Analyse des Objektes Juristenstraße 12 in Lutherstadt Wittenberg : Bestandsaufnahme und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten auf Grundlage marktrelevanter Einflussfaktoren

Die Arbeit untersucht die Immobilie Juristenstraße 12 in 06886 Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Ausgangspunkt ist der Kauf durch Investoren im Juli 2013. Aufgrund von erheblichem Leerstand, ist das Ziel ein Konzept zu entwickeln, welches die langfristige Vermietung der Flächen im Objekt sichert. Dazu erfolgt zunächst die Bestandsaufnahme des Gebäudes und aller einzelnen Einheiten. Im weiteren Verlauf erfolgt eine Standortanalyse, welche eine Makroanalyse für das Stadtgebiet Wittenberg und eine Mikroanalyse für die Altstadt und das Grundstück beinhaltet. Auf dieser Grundlage erfolgt die Erstellung eines Nutzungskonzepts für die Immobilie. In dieser werden wichtige Sanierungsarbeiten beschrieben, die zur Umsetzung der Zielvorgabe führen sollen. Begleitet wird dieser Schritt durch Kosten- und Mietanalysen die zur abschließenden Renditebtrachtung führen.

Analyse des Entwicklungsstandes von Sicherheitsgläsern im Automobilbau

In dieser Bachelorareit wird der Entwicklungsstand von Sicherheitsgläsern im Automobilbau analysiert. Zunächst wird die Entwicklungsgeschichte der Sicherheitsgläser im Automobilbau vorgestellt. Nächst werden die selbständige spezialisierte Definition, die hauptsächlichen Arten und die Fertigungsverfahren der hauptsächlichen Arten von Sicherheitsgläsern und ihre Funktionen, die sie heutzutage haben, und die von den Sicherheitsglasherstellern entwickelt werden, im modernen Automobilbau vorgestellt und die Fertigungsverfahren und die Entstehungsursache der Funktionen werden auch vorgestellt und analysiert. Danach wird die Verwendung der Sicherheitsgläser unter Berücksichtigung der Funktionen jeder Autoscheibenart und den Eigenschaften jeder Sicherheitsglasart im modernen Automobilbau analysiert. Folgende werden die Produktnormen und das Qualitätsmanagement der Sicherheitsgläser sowie ihre relevanten Bedeutungen und Wirkungen im modernen Automobilbau anasysiert. Zuletzt werden die Entwickungstendenzen der Sicherheitsgläser aufgrund des Entwicklungsstandes der Sicherheitsgläser im modernen Automobilbau analysiert.

Analyse der literarischen Übersetzung des Werkes „Out of Africa“ von Karen Blixen

Die vorliegende Arbeit unternimmt den Versuch, anhand einer Analyse aufzuzeigen, inwiefern die Funktionen des von der Übersetzungswissenschaftlerin Christiane Nord geschaffenen Vier-Funktionen-Modells in der Übersetzung vertreten sind. Für die Analyse wurde die deutsche Übersetzung von Karen Blixens autobiografischem Werk „Out of Africa“ ausgewählt. Alle Funktionen, Übersetzungslösungen und -fehler werden anhand von Beispielen aufgezeigt und analysiert.

Analyse der translatorischen Probleme anhand des Originals „Of Mice and Men“ von John Steinbeck und den deutschen Übersetzungen von Elisabeth Rotten, Georg Hofer und Mirjam Pressler

Die Ziel- und Aufgabenstellung dieser Arbeit ist es, die Originalfassung des Romans „Of Mice and Men“ von John Steinbeck und die deutschen Übersetzungen von Elisabeth Rotten, Georg Hofer und Mirjam Pressler zu analysieren. Anschließend werden die literarischen Übersetzungen im Hinblick auf die damit verbundenen translatorischen Probleme und auf die jeweils gewählte Übersetzungsstrategie miteinander verglichen. Zum Schluss wird beurteilt, welche der verschiedenen Lösungsansätze für den deutschsprachigen Leser am adäquatesten sind.

Should fiscal authorities cooperate in a monetary union with public deficit targets?

