O advento da internet causou uma revoluo na forma como a sociedade se relaciona. A consolidao das mdias sociais na ambincia digital acentuou o poder das mudanas e forou a comunicação a rever paradigmas. O imediatismo e a velocidade com que a informao se propaga num processo simtrico de mo dupla emissor e receptor mudou a forma de trabalhar, pensar e planejar. O presente trabalho traz uma pesquisa com profissionais de comunicação e analisa como o fator prazo tem impactado no processo do planejamento de longo prazo tradicionalmente anual das aes voltadas para o ambiente digital. A pesquisa baseou-se em amplo referencial terico das reas de comunicação, marketing, redes e mdias sociais, tecnologia, administrao, alm de institutos de pesquisas e empresas. A fim de descrever as experincias vividas pelos profissionais, empreendemos ainda uma pesquisa qualitativa com entrevistas em profundidade, com amostra no probabilstica, com foco nas disciplinas de marketing e propaganda e relaes pblicas. Os resultados apontam para um aprendizado ainda sendo conquistado, dia aps dia, a partir de tentativas e erros, onde a preocupao dos profissionais fica dividida entre o prazo de antecedncia com que feito um planejamento e a obrigatoriedade de sua reviso contnua.

Estudo das condies para que os meios de comunicação comunitria venham a contribuir com a participao e organizao dos movimentos populares. Os objetivos so analisar as relaes entre as rdios comunitrias e o direito moradia e compreender as implicaes no desenvolvimento de processos poltico-comunicacionais subsidiados por uma metodologia de ao dialgica na produo de contedos realizados por agentes do movimento de moradia. A abordagem dialtica fundamentada principalmente no pensamento de Paulo Freire. As tcnicas de pesquisa so a bibliogrfica, a documental e a pesquisa-ao, a qual se desenvolveu junto Associao para o Desenvolvimento Habitacional do Brasil ADEHAB que atua na regio conhecida como rea do Chafik, no Jardim Zara, em Mau- SP, em parceria com a Rdio Comunitria Z FM, situada na mesma localidade. Concluise que a criao de novos fluxos comunicacionais comunitrios incidem no fortalecimento do movimento popular e da rdio comunitria e os principais condicionantes para este processo reside na disposio dos movimentos populares em se apropriar dos espaos comunicativos reinventando sua prxis.

A evoluo tecnolgica na comunicação contempornea estrutura sistemas digitais via redes de computadores conectados e explorao macia de dispositivos tecnolgicos. Os dados digitais captados e distribudos via aplicativos instalados em smartphones criam ambiente dinmico comunicacional. O Jornalismo e a Comunicação tentam se adaptar ao novo ecossistema informacional impetrado pelas constantes inovaes tecnolgicas que possibilitam a criao de novos ambientes e sistemas para acesso informao de relevncia social. Surgem novas ferramentas para produo e distribuio de contedos jornalsticos, produtos baseados em dados e interaes inteligentes, algoritmos usados em diversos processos, plataformas hiperlocais e sistemas de narrativas e produo digitais. Nesse contexto, o objetivo da pesquisa foi elaborar uma anlise e comparao entre produtos de mdia e tecnologia especficos. Se as novas tecnologias acrescentam atributos s produes e narrativas jornalsticas, seus impactos na prtica da atividade e tambm se h modificao nos processos de produo de informao de relevncia social em relao aos processos jornalsticos tradicionais e consolidados. Investiga se o uso de informaes insertadas pelos usurios, em tempo real, melhora a qualidade das narrativas emergentes atravs de dispositivos mveis e se a gamificao ou ludificao altera a percepo de credibilidade do jornalismo. Para que assim seja repensado a forma de se produzir e gerar informao e conhecimento para os pblicos que demandam contedo

