A fraternidade como prática pedagógica: um estudo sobre a dimensão pessoal e a dimensão profissional do professor

Da Escola de ofício à Academia: um estudo exploratório sobre os conhecimentos/saberes e perfil profissional na natação

Na década de 80, diferentes autores e livros questionaram o caráter tecnicista do esporte e dos profissionais (professores e técnicos) que trabalhavam com os fundamentos esportivos e/ou com atividades de aperfeiçoamento e treinamento de determinadas modalidades. Passados um quarto de século, algumas dessas questões persistem quanto ao caráter reprodutivista de algumas destas modalidades, despertando o interesse em estar estudando esta temática na perspectiva de se apresentar um quadro da modalidade natação. Como hipótese de trabalho foi formulada a seguinte questão de estudo: os conhecimentos ou saberes adquiridos na socialização primária tendem a ser preponderantes com relação aos conteúdos/saberes/conhecimentos adquiridos na socialização secundária. Com base no exposto, este estudo tem como objetivos: (a) Averiguar entre os profissionais que trabalham com natação (iniciação, aperfeiçoamento, treinamento), o perfil profissional desenhado no exercício da profissão e; (b) Identificar na prática profissional ou história de vida desses profissionais os conhecimentos ou saberes tidos como imprescindíveis para o exercício profissional. Tratou-se de um estudo descritivo, que tem na técnica de entrevista, os instrumentos para a sua coleta de dados. Entre os resultados coletados observou-se a perspectiva dos profissionais terem forte socialização ocupacional a partir da socialização primária vinculada a prática de atividades físicas e esportivas; forte influência do saber da experiência tanto antes da graduação como durante a graduação; contribuição dos saberes da formação profissional, disciplinar e curricular no processo de formação, tendo como prérequisto para atuar neste campo: competência, postura (valores) e atenção com o processo de profissionalização.

A qualificação do profissional de educação física em academias de musculação e ginástica diferenciadas

A disseminação de um estilo de vida saudável aliado a um relativo aumento de renda da população brasileira vem provocando um aquecimento no setor de negócios relacionados a atividade física. Nesse contexto, com esse frequente aumento no numero de academias, o cliente tem ampla rede de opção em relação a qual local escolher para desfrutar dos serviços oferecidos. A academia, para acolher o maior numero de clientes, deve oferecer diferenciais em seus serviços. É nessa hora que o profissional de educação física faz grande diferença, através de uma qualificação e capacidade profissional apurada, oferece um serviço de qualidade elevada, posicionado assim a academia em destaque no mercado. Nesse contexto, parece notório que a qualificação profissional, como foco no direcionamento técnico e na especificidade dos serviços oferecidos, não alcança a dinâmica administrativa e de gestão de pessoal. É dentro dessa abordagem que esse trabalho tentará alcançar uma visibilidade dentro do tema e uma abertura para a reflexão sobre a necessidade de aprimoramento teórico na área

Metodologia microbiológica convencional e reação em cadeia pela polimerase (PCR) na detecção de Salmonellasp. a partir de caldos de enriquecimento – Tetrathionato e Rappaport-Vassiliadis

The progressive increase in consumption and production of poultry meat in later years comes forth with an increase of the occurrence of foodborne diseases, including salmonellosis. Salmonellosis is caused by the ingestion of contaminated products, mainly by the consumption of poultry meat which processing and preparation for consumption were not effective to eliminate pathogens. Thus, there is a need for the development of faster more sensitive methods of detection of pathogens as a way to ensure the quality of the food offered to consumers. The goal of this essay was to evaluate the effect of enrichment broths on naturally contaminated poultry meat samples. A total of 65 samples was collected, these samples were rinsed with 370 mL of buffered peptone water (BPS) 1% according with the traditional methodology. All of the samples were enriched with both Tetrathionate (TT) and Rappaport-Vassiliadis (RV) and all were analyzed by the convencional identification method and polimerasis chain reaction (PCR). Of the 65 analized samples, 34 (52%) were positive when analized by the conventional method, while 45 (69%) were positive when analized by the PCR. Amongst the 45 positive PCR samples, 44 samples were positive when enriched with TT, while just 32 samples were positive when enriched by RV. Of the 34 positive conventional samples, 29 samples were positive when enriched by TT and 31 were positive when enriched by RV

Projetos de extensão em dança da UNESP/Rio Claro: contribuições à formação profissional dos estudantes de Educação Física

