In this study, optimization of operational conditions of a submerged membrane bioreactor treating municipal waste-water was studied. Mixed liquid suspended solid (MLSS), membrane flux (J(v)), aeration (Q), ratio of pumping, time to break time (t(p)/t(b)), and ratio of up flow area to down flow area (A Ad) were chosen as the easily manipulable parameters to study their effects on removal efficiency and membrane fouling. Totally, 16 different runs were designed to compare and select the best combination of the 5 parameters. The results showed that the optimal operational conditions were MLSS = 7g(.)L(-1), J(v) = 10L(.)m(-2.)h(-1), Q = 6 m(3.)h(-1), t(p)/t(b)= 4 min/1 min, and A(r)/A(d) = 1.7 m(2)/m(2). Under such conditions, the SMBR could achieve a double win of high removal efficiency and low membrane fouling.

A stabilized and tunable single-longitudinal-mode erbium-doped fiber ring laser has been proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The laser is structured by combining the compound cavity with a fiber Fabry-Perot tunable filter. An injection-locking technique has been used to stabilize the wavelength and output power of the laser. One of the longitudinal modes is stimulated by the injected continuous wave so that this mode is able to win the competition to stabilize the system. A minimum output power of 0.6 dBm and a signal-to-noise ratio of over 43 dB within the tuning range of 1527-1562 nm can be achieved with the proposed technique. A wavelength variation of less than 0.01 nm, a power fluctuation of less than 0.02 dB, and a short-term linewidth of about 1.4 kHz have also been obtained.

在多涉众(stakeholder)参加的协同开发活动中,不同的涉众关注软件开发的不同方面,例如技术、过程、人.由于涉众的"赢条件(win condition)"之间的相互影响冲突往往是隐含的,所以,它们之间的冲突不容易被发现,导致各方共赢的均衡状态难以达成.提出了一个三维的需求模型TRISO-RM(tri-dimensional integrated software requirements model),通过它来描述和集成涉众对于软件开发不同方面的赢条件.在此基础上,通过由一组互相依赖的制品、活动、参与者所构成的TRISO-Element作为媒介,以发现、建立和维护不同赢条件之间的关系.基于TRISO-RM,分析了涉众目标冲突的一种典型形式——模型冲突(model clash)所发生的机理,并给出了发现与解决的过程.通过在软件质量管理平台SoftPM的开发中的实践应用,TRISO-RM方法对于涉众协同支持的有效性得到了验证.

在模拟精度验证基础上,应用WinEPIC模型模拟研究了黄土高原不同降水类型区1960~2000年期间不同肥力水平下连作春玉米的产量变化和土壤水分效应。模拟结果表明:(1)洛川、延安、寿阳、榆林连作春玉米产量地区间差异显著,其年平均值分别为4.40、3.75、2.50、1.75t/hm2。施肥增产率和水分利用效率地区间差异均显著,均表现为洛川>延安>寿阳>榆林;同一地区水分利用效率随施肥量的增加而提高,不同地区施肥增产率最大值范围不同。(2)0~7m土层逐月土壤有效含水量地区间差异显著,洛川>延安>寿阳>榆林;同一地区内肥力水平越高,春玉米耗水量越大,逐月土壤有效含水量平均值越低。在春玉米生育期内0~7m土层年度土壤有效水分增减量地区间差异显著,洛川<延安<寿阳<榆林;不同肥力处理间的差异在模拟前期为显著,在模拟后期为不显著。(3)所有地区的春玉米在连作期间0~7m土层土壤湿度剖面分布,在经历了土壤湿度逐年降低、土壤干层逐年加厚的干燥化过程后,均出现了稳定的土壤干层。土壤干燥化速度地区间差异显著,洛川<延安<寿阳<榆林;不同肥力处理间随着施肥水平的提高土壤干燥化速度加快。(4)洛川、延安、寿阳、榆林连作春玉米的...

