O projeto busca intervir em uma regio da cidade de Osasco (Regio Metropolitana de Grande So Paulo), que cortada pelo Rio Tiet, onde o rio acaba por criar uma grande barreira fsica. Esta barreira, apesar da existncia de pontes no local, at hoje no conseguiu ser vencida urbanisticamente, ou seja, a cidade no conseguiu se integrar ao rio. O fato de essa regio ser reduto de indstrias, em boa parte abandonadas, somados a poluio do rio, gera um cenrio urbano degradado e faz com que a barreira que divide a cidade em duas partes seja maior. O Plano Diretor da cidade j aponta a necessidade de uma revitalizao nessa rea. A prefeitura da cidade vem desenvolvendo um projeto de revitalizao de parte dessa rea e ligando os dois lados. Porm essa ligao ainda d traos de privilegiar mais o automvel do que o pedestre, at mesmo pela largura considervel do rio nessa regio. Nesse ponto, a proposta deste trabalho est em criar um elo de ligao entre as duas margens do rio, de maneira a integr-lo a cidade e aos cidados. Essa integração deve ser segura, pois assaltos so freqentes nas passarelas dessa regio. Tambm deve apresentar um carter esttico satisfatrio e que se encaixe na paisagem. Busca-se tambm a revitalizao da rea, com substituio das fbricas e galpes abandonados, por residncias, servios e comrcio, assim criando uma nova dinmica. Ento, este trabalho aponta para a criao de um EDIFICIO-PONTE, como tentativa de solucionar o problema dessa ligao (ou falta dela), com segurana, qualidade urbanstica, ampliao da dinmica local, fluxo de pessoas, alm de ser um desafio projetual de arquitetura, j que no so to comuns os edifcios-ponte

This monograph ha as objective to study the process of integrating new employees in organizations. As the individual becomes inserted into a new professional reality, he is subject to some adjustment variables that can directly affect your income. Identifying this, companies started to worry about how to get these new members, since the way it is conducted is directly related to the success of your performance and productivity in the organization. The central focus of this study is to identify the characteristics of an integration program, as well as the grounds on which it is based. Thus, it is developed a literature review into three parts: the first discusses the importance of people in an organizational context, people management, organizational culture and socialization; the second part discusses organizational communication, and how it is an essential factor for the integrating process is finalized; the third part is allocated to programs of integration and report author's experience in organization Colgio Interativo. The integration process also brings benefits for new employees, once they start to feel like part of the team, is also advantageous for the organization, because the employee who knows what the company hopes it has more possibilities to meet the their needs

This paper tries, across research, books, magazines and charts that relate to the architecture of today, establishing a direction as to the technological advances that may be involved in the architecture project. Such that the configuration space has flexibility to meet the basic architectural principles and the wishes of the user, who should participate as a key character of the decisions of spatialization - interface. Both the personal point of view of their social relations within the housing, and the functional environments equipped and qualified to meet expectations during its use. Respecting the power of free choice of human beings, not to put yourself to the detriment by excessive use of technology. This paper presents the principles of a strategy for the integration of slums in the city. From an extensive literature search, it analyzes the environment of the slums, the culture of peace as a future desirable situation and the fundamental value of popular participation. It proposes a strategy based on the theories and practice of the communitarian public relations. It realizes that this is a long process and requires the complicity of various social actors, in particular the State through a manager committee of communal integration, which managements the integration of actions

This paper presents a multi-agent architecture that was designed to develop processes supervision and control systems, with the main objective to automate tasks that are repetitive and stressful, and error prone when performed by humans. A set of agents were identified, based on the study of a number of applications found in the literature, that use the approach of multi-agent systems for data integration and process monitoring to faults detection and diagnosis, these agents are used as basis of the proposed multi-agent architecture. A prototype system for the analysis of abnormalities during oil wells drilling was developed.

