The hypothesis that guides this work is: in the scenario posed by the first decade of the XXI century, the private companies act to conciliate their organizational principles, mission (how they want to arrive), vision (where they want to arrive) and values to the principles of its individual members, setting a certain style of corporate culture. That culture would pass by all hierarchical levels of enterprises, promoting the creation of subjective bonds between themselves and their employees in order to create or maintain, through shared values, social conventions that would ensure the certain style of symbolic domination inside and outside the physical and relational enterprises' spaces. I have as general objective, analyze, through a socio-anthropological approach, the dimension of the culture of private companies, how this guides the market practice and, in this sense, I seek to problematize the relationship between the actions of the analyzed companies (Nestle and, more specifically, Natura) and the representations and motivations of their employees. Furthermore, this study aims, specifically, to understand how the vision, the raison of being and the beliefs of Natura configure themselves as important strategic directives for the consolidation of an emotional bond between employees and those who aspire to be part of this organization. For this, I analyzed the Report Natura 2012, the conversations with some company employees and my participation in the selection process for trainee Young Talents Natura 2014

This work was developed from the study by Araujo, R.A.N. et al. Stability regions around the components of the triple system 2001 SN263. (Monthly Notices Of The Royal Astronomical Society, 2012, v. 423(4), 3058-3073 p.) where it was studied the stable and unstable regions system (2001 SN263), which is a triple asteroid system, and these are celestial orbiting our sun. Being close to the Earth is characterized as NEA (Near-Earth Asteroids), asteroids and which periodically approach the Earth's orbit, given that there is great interest in the study and exploitation of these objects, it is the key can carry features that contribute to better understand the process of formation of our solar system. Study the dynamics of bodies that govern those systems proves to be greatly attractive because of the mutual gravitational perturbation of bodies and also by external disturbances. Recently, NEA 2001 SN263 was chosen as a target of Aster mission where a probe is sent for this triple system, appearing therefore the need for obtaining information for characterizing stable regions internal and external to the system, with respect to the effects of radiation pressure. First, this study demonstrated that the integrator used showed satisfactory results of the orbital evolution of bodies in accordance with previous studies and also the characterization of stable and unstable regions brought similar results to the study by Araujo et al. (2012). From these results it was possible to carry out the implementation of the radiation pressure in the system in 2001 SN263, in a region close to the central body, where the simulations were carried out, which brought as a result that the regions before being characterized as stable in unstable true for small particles size from 1 to 5 micrometers. Este artigo apresenta um modelo de cadeia de valor da saúde que representa, de maneira esquemática, o sistema de saúde do Brasil. O modelo proposto tem como intuito apresentar uma adequação à realidade brasileira, bem como abrangência e flexibilidade para utilização em atividades acadêmicas e análises do setor de saúde do Brasil. O modelo coloca ênfase em três componentes: principais atividades dessa cadeia, agrupadas em elos verticais e horizontais; missão de cada um desses elos; e principais fluxos da cadeia. A cadeia proposta é formada por seis elos verticais e três horizontais, perfazendo um total de nove: desenvolvimento de conhecimento em saúde; fornecimento de produtos e tecnologias; serviços de saúde; intermediação financeira; financiamento da saúde; consumo de saúde; regulação; distribuição de produtos de saúde; e serviços de apoio e complementares. A análise da cadeia proposta pode ser realizada por meio de quatro fluxos: inovação e conhecimento; produtos e serviços; financeiro; e de informação.

Background: In this study we evaluated the rehabilitation profile of Brazilian soccer players which underwent lower limb muscle lesions. Methods: This is a descriptive investigation. We evaluated 139 professional soccer players (1724 years old). We evaluated the following variables: muscle lesion diagnosis, symptoms, non steroidal anti-inflammatory used, physiotherapy treatment, which physiotherapy recourses was used if treated and train adaptation. Results: In great part of the athletes muscle lesion remained between 2 weeks and 1 month. Around 54% were diagnosed by a physician; the other part was diagnosed by a physical therapist. Non steroidal anti-inflammatory were prescribed by physicians in 42% of the cases; in 7% the physical therapist prescribed the medication while in 49% of the cases the masseur prescribed the drug. More than 1/4 of the athletes received physiotherapy treatement between 48 hours and 5 days. Isometric exercise therapy was applied in 15% of the cases. 63% were not accompanied by the physiotherapist on their return to the field. 48% received massages immediately after injury. Conclusion: We presented discrepancy between the recommended theory described by several researches and the practice. We indicate the necessity of recycling in a general context the rehabilitation of muscle injuries.