In this paper we analyse the setting of optimal policies in a monetary union with one monetary authority and various fiscal authorities that have a public deficit target. We will show that fiscal cooperation among the fiscal authorities, in the presence of positive supply shocks, ends up producing higher public deficits than in a non-cooperative regime. Economic impacts of alternative water policy scenarios in the Spanish production system: an input-output analysis

The objective of this paper is to analyse the economic impacts of alternative water policies implemented in the Spanish production system. The methodology uses two versions of the input-output price model: a competitive formulation and a mark-up formulation. The input-output framework evaluates the impact of water policy measures on production prices, consumption prices, intermediate water demand and private welfare. Our results show that a tax on the water used by sectors considerably reduces the intermediate water demand, and increases the production and consumption prices. On the other hand, according to Jevons' paradox, an improvement in technical efficiency, which leads to a reduction in the water requirements of all sectors and an increase in water production, increases the amount of water consumed. The combination of a tax on water and improved technical efficiency takes the pressure off prices and significantly reduces intermediate water demand. JEL Classification: C67 ; D57 ; Q25. A Multisectorial model of prices: the SAM approach

Social Accounting Matrices (SAM) are normally used to analyse the income generation process. They are also useful, however, for analysing the cost transmission and price formation mechanisms. For price contributions, Roland-Holst and Sancho (1995) used the SAM structure to analyse the price and cost linkages through a representation of the interdependence between activities, households and factors. This paper is a further analysis of the cost transmission mechanisms, in which I add the capital account to the endogenous components of the Roland-Holst and Sancho approach. By doing this I reflect the responses of prices to the exogenous shocks in savings and investment. I also present an additive decomposition of the global price effects into categories of interdependence that isolates the impact on price levels of shocks in the capital account. I use a 1994 Social Accounting Matrix to make an empirical application of the Catalan economy. Keywords: social accounting matrix, cost linkages, price transmission, capital account. When do central banks prefer to intervene secretly?

Central banks often intervene secretly in the foreign exchange market. This secrecy seems to be at odds with the signalling channel. In this article we will analyse when a central bank intervening in the foreign exchange rate market purely through the signalling channel would prefer to act secretly or publicly. By using a microstructure model, we will show that the consistency of the intervention with fundamentals, the volume of noise trading, the weight given to the effectiveness of intervention and the degree of superior information held by the central bank will influence the decision to intervene secretly or publicly. Diarrhées aiguës: propositions de prise en charge ambulatoire [Acute diarrhea: proposal for outpatient management]

Dans la majorité des cas, les diarrhées aiguës sont bénignes et d'évolution spontanément favorable. Il faut cependant savoir reconnaître les situations pouvant mener à des complications, en l'occurrence identifier les diarrhées invasives, inflammatoires, caractérisées par la présence de fièvre, de douleurs abdominales, de ténesmes, de mucus et, ou de sang dans les selles. Celles-ci sont à distinguer des diarrhées sécrétoires, non invasives, non inflammatoires, sans fièvre, généralement aqueuses et volumineuses. En cas de doute diagnostique, l'identification de leucocytes par microscopie ou test à la lactoferrine dans les selles permet d'évoquer une gastroentérite invasive. Les indications à une antibiothérapie empirique dans l'attente du résultat de la coproculture sont la présence d'un syndrome dysentérique (T > 38°C, > 6 selles/24 heures, douleurs abdominales, diarrhées mucopurulentes), l'âge avancé, des comorbidités significatives, une immunosuppression et la présence d'une prothèse endovasculaire. In the majority of the cases, an acute diarrhea is mild and of spontaneously favorable evolution. It is however necessary to know how to recognize the situations being able to lead to complications, in particular to identify the invasive, inflammatory diarrheas, characterized by the presence of fever, abdominal pains, mucus and\or blood. The identification of leukocytes by microscopy or lactoferrine test is helpful. Empiric quinolones treatment is recommended in the presence of dysenteric syndrome (T > 38 degrees C, > 6 stods/24 h 00, abdominal pain muco-purulent diarrhea), advanced age, significant comorbidities, immunosuppression or presence of an endovascular prothesis
