Dramaturgia do aqui e agora: presença, recepção e sentido no corpo do ator

The actor is an actor during all the phases of creation and development of his character. (S) He goes beyond the moment of interpreting. In this sense, in her (his) daily life, the actor may use her (his) potential to extract from reality the necessary elements for the work of creation. This is a theoretical research which focus on the concept of presence in the actor s work, stretching the concept beyond the scene, encompassing different components such as the body, the word, the silence, the technique and the acting as the actor s stance in regards to his own reality. The objective of such stance is to integrate him (her) self in the environment, balancing his (hers) inner life with the outside life flow. To reach this objective, the research drew theoretical resources from the concept of presence in the actor s work according to BROOK, BARBA, GROTOWSKI and MNOUCHKINE and the studies on reception theory in ISER, 1996; GUMBRECHT, 2010. Thus, the dialogue between reader and actor high lights both as receivers in this work. A practical description of a street theater Kamchàtka show, featured by the Kamchàtka Company is used as an example of the research on the presence. The elements localized in this show are: play, listening, word, silence, meaning, relationship with here and now and the effects of the said presence

Para transvalorar a dança contemporânea: potências de dança no (do) corpo-artista

Tanto no contexto acadêmico quanto no artístico e mercadológico, é crescente a discussão sobre o espaço de conceituação da dança contemporânea e suas fissuras, que deixam de abarcar esta ou aquela manifestação artística ou mesmo acaba por abarcar aquelas manifestações que não se encaixam em outros espaços de conceituação. No presente trabalho objetivamos a investigar, a Dança na Contemporaneidade, para além do que se entende por dança contemporânea, em sua capacidade de atravessar os espaços de conceituação já estabelecidos, para implicar em uma pluralidade de fazeres. Objetivamos também pensar a potência que a Dança imprime no corpo do artista criador, pensando também como este se comporta no espaço de entre linguagens . A dissertação que aqui se apresenta encontrou enquanto estratégia metodológica o recurso da metáfora, partindo das ideias de travessia, cartografia e cidades invisíveis para a construção do pensamento sobre o corpo do artista e suas relações com as diferentes linguagens artísticas, tomando por base uma retomada das experiências estéticas e artísticas de sua proponente. Dialogando experiências práticas e referenciais teóricos, inicialmente tratamos da dança contemporânea em seus problemas de classificação que apontam para a necessidade de um pensamento contemporâneo em dança, que pense as manifestações artísticas em seus pontos convergentes, e não nos divergentes que as situam sob diversas nomenclaturas. No capítulo seguinte discutimos a possibilidade de contaminação entre as linguagens artísticas a partir do próprio corpo-artista. Discorremos também sobre a dança enquanto agenciamento e resposta aos impulsos resultantes da relação com o espaço e outros corpos, pensando como o corpo do vivente se organiza nesta relação de compartilhamento de experiências. Mostrando uma potência do corpo artista criador que se dedica à transvaloração das fronteiras entre as linguagens para a organização do seu fazer. Por fim, apontamos para a diversidade na metodologia de processos de criação que variam de acordo com as possibilidades técnicas e necessidades estéticas de cada artista criador

Mover/se(r) a gênese do corpo entre/corpos e seus trajetos no processo coreográfico

This paper proposes a reflection on the body between/bodies, especially in contemporary dance, in their path that starts from the choreographic construction, permeating the body of the choreographer, the dancer s body and when fulfills themselves as artistic expression, the body of the spectator. Initially discusses the body in dance as a body/space for convergence, connectedness and continuity, from the thought of the Greek philosopher Epicurus of Samos, in dialogue with the thought of Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Gilles Deleuze and José Gil. Reflect about the creation of this body/space in the relationship choreographer/dancer using as connecting thread the experiences of the author in his artistic path. Tecido hepático e corpo adiposo de rã-touro (Lithobates catesbeianus) submetido a diferentes fotoperíodos

The study was conducted to evaluate the liver tissue weight, body fat weight, the fatty somatic index and the liver somatic index of bullfrogs subjected to three photoperiod during the growing phase (initial 30 days) and finishing (60 days). The treatments were 16 h light and 8 h dark, 12 h of light and dark and 8 h light and 16 h dark. The experimental design was completely randomized design with three replications. We used 36 bullfrogs/m2 weighing from 22 to 28 g. The results were submitted to ANOVA and Tukey Test at 5% probability. Differences were found for the weight of body fat, liver tissue weight, liver somatic index and fatty somatic index the bullfrog to the treatments and the study periods and there is greater accumulation of energy to ninety days. The photoperiod did not influence body weight and fat weight of the liver tissue of bullfrog at the end of the fattening period and the difference fatty somatic index and liver somatic index were influenced by body weight of animals.

