A wide bandgap and highly conductive p-type hydrogenated nanocrystalline silicon (nc-Si:H) window layer was prepared with a conventional RF-PECVD system under large H dilution condition, moderate power density, high pressure and low substrate temperature. The optoelectrical and structural properties of this novel material have been investigated by Raman and UV-VIS transmission spectroscopy measurements indicating that these films are composed of nanocrystallites embedded in amorphous SiHx matrix and with a widened bandgap. The observed downshift of the optical phonon Raman spectra (514.4 cm(-1)) from crystalline Si peak (521 cm(-1)) and the widening of the bandgap indicate a quantum confinement effect from the Si nanocrystallites. By using this kind of p-layer, a-Si:H solar cells on bare stainless steel foil in nip sequence have been successfully prepared with a V c of 0.90 V, a fill factor of 0.70 and an efficiency of 9.0%, respectively.  随着对网络拥塞控制的深入研究,出现了许多有关网络流量的控制理论及网络模型.Misra等人于2000年基于流体流(fluidflow)理论提出的模型被研究人员广为采用.但模型在推导过程中的一些近似却使得模型对网络行为描述不精确.本文对此从理论和实验结果两方面进行了详细分析,并对原模型进行了改进.基于改进的模型,把一种PID(ProportionalIntegralDifferential)及类PID设计方法用于AQM(ActiveQueueManagement)控制器的设计.对比仿真结果表明,该算法具有更好的性能.

NS2作为开源软件缺少对最新研究算法的模拟能力 .在现有软件基础上对其进行功能扩展极其必要 ,是模拟研究新理论新算法的基础 .本文着重探讨网络仿真软件 NS2的功能扩展原理及设计实现 ,展示运用 NS2仿真器对网络行为进行研究的过程 .最后对该算法进行模拟实验 ,并与已有 RED和 PI算法进行性能对比分析 .

主动队列管理(active queue management,简称AQM)是网络拥塞控制的研究热点之一,其中的关键问题是如何设计反馈控制策略.提出一种新的基于D稳定域和时间乘以误差绝对值乘积积分(integral of time-weighted absolute error,简称ITAE)性能准则的比例-积分-微分(proportional-integral-differential,简称PID)优化设计方法(简称DITAE-PID),并用于AQM控制器的设计,控制闭环系统的理想动态性能.首先在复平面上设定一组理想的D稳定域,然后以ITAE为目标函数,通过数值优化算法求出控制器的参数,使得闭环系统的所有特征根都在D稳定域内,以降低排队延时,提高有效吞吐量.对比仿真实验结果表明孩算法能够预先探测和控制拥塞,有较好的鲁棒性,链路利用率更高,丢包率更小,平均队列长度更趋于期望值,同时,趋于期望队列长度的时间更短,其综合性能明显优于典型的随机早期探测(random early detection,简称RED)和比例-积分(proportional-integral,简称PI)算法.

随着互联网的飞速发展,网络拥塞已经成为一个十分重要的问题,网络仿真是一种检测拥塞控制算法有效性的常用方法.该文给出了一种开放源代码的网络仿真器NS2(Network Simulator V2)的原理与实现.首先比较了四种不同仿真器的优缺点,然后详细描述了NS2的模块组成、工作环境、主代码结构以及扩展方法等,最后用RED(Random EarlyDetection)队列调度和移动IP数据传输两个典型实例说明了NS2的应用价值.

提出了一种在Post-WIMP环境下的笔式交互范式:PIBG.PIBG范式采用纸笔隐喻,与WIMP范式相比,承载应用信息的交互组件由Window变为Paper和Frame,用户的交互动作由鼠标的点击变为笔的手势.对PIBG范式中静态的界面形式和动态的交互手势进行了研究和设计.结合认知心理学,从信息呈现和交互方式两个方面对该范式的特点进行了阐述.利用GOMS模型,从界面呈现方式、手势的效率、用户满意度三个方面对该范式进行了心理学评估.从评估结果可以看,PIBG范式通过模拟日常纸笔环境,利用用户原有的知识,可以明显地减轻认知负担,提高操作效率.

