O estudo pretende comparar o efeito de diferentes tipos de exercício físico na composição corporal e força em jovens desportistas do sexo feminino. A amostra foi constituída por vinte e seis desportistas femininas com idades compreendidas entre os 16 e 21 anos. Previamente ao início do estudo foram sujeitas ao 1º momento de avaliação, e após vinte e quatro semanas realizaram o segundo e ultimo momento de avaliação. Os parâmetros avaliados foram a composição corporal através da técnica de absorciometria radiológica de dupla energia; a força isocinética, nomeadamente os momentos de força (peak-torques) e rácios nos músculos extensores e flexores do joelho; a potência muscular nos membros inferiores através dos saltos verticais Squat jump e Countermovement jump. Posteriormente foram separadas em quatro grupos, grupo natação e exercício vibratório (NAT EV; n= 6), grupo natação (NAT; n=6), grupo futsal (FUTS; n= 6) e o grupo de controlo (CONT; n= 8). O grupo (NAT/EV), participou num programa de exercício vibratório (EV), três sessões por semana complementar ao treino de natação. O grupo de (NAT) cumpriu o plano de treino correspondente à disciplina, o grupo de (FUTS) cumpriu o treino referente à respetiva modalidade, o grupo controlo (CONT) realizou somente os exercícios físicos inerentes às aulas de educação física na escola. Resultados: Nas comparações inter grupos, verificou-se no grupo FUTS um aumento de 0,1 (g/m2) ± 0,0 nos valores da DMO-PE, quando comparado com o grupo de CONT, nas comparações intra grupo o grupo de NAT EV registou um acréscimo de 0,1 (g/m2) ± 0,1 nos valores da DMO-TC. Em conclusão, os resultados obtidos sugerem que a modalidade de FUTS promoveu mais alterações na composição corporal, nomeadamente na DMO-PE, no entanto dados conseguidos pelo grupo de NAT EV sugerem que o exercício vibratório poderá influenciar positivamente o incremento da DMO; ABSTRACT: The objective of this study was to compare the effect of different types of exercise on body composition and strength in young female athletes. The sample consisted of twenty-six female athletes aged between 16 and 21. Before the study there was a 1st evaluation point, after twenty-four weeks there was the 2nd and final evaluation. We evaluated body composition through x-ray absorptiometry technique of dual energy, isokinetic strength, including the peak-torques and ratios in the extensor and flexor muscles of the knee; the muscle power in the lower limbs was evaluatated through the vertical jumps Squat jump and countermovement jump. During the study they were separated into four groups, swimming exercise group and vibration (NAT EV; n = 6), swimming group (NAT; n= 6), footsal group (FUTS; n= 6) and control group (CONT; n= 8). The NAT/EV group, participated in a vibrating exercise program (EV), complementary to swimming training, with three sessions per week. The NAT group fulfilled the corresponding swimming workout plan, FUTS group fulfilled the training related to futsal, the CONT group only performed the usual exercises in physical education classes at school. Results: In intergroup comparisons, there was an increase in FUTS group of 0.1 (g / m2) ± 0.0 in the values of MBD-PE, when compared with the CONT group comparisons in intra-group group NAT EV increased by 0.1 (g / m2) ± 0.1 in BMD-TC values. In conclusion, the results suggest that FUTS group promoted more changes in body composition, particularly in BMD-PE, but data obtained by NAT EV group suggest that vibration exercise can positively influence the increase in BMD.

Different types of heterogeneous catalysts of the silicoaluminophosphate type, (SAPO-5, SAPO-11, SAPO-31, SAPO-34 and SAPO-41), molecular sieves with a: AFI, AEL, ATO, CHA and AFO structure, respectively, were synthesized through the hydrothermal method. Using sources such as hydrated alumina (pseudobohemita), phosphoric acid, silica gel, water, as well as, different types of organic structural templates, such as: cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMABr), di-isopropylamine (DIPA), di-n- propylamine (DNPA) and tetraethylammonium hydroxide (TEOS), for the respective samples. During the preparation of the silicoaluminophosphates, the crystallization process of the samples occurred at a temperature of approximately 200 ° C, ranging through periods of 18-72 h, when it was possible to obtain pure phases for the SAPOs. The materials were furthermore washed with deionized water, dried and calcined to remove the molecules of the templates. Subsequently the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), absorption spectroscopy in the infrared region (FT-IR), specific surface area and thermal analysis via TG/DTG. The acidic properties were determined using adsorption of n-butylamine followed by programmed termodessorption. These methods revealed that the SAPO samples showed a typically weak to moderate acidity. However, a small amount of strong acid sites was also detected. The deactivation of the catalysts was conducted by artificially coking the samples, followed by n-hexane cracking reactions in a fixed bed with a continuous flow micro-reactor coupled on line to a gas chromatograph. The main products obtained were: ethane, propane, isobutene, n-butane, n-pentane and isopentane. Como resultado de la globalización de la economía mundial se ha visto el incremento de las alianzas comerciales dando origen al establecimiento de empresas transnacionales, conglomerando grupos empresariales, luchando por agenciarse un lugar en el mercado, todo esto trae como consecuencia la necesidad que la información financiera supla los requerimientos de los inversionistas, para la adecuada toma de decisiones, en tal sentido la contabilidad cumple un papel muy importante al proporcionar información financiera razonable, tal es el caso los Estados Financieros Consolidados que proporcionan una base de análisis sobre el desempeño de un grupo de empresas, sin embargo la preparación de dichos estados utilizando las políticas contables apropiadas no han tenido la normativa que regule su aplicación uniforme en nuestro país. Es así como el Consejo de Vigilancia de la Contaduría Pública y Auditoria con el propósito de unificar criterios para el registro de las operaciones adopta las normas internacionales de Contabilidad para ser implementadas de forma escalonada a partir del año 2004. Una de estas normas la Nº 27 denominada “Consolidación de Estados Financiero y Contabilización de la Inversiones en Subsidiarias” proporciona junto con otras naciones las políticas contables y procedimientos que deben de ser tomados en cuenta al elaborar los Estados Financieros Consolidados. Por lo que el objetivo de este trabajo es proporcionar los criterios básicos para la preparación de dicha información financiera conforme a la normativa internacional. Los instrumentos utilizados para la obtención de la información que sirvió de base para los resultados de la investigación fueron las encuestas y entrevista dirigida a responsables del área financiera de empresas matrices ubicadas en el área metropolitana de San Salvador. De estos resultados se determinó que las empresas en su mayoría preparar estados financieros consolidados, pero no utilizan las políticas contables apropiadas para que los resultados sean razonables. Asimismo existe un porcentaje de responsables del área de contabilidad que no tienen la educación superior requerida para aplicar los principios establecidos en la normativa contable.

