Formação continuada de professores na educação inclusiva: a motivação em questão

Since 1990, in Brazil, the paradigm of inclusive education has influenced public policies and educational systems. Continuing education courses for teachers are spreading with the intention of preparing them to face the challenge of working with students with disabilities. But what factor has motivated teachers to participate in these courses? This study sought to answer this question by identifying and mapping the aspects that led to 105 regular education teachers from municipal schools in São Paulo to participate during the year 2010/2011, the third edition of the specialization course called "Teacher Education in Special Education." Data was collected through a questionnaire applied to teachers who attend the course. The results revealed that motivation is intrinsically related to the characteristics of the teachers’ age and where they stand in the cycle of teaching career, as well as aspects related to professional activities. Moreover, from this research were pointed reflections on the importance of training teachers for the improvement of the educational system in order to effectively meet the principles of inclusive education, as suggested by the legislation in our country.

A formação de professores para a educação Inclusiva: alguns aspectos de um trabalho colaborativo entre pesquisadores e professores da Educação Infantil

To contribute to formation of Childhood Education teachers for the Inclusive Education, this article had as its central objective describe how it was addressed the issue of learning difficulties and the impact of misdiagnosis assigned to a child in the initial phase formal learning of writing, in one of the theoretical-reflective meetings undertaken with 43 teachers for Pre II, of the ten schools of Childhood Education of the state of São Paulo. Such a description was guided through the of the collaborative approach taken subproject “understanding about the clinical diagnosis of dyslexia and its impact on the educational future of children enrolled in classes II Pre Childhood education”, developed as one of the phases and as part of larger project called “depathologization of the learning of the writing and Inclusive Education: Reflections and actions of the professor of Childhood Education”. At the and, was possible the identification by the reports arising from the participation of teachers mentioned, the need to resignification their didactical experiences for the systematization of new actions aimed at coping with learning difficulties that pervade the process of appropriation writing of the students, which may contribute to depathologization of the school environment to the extent that teachers can assist students in building a more positive relationship with writing, rather than adopting rigid and restricted procedures that do not consider the relationship of each subject with writing and the singularities present in this relationship.

Zoneamento geoambiental do município e região de Franca-SP

O município de Franca-SP situa-se na Província Geomorfológica das Cuestas Basálticas no nordeste paulista, a qual possui características ambientais próprias. De uma forma geral, a região de Franca enfrenta problemas ambientais como a suscetibilidade à erosão linear e laminar, aos movimentos de massa e ao assoreamento dos canais de drenagem. Estes problemas, por sua vez, induzem a situações socioeconômicas, como o incremento da pobreza, aglomeração urbana e, uma emergente demanda da sociedade por mudanças no âmbito da gestão local. Assim, devem ser efetuados estudos detalhados sobre o meio, a fim de minimizar e/ou evitar tais problemas. Desta forma, propos-se a realização do Zoneamento Geoambiental, o que implica no levantamento, análise, interpretação e correlação dos diferentes componentes ambientais, visando dar subsídio a órgãos públicos e proprietários rurais, tanto na fase de planejamento como na implantação de culturas agrícolas, pecuária, reflorestamento e uso da água superficial (lençol freático), de maneira racional e ambientalmente sustentável, garantindo assim a ocupação adequada do solo e a melhor conservação dos recursos naturais. O trabalho iniciou-se com a organização e reinterpretação dos dados pré-existentes (topográficos, geológicos, pedológicos, geomorfológicos, morfoestruturais, de coberturas de alteração intempérica e sócio-econômicos) e geração e/ou reorganização de novos dados e propostas para a minimização dos impactos sócio-ambientais (rede de drenagem, hipsométricos, morfométricos, tectônicos, geológicos, geomorfológicos, climáticos e bióticos) com a utilização de técnicas de fotointerpretação de diversos sensores remotos e de campo. A formação do professor no século XXI e a educação inclusiva

This paper describes the history of Inclusive Education in Brazil, especially the inclusion of studentes with hearing disabilities im mathematics classes in regular schools. Shows the difficulties faced by these students in the teaching and learning based on inclusive education researchers, we propose some changes in behavior to meet the hearing impaired. The importance of the teaching profession, the teacher and the school culture, as well as the political-pedagogical project are also subjects of this work. Políticas públicas na educação inclusiva: da legislação a concepção docente

