O presente estudo foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de compreender a construo da identidade profissional de enfermeiros docentes do curso de graduao em Enfermagem de uma instituio privada localizada na cidade de So Paulo. Para tanto, discute os processos de constituio identitria pautado nos estudos de Vera Placco de Souza, no mbito nacional, e de Maurice Tardif e Claude Dubar, no mbito internacional. Em uma etapa exploratria, foi aplicado um questionrio semi-estruturado a cinco professoras da ps-graduao em Enfermagem e realizada uma entrevista semi-diretiva com dois desses participantes com o objetivo de refinar os instrumentos de coleta. A pesquisa principal fez uso de entrevista realizada com sete professores do curso de graduao em Enfermagem da mesma instituio. Os dados, tanto do estudo exploratrio como da pesquisa principal, foram analisados tendo como referncia os pressupostos da anlise de contedo sistematizados por Laurence Bardin e Maria Laura P. B. Franco. Os resultados indicaram que os enfermeiros se tornam professores impelidos pelo desejo de ensinar e de compartilhar conhecimentos, oportunidade de trabalho, flexibilidade de horrio e complementao da renda profissional, e so influenciados por professores de sua trajetria formativa e por familiares. As caractersticas valorizadas por eles em um professor foram: o domnio do contedo ensinado, sobretudo o saber tcnico; a busca contnua do conhecimento; tica; profissionalismo; humanizao. Nota-se um predomnio das caractersticas que envolvem o conhecimento dos contedos em detrimento das questes pedaggicas. A reflexo e preocupao com a Docncia esto presentes em suas falas, assim como a busca constante para a superao das dificuldades existentes na profisso. Eles consideram a Docncia uma profisso com um papel social de destaque do mesmo modo que a Enfermagem. Outro fator destacado nas respostas foi a forte representao do enfermeiro na carreira profissional dos pesquisados. Em seus relatos, foi possvel perceber que sua construo como docentes ocorre de forma contnua ao longo da carreira, o que fica evidenciado em suas falas quando afirmam serem melhores professores agora do que no incio de sua trajetria profissional e que, apesar de ser uma caminhada espinhosa inicialmente, tornou-se prazerosa e significativa com o passar do tempo. Ressalta-se aqui a importncia de se valorizar os saberes do professor, partindo deles e trabalhando-os terica e conceitualmente para que o docente amplie a compreenso do processo de ensino em sade que, no mundo contemporneo, tornou-se de alta complexidade.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi, atravs de pesquisa terica para uma fundamentao filosfica, analisar como o estudo da Deontologia, observando as influncias do Paradigma Educacional Emergente, pode contribuir com a formao do Profissional de Educao Fsica e como, com aderncia aos conceitos de ser humano de Freire, Morin, Maturana e Varella e da legislao vigente, situa-se o ensino superior neste contexto. Princpios ticos foram observados como imprescindveis para o desenvolvimento profissional em Educao Fsica, e confirmamos esta necessidade no decorrer do trabalho. Utilizamos como instrumentos de anlise, conceitos filosficos bsicos da distino de moral e tica em La Taille e Severino; estudos da preparao Ética e Biotica em Tojal; novos paradigmas da cincia segundo os estudos de Santos; do Paradigma Educacional Emergente em Moraes e das relaes de ensino-aprendizagem do Ensino Superior atravs do pensamento de autores como Severino, Libneo, Saviani, Cunha, Dias Sobrinho e Arroyo.

The present investigation had as its study subject the history of professional monitoring, at the Regional Nursing Council of Rio Grande do Norte (Coren-RN). It assumes that the fiscalization by the Council is an important tool for improving the quality of nursing care. This study aims to analyze the history of monitoring of the nursing profession in Rio Grande do Norte, in the period from 1993 to 2013. It was marked in the ethical-philosophical contribution of Fourez and Vzquez. This is a study of social history, descriptive and analytical, with a qualitative approach, using the methods of documentary research and the technique of oral history. It had the Coren-RN as locus of the empirical research, with its documents and the participation of inspectors and presidents. The history of monitoring was built based on documents and interviews with those who lived through this path. The project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of UFRN as Opinion 562 400/2014 (CAAE: 25452113.7.0000.5537). The results indicate that the Coren-RN, during these twenty years faced many difficulties such as the shortage of inspectors, the precarious reality of most health services, lack of professional qualification, the illegality of professional practice and structural deficiency in the institution. Nevertheless, it must be recognized that the monitoring process exercised by the Council, has evolved over the years. This evolution is expressed in increasing the number of inspectors, in the acquisition of a new seat and three vehicles, the creation of the subsections in the cities of Natal, Caic and Pau dos Ferros, the referral of ethical procedures, among other achievements. Similarly, it is registered an improvement in the credibility of nursing professionals and other regulatory agencies. In summary, the monitoring as core activity of the Council is going through a process of transformation, in order to make the dialogue between the disciplinary design and the pedagogical design, in defense of nursing care quality. Therefore, it is an unfinished process, in continuous construction.

