Articulação entre as políticas internas e externas no Brasil dos anos de 1980 aos nossos dias: uma análise valorativa sobre o desenvolvimento social e política-cultural

Assim como, as vivências nos intercâmbios internacionais podem e devem contribuir em grau elevado na constituição das mesmas políticas públicas, angariando recursos e investimentos externos, elas também podem se aprofundar em experiência de conscientização dos sujeitos políticos. Quanto mais a difusão cultural entre os povos é incentivada, pelos governos e iniciativas não governamentais, somada à atividade política dos sujeitos, mais trará contribuições aos entremeios das sociedades complexas, que por sua vez, refletirão na melhoria das condições de vida dos indivíduos e de suas instituições. O plano discursivo ideal propõe a superação das amarras econômicas para contemplar os estratos sociais, essa seria a primeira etapa para iniciar o aperfeiçoamento das instâncias democráticas e, convém assistir às transformações desde as estrutura, ou seja, dos modos de pensar, ser e agir dos seres humanos em busca de um novo tipo de desenvolvimento, que de fato se reconheça globalizado. Para tanto, o método utilizado se ancorou na revisão bibliográfica da análise histórica e da análise de discursos dos ex-presidentes, a partir da época de redemocratização brasileira. A todo o momento, frisou-se a articulação entre as mais diversas frentes de organização social, interna e externa, bem como as supranacionais, tal articulação é oportuna à metodologia, na tentativa de uma compreensão introdutória dos processos da modernidade complexa. Além disso, optou-se por tecer considerações finais que deixassem o texto aberto ao debate, ao contrário de qualquer proposta conclusiva. A saber, a potencialidade em dialogar sobre o conceito de desenvolvimento, que se deseja pluralmente inserido na universalidade relativa ao gênero humano, torna-se mais atraente, à medida que são cobradas melhorias dos programas político-democráticos... A fisiologia da paisagem e as potencialidades turísticas ao longo do vale histórico da Serra da Bocaina-SP

The region encompassed by the cities of Bocaina’s Historic Valley has your formation closely linked to the coffee´s culture, that were installed during the nineteenth century bringing, at first, a great economic and population growth. However, with the time, the incorrect wear land of the area combined with the antislavery movement and the discovery of more fertile soils in western of São Paulo, among other factors, brought serious setbacks for coffee production in the region which ultimately migrate to other areas, causing an economic crisis in the region that endures to this day. Thus, this paper aims to conduct a study that part of an update of the concept of physiology landscape to identify the physical, ecological and social facts that make up the area of this region, to understand the real causes and consequences of the crisis and what potential persist to circumvent it

O estudo de caso adotado é a Praça da República tendo como subsídio as fichas de inventário disponíveis no Brasil a nível federal, estadual e municipal, bem como a recomendada pelo International Council on Momuments and Sites (ICOMOS)

O trabalho consiste em fazer um levantamento bibliográfico sobre a Psicopedagogia, tendo como objetivo conhecer seu processo histórico identificando sua origem, suas formas e ambientes de atuação, suas funções e os profissionais que buscam adentrar nessa área de conhecimento. Pretende-se entender o trabalho e as atividades do psicopedagogo, assim como suas formas de identificar as dificuldades de aprendizagem do aluno através de estratégias e instrumentos específicos da psicopedagogia. Além disso, visa compreender o uso de suas técnicas para possibilitar o avanço da aprendizagem do aluno. A pedagogia histórico-crítica e a formação da individualidade para sí

Is there a place inside Marxism for the debate on individuality? Does the historical-critical pedagogy need a theory of individual’s education? The article answers affirmatively to both questions and analyses the pillars of a Marxist theory of human individuals’ education. The start point is the relation between the processes of objectification and appropriation that were originated by the work activity. The relation between objectification and appropriation is analysed from a dialectical materialistic historical perspective. This perspective implies the understanding of the contradiction generates by class struggle that gives to the sociocultural development both the meanings of humanization and alienation. In this sense, individual’s education is understood as part of historical self-building process of humankind. The direction of this movement is from humanity in itself to humanity for itself that means a process that promotes the development of free and universal individuality.

Hibridismo cultural: o imaginário europeu na construção da sexualidade feminina do primeiro século de colonização brasileira

The aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the conceptions of sexuality and female sexual behavior and conduct, formed from the merger of information and securities purchased under the eyes, rules and guidelines established relations with the Holy Office during his visit to Inquisitorial Brazil in the late sixteenth century. It is a survey of historical methodology in which we used as the exploratory research and literature. In the sixteenth century the Church increases the pressure to change the sexual mores that were free in the Middle Ages, a fact which influences the rules and regulations that are adopted by the Holy Office regarding the person's sex life. The first structure was based on Brazilian sexual alliance between Indians and settlers, which led to sugar, by the Portuguese, the customs of the land, which included sexual practices free since the Indians were out of Christian influence. Supported by the absence of white women, the settlers took them wives of the earth, usually more than one, creating conflict with the Jesuits who condemned Indian polygamy. In this context, in 1591, landed on Brazilian soil Heitor Furtado de Mendonca, and with it, the First Visitation of the Holy Office to investigate, arguing, exploring feelings and behaviors, to discover the true facts, finally, to demonstrate the errors Faith and punish them with the rigor of ecclesiastical law. His passing opens us to visualize traces of sexuality in the current "Tropic" a racist, misogynist world where black women and degraded land could be subject to the wishes of the white man, with whom he could mate at will. Abordagem do patrimônio histórico de bens culturais arquitetônicos nos planos diretores de pequenos municípios

This article discusses the preservation of cultural heritage, particularly the historical and architectural, in small municipalities in São Paulo State, in particular the Central Administrative Region. It pointed out that urban planning and master plans may represent an opportunity for such municipalities definitely incorporate preservation, locally. It also presents a small survey of considerations of national heritage at the municipal level and by CONDEPHAAT and IPHAN.

Considerações sobre a atualidade da formação cultural/educacional: novos desafios para a pesquisa

This paper aims to draw some outlines of what I understand to be background for possible investigations that examine the cultural / educational problems in Brazil from the perspective of Critical Theory. Under the light of these outlines I intend to present two directions of research which are the main objectives of the research project I develop within the Department of Educational Psychology of College of Sciences and Letters of Unesp in Araraquara. In particular, it is necessary to understand the internal deformation that education suffers as a concrete substance of the teaching process in schools, which makes an empirical investigation how the cultural industry’s schemes become present in the “didactic pedagogical scene” necessary. On the other hand, the elucidation of this problem requires a theoretical investigation about the broader process of constitution of today’s subjectivity under the impact of that industry. Both goals set forth herein are intended to provide subsidies to make readings about new educational demands possible in Brazil.

Anísio Teixeira e a psicologia: o diálogo com a psicanálise

This paper analyses the ideas and the work of Anísio Teixeira in the first years of the 1930s, focusing his conceptions concerning the value of Psychoanalysis for Educational Reform in Brazil. Whereas the ideas and practices Teixeira should be understood in the historical context in which they were developed, the work presents the history of the introduction of the psychoanalytic knowledge in the Brazilian Renovator Educational Movement, highlighting the relevance of hygienism in the dissemination of Freud's theses in education. The findings indicate that Teixeira interacted with the concepts of Psychoanalysis through the hygienist movement and the ideas of Arthur Ramos, considering the individual as being linked to the social environment.

Formação e sexualidade: um estudo a partir dos relatos dos estudantes de difererentes cursos de Psicologia