Este texto pretende discutir a importncia do desenho mo livre no processo projetivo arquitetnico inserido no contexto da era digital, por meio do uso das mesas digitais, comumente chamadas de tablets. A relevncia desta discusso consiste em identificar como os desenhos feitos com tablets mantm a percepo e o trao individual de cada pessoa. Pretende-se, com isto, no apenas rever e atualizar as disciplinas de desenho nos cursos de arquitetura, suas prticas e seus procedimentos, mas tambm, discutir o papel da linguagem e representao analgica ou digital e sua integração com outras disciplinas. So apresentadas algumas consideraes sobre o uso dessa ferramenta nas seguintes disciplinas: Histria da Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Paisagismo e Projeto, ministradas no Instituto de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de So Paulo, Brasil. As tablets so apresentadas como um meio de conexo entre o projeto analgico e digital, capazes de capturar a presso e a velocidade do trao, aproximando a potencialidade e racionalidade do processo feito no computador com o gesto criativo do desenho mo livre, resultando em uma sinergia entre essas duas linguagens.

O presente trabalho discute a compatibilidade e integração entre sistemas e dispositivos de automao residencial, propondo formas de melhor-la. Essa integração tende a se tornar uma tarefa complexa devido grande variedade de padres e tecnologias de integração adotados na automao residencial. O presente trabalho prope uma extenso do padro Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) e a utilizao de uma arquitetura modular com duas camadas, afim de adapt-lo integração dos subsistemas de automao residencial. Esse padro estendido , ento, utilizado na camada superior, para o controle e integração entre os subsistemas. J na camada inferior, cada subsistema utiliza a tecnologia de comunicao mais adequada para controlar seus dispositivos, e possui uma interface UPnP para se comunicar com outros subsistemas e permitir seu controle pelo usurio. Dessa forma os subsistemas tornam-se mdulos do sistema de automao da residncia. Essa proposta permite que o usurio compre e substitua facilmente subsistemas de fabricantes distintos, de forma a integr-los, resultando em um sistema de automao residencial flexvel e independente de fabricante. Para testar a extenso proposta, um caso de uso de um subsistema de iluminao foi criado. A partir deste, foram realizadas simulaes computacionais. Os resultados destas foram apresentados e analisados, verificando-se o atendimento aos requisitos do sistema e se as caractersticas desejadas foram alcanadas, tais como, a caracterstica plug and play de subsistemas, o aumento da flexibilidade e a modularizao do sistema, para facilitar a compra e manuteno de sistemas de automao residencial, gerando o potencial para fomentar a maior adoo de sistemas de automao residencial. No entanto, a extenso proposta tambm resulta no aumento da complexidade do cliente UPnP que a utiliza para interagir com o sistema, o que pode dificultar a adoo de sistemas de automao residencial no futuro. Por fim, sugestes de continuidade e perspectivas futuras foram apresentadas.

Computational Swarms (enxames computacionais), consistindo da integração de sensores e atuadores inteligentes no nosso mundo conectado, possibilitam uma extenso da info-esfera no mundo fsico. Ns chamamos esta info-esfera extendida, cber-fsica, de Swarm. Este trabalho prope uma viso de Swarm onde dispositivos computacionais cooperam dinmica e oportunisticamente, gerando redes orgnicas e heterogneas. A tese apresenta uma arquitetura computacional do Plano de Controle do Sistema Operacional do Swarm, que uma camada de software distribuda embarcada em todos os dispositivos que fazem parte do Swarm, responsvel por gerenciar recursos, definindo atores, como descrever e utilizar servios e recursos (como divulg-los e descobr-los, como realizar transaes, adaptaes de contedos e cooperao multiagentes). O projeto da arquitetura foi iniciado com uma reviso da caracterizao do conceito de Swarm, revisitando a definio de termos e estabelecendo uma terminologia para ser utilizada. Requisitos e desafios foram identificados e uma viso operacional foi proposta. Esta viso operacional foi exercitada com casos de uso e os elementos arquiteturais foram extrados dela e organizados em uma arquitetura. A arquitetura foi testada com os casos de uso, gerando revises do sistema. Cada um dos elementos arquiteturais requereram revises do estado da arte. Uma prova de conceito do Plano de Controle foi implementada e uma demonstrao foi proposta e implementada. A demonstrao selecionada foi o Smart Jukebox, que exercita os aspectos distribudos e a dinamicidade do sistema proposto. Este trabalho apresenta a viso do Swarm computacional e apresenta uma plataforma aplicvel na prtica. A evoluo desta arquitetura pode ser a base de uma rede global, heterognea e orgnica de redes de dispositivos computacionais alavancando a integração de sistemas cber-fsicos na nvem permitindo a cooperao de sistemas escalveis e flexveis, interoperando para alcanar objetivos comuns.