WinWin理论提出项目成功必须让项目的所有涉众达到共赢.实践证明Easywinwin,ARENA,ARENA-M这些基于Win-Win理论的协商工具在获取最初需求时非常有效,然而它们在支持需求的扩展,涉众特别是用户共享知识以及随着项目的进行更新赢条件及共识有一定局限性.WikiWinWin是基于JspWiki引擎设计开发的需求协商工具.这个工具的主要优势在于加强了涉众交流和共享知识,能够很有效地支持WinWin需求协商模型.在设计方面,JspWikiWinWin有效利用JspWiki的插件机制完成了对WinWin协商模型的支持.

软件开发的成败与需求的质量有紧密的关系。充分获取和理解用户的目标和需求,并采取有效的方法支持多涉众(用户、项目经理、开发人员等)间通过协商就需求达成共识,对软件开发的成功至关重要。然而,在需求获取和协商的过程中,用户对软件系统的认识通常是模糊且不完整的,难以系统、清晰地描述自己的需求;同时,多涉众由于目标不同,容易导致需求冲突,需要通过协商达成共赢,但怎样确定共赢的协议缺少有效的指导方法。 本文提出一种用户主导的需求获取与共赢协商方法,通过提供个性化的领域知识推荐来促进用户更清晰有效地表达其需求,并引入公平分配的方法来确保涉众在需求协商中的公平共赢。该方法包括基于个性化领域知识的用户主导需求获取阶段和基于公平分配的共赢协商阶段,并提供了相应的支持算法。在基于个性化领域知识的用户主导需求获取阶段,用户以目标和用例的形式定义需求,该方法为用户提供个性化的领域知识推荐,帮助涉众复用相关的领域需求,而用户定义的需求经过领域专家的选择和精化可以用来扩充领域知识库。在基于公平分配的共赢协商阶段,用户与其他涉众就需求进行协商,最终达成公平共赢的协议。作为对该过程的支持,本文提出了一种个性化领域知识推荐算法,以及一种公平共赢需求协商算法。本文最后通过两个软件开发的案例,阐述了该方法的应用,并验证了方法的有效性。 用户主导的需求获取与共赢协商方法能够促进用户在需求获取中的参与,有助于领域知识的积累和复用,并能够确保需求协商中涉众间的公平共赢。该方法有助于提高需求获取的质量,促进涉众间的合作,对于保障软件开发的成功具有积极意义。

本论文选取4株胶州湾海洋放线菌和4株条斑紫菜丝状体相关丝状真菌,进行了次级代谢产物的分离纯化与鉴定,共得到78个单体化合物,其中10个为新颖结构。对部分纯化合物进行了抑菌,抗肿瘤活性测试,并对菌株进行了菌种鉴定。具体结果如下: 从胶州湾放线菌M491,M097,M361和M353得到40个单体化合物,其中6个为新颖结构化合物。从M491分离到14个单体化合物,包括2个新结构倍半萜15-hydroxy-T-muurolol (1a)和11,15-dihydroxy-T-muurolol (1b),2个首次报道的微生物来源的倍半萜T-muurolol (2b)和3α-hydroxy-T-muurolol (2c),2个新颖结构大环内酯chalcomycin C (7)和chalcomycin D (8)。制备了3-oxo-T-muurolol (2a)单晶体,纠正了前人发表的错误结构。从M353分离得到10个化合物,包括2个新颖倍半萜5-hydroxy-epi-isozizaene (28)和5,14-dihydroxy-isozizaene (30)。自M097和M361分别分离得到12个,4个已知结构化合物。 从健康条斑紫菜丝状体分离得到了12株真菌。从优势附生菌N5分离得到了12个化合物,包括phenylacetic acid (42),p-hydroxyphenylethyl alcohol (43)和L-β-phenyllactic acid (49)等广谱抗生素和紫菜生长调节剂。 对分离自白斑病条斑紫菜丝状体真菌N27,EF8,GA4进行了次级代谢产物研究,分离得到38个单体化合物。从GA4分离得到了16个化合物,4个为新结构化合物,包括1个酰脲类化合物hualyzin (62)和3个phenalenone族新化合物7-methyl isonorherqueinone (69),7,8-dimethyl atrovenetin (70)和8-methyl-deoxyherqueinone (73)。从真菌N27和EF8分别分离得到12个和2个已知结构化合物。 采用MTT法,对37株人体肿瘤细胞株活性表明:chalcomycin C (7)和chalcomycin D (8)具有非常强的细胞毒活性,其平均IC50分别为0.027 μg/mL和0.007 μg/mL。7,8-Dimethyl atrovenetin (71)和8-methyl deoxyherqueinone (73)具有中等细胞毒活性,其平均IC50分别为5.1 μg/mL和0.7 μg/mL。 此外,本文首次报道了几个已知化合物的细胞毒活性,分别是chalcomycin (0.015 μg/mL),kalamycin (0.06 µg/mL),(+)-homononactic acid(1.9 µg/mL),(+)-nonactic acid(2.3 µg/mL),griseoviridin(3.9 µg/mL),cyclo(L-Trp-L-Phe)(3.3 µg/mL),WIN 64821(5.8 µg/mL)和3,5-dihydroxy-2-methyl-4-pyrone(3.3 µg/mL)。 菌种鉴定结果表明:M353归属链霉菌,GA4,N27归属青霉属,EF8归属曲霉属,N5为枝孢霉属。