This paper intends to analyze which contribution for teachers formative training the participation on extension projects can bring to the bachelors in Mathematics teaching. The research was conducted during the developing of a Project from the Program of Extension - Programa de Extenso UFU/Comunidade (PEIC) in a municipal school located in a country zone from Uberlndia-MG. The research was constituted by a series of activities with students from the ninth year of the Fundamental Education, Middle School. The main focus is the work developed by two bachelors of Mathemactics teaching from the Federal University from Uberlndia who were part of the PEIC team. This present research intends to answer the following question: How the extension project Information technology and communication on Mathematics problem resolution in country zone schools has contribited to reinforce and to (re)criate the fomative experiences of students from the Mathematics teaching course who have developed such project? The presente study is from a qualitative nature and has made use of the partaker searching methodology. The presente paper was organized in three chapters. On chapter I evidence is given to theoretical discussion made, having as main references the works of Larrosa, Ponte e Shn. Chapter II brings the description of the three activities that were developed and aplied during the PEIC Project, which are: Problems in the Park, Inaccessible Hight and Lili Game. On chapter III, the data analysis is presented. The data was obtained through instruments of registration such as: camera recording, photografic material, meetings reports, field notes, surveys and semi-structured interviews. The initial hypothesis aim is on the fact that the participation on extention projects during the graduation course can bring rich contribution for the teachers to be, since its going to provide the knowledge and chalenge close to the one from the future profession. With the analysis of the obtained results from the colected data, it was possible to conclude that the PEIC has provided the bachelors in Mathematics teching the opportunity of recreate and potenciate their formative experiences. Such opportunity happened in situations that involved, for example, planning makings, development of colective work, softwares usage, different school spaces and the direct interaction with school bureaucracy. Beyond that, it was possible to work with the cocepts of reflection in action in a way to contribute to the professional development of the future Mathematics teachers. Thereby, in our final considerations, is possible to conclude that extension projects performed during the graduation course can bring great contributions to the professional formation of the bachelors in Mathematics teaching, among them we highlight the potentiation of the previous formative experiences and the development of colective work and behavior related to a reflexive teacher.

Esta pesquisa nasce da problemtica existente no design grfico das embalagens de medicamentos. Existem vrios tipos de medicamentos, para doenas diferentes, de laboratrios diferentes, mas com embalagens muito semelhantes o que, por vezes, dificulta a sua identificao. Pretende-se assim, criar um design mais eficaz que permita uma relao entre o utente e os medicamentos mais acessvel, possibilitando uma rpida e correcta identificao do medicamento. Em Portugal calcula-se que actualmente existam cerca de 1874933 indivduos com idade igual ou superior a 65 anos de idade, prevendo-se atingir os 3357045 em 2060. Estes so os valores que reflectem um pas envelhecido. A utilizao de medicamentos, apesar de no ser exclusiva, feita na grande maioria pela populao envelhecida. Este grupo de indivduos sente mais dificuldade em identificar os seus medicamentos pois, com o passar do tempo, vo perdendo a sua autonomia devido perda de algumas das suas capacidades fsicas e psicolgicas. A utilizao de medicao essencial, mas nem sempre uma tarefa fcil. Existem cerca de meio milho de indivduos analfabetos em Portugal e muitas destas pessoas vivem sozinhas, o que potencia a utilizao erradas das medicaes, ou at mesmo a associao de medicamentos que conciliados so prejudiciais para a sade. Sendo esta uma situao preocupante, para este trabalho tem como principal objectivo a investigao e o desenvolvimento de um projecto de melhoria para as embalagens de medicamentos, o que permitir uma maior segurana e autonomia a este pblico. Pretende-se assim desenvolver um mtodo de fcil identificao, criar smbolos representativos dos diferentes tipos de medicamentos. Para isso sero estudadas as dificuldades dos idosos quanto viso e identificao da sua medicao. Sero tratados ainda temas como a teoria da cor, Pictogramas, Semitica e Tipografia, de modo a criar uma simbologia simples e eficaz.

A indstria bancria brasileira investe de forma contnua em Tecnologia da Informao e Comunicação (TIC) e cinco bancos detm mais de 60% dos ativos, lucros e agncias. A partir deste cenrio, o objetivo desse trabalho foi evidenciar os nmeros relativos aos investimentos em TIC realizados pela indstria bancria no perodo de 2000 a 2011 e seu correspondente crescimento de uma forma geral. Em particular, evidencia ainda nmeros relevantes aos investimentos e o respectivo crescimento dos dois maiores bancos mltiplos privados atuantes no Brasil (Ita e Bradesco). Por meio de pesquisa documental e reviso da literatura, so apontados os principais indicadores que levam a concluir sobre a continuidade crescente do setor, sobre o fortalecimento dos bancos Bradesco e Ita, assim como a relao com investimentos contnuos em TIC.