This work consists of the integrated design process analyses with thermal energetic simulation during the early design stages, based on six practical cases. It aims to schematize the integration process, identifying the thermal energetic analyses contributions at each design phase and identifying the highest impact parameters on building performance. The simulations were run in the DesignBuilder energy tool, which has the same EnergyPlus engine, validated. This tool was chosen due to the flexible and user friendly graphic interface for modeling and output assessment, including the parametric simulation to compare design alternatives. The six case studies energy tools are three architectural and three retrofit projects, and the author the simulations as a consultant or as a designer. The case studies were selected based on the commitment of the designers in order to achieve performance goals, and their availability to share the process since the early pre-design analyses, allowing schematizing the whole process, and supporting the design decisions with quantifications, including energy targets. The thermoenergetic performance analyses integration is feasible since the early stages, except when only a short time is available to run the simulations. The simulation contributions are more important during the sketch and detail phases. The predesign phase can be assisted by means of reliable bioclimatic guidelines. It was verified that every case study had two dominant design variables on the general performance. These variables differ according the building characteristics and always coincide with the local bioclimatic strategies. The adaptation of alternatives to the design increases as earlier it occurs. The use of simulation is very useful: to prove and convince the architects; to quantify the cost benefits and payback period to the retrofit designer; and to the simulator confirm the desirable result and report the performance to the client

The objective of the current piece of research presents was draw up a list of recommendations for the site of the Instituto do Crebro da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, with an emphasis on fault identification in usability and information architecture, through the application of design techniques with users of the institution. From the use of the following techniques: Cardsorting, applied to a group of six people as target public, such as professor, administrative technicians and graduate student of the institution; Interviews, carried out with the director of the Instituto do Crebro, secretaries of the undergraduate and graduate courses; Cooperative Evaluation applied in two ways: in group and individually. The evaluation in group was fulfilled in four sessions that occurred with a group composed of six people who are part of the technical staff of the Instituto do Crebro. In the Individual Cooperative Evaluation, eight users (graduate students and administrative technicians of the Instituto do Crebro da UFRN) performed tasks which are frequently fulfilled by users from the public target in the site of the Instituto do Crebro. After each session of the Individual Cooperative Evaluation, a questionnaire of the users satisfaction was used about his or her perception in regard to the site usability and utility of the mentioned institute site. Therefore, it was concluded that, by means of the analysis of the results and the triangulation of the obtained data in each one of the techniques applied with the users, in the present piece of research, problems were verified, among others; all related to the unsuitable use of the interface elements, navigation, labeling of some menu terms, and still, the lack of search space and integration with the social networks besides the lack, positioning and inappropriate formatting of information that would be of high relevance to the users. Finally, a list of recommendations is presented and this can be used in a future interface redesign with the goal to improve the information architecture and the usability of the site of the Instituto do Crebro da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte.

The public political investments of urban mobility financed by PAC of Cup 2014 have developed discussions and questions by the civil society in Brazil expecting positive results to the urban infrastructure referring to the possible human rights violation and, specially, rights of habitation related to the removing/expropriation noticed. Natal, capital of Rio Grande do Norte, is into this context, due to the urban mobility project linking North Zone of the city to the Arena das Dunas stadium, financed by the PAC of Cup 2014, named West Structural Corridor, that crosses a field of social interest and proposes almost 400 expropriations. This research analyzes how strategies and mechanisms of integration were presented between the mobility project of West Structural Corridor and the Social Interest Habitation affected by this project. We have as hypothesis those projects financed by PAC of Cup 2014/Urban Mobility to Natal/RN present many problems related to the integration of social interest to the housing project, however the National Politics of Urban Development has planned this integration. As a result we detach 3 strategies in the elaboration process about the integration of those politics: (i) integration between municipal secretaries involved in this project; (ii) urban integration of the city; and (iii) integration of public rules or public politics integrated. For each strategy were presented the main mechanisms used to establish the integration of the project. Those mechanisms, however, in this process of establishment/implementation of the empirical research, presented many contradictions and conflicts that compose problems to the integration between the mobility project and the housing area affected.