Professional masters were created in Brazil in the 1990s in response to social changes in the world of work and aim to train high-level professionals with own profile for various activities of society and the productive sector. They are up in more innovative mode of graduate studies in Brazil, and therefore lack of legitimacy of their identity, which raises the need for discussions to get further information and outline the characteristics of this postgraduate modality. You want to build new understandings about their peculiarities starting from the perspective of students from the Professional Masters in Health Net Northeast Family Training in Family Health, and not only according to the similarities and differences with the academic master. This study aims to understand the meanings attributed by masters training in that course. This is a qualitative, exploratory study. The subjects are 100 students in training in 2013, distributed among the six institutions nucleation Network Northeast Training in Family Health. To collect information desk research was conducted in institutional records of all students, as well as interviews. We interviewed 15 students, distributed in the six nucleation institutions. Information obtained through recorded interviews were transcribed and resulted in two analytical corpus subsequently submitted to Alceste 4.9 software for identification of semantic classes. It can be concluded that the course provided a redefinition of professional practices in the Family Health Strategy, considering the organizational context of primary care in the Northeast and the specifics of the health work. Even before the student body difficulties related to ownership of research methods, and the very active methodology of problem-based learning, the course effectively contributed to the improvement of work processes in primary care, valuing teamwork and allowing the acquisition of new scientific knowledge.

INTRODUCTION: In Brazil, the health training policies have been going through deep changes, which are the fruits of the sanitary reform and of the breakage with the biomedical model, still hegemonic. Nevertheless, the paradigm of comprehensiveness is being introduced in health and, in order to consolidate this concept, the training has been gaining new methodological approaches. One can mention the teaching-service interaction (education-health system/citizenship health), whose proposal enables the expansion of the perception of the health-disease process, as well as the warranty of compromises of training in relation to SUS. OBJECTIVE: Understand, from health professionals, the relevance of teaching-service-community interaction, vocational training of students of the Faculty of Health Sciences / UFRN. METHODOLOGICAL PROCEDURES: This study is grounded on qualitative approach. The technique used to obtain research data was the focus group. Two focus groups (FG) were accomplished in two family basic health units of the municipality of Santa Cruz RN, where there is participation of professionals of the Family Health Strategy. The discussions were performed from a previously elaborated script. The analysis of results was held from the categorical thematic content technique. RESULTS: The study had the participation of 18 health professionals, and 13 (72%) were females. For these professionals, the teaching-service interaction enables the student to understand the model of comprehensive health care, since the contact with the community enhances its perception about the health-disease process, but also enables recognizing the importance of teamwork to comprehensive health care. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The results highlight the importance of a policy of reorientation within the context of training so that students have an early contact with the service and therefore develop technical skills within the context in which they are inserted.

This thesis proposes the adoption of a practical and philosophic approach to the discussion about what should be a healthy food, in view of the actual problems concerning this subject (from famine to obesity), which affect food and nutritional security and constitute target of many official policies. In order to handle this task, this work resorts to ethic, pedagogical and anthropological concepts inherent to Immanuel Kants philosophy, as valuable contributions to the practice of the professional nutritionist committed to the support and accomplishment of the human right to adequate nutrition (DHAA). Under this assumption, it intends to surpass the prevailing idea inside the social programs and policies favoring the utilitarian argument. It considers rather that a healthy food is also a duty of virtue, according to the Kantian duties to one-self. The liberation of transgenic seeds in Brazil comes up as an example of the violation of the right to food security and affects it negatively, resulting from the conflict between politics and moral faced by the Brazilian government. This paper concludes that DHAA realization requires not only a committed state, but also committed citizens and suggests that Kants philosophy should offer important contributions to supporting the practice of the professional nutritionist, awarding him the necessary information about this matter.