笔式用户界面是一种重要的Post-WIMP(window icon menu pointer)界面,它给用户提供了自然的交互方式.然而,当前的笔式用户界面工具箱大多是面向单用户任务的,不能很好地支持协作应用场景.通过对笔式交互特征和协作环境功能需求的分析,设计并实现了一个工具箱CoPen Toolkit,用于支持协作笔式用户界面的开发.它提供了灵活的架构和可扩展的组件,支持笔迹描述、事件处理和网络协作等功能.基于CoPen Toolkit,构造了多个原型系统,实践表明,它能够很好地支持协作笔式用户界面的开发.

智能玻璃能够根据人的意愿或者外界环境的变化动态的调节太阳光的输入,是新一代的建筑节能玻璃,目前引起广泛的关注。本文选取了两种典型的智能玻璃——电致变色玻璃和VO2热色玻璃,采用动态能耗分析软件EnergyPlus分别对其建筑节能特性进行了分析,具体研究内容如下: (1)讨论了电致变色玻璃不同控制方式对其节能效果的影响。结果表明,电致变色玻璃选用合适的控制方式可以显著降低建筑的能耗,但如果控制方式选用不当,采用电致变色玻璃后建筑的能耗反而会高于采用普通白玻的能耗。此外,无论在何种控制方式下,采用电致变色/LOW-E的节能效果都要优于电致变色/白玻中空玻璃。 (2)对VO2光学薄膜的膜系结构进行了优化,研究了外观颜色与膜层厚度的关系,设计出的TiO2(135nm)/VO2(50nm)/ITO(45nm)/glass三层膜结构相对于VO2(50nm)/glass的单层膜结构,太阳能调节量提高了从3.7%提高到9.8%,半导体状态时的可见光透过率从33.6%提高到55.5%,金属状态时的可见光透过率从34.0%提高到50.0%,同时半导体与金属状态时的膜面发射率都有很大程度的降低。 (3)研究了VO2热色玻璃的热学性能和建筑节能特性,重点分析了膜层结构、膜面位置、建筑的地理位置等因素对VO2热色玻璃建筑节能效果的影响。结果表明,对于单层VO2热色玻璃,其功能膜面朝向室内比朝向室外可以获得更好的节能效果,而对于由VO2热色玻璃与白玻组成的双层玻璃,其功能膜面位于室内玻璃的外侧时VO2很难起到相应的调节作用。另外,与其他类型的玻璃相比,虽然一定膜层结构下VO2热色玻璃在不同地区的建筑能耗低于白玻,但是在全年以采暖为主的严寒地区和全年以空调为主的夏热冬暖地区,VO2热色玻璃的节能效果分别不及高透型和遮阳型LOW-E玻璃。

We report on the utilization of localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) of Ag nanoparticles to tailor the optical properties Of VO2 thin film. Interaction of nano-Ag with incident light yields a salient absorption band in the visible-near IR region and modifies the spectrum Of VO2 locally. The wavelength of modification occurs in a limited spectral region rather than affects the full spectrum. The wavelength of modification shows a strong dependence on the metal nanoparticle size and shifts toward the red as the particle size or the mass thickness of nano-Ag increases. Also, we found that the wavelength can be shifted into the IR further by introducing a thin layer of TiO2 onto the nano-Ag. Interestingly, with the help of LSPR effects the VO2 film exhibits an anomalous thermochromic behavior in the modification wavelength region, which may be useful in optical switching applications.

We report on the first study of N+ -implanted silicon on insulator by energy-filtered imaging using an Opton electron microscope CEM 902 equipped Castaing-Henry electron optical system as a spectrometer. The inelastic images, energy window set at DELTA-E = 16 eV and DELTA-E = 25 eV according to plasmon energy loss of crystal Si and of silicon nitride respectively, give much structure information. The interface between the top silicon layer and the upper silicon nitride layer can be separated into two sublayers.

We have determined the far-field patterns and beam parameters of vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) with different structures. The results show that the window diameter and the active-layer aperture of VCSELs strongly influence laser far-field distributions and beam characteristics; for VCSELs with small window omega=5 mu m, only one dominant lobe has been observed in the far-field profiles, even though injected current was increased up to 2 Ith; and the smaller the ratio of the window diameter to the active-layer aperture, the larger is the far-field divergence. The laser structure dependence of the K factor has also been studied. (C) 1996 American Institute of Physics.
