Diseño de un cuestionario para evaluar el equilibrio alimentario de menús escolares

Objetivo: Diseñar un cuestionario para evaluar el equilibrio alimentario de menús escolares, basado en un índice y una escala que lo cuantifique. Material y Métodos: Estudio instrumental para la creación y la validación de contenido de un cuestionario para la evaluación del equilibrio alimentario y clasificación de menús escolares, a través de recomendaciones de organismos oficiales y panel de expertos. Se estudió frecuencia de grupos de alimentos, técnicas culinarias, adecuada información y combinación. Se resumió en un índice y una escala de equilibrio. Resultados: Se elaboró la herramienta con la recomendación de los expertos y las nuevas recomendaciones de organismos oficiales, proponiendo un índice de 17 ítems y la escala de 4, de muy poco equilibrado a equilibrado. Conclusiones: Se ha propuesto una herramienta cualitativa completa y fácil de usar. Es necesaria la validación del cuestionario, junto con el índice y la escala, que se propone para posteriores trabajos.

Traducción de literatura catalana en Polonia (2004-2015)

El presente trabajo analiza la distribución de obras escritas en catalán que han sido traducidas al polaco desde la entrada de Polonia en la Unión Europea hasta el año 2015, este último incluido. Para ello hemos realizado una bibliografía en la que se incluyen todos los libros catalanes publicados en Polonia y hemos comentado los datos más relevantes de dicha bibliografía. En estos datos hemos incluido los principales actores del mundo literario, es decir los autores, los traductores y las editoriales, además de los años de publicación de las traducciones que nos han servido para observar la evolución de la presencia de la literatura catalana en Polonia. Por último, hemos analizado los diferentes factores socio-económicos y políticos que han tenido alguna influencia en el desarrollo de las publicaciones de obras catalanas en Polonia.

Comparativa de la fraseología somática del polaco y el español

La fraseología es esa rama de la lingüística española que, hoy en día, continúa en segundo plano y cuyos límites siguen siendo sujeto de controversia entre expertos. Esta disciplina es uno de los pilares de la lengua y juega un importantísimo papel en la idiosincrasia de la misma. En este trabajo se clasifican y analizan unidades fraseológicas (UFS) del polaco y el español, con el fin de documentar, inteligir y comparar la subjetividad de ambas sociedades, en calidad de colectivos que confluyen en el uso e interpretación del lenguaje figurado, la idiomaticidad y la metáfora. Dado que la fraseología es un campo muy amplio, el objeto de análisis, en esta ocasión, es una serie de ejemplos clasificados semánticamente, relativos al cuerpo humano (fraseología somática); la corporalización del pensamiento en los dos idiomas, la relevancia de cada parte del cuerpo y las diferencias y similitudes entre equivalentes.

Problemas de traducción en el par PL-ES causados por incompatibilidades aspecto-temporales

Con el fin de mejorar la metodología en la enseñanza de español como lengua extranjera a hablantes de polaco como L1, el presente estudio pretende analizar las complicaciones que la noción de aspectualidad puede desencadenar a la hora de adquirir el español como L2. De la misma manera, y puesto que el aspecto se manifiesta de forma diferente en los sistemas verbales de las lenguas eslavas y romances y, por consiguiente, crea un esquema de división temporal dispar, es también objeto de estudio la problemática que el sistema verbal polaco puede presentar al traductor en el momento de trasladar el contenido aspectual y temporal de las estructuras verbales a la lengua meta, en este caso, el español.

Balkan Vegetation Database: historical background, current status and future perspectives

The Balkan Vegetation Database (BVD; GIVD ID: EU-00-019; http://www.givd.info/ID/EU-00- 019) is a regional database that consists of phytosociological relevés from different vegetation types from six countries on the Balkan Peninsula (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia). Currently, it contains 9,580 relevés, and most of them (78%) are geo-referenced. The database includes digitized relevés from the literature (79%) and unpublished data (21%). Herein we present descriptive statistics about attributive relevé information. We developed rules that regulate governance of the database, data provision, types of data availability regimes, data requests and terms of use, authorships and relationships with other databases. The database offers an extensive overview about studies on the local, regional and SE European levels including information about flora, vegetation and habitats.

Green technologies in the automotive industry

In most of the discussions about environmental issues and policies, transportation is highlighted as one of the main sources of pollutant emissions and energy consumption. The attention given to the automotive industry is understandable in this context due to its size, expansion, presence in our daily lives, and of course its environmental impact. If we scrutinize the “greenness” of car manufacturers we will find issues of concern from the raw material use, production processes, use, and end-of-life of vehicles. The main issues for production are high consumption of energy, raw materials, water and the waste stream, which contains the four substances of concern (cadmium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury). In respect of carbon emissions and energy use the use of cars is the main phase of its life-cycle due to the combination of internal combustion engines with fossil fuels. The most recent pressure is aimed at the end-of-life vehicles (ELV). In addition to the pollution from vehicle use, traffic jams and car accidents continue to be part of the downside of a car culture. Landfills sites are becoming scarce and the contamination of soil and aquifers completes the picture.

Advances in decision support systems on the endeavour for supply chain optimality

Industry practitioners are seeking to create optimal logistics networks through more efficient decision-making leading to a shift of power from a centralized position to a more decentralized approach. This has led to researchers, exploring with vigor, the application of agent based modeling (ABM) in supply chains and more recently, its impact on decision-making. This paper investigates reasons for the shift to decentralized decision-making and the impact on supply chains. Effective decentralization of decision-making with ABM and hybrid modeling is investigated, observing the methods and potential of achieving optimality.

A szerzők cikkükben a hazai innovációfinanszírozási szabályozás alapfogalmi, terminológiai vizsgálatára vonatkozó kutatásaik fő megállapításait mutatják be. Azokat az eredményeket, amelyek elsősorban a témakör vonatkozó alapismereteinek összegyűjtésére, rendszerezésére irányultak. Vagyis céljuk, az innováció és kapcsolódó fogalmainak áttekintése az alkalmazás szempontjából. Kutatásuk tisztázó jellege iránytűként szolgálhat a gazdasági szakemberek számára, valamint figyelemfelhívásként a jogszabályalkotók felé.