The integrated culture of seaweed and aquatic animals is an ancient practice in Asian countries. The expansion of this practice to western countries is consequence of the recognition of this system as a sustainable alternative that allows economical diversification and mitigation of environmental impacts generated by effluents of aquaculture. This study evaluated the growth of the seaweed Gracilaria caudata and of the shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei in monoculture (shrimps) and integrated culture (shrimps and algae) systems, and accessed the effect of the seaweed in the water quality. There were two treatments in the experiment: monoculture (shrimps) and integrated culture (shrimps/ algae). The organisms were cultured in 6 aquaria (10L) filled with seawater (35.0±0.0 PSU and 28.1±0.4°C) for 28 days. The nutrients of water (PO43-, NH4+, NO2-, NO3- and DIN), the biomass and the relative growth rate (RGR, % day-1) of seaweed and shrimps were measured weekly. The parameters pH, temperature, salinity and dissolved oxygen were measured daily. The concentration of NH4+ in integrated culture (62.8±25.2µM) was lower (Mann-Whitney p<0.001) than in monoculture (85.6±24.3µM). The mean of PO4- in monoculture (10.4±4.6µM) was markedly higher (Mann-Whitney; p=0.024) than that in integrated culture (8.7±4.1µM). The level of dissolved oxygen in integrated culture (6.0±0.6mg/L) was higher (t-Student; P=0.014) than that in shrimp monoculture (5.8±0.6mg/L). The mean values of the parameters pH, NO2-, NO3- and DIN were 7.5±0.2, 10.1±12.2µM, 24.5±3.2µM and 120.17±30.76µM in monoculture, and 7.5±0.2, 10.5±13.2µM, 27.4±3.5µM and 100.76±49.59µM in integrated culture. There were not differences in these parameters between treatments. The biomass and RGR of seaweed reached 15.0±1.9g and 7.4±2.8% day-1 at the end of the experiment. The performance of shrimp was favorable in monoculture (1.5±0.8g; 5.7±1.6% dia-1) and in integrated culture (1.5±0.7g; 5.2±1.2% dia-1), and the rate of survival was 100% in both treatments. The tolerance and favorable performance of Gracilaria caudata suggest that this seaweed might be integrated into shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) culture systems

La conciliación de medicamentos es la adecuada combinación de conocimientos y evidencias científicas de las reacciones, interacciones y necesidades de los pacientes, constituye en esencial el buen uso de los medicamentos. Objetivo general: Establecer la conciliación de medicamentos e identificar los tipos de discrepancias existentes al ingreso, durante la hospitalización y al alta en las pacientes del área de ginecología del Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso. Cuenca, durante los meses noviembre – diciembre 2015. Metodología: Se diseñó un estudio descriptivo, con un población de 200 pacientes hospitalizadas en el área de ginecología del Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso, durante 2 meses del 2015, recolectamos los datos mediante un formulario de dos etapas para la conciliación, a partir de las prescripciones de la historia clínica y entrevista a las pacientes, los que fueron ingresados en el software SPSS 15.0 para su tabulación, análisis, y presentación en tablas. Resultados: Se encontró 161 errores de conciliación y 42 discrepancias justificadas, en promedio 1,87discrepancias no justificadas por paciente. El error de conciliación más frecuente al ingreso corresponde a diferente dosis, vía y frecuencia de administración con un 84,6%, durante la hospitalización y al alta, correspondió a prescripciones incompletas con el 40% y 60,3% respectivamente. Conclusiones: La frecuencia con la que se realiza la conciliación de medicamentos en el Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso fue del 15%. El 52% de pacientes están expuestos a riesgo por discordancias en las prescripciones, de ellos 43% son errores en la conciliación y un 9 % son discordancias justificadas