A questo tica deve pautar a atividade profissional do publicitrio, por ser uma atividade de grande influncia sobre a opinio pblica, pois associa a imagem de empresas e suas marcas a uma postura de comprometimento com a sociedade na qual est inserida, transformando-as em empresas-modelo. Em nome da criatividade publicitria, muitas vezes, anncios de produtos e servios diversos contradizem uma propaganda socialmente responsvel. A presente dissertao analisou a linguagem e o discurso da propaganda no que se refere questo tica, observando-se at que ponto elas consideram ou no estas questes. Desta forma, apresentam-se como os elementos que compem a mensagem podem deixar, explcita ou implicitamente, informaes que poderiam comprometer a empresa caso a observao do pblico fosse mais crtica ou mais apurada. Para esta anlise foram selecionados anncios premiados no prmio Profissionais do Ano , hoje um dos principais prmios da propaganda brasileira institudo pela Rede Globo de Televiso, e o instrumento metodolgico utilizado foi uma leitura subsidiada na anlise do discurso. A grande maioria dos comerciais premiados neste Festival no fere princpios ticos. Foi selecionado apenas um corpus, em que se confrontou a temtica criativa de cada comercial com o Cdigo Brasileiro de Auto-regulamentao Publicitria (CONAR), verificando assim como estes comerciais,sob este olhar, podem ser considerados como incorretos no tocante tica e responsabilidade social.(AU)

Este estudo exploratrio, de carter descritivo, tem como objetivos compreender a relao do Estado com a organizao profissional dos assistentes sociais nas diferentes conjunturas scio-histricas da trajetria da profisso; conhecer o contributo do associativismo sindical e profissional para a organizao dos assistentes sociais em Portugal; caraterizar as diversas formas de associativismo profissional e sindical dos profissionais de Servio Social e compreender a importncia da regulao profissional para a categoria. Na trajetria do Servio Social no nosso pas, identificmos vrias estruturas associativas desde os anos 50 do sculo XX. Apesar dessa diversidade ao nvel da organizao profissional, nos ltimos anos tem sido o projeto de constituio da ordem o que tem congregado os profissionais de Servio Social, embora de forma fragmentada. Em Portugal no existe um estatuto jurdico de regulao da profisso de assistente social, sendo do interesse dos profissionais, utentes e sociedade que o mesmo seja efetivado. A criao de uma ordem profissional poder vir a fortalecer o trabalho dos profissionais de Servio Social, bem como proteger e regulamentar o exerccio profissional e a formao acadmica. Com a eroso do Estado Social, as relaes de trabalho tendem a ser desregulamentadas e flexibilizadas, subsistindo a precariedade e o desemprego. O enfrentamento a estas questes por parte do movimento associativo tnue e a sua no articulao fragiliza a proteo dos profissionais, como indiciam a subsistente ausncia da constituio da ordem profissional e a extino do Sindicato Nacional de Profissionais de Servio Social, apesar do ressurgimento do associativismo sindical durante o presente ano (2013). As condies atuais diferem das existentes aquando do processo de obteno da licenciatura e estruturao e implementao das carreiras profissionais de Servio Social que potenciaram e galvanizaram os assistentes sociais. A categoria profissional apresenta-se desmobilizada e com pouco poder reivindicativo, e as associaes profissionais e sindicais vivem com constrangimentos financeiros, funcionando em regime de voluntariado, o que denota a insipincia da sua estrutura organizativa. A atual conjuntura justificaria uma maior convergncia, debate e processos de resistncia por parte das estruturas associativas face ao agravamento de polticas baseadas na austeridade, que tm reflexos no mercado de trabalho, formao e organizao profissional. Parece justificar-se a existncia de estratgias articuladas com maior clareza sobre o projeto para a categoria, apostando num debate que se faa com os seus diversos intervenientes. Desta forma, o associativismo poder constituir uma alavanca que confira maior dinamismo s suas estruturas organizacionais, maior visibilidade e presena pblica da categoria, mas tambm uma maior solidez das suas organizaes, que no sendo corporativas ou elitistas, salientem o primado da tica do servio sobre a tica do ganho. / This descriptive exploratory study aims to understand the relationship between the State and the professional organisation of the social workers in the different social-historical situations of the profession course; to know the contribute of the unions and professional membership drive to the organisation of the social workers in Portugal; to characterise the several ways of the social workers professional and union membership drive and to understand the importance of the professional regulation for the area. In the Social Service trajectory in our country, we have identified several associative structures since the 1950s. Despite this diversity concerning the professional organisation, the project of constituting the professional order has been responsible for the social workers congregation in the past years, although in a fragmented way. In Portugal, there is not a legal status of regulation of the social workers profession, and it is of the interest of the professionals, users and society that this may be brought about. The creation of a professional order may strengthen the activity of the social workers, as well as it may protect and regulate the profession exercise and the university education. With the Social States erosion, the work relationships tend to be deregulated and softened, persisting the job insecurity and the unemployment. The associative movement does not strongly face these issues, and its non-articulation weakens the professionals protection, as the permanent absence of the professional order creation and the extinction of the National Social Workers Union show, despite the reappearance of the union membership drive during the present year (2013). The current conditions are not equal to the ones existent in the process of obtaining the university degree and the structuring and implementing of professional careers in the Social Service area, which have strengthened and galvanised the social workers. The professional category is not mobilised and it has few claimable power; the professional and unions associations live with financial problems, functioning in a volunteering regime, which shows the insipience of its organisation structure. The current situation would justify a bigger convergence, debate and resistance processes on behalf of the associative structures regarding the worsening of policies based on austerity this has consequences in the work market, training and professional organisation. It seems to be pertinent the existence of strategies articulated in a clearer way about the project for this professional area, investing in a debate among its several participants. Therefore, the professional membership drive may constitute a lever that can give more dynamism to its organisational structures, a bigger visibility and public presence of the area, but also a stronger solidity in its organisations which, being not corporative or elitist, may highlight the services ethics over the profits ethics.

