Motivação em equipes de futebol e futsal: a influência do técnico

O comportamento de um atleta de futebol ou de futsal dentro de um jogo ou até mesmo nos treinos pode ser influenciado de diversas formas. Uma dessas refere-se às situações e condições impostas pelo treinador de uma equipe que facilitem ao atleta motivar-se, sendo este um fator bastante relevante para o sucesso da mesma. Com isso, propõe-se a idéia de que a oportunização de condições favoráveis à motivação seja indispensável. Em virtude da necessidade de tentar descrever e analisar a motivação e suas manifestações em equipes de ambos os esportes, o estudo vem analisar a influência do técnico perante seus atletas em relação à motivação das equipes tanto antes quanto no decorrer dos jogos. Este trabalho foi de natureza qualitativa com revisão bibliográfica, na qual será utilizado um questionário aplicado a uma amostra intencional composta por indivíduos atletas (total de vinte atletas) e técnicos (três) de futebol e de futsal, da cidade de Rio Claro, interior do Estado de São Paulo. Para a coleta, optamos pela abordagem direta, em períodos de treinamento, não levando em conta se antes, durante ou depois destes, mas apenas a possibilidade de coletar os dados. Constatamos que há interferência do nervosismo do técnico sobre o rendimento atlético e que a amizade do técnico com seus atletas e o conhecimento daquele é benéfico para o equilíbrio grupal.

A imagem do técnico Bernardinho na opinião de alunos graduandos e professores de Educação Física escolar

A importância da mídia no mundo atual é evidente, pois ela exerce muita influência no âmbito da cultura corporal de movimento, que engloba lutas, danças, ginástica, conhecimento sobre o corpo, esporte e jogos, conteúdos de extrema importância para a formação do cidadão, ditando fazeres sobre as diversas práticas corporais e criando novos modelos de consumo. Dentro desse contexto o ídolo esportivo é intercambiável, negociável e consumível como imagem. Sendo assim a representação que um ídolo exerce sobre o indivíduo (telespectador) é referência de atitudes e a mídia contribui para a construção dessa imagem. Por causa dessa exposição, o técnico de vôlei Bernardo Rocha de Rezende passou a ter maior ascensão no cenário esportivo nacional, resolvi realizar esse estudo para investigar a opinião de alunos graduandos em Educação Física e professores da Educação Física escolar sobre a imagem do técnico Bernardinho. Objetivo: O objetivo do trabalho é investigar como a imagem do técnico Bernardo de Souza Rezende (Bernardinho), influenciada pela mídia, é interpretada por alunos graduandos em Educação Física e professores de Educação Física Escolar. Metodologia: A metodologia desta pesquisa de natureza qualitativa será realizada em duas etapas, sendo a primeira referente a uma pesquisa bibliográfica, e a segunda etapa relativa ao trabalho é entrevista semi-estruturada. A entrevista foi realizada com 10 alunos de graduação nos cursos de Bacharelado e Licenciatura em Educação Física da Universidade Estadual Paulista – Campus Rio Claro e 5 professores de Educação Física escolar. Resultados e Discussões: Com as respostas obtidas podemos ver que o imaginário, dos alunos e professores entrevistados, em relação à imagem do Bernardo é de um técnico extremamente participativo, comprometido e o melhor técnico de vôlei. A magia em um texto técnico agronômico da antiguidade romana: o 'Opus agriculturae', de Paládio

This work analyses the chapter 35, book I, of the agricultural treatise Opus agriculturæ, written by Rutilius Taurus Aemilianus Palladius (V C.E.). In that chapter the author presents some recipes, called remedia, to protect the farm and the garden against weeds and weather phenomena, as blight and fogs. The magical practices are identified according to both the fundamental principles of magic (similarity, contiguity, contrariety), which rule magical thought, and some elements of magical symbology. As the author seems not to distinguish magic and science, for he brings together both kinds of recipes, the analysis of some remedia emphasizes a specific study on the materials and substances employed in those recipes and their value in Science today. This leads to the discussions of how magical thought works, what are the limits (if they actually exist) between Magic and Science and between Magic and Religion. This work covers the subjects above and it has the following pourposes: demonstrate the characteristics that authorize the remedia described by Palladius to be classified as folk magic; identify the relations between this kind of practice with more complex forms of magic, as with religion, with science; demonstrate the contribution of the folk magic in ancient Rome farming for the formulation of more apropriated criteria of evaluating magic in comparison to religious and scientific thought.

Fourier series for quaternions and the square of the error theorem

In this paper we introduce a type of Hypercomplex Fourier Series based on Quaternions, and discuss on a Hypercomplex version of the Square of the Error Theorem. Since their discovery by Hamilton (Sinegre [1]), quaternions have provided beautifully insights either on the structure of different areas of Mathematics or in the connections of Mathematics with other fields. For instance: I) Pauli spin matrices used in Physics can be easily explained through quaternions analysis (Lan [2]); II) Fundamental theorem of Algebra (Eilenberg [3]), which asserts that the polynomial analysis in quaternions maps into itself the four dimensional sphere of all real quaternions, with the point infinity added, and the degree of this map is n. Motivated on earlier works by two of us on Power Series (Pendeza et al. [4]), and in a recent paper on Liouville’s Theorem (Borges and Mar˜o [5]), we obtain an Hypercomplex version of the Fourier Series, which hopefully can be used for the treatment of hypergeometric partial differential equations such as the dumped harmonic oscillation.