This project was grounded in public policy for inclusive education in the city of Bauru / Brazil. Its objective was to examine the struture of these public policies aimed at inclusive education, which are in place and their effectiveness from the viewpoint of specialist teachers in municipal schools in Bauru/ Brazil. Subjects were 20 teachers of special education specialists who work with students from kindergarten and elementary school in the city of Bauru. To collect data were questionnaires and interviews. The theoretical studies carried out showed that the legislation today was the result of many years of changes in structure and design on the figure of people with disabilities and their integration into society. As a result it was possible to draw a profile of specialist teachers, their training, and that has knowledge about the specific legislation. As the profile of the specialist teacher noticed that they have good training, but this should be a continuous process, during his performance.Public policy for Special Education but there are geared towards a macro-structure, which makes them often decontextualized from everyday classroom, and often not enforced because of lack of policies in other areas of basic needs that are constitutional law as well as education

Educação inclusiva na educação infantil

This paper aims to trigger a reflection on inclusive education in early childhood education, considering education as an inclusive educational model endorsed by public policies, but still far from school reality. The reflection aims to think about necessary changes since early childhood education,because this is the first stage of basic education and it is a critical period in development and learning process of children with disabilities. The construction of the inclusive school since early childhood education involves thinking about its space, time, professional, educational resources etc..,turning to the possible access, retention and development to students with disabilities, students that, because of their particular characteristics, have a special educational necessity. The text discusses, among other things, the necessity to rethink pedagogical practice as a key of school inclusion in early childhood education. The inclusive pedagogical practice should be constituted by the junction of the acquired knowledge by the teacher throughout his career and by the availability to seek new ways to do it considering students diversity and their individual characteristics.

Uma análise da legislação brasileira quanto à educação inclusiva no período de 1988 a 2013

Vivemos em uma época em que a Educação Inclusiva é amplamente enfatizada. No que concerne à legislação brasileira, ela possuí inúmeros artigos e leis que citam a educação inclusiva em esfera nacional, que se movimentaram ao longo do tempo. Essa pesquisa procura trabalhar com as leis que tratam da inclusão desde 1988 até hoje, seus aspectos sociais analisadas em seu movimento histórico. Estilo de vida e saúde de um grupo de idosos de Franca, SP

The increase of elderly population in Brazil and all around the world shows the need of reviewing the health cares in order to get a better quality of life. Objective: To evaluate lifestyle and health care of elderly participants of UNATI, Franca, SP. Methods: Sixty elderlies answered a questions about socio-economic issues, health care, food consumption habits and lifestyle, after, they were submitted to anthropometric and laboratory tests. Results: There was a prevalence of women (85%), aged between 60-69 years old (60%), up to high school (60%), retired (65%), income up to 5 minimum wage (73.4%). Most seniors assessed medical care (65%) were in use of long-term medicines (78.3%), they reported to control blood pressure (80%) and to not smoke (100%). About 71.7% people believed to have a healthy diet, 97% took meals at home, 85% chose and prepared their own food, 65% had 5-6 meals/day, 63% drank 1L of water/day, 90% had bowel function and 43.3% practices a regular physical activity. Only 13.3% have done hormone replacement therapy, 18.3% take dietary supplements and 21.7% drink alcoholic drinks. The participants presented a BMI of 27.49 ± 4.5kg/m², prevalence of overweight and eutrophy, which values decreased with age. Leg circumference (LC) (36.27 ± 3.84 cm), Arm circumference (AC) (31.39 ± 4.08 cm) and triceps skinfolds (TS) (20.58±7.54mm) values were suit in most cases (96.7, 85 and 83.3%, respectively). Serum total cholesterol values were 198.53 ± 35.2mg/dL, 55% were considered optimum. About 63.3% and 68.3% of the elderlies, respectively, presented a high density lipoproteins (HDL) (53.58± 10.9mg/dL) and triglycerides (TG) (143.97 ± 92.37mg/dL) according to the recommendation and 51.7% of the elderlies had normal glycemia, 38.3% had risk and 10% showed high blood glucose, indicating diabetes. Conclusion: Many elderlies had body mass index (BMI) above normal, indicating overweight or obesity, but the participants can be considered healthy because of AC, LC and TS values, diet habits, health care and lifestyle.