Self-efficacy, the construct developed by Albert Bandura in 1977 and widely studied around the world, means the individual's belief in his own capacity to successfully perform a certain activity. This study aims to determine the degree of association between sociodemographic characteristics and professional training to the levels of Self-Efficacy at Work (SEW) of the Administrative Assistants in a federal university. This is a descriptive research submitted to and approved by the Ethics Committee of UFRN. The method of data analysis, in quantitative nature, was accomplished with the aid of the statistical programs R and Minitab. The instrument used in research was a sociodemographic data questionnaire, variables of professional training and the General Perception of Self-efficacy Scale (GPSES), applied to the sample by 289 Assistants in Administration. Statistical techniques for data analysis were descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, reliability test (Cronbach's alpha), and test of significance (Pearson). Results show a sociodemographic profile of Assistants in Administration of UFRN with well-distributed characteristics, with 48.4% men and 51.6% female; 59.9% of them were aged over 40 years, married (49.3%), color or race white (58%) and Catholics (67.8%); families are composed of up to four people (75.8%) with children (59.4%) of all age groups; the occupation of the mothers of these professionals is mostly housewives (51.6%) with high school education up to parents (72%) and mothers (75.8%). Assistants in Administration have high levels of professional training, most of them composed two groups of servers: the former, recently hired public servants (30.7%) and another with long service (59%), the majority enter young in career and it stays until retirement, 72.4% of these professionals have training above the minimum requirement for the job. The analysis of SEW levels shows medium to high levels for 72% of assistants in administration; low SEWclassified people have shown a high average of 2.7, considered close to the overall mean presented in other studies, which is 2.9. The cluster analysis has allowed us to say that the characteristics of the three groups (Low, Medium and High SEW) are similar and can be found in the three levels of SEW representatives with all the characteristics investigated. The results indicate no association between the sociodemographic variables and professional training to the levels of self-efficacy at work of Assistants in Administration of UFRN, except for the variable color or race. However, due to the small number of people who declared themselves in color or black race (4% of the sample), this result can be interpreted as mere coincidence or the black people addressed in this study have provided a sense of efficacy higher than white and brown ones. The study has corroborated other studies and highlighted the subjectivity of the self-efficacy construct. They are needed more researches, especially with public servants for the continuity and expansion of studies on the subject, making it possible to compare and confirm the results

This study will introduce a brief history of the Geometry development, focused in the appearing of the organization in the logical deductive structure achieved by Euclid. Following will be discussed the situation of the learning and teaching of geometry topics since antiquity until the present day, where we will notice that it does not happen with the logical-deductive perspective. After this contextualization, we will propose the realization of a geometry workshop for students of the sixth grade of elementary school, focusing to the development of logical-deductive reasoning. Applied to workshop, changes were observed in the organization of thought of the participating students in the research, furthering the understanding of the concepts and properties of flat euclidean geometry.

