Con la finalidad de mantener la mirada financiera equivalente entre las partes - lo que responde a la relación entre el derecho y la economía- no en vano la Ley 1150 de 2007 contempló dentro de su articulado el restablecimiento del equilibrio económico y financiero del contrato. Por su parte, el Decreto Nacional 0734 del 13 de abril de 2012 –hoy derogado por el Decreto 1510 de 2013- impuso la obligación a las entidades del Estado de incluir los riesgos previsibles en los estudios previos pero sólo aquellos que puedan afectar el equilibrio económico del contrato que pretenda celebrar la Entidad Pública contratante. Aunado a lo anterior, el Decreto Nacional 1510 del 17 de julio de 2013 también contempla la teoría de los riesgos dentro de su articulado. No obstante lo anterior, la normatividad legal pese a su esfuerzo, no puede regular todas las situaciones, prueba de ello, es que para los contratos de prestación de servicios profesionales la disposición legal en lo que respecta a los riesgos previsibles resulta ser innecesaria por la naturaleza misma de éstos y otras razones que se abordo a fondo. Es así como las actuaciones que se desplieguen en la contratación Estatal deben funcionar sobre una lógica económica, por ello, resulta pertinente investigar sobre la eficacia o no de incorporar los riesgos previsibles que puedan afectar el equilibrio económico en los contratos de prestación de servicios profesionales cuando la ejecución de éstos depende exclusivamente del desarrollo intelectual que corre por cuenta del contratista.

Nup159p/Rat7p is an essential FG repeat–containing nucleoporin localized at the cytoplasmic face of the nuclear pore complex (NPC) and involved in poly(A)+ RNA export and NPC distribution. A detailed structural–functional analysis of this nucleoporin previously demonstrated that Nup159p is anchored within the NPC through its essential carboxyl-terminal domain. In this study, we demonstrate that Nup159p specifically interacts through this domain with both Nsp1p and Nup82p. Further analysis of the interactions within the Nup159p/Nsp1p/Nup82p subcomplex using the nup82Δ108 mutant strain revealed that a deletion within the carboxyl-terminal domain of Nup82p prevents its interaction with Nsp1p but does not affect the interaction between Nup159p and Nsp1p. Moreover, immunofluorescence analysis demonstrated that Nup159p is delocalized from the NPC in nup82Δ108 cells grown at 37°C, a temperature at which the Nup82Δ108p mutant protein becomes degraded. This suggests that Nup82p may act as a docking site for a core complex composed of the repeat-containing nucleoporins Nup159p and Nsp1p. In vivo transport assays further revealed that nup82Δ108 and nup159-1/rat7-1 mutant strains have little if any defect in nuclear protein import and protein export. Together our data suggest that the poly(A)+ RNA export defect previously observed in nup82 mutant cells might be due to the loss from the NPCs of the repeat-containing nucleoporin Nup159p.

Дагмар Рааб Математиката е вълнуваща и забавна. Можем ли да убедим учениците, че това може да стане действителност. Задачите са най-важните инструменти за учителите по математика, когато планират уроците си. Планът трябва да съдържа идеи как да се очертае и как да се жалонира пътят, по който учениците ще стигнат до решението на дадена задача. Учителите не трябва да очакват от учениците си просто да кажат кой е отговорът на задачата, а да ги увлекат в процеса на решаване с подходящи въпроси. Ролята на учителя е да помогне на учениците • да бъдат активни и резултатни при решаването на задачи; • самите те да поставят задачи; • да модифицират задачи; • да откриват закономерности; • да изготвят стратегии за решаване на задачи; • да откриват и изследват различни начини за решаване на задачи; • да намират смислена връзка между математическите си знания и проблеми от ежедневието. В доклада са представени избрани и вече експериментирани примери за това как учители и ученици могат да намерят подходящ път към нов тип преживявания в преподаването и изучаването на училищната математика.

The paper describes three software packages - the main components of a software system for processing and web-presentation of Bulgarian language resources – parallel corpora and bilingual dictionaries. The author briefly presents current versions of the core components “Dictionary” and “Corpus” as well as the recently developed component “Connection” that links both “Dictionary” and “Corpus”. The components main functionalities are described as well. Some examples of the usage of the system’s web-applications are included.