台风是最具破坏性的海洋大气系统。台风及其引起的沿海强风暴潮和海上巨浪不仅给沿海地区人民的生命财产造成严重的损失,而且对海上交通运输、军事活动、海洋工程和渔业都带来严重影响。准确的台风海面风场是获得比较真实的海浪、风暴潮等海洋现象的关键所在。由于不准确的海面初始场和台风海面风场数值模式中物理过程不完善等问题,模拟预报台风海面风场的精度达不到要求,极大的影响了海浪、风暴潮等海洋过程的模拟预报精度。因此获得准确真实的台风海面风场不仅对国民经济的顺利健康发展起到至关重要的作用,而且会很好地促进海浪、风暴湖等过程的研究。中尺度大气数值模式MM5在灾害性天气的预报研究方面具有重要的地位,并在暴雨研究方面取得了成功。在本论文中,我们结合气象工作者和海洋学者在台风研究中的不同侧重点,耦合自由大气和边界层过程,考察海气相互作用对台风海面风场的作用,首次将MM5应用于台风海面风场的研究之中,这对台风海面风场的研究来说是一个新的起点。本论文在MM5中,将中国国家气象中心中期预报谱模式T63/T106分析和预报场与常规地面和探空观测资料相结合,合理调整模式参数(海面粗糙度等参数),建立了一套适用于中国区域的台风海面风场的模拟、预报系统。本论文利用改造过的中尺度大气数值模式MM5对两个台风个例:9608号台风(HERB)和9711号台风(WINNIE)进行数值试验。对海面风场而言,海气热通量交换对海面风场发挥着重要作用。因此本论文研究海面热量通量交换对9608号台风的强度和中心位置的影响,这也是以前国内台风数值模式中疏于考虑的方面。最后将模式模拟风场用于波浪的模拟研究之中,考察模拟海面风场在海洋环境研究中应用的有效性;并与目前国内较先进的LAGFD-WIN海面动力风场模式对比,检验MM5在台风海面风场研究中的性能。研究结果表明,MM5较好的反映出台风特性,并且优于LAGFD-WIN海面动力风场模式结果。在考察台风不稳定扰动特征时,我们区别于以往的本征值方法,利用中尺度二维扰动模式,由MM5提供9711号台风数值试验结果作为扰动模式的初始场,从动力学角度研究台风过程的扰动特征。初始资料问题对台风模式的预报模拟精度来说是一个最大、最重要的问题。因此改善、弥补模式初始场所造成的不足是本研究论文的重点工作之一。目前,在国内关于MM5中的四维资料同化(FDDA)方案试验刚刚起步。在本论文中,我们成功的启动MM5的四维资料同化方案:分析逼近和观测逼近。我们改造模式,同时启动这两种逼近方法,充分发挥探空资料和地面观测资料各自的优越性,I探索不同尺度、不同类型的资料在台风海面风场的应用。尝试卫星高度计风场资料溶于MM5中的同化方案中,这是本研究论文的另一个创新之处。本文的主要结论是(1)对两个台风个例:9608号台风(HERB)和9711号台风(WINNIE)进行了控制试验(CNTL)研究,分析台风模拟过程的温度距平、海平面气压及海面风场分布特点。研究表明,两个台风过程分别在不同高度上具有暖中心结构;模拟出的两个台风环流都呈现出台风的非对称及涡旋型态,模拟出的台风强度令人满意。对移动路径来说,对9608号台风过程,12h模拟台风路径误差为1.3个纬度,0.7个经度,而24h的模拟误差则为0.4个纬度,0.2个纬度;而对于9711号台风过程,其12h模拟台风路径误差为1.2个纬度,1.6个经度;24h路径误差为1.9个纬度,1.5个经度;36h模拟路径误差为3.2个纬度,2.8个经度。我们认为,由于9711号台风过程不准确的初始场,9711号台风模拟路径精度逊色于9608号台风过程的结果。(2)9608号台风过程中感热通量和潜热通量交换,在台风中心附近,热通量较小,但在台风周围,存在热通量的高值压,随着台风强度的减弱,热量通量交换也随之减小。在海面上始终是海水给大气提供热量。海面潜热通量总为正通量,并且都大于相应时刻的感热通量,表明水汽通量对台风系统比感热通量更重要。在分析热通量在不同下垫面演变特征时发现,在下午2h左右,在水陆交界处的次之,上最大,陆地上最小。感热通量在陆地下垫面上最大,其峰值出现而在水域上的最小,对于潜热通量则是水域(3)应用9608号台风的模拟海面风场到海浪的数值模拟研究中,发现由于台风海面风场分布的不对称性(在台风前进方向的右侧风速最大),也因此造成了海浪有效波高分布的不对称性,同时在台风影响的右前方也传播得较远。随着台风海面风场减弱,风浪能量也逐渐消耗,有效波高也逐渐降低。(4)在台风发展的动力学特征研究方面,首先从不稳定扰动理论角度出发,讨论了台风发展的条件,得到了和天气学分析的台风形成发展条件一致的判据;在台风不稳定扰动的数值试验方面,针对9711号台风过程进行了数值试验,数值试验结果表明:扰动环流型以倾斜的扰动特征出现,并略向西倾斜,这是发展型的扰动型态;促使中尺度扰动发展和维持的能源主要来自于基本流场的有效位能和扰动场的有效位能。(5)利用标准探空资料和卫星高度计风场资料,在MM5中对9608号台风进行了七个试验:一个控制试验,三个分析逼近试验(AW,AWTQ,ATQ),两个观测逼近试验(IWT,IW)和一个同时进行分析和观测逼近的试验(AWTQ+IWT)。七个试验中海平面气压场都形成了闭合低压中心,海面风场具有台风的气旋型态,再次证明MM5对台风的模拟能力;在定量的描述上,AWTQ+IWT试验较好地模拟出台风的中心位置和强度。因此联合有相对好的垂直分辨率的探空资料以及相对于探空资料有好的时间和水平分辨率的地面资料,能有效地提高台风海面风场的模拟预报精度。由于没有同化SLP的观测资料到模式中,SLP成为确定FDDA有效程度的有力手段。我们发现同时同化风场和质量场(温度场和湿度场)的试验AWTQ对风场和质量场均有一致的正面影响;对由强烈动力作用和大尺度强迫的台风过程,风场优于质量场。试验AWTQ,AW和ATQ的结果表明在风场中只有非常少的质量场诱导信息。试验ATQ,IWT对风场,海平面气压场具有负面影响。而利用包含常规气象观测资料无法拥有的海面风场信息的高度计风场资料,仅进行风场同化的IW试验,对海面气压场有非常好的效果。结果表明而AW,AWTQ,IW,AWTQ+IWT在24h模拟期间,则对SLP的平均RMS有明显的减小,分别约为3%,9%,12%和8%。

