Metodología de análisis económico y social para procesos de resolución en cooperativas de ahorro y crédito del segmento 3 y 4, utilizando la estrategia de exclusión de activos y de pasivos

Con el artículo 283, la Constitución define a la economía del Ecuador, como un sistema económico popular y solidario, la misma que está compuesta por los sectores cooperativos, asociativos y comunitarios. De esto nace la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria, creada a fin de controlar el sector cooperativo, bajo normas, y herramientas técnicas que permitan garantizar la sostenibilidad de las organizaciones en el tiempo. Si bien es cierto, las cooperativas se han venido desarrollando en base a la autogestión financiera y administrativa, por lo que se ha podido determinar organizaciones vulnerables que ponen en riesgo la estabilidad financiera del sector. Por lo que es necesario desarrollar herramientas técnicas, que alineadas a la ley, se pueda identificar las fortalezas y debilidades financieras, con el fin de tomar medidas que ayuden al crecimiento sostenible del sector cooperativo. En base al análisis financiero de los balances, y la interpretación de indicadores especializados, permita conocer las cooperativas estables y las cooperativas vulnerables, las mismas que pueden ser sujetas a la aplicación de un mecanismo de resolución, que previo análisis de escenarios, se determinen la ejecución en cooperativas con niveles de riesgo considerables. La aplicación de las estrategias de resolución, evita impactos económicos y sociales que pongan en riesgo a quienes confían en el sector cooperativo, así como la mitigación del riesgo sistémico y reputacional; por lo que estas posibles pérdidas deberán ser analizadas a fin de aplicar la que menor costo provoque.

Resistencia india, conciliación y estrategia militar en Quixos durante la primera mitad del siglo XVIII (Estudios)

During the 18th Century, the northeast of the Amazonian region, especially the jurisdiction of Quixos, was one of the most ignored regions of South America. Its dominions, dependents in part to the Real Audiencia of Quito, did not enjoy sufficient attention from the monarchial administration; therefore, the territorial domination and its natives did not take shape in absolute terms given the difficulties of indigenous resistance against strategies to slowly subordinate and eventually dismantle the Spanish politics of border territories.

Respuestas alternativas a la globalización alimentaria. El caso del Colectivo Agroecológico en el Ecuador

El presente trabajo pretende indagar sobre la problemática agroalimentaria a nivel global y cómo ésta se constituyó en el detonante para que La Vía Campesina genere el concepto de soberanía alimentaria como plataforma de lucha social y política del movimiento campesino del mundo. A nivel nacional revisamosacerca de la incorporación de dicho concepto en la Constitución Política del Ecuador en el 2008, y de las leyes, políticas y normativas agroalimentarias desarrolladas hasta el presente, observando si van a tono o no con los preceptos que la soberanía alimentaria propuestos a través de la Constitución. De igual forma, se realiza un examen sobre la agroecología como una propuesta para alcanzar la soberanía alimentaria en el Ecuador, misma que se plantea como un modelo agrario alternativo al de la revolución verde. Finalmente, se habla acerca del Colectivo Agroecológico del Ecuador, sus orígenes, acciones y demandas, así como también sus potencialidades y sus debilidades en pos de alcanzar la soberanía alimentaria en el Ecuador.

A humanização da saúde no cotidiano de usuários da estrategia saúde da família

This research assumes that for changes in health practices directed to an integral care, is crucial humanization, participation and autonomy of service users. In this sense, the research had investigated the issue of humanization involving users of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) in city of Mossoró, having as objectives: to analyze the perceptions of users on humanization in the production of health care in daily of Family Health Strategy, from these perceptions, identify elements featuring humanized and non-humanized in everyday practices related to production of health care; relate perceptions of users about humanization with the notions of extended clinic and social participation present in the National Humanization Policy (NHP); identify difficulties and potentialities in the production of health care from the perspective of humanization. It was a qualitative approach to data collection and it was used the methodology of Network Analysis of Everyday Life (NAEL), which allowed the questioning of health practices through an interactive discussion involving participants subjected. The analysis of data through the technique of content thematic analysis was performed and the results were interpreted related the Extended Clinic references and the users participation, related with the Gift Theory discussed by Marcel Mauss. The results indicated senses humanization linked to affection, reciprocity and honesty, highlighting as essential to humanized practices the trust, bonding, listening, dialogue and accountability. Were also mentioned other elements related to the organization of health services such as access and good functioning of the health services. The difficulties and potentialities show structural deficiencies of the health system and changes in the labor process. The participation of users deconstructing and reconstructing concepts remainder humanization in the production of health care is a key factor for the sedimentation of what is proposed in the HNP. Using the privileged space of the FHE to create more active people and understanding their needs and demands, is possible path to build a participative management

A estrategia de desenvolvimento no II PND: a estrategia industrial.

The objective of the second national development plan was to define industrial expansion in Brazil. The capital goods industry had to be aligned with large infrastructure projects. Also public sector national enterprise was a key element. A newly created financial base 'FIBASE', the national development bank, and state enterprises are principal agents of change in the industrial model. Evaluation is regarded as a highly complex, continuous process intended to improve the object-subject involved. In the case of marginal metropolitan neighborhoods, whose inhabitants live in conditions unfit for human beings, we must remember that the specific actors in the drama - the users of the area of operation - should be the main creators of their own individual and community development through the evaluation-improvement process. Lipossomas: Estrategia biotecnologica para liberacao controlada e direcionamento intracelular de farmacos com efeito antimicobacteriano

This text highlights the state of research related with the application of liposomes in the control of drug delivery and drug target to intracellular bacterial diseases, such as the tuberculosis. Liposome have several pharmaceutical applications and this article is primarily focused on the potential of this agregate on drug encapsalation especially antimycobacterial compounds. Case studies in which liposomes have successfully been used to improve pharmacological drug effect are presented. Mechanisms involved in intracellular drug delivery, possibilities of application, research and development efforts to address these objectives are discussed.