As organizaes de alta confiabilidade so caracterizadas pelo alto nvel de complexidade e de exposio contnua a riscos. Sob esse ambiente, observa-se o surgimento de estresse e de conflitos interpessoais que, para adequada gesto, demandam habilidades de comunicação. Esta pesquisa tem por objeto de estudo a comunicação documentada nos casos de incidentes e acidentes ocorridos na Aviao Civil, investigados pela Federal Aviation Administration e pelo Centro de Investigao e Preveno de Acidentes Aeronuticos. De acordo com dados das agncias, deficincias na comunicação respondem por aproximadamente 80% das ocorrncias. Contudo, os resultados da pesquisa, confirmam no haver carga horria suficiente de treinamento de habilidades de comunicação para atendimento especfico de situaes de extremo risco e de contnua presso. O treinamento mais focado em habilidades tcnicas do que em habilidades sociais.

Desde seu surgimento, em 1963, a teoria dos stakeholders considera a organizao inserida num sistema aberto com mltiplas relaes e influncias condicionadas s demandas do ambiente e, nesse sentido, a comunicação com os grupos que influenciam o contexto organizacional de fundamental importncia para o empreendimento e, dessa necessidade, surgiu o profissional de media training. O problema da pesquisa est em identificar, numa perspectiva fenomenolgica, quais as tcnicas utilizadas pelos media training para fazer do agente persona grata perante os diferentes stakeholders na viso dos prprios profissionais, numa sociedade midiatizada por tecnologias da comunicação. Por meio de pesquisa exploratria, de natureza qualitativa, foram realizadas entrevistas com dez media trainings atuantes na cidade de So Paulo, com o objetivo de identificar a viso que esses profissionais manifestam em relao s tcnicas utilizadas junto aos stakeholders no universo corporativo. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam, com base no Modelo Stakeholder Salience, que as atividades dos profissionais de media training se tornaram imprescindveis para reputao das organizaes pela sua caracterstica estratgica de permitir aes personalizadas para a organizao alcanar comunicação eficaz junto aos seus stakeholders.

The theoretical recital of the present study it is initiated of the evidence that the work occupies an important space in the man s life in way that the majority of the people works and passes great part of its time inside organizati ons. However, it is verified that the relation between man and work is becoming increasingly disagreement a time that the employees had started to complain work s routines, stress, not use all their potential and inadequate work s conditions. It can be observed by the way of Dejours (1994) studies. Thus, as contribution for the quality of work life s (QWL) studies the research developed here objectified to characterize the public employees quality of work life at EMATER -RN taking as reference an instrumen t of research synthesized from the typical academic literature of the subject. The synthesis of an ampler instrument is a necessity not taken care to the literature that treats on the subject but already perceived by some studies like Moraes et al (1990); Rodrigues (1989); Siqueira & Coleta (1989); Moraes et al (1992); Carvalho & Souza (2003); El -Aouar & Souza (2003) and Mouro, Kilimnick & Fernandes (2005); Adorno, Marques & Borges (2005) amongst others. These studies point out weak points of the existing models in the QWL s literature, as well as they recommend the elaboration of a model more flexible, that contemplates Brazilian cultural characteristics, and that contemplates the entire variable studied in the main existing models. For reach this objectiv e the adopted methodology was characterized as a case study with collected data in qualitative and quantitative way. Questionnaires and comments had been used as sources of evidences. These evidences had been tabulated through of statistical package SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science), in which the main technique of multivariate analysis used were the factorial analysis. As for the gotten results, it was verified the grouping of the quality of work life s indicators in 11 factors which are: Work s execution, Individual accomplishment, Work s equity, Relation individual and organization, Work s organization, Adequacy of the remuneration, Relation between head and subordinate, Effectiveness of the communication and the learning, Relation between work and personal life, Participation and Effectiveness of the work processes. Whatever to the characterization of the EMATER -RN s quality of work life it was clearly that to the measure that the satisfaction s evaluation with the QWL in the organization walks to intrinsic factors for extrinsic factors this level of satisfaction goes diminishing what points to the importance to improve these extrinsic factors in the institution. In summary it is possible to conclude that the organization studied has offered a significant set of referring variable to the quality of work life of the individual