Nutrient concentrations in seawater, and C, N, P, Si and chlorophyll a content in different-sized particulates were measured in Jiaozhou Bay, and C, N, P, Si composition in different-sized fractions of phytoplankton and their ecological responses to nutrient structure of the seawater were studied. Microphytoplankton and nanophytoplankton were dominant in Jiaozhou Bay. High C (16.50-20.97 unol L-1), N (2.46-2.99 mu mol L-1) and low P (0.06-0.12 mu mol L-1), Si (0.18-0.57 mu mol L-1) content, and high N/P (24.7-64.6) and low SUP (4.4-10.8), Si/N (0.06-0.20) ratios were found in all sized groups of particulates. These values reflected the elemental compositions of different-sized fractions of phytoplankton as being an ecological response to the nutrients in the seawater. The ratios deviated significantly from the Redfield values. The nutrient composition of seawater and particulates and their relationship to chlorophyll a showed that phytoplankton growth was possibly limited by Si. Si limitation appears favorable for controlling the ecological equilibrium of Jiaozhou Bay. Different-sized fractions of phytoplankton had different suitability to nutrient structures of the seawater. Among phytoplankton size groups, nanophytoplankton and microphytoplankton growths were more adaptable in eutrophic Jiaozhou Bay, and more competitive for assimilation of Si. This is consistent with their diatom-dominated composition, controlling the biomass and productivity of phytoplankton in Jiaozhou Bay. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