Square of the Error Octonionic Theorem and Hypercomplex Fourier Series

The focus of this paper is to address some classical results for a class of hypercomplex numbers. More specifically we present an extension of the Square of the Error Theorem and a Bessel inequality for octonions.

A decoding procedure which improves code rate and error corrections

Corresponding to $C_{0}[n,n-r]$, a binary cyclic code generated by a primitive irreducible polynomial $p(X)\in \mathbb{F}_{2}[X]$ of degree $r=2b$, where $b\in \mathbb{Z}^{+}$, we can constitute a binary cyclic code $C[(n+1)^{3^{k}}-1,(n+1)^{3^{k}}-1-3^{k}r]$, which is generated by primitive irreducible generalized polynomial $p(X^{\frac{1}{3^{k}}})\in \mathbb{F}_{2}[X;\frac{1}{3^{k}}\mathbb{Z}_{0}]$ with degree $3^{k}r$, where $k\in \mathbb{Z}^{+}$. This new code $C$ improves the code rate and has error corrections capability higher than $C_{0}$. The purpose of this study is to establish a decoding procedure for $C_{0}$ by using $C$ in such a way that one can obtain an improved code rate and error-correcting capabilities for $C_{0}$.

This article presents the historical trajectory of agricultural technical education in the State of São Paulo, 1882-2001, with emphasis on regulatory and policy aspects of transition management agencies and disruption in the construction and consolidation of a pedagogical and curricular design of this area of teaching technical and institutional policies of these technical schools. Thus focuses on the major changes in the political-normative and pedagogical and organizational character that shaped the construction of its especificidade.Isto because it is necessary to know the history of technical education 'agricultural' (agricultural area) in order to support the analysis of its configuration current and devise new prospects for your gestão.O Paulista agricultural education was subject to constant political uncertainties as to its principles and fins.As several transfers and reallocations it has undergone through different State Secretariats, reveal political barriers regarding its management and the difficulty of situating it in an appropriate and befitting their purposes locus.

Representações sociais de professores sobre indisciplina no ensino médio e técnico

O objetivo do presente estudo foi identificar as representações sociais de professores sobre indisciplina em sala de aula. Adotamos a teoria das Representações Sociais como referencial teórico. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas individuais semiestruturadas. Os participantes foram três professores do ensino técnico, três do ensino médio e três de ambos os ensinos, totalizando nove docentes de uma Escola Técnica Estadual (ETEC) do interior paulista, pertencente ao Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza. Utilizando a análise de conteúdo, definimos três eixos temáticos: causas atribuídas à indisciplina, alternativas para lidar com a questão e concepção de indisciplina, para os quais caracterizamos categorias, em que obtivemos a frequência de respostas. Na análise dos resultados, podemos indicar que a representação social da indisciplina parece estar objetivada, principalmente, nas questões individuais dos alunos. Os professores relataram diferentes causas da indisciplina para os ensinos médio e técnico. Foram indicadas algumas diferenças na maneira de lidar com o aluno adolescente e adulto e entre as causas e as alternativas para lidar com a indisciplina. As representações sociais dos professores sobre a indisciplina ancoraram-se, em sua maioria, num referencial tradicional, associado à responsabilização do aluno e da família.

Indisciplina no ensino técnico: representações sociais de professores

The present study is a result of a Master’s degree’s research in Psychology, which has been developed with the objective of identifying the social representations of teachers about indiscipline in the classroom. We adopted a qualitative and quantitative approach and also the theory of Social Representations. Data were collected through individual semi-structured interviews. There were three high school teachers, three technical teachers and three teachers from both types of education, resulting in nine teachers from a technical school in São Paulo countryside. We defined three themes to process data through a content analysis, which are: indiscipline causes, alternatives to deal with this issue and conception of indiscipline. This division into themes allowed us to identify categories and we were able to measure frequency and percentage of answers. So far, we analyzed data of interviews corresponding to technical teachers. We noted that most of the answers related to the indiscipline were due to individual and family factors of students. Regarding the alternatives to deal with indiscipline, the answers were mostly related to the relationship of teachers and students. In general, we can say these pre-results show us a difference between the indiscipline causes and the alternatives to deal with them: teachers tend to blame the students themselves and their family problems, but they also say the alternatives are centered on the interaction teacherstudent.

Profissão, escola e campo: um estudo sobre o Ensino Técnico Agrícola

Apresentando uma síntese histórico-sociológica do panorama rural brasileiro, da constituição do ensino técnico, e do desenvolvimento do ensino técnico agrícola, este artigo defende que as escolas técnicas agrícolas sofrem uma dupla marginalização, por um lado proveniente de sua natureza profissionalizante e, por outro, dada sua vinculação com o meio rural brasileiro.