The Projects of Extension in dance of the State University of São Paulo- Campus Rio Claro in 1994 and 1995 with the Dance Companies: Éxciton and Contratempo respectively. From this moment, the dance has always been present on the campus of Rio Claro, is participating actively in group or even as spectators of the many presentations. This research aims to understand and analyze the influence at the participants professional formation of the two companies, already graduated and working since the Dance Companies from the beginning until today. For the development of this study will be conducted qualitative research involving literature and area of study research. The technique used for the collection is a questionnaire with open and closed questions. The research subjects students trained by Physical Education Department of the State University of São Paulo - Campus Rio Claro, active in this area of academic formation, with one participant from each Dance Company in each year of existence. Data analysis will be based on the technique of content analysis proposed by Bardin (2010). The results found that the extension projects contribute to the professional acting, because they enable exchange of experience, acquisition and incorporation of new knowledge, different from previously built on a broad vision of dance. This new framework allows the development of education/ teaching/ methodology, enabling the contact since graduating with professional practice and obtaining safety and confidence to act in the labor maker

Novas responsabilidades para o professor na educação básica

The goal of this study was to identify some of the new responsibilities that have been assigned to the elementary school teachers , under the mediation of continuing education courses . We start from the idea that these courses , especially those offered by the SECADI, are proposed teachers and aims to train them for a performance at school that exceeds the activity of teaching in the classroom . The teacher has been summoned to attend these courses in which is prepared to act on school performing tasks rather related to the care of students than teaching , assisting them in their basic needs such as health, protection, inclusion and human rights. Asked ourselves if there was a reconfiguration of the responsibilities of education professionals in order to make use of oneself given by the State. We chose as sources of research documents the SECADI such as legislation , manuals and instructional materials that will proceed to the analysis , in each course , the target populations privileged , purpose, remuneration and certification , pre - requirements to participate in the courses and duration ; partnerships involved if the courses are face , semi-distance or distance ; activities that teacher should develop in school after completion of the courses ; loads hourly . We will seek to analyze the documents and materials of School programs that Protects, School Health Program , Network Education for Diversity. The theoretical and methodological framework is dialectical and historical materialism, from assumptions which we choose as the class character of society in capitalism and alienation as a phenomenon that affects the work in all its manifestations . Thus , our general hypothesis is that the enrichment tasks of teachers in public schools can contribute to basic disposition Teacher education

Personal trainer: (profissional, prestador de serviços, professor, valorização das diferenças e competências), um novo conceito de profissional

Baseado nas evidencias atuais de crescimento e expansão da atuação profissional do educador físico, em particular a sua atuação como prestador de serviços, ou seja, o personal trainer; que vende seus serviços, ou produtos relacionados à aptidão física e a relação promissora desta atuação, é que nos motivou a desenvolver este trabalho que segue por uma pesquisa bibliográfica de evidencias do histórico e perfil do personal trainer quanto aos conceitos culturais, sociais e psicológicos deste profissional, em seguida levantamos questões relacionadas à formação acadêmica do personal trainer e os pontos diferenciais deste profissional. Tais como a necessidade de conhecimentos que vão alem do âmbito acadêmico, pois se trata de um profissional prestador de serviços o que foge da regularidade da formação convencional. Portanto neste trabalho procuramos evidenciar estas e outras questões (como ética e profissionalismo), que podem levar este profissional a uma carreira de sucesso ou fracasso. Para isso existe uma necessidade fundamental de que se entenda que o personal trainer como prestador de serviços esta surgindo dentro de uma profissão já consolidada (Educador Físico), porem esta assumindo características próprias, como a necessidade de conhecimentos específicos da profissão. Concluímos, portanto que esta promissora atuação do educador físico necessita de atenções especiais e de um processo de formação diferenciado e que não podemos deixar que a nossa profissão se vulgarize e se venda por migalhas, pois esta é a grande chance do profissional se impor e conquistar o desejado respeito diante as profissões da área da saúde

The enterprises are in the midst of a competitive and open market, in which, rapidly, new enterprises are created, international competitors are installed on the local market and products and services are invented or improved to ensure quality, sophistication and low cost. In this scenario, the familial enterprises seek survival through new information and strategies to solve existing conflicts and overcome the challenges of the globalized market. However, resistance to change is a factor common to more traditional familial enterprise culture, therefore, modify solid structures, built over many years, reflects insecurity, fragility and threats facing the different. This project aims to analyze the brazilian familial enterprise, in particular the enterprise Móveis Zacarias, as its historical trajectory, representativeness, economic importance, concept, structure, culture and problems that are peculiar, for example, problems with succession, management, professionalism and communication. Relações Públicas pela sustentabilidade: o profissional dentro das organizações

