquisition sources of the competitive advantage which collimate with different explanatory streams (industrial analysis, resources theory, Austrian school and the dynamic capabilities theory), although there is a predominance of the product innovation as a competitive advantage source in both sectors, due to the bond of these with the fashion tendencies

O Atlas foi concebido para colocar à disposição do usuário os dados disponíveis sobre acidentes de trânsito no Brasil, já trabalhados sob forma de indicadores e apresentados predominantemente como mapas, gráficos, quadros e tabelas. Neste artigo, são apresentados os principais resultados obtidos, bem como, algumas conclusões, considerações, ponderações e possíveis explicações quanto aos problemas e questões relacionadas a este importante agravo à saúde

A chave da quest??o estava em responder ?? necessidade de entregar os objetos de correspond??ncia, com agilidade e seguran??a. Como os espa??os urbanos das periferias e ??reas de invas??o est??o, em geral desorganizados, n??o ?? produtivo alocar o carteiro neste tipo de entrega. Os objetos postais, nestes casos, costumam ficar em "posta restante", ou seja, ficam retidos em uma ag??ncia da ECT, aguardando que o destinat??rio os procure e retire, mediante pr??via identifica????o. No entanto, com o crescimento do n??mero de objetos destinados a estas ??reas desorganizadas era necess??rio repensar o tema, propondo solu????es diferenciadas. Buscando a solu????o mais pr??xima do ideal, a caixa postal comunit??ria permitiu fazer a entrega postal chegar mais perto do destinat??rio, eliminando a etapa de identifica????o do destinat??rio para a entrega da carta simples (n??o registrada), j?? que ele possui a chave da caixa postal onde est?? a correspond??ncia

Este artigo buscar?? tra??ar um panorama da evolu????o do perfil da for??a de trabalho e dos sal??rios praticados no setor p??blico ao longo da d??cada de 1990, buscando compar??-la com o comportamento observado no setor privado, e sugerir medidas para a melhoria do sistema salarial. Na primeira se????o, ser?? apresentada uma compara????o entre os perfis da for??a de trabalho nos dois setores, enquanto na segunda ser?? analisada a evolu????o das remunera????es e desenvolvido um modelo geral de determina????o dos sal??rios, que possibilitar?? a an??lise dos diferenciais de remunera????o entre os trabalhadores com caracter??sticas pessoais semelhantes nos dois setores. A terceira se????o se ocupar?? da discuss??o em torno das distor????es que ainda persistem no sistema salarial no setor p??blico federal, apesar do processo de aprimoramento pelo qual passou nos ??ltimos anos, e apresentar?? algumas sugest??es para suprimi-las.

Este artigo visa desenvolver algumas quest??es sobre os contratos de gest??o, e sobre o movimento pela ???contratualiza????o??? tanto nas rela????es entre o Estado e o setor privado, quanto nas rela????es intra-estatais. A ???contratualiza????o??? ?? ent??o abordada desde duas tradi????es: uma ?? a tradi????o advinda da administra????o p??blica, que enfatiza aspectos relacionados ?? identidade, socializa????o, sistema de cren??as e capacita????o da burocracia p??blica; a outra corresponde ?? tradi????o disciplinar da economia, mais preocupada com os aspectos microecon??micos relativos ?? estrutura de incentivos com que se deparam os atores em uma organiza????o burocr??tica. A experi??ncia nacional e internacional em ???contratualiza????o??? ?? brevemente analisada, e conclu??mos propondo algumas recomenda????es e indicando novos rumos de pesquisa.
