The current work aims to analyze the contributions of PIBID for initial graduation of the teachers, in view of the undergraduates of Physics Course at UNESP Guaratinguetá . A brief literature survey about the national situation of teacher education was performed, at which the main difficulties and challenges, as well as the solutions stated in place by the government to solve them, have been highlighted. A description of the historical of PIBID at UNESP, from the institutional project to reach the subproject developed by Physics Course of Guaratinguetá, was presented. To characterize the development of the subproject, it was performed a survey on the activities performed by the PIBID’s scholars, since its implementation on campus in 2010 until the end of the year 2013, in order to map the experiences lived by program participants. These data were obtained from the analysis of reports by scholars themselves, video analyzes and record of the weekly meetings held by the group, reading electronic messages exchanged on a specific group of e-mails and written evaluations by members of the program. Completing data collection, eleven scholars undergraduates of the program were interviewed, and the results were classified by topics, defined from recurrence in the interviewees speech. The global analysis of the data was based on theoretical references commonly used in research on graduation of teachers, as Nóvoa (1992), Mizukami (2005, 2006) and Gatti (2008). The results indicate that the licensed ones see in PIBID a differentiated opportunity for initial teaching graduation, for adding practical learning experiences for students of EB within the school context, and especially for creating space for reflection on their experiences with the support of more experienced teachers, committed to the training of all involved ones

In addition, there were difficulties arising from the standardization of education , such as teaching network uses material apostilled . The survey data , together with literature review was conducted with students and teachers in the early years who participated in a semistructured interview . Authors like Callai (1999 and 2005), Cavalcanti (2005 and 1998) and Burke (1992) theoretically supports the research . They have in common a new conception of education that values the small deeds that result in major events. The student, in this view, plays an important role as a subject of social transformation. The research has favored both the analysis of the conceptions of teachers and students, assisting in reflection on teaching practices, but also led to reflect on the training of teachers. The research shows us that the type of material used and the practice adopted may impair the access of students to the language of nature and society

Considering that the current pedagogical project for the Dentistry course at FOA-Unesp was structured in 2001, a year before the national resolution that introduced the new curricular guidelines for the dental field, the aim of this study was to analyze critically this document and assess the academic perception of the pedagogical project, as well as the current curricular structure. A previously tested and validated semi-structured questionnaire was used to obtain the needed information, and a documentary analysis was conducted. The questionnaire was drafted based on data from the National Curricular Guidelines (DCN) and Unified Health System (SUS) guidelines. The sample consisted of almost all the graduating students of 2007 (n = 61). Of these, 95% had no knowledge of the pedagogical project for the undergraduate course; 53% found the integration between the disciplines offered by the course insufficient; 66% pointed out that there was duplication of the revised contents; 41% said that the interdisciplinary relation was unsatisfactory, and 67.2% said they preferred the modular system of teaching. Furthermore, 55.7% of the students said that that the course does not fully cover the principles of completeness and resolution of actions, and 37.7% pointed out that clinical care was not humanized. As for the competence and skills needed to exercise the profession, the students admitted feeling secure about carrying out preventivecurative clinical actions, and feeling insecure about developing broad ranging actions, like managing and planning. Analysis of the documents showed a certain disagreement in the organization of the pedagogical project and the curricular structure, when confronted with the course of action set down by the National Curricular Guidelines. The data prove the urgent need to restructure the FOA-Unesp curriculum and confirm the importance of a continuous evaluation in higher education.
