Los Centros de Comercio Exterior (CCE) constituyen un esquema desarrollado por las Naciones Unidas a través de la Conferencia de las Naciones 'Jnidas sobre Comercio y Desarrollo (UNCTAD) y de su Programa de Eficiencia Comercial, como una alternativa para abrir el comercio internacional a nuevos empresarios. Es un instrumento al servicio de todas las empresas que quieran exportar o importar, con un énfasis especial en la pequeña y mediana empresa.

En años recientes el gobierno mexicano se ha comprometido a cumplir ambiciosas reducciones de emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero. Sin embargo, un análisis de las reformas en el sector energía de 2008 revela que en las medidas adoptadas no está definido adecuadamente el papel que tendrán las dos empresas estatales del sector, PEMEX y la CFE, en la disminución de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero. México se ha beneficiado de los dos monopolios estatales en el sector energía a lo largo de los años. La cobertura de electricidad de casi el 95% alcanzada por la CFE en los años noventa y la contribución de un tercio a los ingresos estatales por PEMEX son los logros clave que han sido posibles por conducto de los monopolios de energía. Funcionando dentro de un marco exclusivo, pareciera de vez en cuando que los dos monopolios moldean las políticas de estado para satisfacer sus propias necesidades. La ausencia de un marco regulatorio adecuado para el sector energía no impidió al gobierno comprometerse a reducir en un 30% las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero para el año 2020. Hay un incremento de conciencia en México sobre la necesidad de bajar la emisión de gases de efecto invernadero y de cambiar la canasta energética del país que depende en 91% de los combustibles fósiles, incrementando la participación de las fuentes renovables de energía. Sin embargo, la reforma de 2008 falló en modificar la estructura monopólica de las dos compañías del sector, debido a que las iniciativas de las leyes relativas al cambio climático fueron promulgadas dentro del marco monopólico existente.

Estudo realizado em um consórcio de sociedades formado por pequenas e médias empresas construtoras para executar obras de saneamento na ilha do Marajó PA. O trabalho objetivou identificar fatores para o processo de formação e gestão de alianças estratégicas do tipo consórcio. A pesquisa teve caráter descritivo, com perspectiva sincrônica e nível de análise organizacional. Buscou descrever e interpretar as considerações analíticas e políticas relacionadas ao fenômeno em questão. Foram aplicadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas na coleta dos dados e utilizou-se o método de análise do conteúdo no tratamento das informações. A pesquisa permitiu identificar um conjunto de fatores, dentre eles: a perspectiva de complementaridade, o desejo da qualificação empresarial, a capacidade de gerar abertura de mercado, a aprendizagem organizacional, o estudo da combinação estratégica, a deliberação conjunta, a igualdade da propriedade e a conciliação das visões empresariais.

The present work intends to analyze the Public Relations as strategy way, evidencing the function of this professional for the appropriate development of the company's strategic plan, basing on the public mapping, a study which deepens the features of each interest group to the organization, listing the points of interest and the performance of each public, exalting the strategic characteristics between public and organization. For this will be done a demonstration of the application of Fabio Franças's theory applied to SNTalent Company. The study of public allows the identification of needs and preferences of each group, which allows creating communication strategies more directed and more prosperous and lasting relations, becoming competitive advantages among this context where the information is fast and the media drive markets constantly. Therefore, SNTalent company will be used as way to verify the theory presented combined with exploratory descriptive research for obtaining subsidies to compare the of relationship with different publics of the institution

This paper has as purpose the demonstration of the importance to measure the results of the communication acts for the strategic public relations, by the reflection and theoretical intakes. The term strategic is very in focus nowadays, in all the areas of expertise, and it presupposes the evaluation of results as an essential part of the planning. Because of that, in addition to the survey of the concepts and bibliographical studies area, it is present an analysis of the strategic public relations specifically on this process. And a case that completes the discussion about the organizations’ concern in relation to the quality of relationships established between them and their audiences, the predominant factor for the effectiveness of communication

This monograph covers the issues related to the understanding of the new organization's cenary of the globalized society, computerized, which was reflected even within organizations. In this sense, we present a reflection on the theme of segmentation of audiences, especially based on the proposition of France (2008), regarded as important within the professional activities of Public Relations. Issues related to information technology, particularly the history of the internet and social media are presented as a reflection of this new company and also as strategic tools for the establishment of a fruitful relationship with the public organizations. All topics presented will support the monograph's study objects, presenting the Brazilian DeMolay Order, focusing on the challenges faced by the management of the National Bureau 2011/2012, that through integrated actions of communication and relationships, especially the virtual environment, resulted in the growth participant's numbers in the activities proposed by the national administration

The current study has aimed to analyze changes in strategies at the International Monetary Fund that occurred during the 1980s and 1990s. The analysis is done through the the recovery of the 1980s international economic scene, amid the global recession and debt crisis, and shows how the course of the decade and influenced changes under recommendations provided by the IMF to countries with balance of payments crisis. Furthermore, the paper also describes the changes in the international financial system, in some countries which have adopted them and also to the International Monetary Fund itself

This paper aims to present a reflection on the contemporary way of life substantiated by its pillars -consumption, individualism, competitiveness, fluid relationship - aiming to assimilate it to an administrative management model that is widely distributed in monopolistic-financial capitalism - strategic management model - guided by the question: Why does this management model find such a fertile field for development in the contemporary scenario? Thus, the study was theoretically and methodologically based on the approach of psychosociology and was developed from a theoretical review. We have conducted a contextualization and definition of contemporaneity in which a market society that celebrates the spectacle lies, analyzing, from this point, the strategic organizational management model that has been working as a drug in the subjective constitution of the individuals producing the striking resonances in the psychosocial field. The assimilation performed in this paper allowed us to clarify some possible causes of social pathologies arising from the increasingly cruel world we face in professional life.