A novel labeling reagent 1-(2-naphthyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (NMP) coupled with capillary electrophoresis (CE) with DAD detection for the determination of carbohydrates has been developed. The chromophore in the 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone (PMP) reagent is replaced by naphthyl functional group, which results in a reagent with very high molar absorptivity (epsilon(251nm) = 5.58 x 10(4) L mol(-1) cm(-1)). This pen-nits NMP-labeled carbohydrates to be detected with UV absorbance in standard 50-mu m-i.d. fused silica capillaries by zone electrophoresis. in this mode, nanomolar concentrations of detection limits are obtained. The method for the derivatization. of carbohydrates with NMP is simplified. The derivatization reaction is rapid and mild in the presence of ammonia catalyst without further transfer steps. Nine monosaccharide derivatives such as mannose, galacturonic acid, glucuronic acid, rhamnose, glucose, galactose, xylose, arabinose and fucose can successfully be detected in CE mode. Good reproducibility can be obtained with relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) values of the migration times and peak area, respectively, from 0.44 to 0.48 and from 3.2 to 4.8. Furthermore, the developed method has been successfully applied to the analysis of carbohydrates in the hydrolyzed rape bee pollen samples. (C) 2008 Published by Elsevier B.V.

为解决供应链生产计划协调问题,通过市场价格和中间库存因素使供应链上下游企业结合成一个整体,建立一种供应链上下游一体化计划模型,从整体考虑供应链合作计划问题.为获取问题的可行解,采用拉格朗日松弛技术进行优化,为供应链上下游企业在信息共享条件下实现"多赢"目标,提供了理论依据.仿真结果验证了模型和算法的有效性。