Imagem do corpo e problemas comportamentais em adolescentes vítimas de abusos sexuais

O estudo tem como objectivo avaliar a percepção da imagem do corpo e os problemas comportamentais em adolescentes vítimas de abuso sexual infantil, de Negligência e não vítimas de violência (NW). A amostra englobou 33 adolescentes do sexo feminino, entre os 11- 18 anos (M=15,21, SD=2,325). Destas, 22 estão institucionalizadas, onde 11 sofreram abusos sexuais e 11 negligência. As restantes residem com a família. Na recolha de dados utilizou-se o Questionário sobre Imagem do Corpo, de Bruchon-Schweitzer, o YSR, de Achenbach, e uma Ficha de caracterização, criada para o estudo, sobre os abusos. Na análise dos dados utilizou-se estatística não paramétrica. Os resultados sugerem que as adolescentes vítimas de violência avaliam e percepcionam o corpo mais negativamente que as adolescentes NW. Não se verificaram diferenças estatisticamente significativas na percepção da imagem do corpo e problemas comportamentais entre vítimas de violência. Esta parece influenciar a imagem corporal e os problemas comportamentais. Contudo, os resultados não são representativos. /ABSTRACT: The study aims to assess the perception of body image and behavior problems in adolescent victims of child sexual abuse, neglect and not victims of violence (NW). The sample comprised 33 adolescent females between 11-18 years (M= 15.21, SD = 2.325). Of these, 22 are institutionalized, where 11 had suffered sexual abuse and 11 neglect. The remaining living with the family. ln data collection we used the Questionnaire on Body lmage in Bruchon¬ Schweitzer, the YSR, Achenbach, and characterization of a sheet, created for the study, about the abuse. ln analyzing the data we used nonparametric statistical. The results suggest that adolescents who are victims of violence and assess the body more negatively perceived that adolescents NW. There were no statistically significant differences in perception of body image and behavior problems among victims of violence. This appears to influence body image and behavior problems. However, the results are not representative.

Por baixo da pele outra pele: conjunto de obras artísticas. Corpo, ecrã e interface para uma visualidade háptica interativa

A tese teórico-prática de doutoramento apresentada contempla a investigação, a criação, a produção e a conceptualização da instalação artística interativa intitulada Por baixo da pele outra pele. A Obra é constituída por três objetos tridimensionais concebidos à escala humana. Recorre a materiais flexíveis, como têxteis, convidando o público (interator), à envolvência física, numa relação corporal sensorial e sensual com a obra. Os objetos contêm dispositivos técnicos interativos e sensores tácteis, que, ao serem utilizados, desencadeiam estímulos multissensoriais no espectador. A instalação interativa focaliza a experiência háptica e íntima do interator considerando os seus mecanismos sensoriais e cognitivos como um potencial aparato na construção de experiências fenomenológicas, singulares e individuais. A autora considera a interatividade enquanto elemento potenciador da experiência estética visual háptica. Na argumentação conceitual da obra, reflete-se sobre o tema da visualidade háptica interativa a partirdos conceitos de ecrã, corpo e interface, assim como de endossensorialidade. Instrumentam-se metodologias de investigação em ação, experimentais e observacionais. Apresentam-se os processos investigativos, criativos e técnicos necessários ao desenvolvimento e à materialização da instalação artística. A investigação revela-se de grande interesse para o avanço da pesquisa de novas linguagens experimentais apresentando estratégias de criação artística que, ao privilegiarem o corpo físico e fenomenológico do interator, transpõe a experiência háptica interativa para um grau interno de imersão motoro-sensorial; Underneath the skin another skin: art installation. Body, screen and interface towards an interactive haptic visuality. Abstract: The theoretical-practical doctorate dissertation presents the research and conceptual framework behind, and the processes leading to, the creation and production of the interactive installation art piece Underneath the skin, another skin. The piece is presented in the shape of three human-scale tridimentional objects. It is made from flexible materials, such as textiles, inviting the (interacting) audience, to physically engage in a bodily sensorial, and sensuous, relationship with the artwork. The objects enclose interactive devices and tactile sensors that, when used, trigger in the interactor multiple sensorial stimuli. The interactive installation focuses on the interactor's intimate haptic experience taking in consideration his or hers sensorial and cognitive mechanisms as a potential apparatus in the construction of unique individual phenomenological experiences. The author understands interactivity as a triggering element into an haptic visual aesthetical experience. The supporting conceptual reasoning deals with thought and criticism on interactive haptic visuality applied to the concepts of screen, body and interface, as well as with that of endo-sensoriality. The dissertation describes the use of experimental and observation research methodologies. It also elaborates on the research, creative and technical processes at play in the installation's development and realization. The research at hand has shown great potential for the further development of new experimental languages, as it presents art-creation strategies privileging the interactor's physical and phenomenological body, and thus able to take the interactive haptic experience onto an greater inner level of motor-sensorial immersion.