This research has the purpose of highlighting one of the acting areas of the public relations' professional, ensuring that he has enough competence to develop his work within an organization, implementing actions and programs in pursuit of a sustainable growth. The study starts with an analysis of the organizations and their communication process to further expand the understanding of the concept of sustainable development and finally addressing the role of public relations and the scenario organizational that it is envolved. In the globalized world we live in, our relationships are mediated by the capitalism: economic system that is concerned with the higher production seeking only profits. Thus, some organizations - acting in accordance with this model, end up don't caring about the environment around them, using it only like an instrument for achieving their goals. However, because this type of action, the contemporary society is facing serious environmental problems, fact that arouses the attention of civil society members and international organs, concerned to combine progress with sustainable development. The public relations' professional, concerned about the concretization of a concept and favorable institutional identities, besides the obvious envolvement with environment, can act in defense of this, implementing policies and campaigns ecologically correct for sustainability

Influência do enriquecimento ambiental nos padrões comportamentais de Galictis cuja, furão-pequeno, mantidos em cativeiro no zoológico municipal de Piracicaba, SP

Currently zoos and management centers are valuable tools in the maintenance and study of various species. Studies of behavior of captive animals contribute to the improvement of management techniques and the well - being of themselves, encouraging captive breeding and reintroduction also to the natural environment . One of the ways to increase the levels of well-being is the use of environmental enrichment techniques that provide necessary incentives for the welfare of both physical and psychological captive animal . The aim of this study was to identify the types, frequencies and intensities of behavior displayed by three individuals of the species Galictis cuja, belonging to the family Mustelidae and popularly known as lesser grisson , which are captives in municipal zoo in Piracicaba , SP . In addition to evaluating the influence of environmental enrichment techniques on these behavioral parameters. The animals had their behaviors recorded in ethograms through the focal sampling method , 40 hours per person , totaling 120 hours of observation . Were introduced four environmental enrichment techniques related to physical environment, nutrition , perception and cognitive stimulation . At the end, the results of observations before and after the introduction of enrichment techniques were compared and it was possible to observe significant changes in behavior such as run , walk and scratching . The animals were more active and spent longer visible during the day, the enrichment also increased the frequency of social behaviors and the end of the work occurred even attempted copulation , thus showing that the enrichment exerted a positive influence on the behavioral patterns of lesser grisson (Galictis cuja)

Avaliação da influência do enriquecimento ambiental nas variáveis comportamentais de saguis-de-cara-branca (Callithrix geoffroyi) em cativeiro

Six species of the genus Callithrix can be found across the Atlantic Forest extension, being the Callithrix geoffroyi, Geoffroy`s marmoset, the least studied species. The objective of this study is to investigate the behavioral aspects of the species in captivity, and how the environmental enrichment techniques influence those behaviors. To this end, we have studied three specimens of C. geoffroyi, in captivity at Municipal Zoo of Piracicaba, São Paulo. The enclosure includes a 37m2 with under masonry, concrete platforms with external deep, trunks, a floor of grass and soil, e grid in their other three sides. The sampling method was focal per time interval, with records every 30 seconds in sessions of 30 minutes, totaling 30 hours for each animal, which were distributed in a baseline phase, an environmental enrichment phase and post-enrichment phase (n = 3660 records in each phase). The twelve enrichment techniques were applied: the physical environment (branches for perches and hoses fabrics for bedding and vanishing points), cognitive (radio, mirror, puzzle food) and food (insects, flowers and eggs hidden, wrapped). Initially, to determine the period of greatest activity of marmosets, we investigated the pattern of activity for three days (9:00 am to 17:00 pm) consecutively at intervals of 15 minutes, recording the number of active and inactive individuals. The 495 records signaled greater activity in the morning, then selected period for the completion of this work. The ethogram comprised 16 behaviors. The inactivity was the predominant phase behavior baseline and post-enrichment with a significant decrease (h=8,62, p <0.01) in the enrichment phase, and a significant increase in the post enrichment (h=18,15, p <0.001). A análise de redes sociais despontando como uma nova atividade do profissional de Relações Públicas

The current rise of the Internet has allowed distances being shortened more and more-creating virtual communities with the most different people, discussing and debating opinions about their environments, what they consume or what they do. Social media has put the people and, consequently, organizations gradually changing their positions about the environment in which they are inserted. Organizations are forced to adapt to new media-always attentive to what people are saying about them.
