Diante dos vrios problemas ambientais da atualidade, consideramos imprescindvel questionar os atuais valores que regem nossa relao com a natureza. Interessam-nos, de modo especfico, os valores atribudos aos animais no humanos, sobretudo no mbito escolar. Dessa forma, realizamos uma pesquisa cujo objetivo foi verificar as valoraes atribudas aos animais por docentes dos primeiros anos do ensino fundamental ao trabalharem com a temtica ambiental. Investigamos professoras envolvidas em um projeto extracurricular sobre o tema fauna, desenvolvido em uma escola de ensino fundamental em 2007. Neste trabalho apresentamos a anlise realizada a partir dos materiais produzidos pelas professoras e seus alunos durante o desenvolvimento do projeto, ou seja, livros que para ns so a materializao dos valores atribudos por elas aos animais. Essa anlise revelou o uso de linguagens por ns denominadas cientfica, artstica e mista. Possibilidades e limites do uso dessas linguagens so discutidos.

Este estudo buscou caracterizar as prticas e identificar representaes sociais de escolares sobre o futebol no mbito da aulas de Educao Fsica Escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de tipo etnogrfico, que utilizou observao participante e entrevistas semiestruturadas, alm de questionrio, em uma turma de 29 alunos do 6 ano do Ensino Fundamental, em uma escola pblica na cidade de Bauru - SP. Os resultados indicam que as mdias e a famlia so os principais elementos que constituem as representaes dos alunos sobre o futebol, e que o modo como a prtica do futebol desenvolvida na escola ao mesmo tempo as constri e realimenta. Conclumos que as representaes sociais so um importante meio que orienta as relaes dos alunos com o futebol, na medida em que influenciam a orientao e organizao das suas condutas. Todavia, isto no torna homogneas suas condutas e valores, pois os alunos buscam no futebol a satisfao de algo que tambm pessoal, como diverso e amizades.

The objective of the present study was to identify previous and current vocal symptoms and to verify the behaviors ahead of the symptoms. Moreover, the gotten relations between the professional profile and data had been searched. 78 teachers had participated of the research, being two men and 76 women. Questionnaire was applied. In this questionnaire was elaborated on the basis of previous research and it contained questions on vocal health. The results to indicate that were evidenced one high (48%) frequency of the teachers had makes intense use of the voice at least has ten years. This study it allowed to conclude that it is necessary to modify the focus of interventions directed toward these professionals therefore has some factors in the work routine that intervene with its general and vocal health. Therefore interventions in the individual field are only insufficient to decide the problem.

Given the pedagogical practices in respect of acts of reading in the current context of education institutions in primary education, it is clear that they are connected to decipher and not the search for meaning and understanding. In thinking about the use of new technologies that can contribute to the formation of the reader, it is believed that reading subtitles allows such training since it requires a quick read that does not cling to every word and attribution of meaning to monitor all the course of the film. This makes the children learn to read and make sense using the expertise of its cultural heritage. This research aimed to analyze the contribution of film subtitles to the formation of the reader from elementary school. Thus, students were invited, between the ages of six and ten years, with interest to see subtitled films, and they learn to read subtitles. The film sessions were held fortnightly at the school, in an adapted room. After the sessions, held group discussions to see what the problems in understanding the plot this paper presents data on the session of the film "Corao de Tinta". Children, assisted by the researchers could understand the story and learned to articulate their knowledge in situations of movies. The research is ongoing, but we can see that during the projection there are indications that they are able to read the subtitles, sometimes lose the timing of reading, but gradually evolve in the field of reading this kind of discourse.
Resumo:
This article leads to reflect on the analysis of contexts of early Childhood Education and Elementary School concerning the space for playtime in the educational routine with groups of children between five and six years old. There was a reflection on official documents about the extension of Elementary School and the presuppositions from the Cultural- -Historical Theory. Actions related to bibliographical research, questionnaire application, photographic and written documentation of playful practices observation, collective meetings with teachers and construction of a toy library have been taken. Specifically on the studied aspect, the make-believe play is the main child activity and may be considered as a mediator from the learning and from the humanization possibilities until about six years old. With this understanding, this issue deserves attention from the government (expressed in public policies), from the teachers and from the school staff in order to offer better conditions of success on the full formation during childhood.