Il ruolo del corpo nell'educazione alla cittadinanza globale: processi di mobilitazione

La tesi colloca il corpo vissuto al centro dei processi di mobilitazione della cittadinanza globale. Riporta le fasi e i risultati di una Grounded Theory che mira a indagare come si sviluppano e prendono forma i processi di attivazione. I dati sono stati raccolti attraverso interviste a giovani attivisti appartenenti a organizzazioni della società civile impegnate in questioni globali. Da questa analisi emerge un modello che descrive l'emergere dell'attivazione come conseguenza concomitante di diversi processi: l'appartenenza dei soggetti a gruppi eterogenei e le loro esperienze di contatto diretto con l'ingiustizia sociale, entrambi visti come scambi incarnati che consentono la costruzione di nuovi orizzonti di significato; insieme queste co-occorrenze si combinano con un’azione conseguente. L'azione rafforza quindi sia la costruzione del significato sia l'appartenenza al gruppo stesso. Infine, la teoria emergente viene approfondita attraverso la discussione di dati provenienti da alcuni contesti educativi formali (scuole). L'intera ricerca mira a esplorare la transizione dalle teorie dell'educazione globale alla partecipazione attiva, la sua ambizione e il suo possibile contributo vanno verso la valorizzazione dei processi educativi incarnati volti a promuovere la mobilitazione.

Regolazione del ciclo di accensione spegnimento delle soffianti in vasca di areazione ed efficienza di rimozione dell’azoto: sperimentazioni presso il depuratore di Corpo Reno (FE)

Presso il depuratore di Corporeno, Comune di Cento (FE), si sono verificati dei superamenti dei limiti di legge per l’Azoto totale, Nitrico e Ammoniacale nei campioni di reflui in uscita. La società di gestione del depuratore ha iniziato a regolare il tenore di ossigeno in vasca di ossinitrificazione mediante il monitoraggio del potenziale Redox. Dall’analisi dei dati di monitoraggio e dai risultati delle analisi chimiche sui reflui in ingresso e uscita dall’impianto, si è evidenziato che tale operazione ha consentito di migliorare le prestazioni dell’impianto, tuttavia la modalità di gestione delle soffianti in vasca di ossinitrificaizione non consente un pieno controllo delle concentrazioni in uscita. Lo studio di alcune pubblicazioni (in particolare Charpentier et al. 1998 e Hao e Huang, 1996) ha consentito di individuare una metodologia di controllo dei processi in vasca che si basa sia sul potenziale di ossidoriduzione che sul pH, oltre alla concentrazione di ossigeno. L’analisi di alcuni dati di monitoraggio in continuo ha evidenziato una crisi del processo di denitrificazione. Si sono individuate tre differenti strategie di mitigazione della problematica: uno studio e sperimentazione sia in laboratorio che in vera grandezza per definire un sistema di monitoraggio real time dell’accensione delle soffianti basato sulla curva di Hao e Huang (1996), una modifica all’impianto che preveda il corretto ricircolo dalla miscela areata alle vasche di predenitrificazione, che allo stato attuale non stanno funzionando a regime ed infine una valutazione rispetto alla necessità di integrazione con fonte di carbonio esterna, in quanto i valori di BOD in ingresso potrebbero essere limitanti per la denitrificazione.