The changes in the teaching of Architecture in Brazilian Universities, from the 1990s onwards, with the upgrading of the Architecture project as an object of research and scientific knowledge and more specifically, the adoption by the Architecture and Urbanism Course (CAU) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) of the principle of content integration of the disciplines, aroused the interest in research on issues related to the Design process and the teaching of design in this context. After 20 years of its implementation and recognized as being a major step forward in teaching the teaching/learning process, the integration is the central focus of this research, which will seek to identify changes in the teaching design and its refutation in projects developed by students at the end of their course. In general, it is understood that the need to integrate knowledge from diverse areas of Architects professional activity, who seeks through an exercise of summary, identify solutions to the issues involved in a project. On the assumption that the integration of content of disciplines fosters the teaching/learning of Architecture project, which can be evident in the Final Course Assignment (FCA), it becomes necessary to understand, in the light of theories of education, such as the principles of curriculum organization, such as interdisciplinarity and multidisciplinarity, transdisciplinarity and transversality are related to the term integration, is more understood and disseminated among the professors of the Architecture courses. The object of this study is consequently the relationship between the integration of subject content and Architecture projects developed by students from CAU-UFRN, in the context of Final Graduation projects (FCAs) completed in the period of duration of the Teaching Project A5-from 2003. The study has the main objective of investigating to what extent the integration of disciplinary content affects the development of the Final Assignment of UFRN, from the analysis of drawings and texts of the projects of the learners and the testimonies of teachers and undergraduate students. From a methodological point of view, the research Architecture, Project and Knowledge Production: Academic Production FCAs, Thesis and dissertations in PA/Brazil carried out by the PROJETAR/UFRN team has been adopted as the basis for the construction of the analytical instruments. In order to identify aspects of their experience by various actors which were not recorded in FCA, electronic forms were applied between teachers and students, through the internet. The integration of subject content based Teaching Project of CAU-UFRN institutionalises the interdisciplinarity, organizing the curriculum by thematic semesters, in which the disciplines work the same focus and at the same site. The integrated work which derives from there tries to articulate the content of each discipline of the period and represents a general practice and has been evaluated by teachers and students, and considered as a facilitator of the teaching/learning process. The analysis of the data collected from the textual content and graphic of the sample of FCAs of CAU-UFRN suggests that the content of the various areas of knowledge are assimilated by the student and used as a resource for the design and development of Architecture projects. In other words, there is in the end product of the students record of the integration of content, whether in speech or in drawing, reaffirming the importance of the convergence of various knowledge in the Architectonic project. However, the integration of content from the point of view of their articulation and operationalization, which involves teachers and students in the same period, has as a condition sine qua non for the success of this educational principle, the provision of these to work as part of a team, for the dialogic practice, which creates areas of intersection not only between disciplines, but between the knowledge of each of the participants.

The Brazil Telehealth Networks Program was established by the Ministry of Health in 2007. Its main objective is to support professionals in Primary Health Care (PHC) by offering educational qualification, resulting in more favorable conditions to fixate the professional in remote areas. The formulation and management of telehealth services are performed by scientific and technical centers that are operated by public institutions of higher education and responsible for providing tools and services in the context of the regions where they are. However, one of the problems generated by this decentralization is the development of various tools with different types of language, architecture and without any regulation and integration of information with the Ministry of Health. Aiming to solve the above problem, we propose the specification, implementation and validation of an architectural model in the development and distribution of the Unified Health System software tools. This proposed architecture enables tools developed in telehealth center to be shared among the other centers, thereby preventing the unnecessary use of resources.