O Modelo de Gestão do Sistema Integrado de Bibliote cas da Universidade de São Paulo (SIBi/USP) incorpora conceitos e ferramentas de ger enciamento que permeiam as organizações modernas para garantir melhores índice s de desempenho sistêmico e prestar serviços com qualidade e eficiência aos usuários. C omo parte do Modelo está a identificação e a descrição detalhada dos processos de trabalho do Sistema, assim como o estabelecimento de alguns indicadores de desempenho . A partir do trabalho inicial, foi elaborado um levantamento complementar para identif icação dos processos que abrangessem o conjunto do Sistema de forma ampla. O s dados foram dispostos em planilhas para melhor visualização, especialmente q uanto aos macro processos, processos, sub processos e atividades. Os processos foram sepa rados em essenciais, gerenciais e de apoio, além de elencadas as atividades pertinentes a cada um deles, bem como as instruções técnicas e fluxos de trabalho. Foram est abelecidos alguns indicadores, tendo por referência os da IFLA já estudados por outro Grupo de Trabalho. Daquele estudo quatro indicadores foram testados e validados pelo SIBi/US P por meio de aplicação piloto em algumas das Bibliotecas do Sistema e outros foram d efinidos no estudo atual. Com isso foi possível mapear os processos e as atividades desenv olvidas pelo conjunto de Bibliotecas sendo que cada Biblioteca, em função de sua especia lidade e especificidade pode adequar o seu mapeamento. A definição de um núcleo básico d e indicadores objetiva viabilizar a concretização da missão e dos objetivos em consonân cia com a política do SIBI/USP

Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE) mission is dedicated to measuring temporal variations of the Earth's gravity field. In this study, the Stokes coefficients made available by Groupe de Recherche en Géodésie Spatiale (GRGS) at a 10-day interval were converted into equivalent water height (EWH) for a ~4-year period in the Amazon basin (from July-2002 to May-2006). The seasonal amplitudes of EWH signal are the largest on the surface of Earth and reach ~ 1250mm at that basin's center. Error budget represents ~130 mm of EWH, including formal errors on Stokes coefficient, leakage errors (12 ~ 21 mm) and spectrum truncation (10 ~ 15 mm). Comparison between in situ river level time series measured at 233 ground-based hydrometric stations (HS) in the Amazon basin and vertically-integrated EWH derived from GRACE is carried out in this paper. Although EWH and HS measure different water bodies, in most of the cases a high correlation (up to ~80%) is detected between the HS series and EWH series at the same site. This correlation allows adjusting linear relationships between in situ and GRACE-based series for the major tributaries of the Amazon river. The regression coefficients decrease from up to down stream along the rivers reaching the theoretical value 1 at the Amazon's mouth in the Atlantic Ocean. The variation of the regression coefficients versus the distance from estuary is analysed for the largest rivers in the basin. In a second step, a classification of the proportionality between in situ and GRACE time-series is proposed.

A Companhia de Jesus foi o emblema mais representativo da transformação e realização da nova prática da catequese na sua atuação missionária,durante a primeira Idade Moderna. A transformação vinha ocorrendo a partir da contraposição entre Reforma e Contrarreforma, no estabelecimento de analogias e diferenças da missão entre Europa, América e Ásia, e, finalmente, na esteira dos ecos das decisões conciliares de Trento em Lima. A partir dos tópicos que dividem o texto, o presente trabalho percorre - em uma síntese inevitavelmente esquemática, mas aberta à perspectiva de recentes investigações sobre o tema - essas problemáticas. Pensamos assim que elas possam ganhar clareza e coerência expositiva, mas, sobretudo, uma capacidade de inteligibilidade dos temas propostos, tendo em vista um resultado que não seja apenas uma aquisição (sempre parcial), mas, sobretudo, um novo ponto de partida para ulteriores investigações sobre as diretrizes apontadas.