Corpo da mulher gestante: uma visão social, política e biológica

Apresenta uma linha do tempo evolutiva sobre o cuidado da mulher grávida, planejamento familiar, assistências e cobertura do pré-natal (SIS pré-natal). Aborda também a mortalidade materna e neonatal, principais agravos e doenças que afetam as mulheres nesse período. Elucida sobre a necessidade de uma mobilização de gestores e da sociedade civil para a conscientização dos fatores envolvidos nas causas de morte materna.

O estresse no ambiente escolar e sua repercussão na saúde do corpo docente

Nos dias atuais, a palavra estresse tem feito parte do cotidiano das pessoas. É considerado um problema de saúde muito comum e a mudança no estilo de vida tem levado as pessoas a ficarem mais susceptíveis ao estresse. Objetivou-se com este estudo elaborar um projeto de intervenção para redução do nível de estresse entre os educadores da Escola Municipal Professor Geraldo Basílio Ramos em Contagem - MG. Para isso, o projeto de intervenção se baseou no Método Simplificado do Planejamento Estratégico Situacional (PES) e fez-se revisão de literatura, na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, com os descritores: estresse, escola e qualidade de vida. Foi elaborado um plano de ação para redução do nível de estresse entre os professores fundamentado em métodos educativos. Preocupou-se em ofertar medidas atrativas e prazerosas de aprendizagem mutuas. Espera-se que essas ações multidisciplinares de promoção á saúde e prevenção de agravos sejam efetivas, favorecendo a melhoria da qualidade de vida dos profissionais e tornando o ambiente escolar mais agradável.

Dyskinesia induced by phenytoin

Phenytoin is an effective antiepileptic drug, although, it can be associated with many side effects, including dyskinesia. OBJECTIVE: To describe the clinical characteristics of phenytoin induced dyskinesia. METHODS: We investigated the occurrence of involuntary movements in patients followed at our adult and pediatric epilepsy clinics during the period of one year. RESULTS: Three patients presented with phenytoin-induced dyskinesia: one adult with axial and orofacial dyskinesia, and two children with choreoathetosis. They did not have other signs of phenytoin intoxication and had complete recovery after phenytoin withdrawal. CONCLUSION: Phenytoin induced dyskinesia may occur during either chronic or initial treatment and with normal serum phenytoin levels. However, it occurs most often in patients on polytherapy, usually after increasing dosage and with toxic serum levels. Other signs of phenytoin intoxication may be present in these patients, but often the dyskinesia is the only side effect, which may delay the diagnosis and treatment. The clinical characteristics of the involuntary movements vary and may be focal or generalized, most often characterized by choreoathetosis and dyskinesias. These may last for hours, days or even years, but frequently disappear completely after phenytoin withdrawal.

Influência da embalagem de polietileno de baixa densidade e da temperatura na conservação do repolho minimamente processado

This research studied the effect of low density polyethylene packaging and storage temperature on the preservation of fresh-cut (minimally processed) cabbage. The cabbages, previously cooled to a temperature of 10 ºC, were selected, washed, cut in four parts (with the central stalk removed), sanitized, cut in strips, rinsed, put in the centrifuge, weighed and stored in plastic packaging of low density polyethylene (70 µm), and then stored in cold chambers at temperatures of 1 and 10 ºC for 20 days. The following aspects were evaluated: carbon dioxide, oxygen and ethylene in the internal atmosphere of the package as well as, pH, titratable acidity, total soluble solids, vitamin C, loss of fresh mass and the total soluble solids/acidity in the fresh-cut cabbage ratio. The experimental design was entirely casual, with three repetitions. The analysis parameters, except for the vitamin C, loss of fresh mass and ethylene, presented significant variation between the temperatures and days of storage. The cabbage stored at a temperature of 1 ºC presented a shelf life of around 15 days, significantly higher than that stored at 10 ºC. At this temperature, on the 8th day of storage, the product was completely decayed, unfit for commercialization or consumption.