In Kermer, Driver-Linn, Wilson and Gilbert’s (2006) study on affective forecast, they found that people have a tendency to overestimate affective reactions in gains and losses, and people expect losses to have greater hedonic impact than gains of equal magnitude. Because of thus affective forecasting error, people prefer to irrationally avoid losses. Loss aversion is then seen as both a wealth-maximizing error and an affect-maximizing error. The present study examined the relationships among affective forecast, affective experience and loss aversion, and tested Kermer et al.’s (2006) conclusion that people’s loss aversion is an affective forecasting error. In experiment 1, we examined the relationship between affective forecast and loss aversion. Kermer et al.’s (2006) hypothesized that when people expect losses to have greater hedonic impact than gains, they will accept the gambling task, and when people expect gains to have greater hedonic impact than losses, they will refuse the gambling task. We found that (1) individuals with lower loss aversion had a greater tendency to accept a gambling task than those with higher loss aversion; (2) individuals with lower loss aversion expected losses and gains to have smaller affective impacts than those with higher loss aversion. Thus, people never exactly calculated their forecasting affective. In experiment 2, we examined the relationship between affective forecast and affective experience. Consistent with Kermer et al.’s (2006) finding, we found that our participants tended to overestimate affective reactions in gains as well as losses. More interestingly, Kermer et al.’s (2006) found that participants’ predictions for a loss were significantly more distant from experienced emotions than were their predictions for a win, we, however, found the opposite —participants’ predictions for a win were significantly more distant from the experienced emotions than were their predictions for a loss. These experiments further validated the relations between affection and decision making, and contributed to our understanding on the affective reactions to future events. Our study imply that it was not the exact calculation of affective forecast on decision outcomes, but rather the magnitude of affection on outcomes, that influenced people’s affective decision making. It indicated that those with lower magnitude of affection would less like to avoid losses, and thus more like to accept a gambling task.

Addiction can be investigated from the perspective of decision making. Addicts usually make incorrect decisions when facing drug-related cues or they are driven to drugs, resulting in repeated drug seeking and taking. The present study adopted temporal discounting as behavioral task and on the basis of the fact that heroin addicts discounted more steeply than health participants (addicts preferred to choose immediate but smaller reward, regarded as myopia) which was consistent with previous research, three questions was raised and being concentrated on in this study. The first question was whether the character of myopia would be revealed in a somewhat complicated task? We designed a card game in which the participants were tested whether they would play the trump card in order to win a trick but not the whole game. Addicts played the trump card significantly earlier than controls did, indicating they focused on immediate single trick but not the game. Moreover, the performance in the card game and temporal discounting correlated significantly, suggesting addicts would display myopic decision not only in simply task like temporal discounting but also in task more complicated and similar to daily-life decision. Secondly, the present study adopted various kinds of temporal discounting tasks. In previous research, temporal discounting gain task was usually adopted. In the present study, we also adopted temporal discounting loss task. In either gain or loss task, there are two delayed amounts. Results showed in each decision condition addicts made poorer performance compared with control but in larger amount condition, addicts actually improved their decision performance. Meanwhile, addicts did not show loss aversion due to their close discount rates in gain and loss task while for controls, the discount rates were much lower in loss task than those in gain task. Thus we demonstrated that addicts were insensitive to negative outcomes by the method of temporal discounting. Finally, we investigated three mechanisms which exerted impacts on decision making. We adopted Go/NoGo task to test impulsivity and found addicts commits more errors (higher impulsivity) than controls did. We also designed a behavioral task which could be used to test drug-related compulsive behavior on human participants. Results showed addicts produced stereotyped key-pressing behavior when presented with drug-related cues. Furthermore, it was found participants with higher impulsivity displayed poorer performance in decision making but addicts with higher compulsivity only made poorer performance in smaller amount decision and the correlation between compulsivity and decision making was relative weak. In order to investigate the role of susceptibility and effect of drugs, we adopted years of abusing heroin as the indictor and discovered addicts with longer history of heroin abusing made poorer performance in smaller amount condition than addicts with shorter history. Also, the earlier the addicts began to use drug, the worse they would do in the smaller amount decision. The results here indicated drug itself could exert impact on decision making in certain condition. The present study revealed three characters of heroin addicts from the aspect of decision making: (1) focusing upon current benefit due to they preferred to choose immediate gain and delayed loss; (2) showed no loss aversion compared with healthy participants (3) inability to inhibit inappropriate response particularly when facing drug-related cue. These characters contribute to the facts that addicts seek and take drugs repeatedly while ignoring the negative consequences caused by abusing drugs.