Globalization, which increased the market to a position of competition and change never before experienced, also imposed a series of changes that have transformed the social systems, organizations increasingly complex. In this scenario, communication has received attention from modern managers. Research indicates that some sectors of activity, more than others, rely on communication as a tool for achieving their goals. The tourism sector, located in the service segment is configured as one of these activities, which the hotel is part of the composite product. With the intention to acknowledge these aspects in this study sought to analyze the characteristics of internal communication in a hotel project in the managerial perspective. To try to answer this purpose we constructed a framework based on authors that discuss organizational communication, internal communication and hotel businesses. For the purpose of research was chosen a unit of study to assess the views of managers regarding the issue. In the unit studied was sought to apprehend these meanings through interviews with a group of managers in the organization and analysis of documents. Data were analyzed through content analysis of Bardin (1977), with the technique of categorical analysis, as it sought to capture aspects that allow the description of the contents of the messages. The results pointed to an organizational reality based heavily on orality, who lives constantly with noise and using communication to regulate behavior. With little or no reflection on managerial communication inferred that subordinates should not absorb the message completely, a phenomenon that can not be responsible for the complete fulfillment thereof. Moreover, it was realized that the organization studied did not plan your communication, since, yet the views as a strategic tool to achieve your goals

Based on the definitions of Public Communication, Political Marketing, Public Interest Information and Communication as a Tool of Governance, the study notes the use of the news section of the websites of the City Christmas and Mossoro, Rio Grande do Norte, in regard to strengthening citizenship and encouraging participatory management, from the characterization of materials like pieces of Political Marketing and Public Communication. Data collection in qualitative research was conducted from August to September 2011 and content analysis showed that the appropriation of public property for personal use is a reality, despite legal requirements to the detriment of strategic communication and governance for results from the dissemination of information of public interest and the establishment of a communication channel between State Government and Society. Elements of this study suggest the need for further research to deepen the discussion

This study shows the results of an exploratory-descriptive research that aimed to identify the latent dimensions of communication, as well as finding relations between such dimensions and organizational image. The sample came to a total of 267 respondents, being 89 managers or owners and 178 salespeople of clothing and footwear stores that are situated in the main five shopping centers located in Natal, capital of Rio Grande do Norte. The collection of the data was made by the use of two structuralized and validated instruments, being the answers measured in the likert scale of 6 points. For the measurement of communication it was used the instrument developed by Downs and Hazen (2002), made up of 8 latent dimensions and 32 indicators. For the image it was used the model of Mael and Ashforth (1992) that contains 5 indicators. The analysis of the data was made through of the use of statistical techniques of factorial analysis and structural equations modeling. The results of the factorial analysis demonstrated communication as being formed by five latent dimensions. The modeling, on the other hand, demonstrated to exist positive relations between communication and organizational image, whose results revealed that the image is influenced by the communication with the supervisor, by the organizational integration and as being stronger explained by the vertical communication

The present study compose an analysis on the process of internal communication at a public organization, built on the survey data originary of administrative conduct, observation on the cultural model of the organization and how the interdepartmental and interpersonal relations shows up. The research, exploratory descriptive kind, had theoretical basis on two knowledge areas Administrative Science and Social Communication and was developed at Instituto do Desenvolvimento Econmico e Meio Ambiente IDEMA, in Rio Grande do Norte. During data collection, were conducted spontaneous and semi structured interviews with directors and coordinators, besides the application of directed questionnaire to functionaries in two unites of the institution. Through the analysis and interpretation of the data, we came to the conclusion that the process of internal communication at a public organization fall in with same challenges of private organizations, but with peculiarities that attracts the scientific look specially, in concern of the attitude assumed by the administrators in the conduction of communication functions inside the organization, the profile of social actor and the communication channels used. Although the organizational communication represents more and more a strategic function, as an administration tool, the point that research gets to shows that in public organizations the communication refrains from administrative purpose and with the major objective of giving publicity to the institutional acts and actions