Relatrio EPE - Relatrio de estgio em Educao Pr-Escolar: O presente relatrio de estgio foi elaborado no mbito da unidade curricular de Prtica Pedaggica Supervisionada, integrada no Mestrado em Educao Pr Escolar e Ensino do 1 Ciclo do Ensino Bsico da Escola Superior de Educao do Instituto Politcnico do Porto. O estgio realizou-se no Jardim de Infncia Gaia 13 que abarca crianas desde os 3 aos 6 anos de idade. A interao com a instituio e com o grupo de crianas e equipa educativa foi feita de modo progressivo, de modo a que as atividades planificadas e o projeto curricular de grupo construdo, fossem ao encontro das caractersticas do contexto e do grupo de crianas. Desde o incio da prtica pedaggica que se construram planificaes semanais, que tinham como pressuposto a identificao das necessidades de desenvolvimento das crianas, bem como os seus interesses, os objetivos, os resultados de aprendizagem e os recursos pedaggicos, integrados no plano de ao. O trabalho desenvolvido teve por base a metodologia de investigaoao, atravs de uma articulao entre a teoria e a prtica, com a inteno de proporcionar competncias profissionais na mestranda tais como: ser capaz de mobilizar vrios saberes cientficos e pedaggicos correspondentes educao pr escolar; ser capaz de desenvolver estratgias pedaggicas diferenciadas; construir uma atitude reflexiva de carter indagador. Todo este processo contribuiu para a idealizao de uma identidade profissional, em construo permanente, numa expectativa de aprendizagem ao longo da vida.

This analysis introduces results related to development of teaching experience from two professors of one Federal University who have taken part of one action of continued teacher training. We consider that the interplay among the individual, the language and the world cannot function straightly. It occurs through utterances, defined like real unit discursive communication, and genres of discourse (BAKHTIN, 1979/2011). Along the same line, the relation between the employee and his employment do not occur in a direct manner. This relationship takes place through genres of activity (CLOT, 2008/2010). As well as, a domain of speech genres has given possibility to individual an interaction with several discursive fields, a domain of activity genre allows the professional protruding in difficult situations traced in his employment. We know that the drafting for wield the teaching in the Tertiary Education is recommended by LDBEN (9394/96), which suggests that should be done in postgraduate program. In the mean time, what frequently happens an educational background based in a survey and not in the teaching. Thereby, several times we have observed difficulties in the accomplishment of teaching practice. Considering such aspects, this study seeks to comprehend the manner how the lecturers deal with the difficulties encountered in the classroom and how the years of experience have contributed or not for a domain of activity genre. In this regard, we have propped up in the development approach, introduced by Vigotsky, who asserts that the learning suitably organized results in development (VIGOTSKY, 1984/2007) and still explains the development of individual on the basis of relationship that it has with another, the social (VIGOTSKY, 1996b). For this purpose, were accomplished, by means of a snipped filmed lesson from each teacher, four sessions of self-confrontation (FATA, 1996; CLOT, 2008/2010), two Simple and two Crusade, recorded in a visual format. This material was transcribed in accordance with standards from project NURC-SP (PRETI, 1999). For the analysis, we used three mains theories: of Linguistic, is mobilized the concept of speech genres (BAKHTIN) and all discursive topics (JUBRAN; FVERO); from Occupational Psychology, is utilized the activity genres (CLOT); from Psychology Historical-Cultural, is adopted the concept from Zone of Proximal Development and another/social in the development of individual (VIGOTSKY). In compliance with the study achieved, was possible to identify the aspects related to development of teaching experience of Tertiary Education. During the classes and reports of self-confrontation, we identify that both the professors, in the beginning of the career, they got more difficulties to deal with hindrances, and which now, with some years of experience, they get to domain better the difficult situations which they come across. They built up, for example, a greater facility in improvise examples in face of students difficulties in the comprehension of concepts. These aspects show that the professors have evolved the higher domain of genre, which allow them getting, in addition to turn the unexpected situation around that spring up in the professional context, as well know how to taking action in similar situation, which they have already run into in another moments. This domain enabled and enables the developing of the lecturers over the course of their professional performance.

Apresenta-se como um artigo de construo terica, no qual se explora teoricamente o conceito de violncia institucional na relao com os limites da responsabilidade profissional por omisso ou por incorrecto procedimento profissional. A reflexo realizada tendo por base a anlise do funcionamento do sistema de justia na articulao com o sistema de proteco na resposta ao crime de abuso sexual intra-familiar de crianas na comarca de Lisboa. Apresenta-se um conjunto sistematizado de factores de atrito, identificados como principais elementos promotores de violncia institucional no quadro da interveno profissional realizada no contexto das entidades sociais de interveno nos abusos sexuais de crianas, organizados segundo as categorias de dispositivos e procedimentos.

The results indicate no association between the sociodemographic variables and professional training to the levels of self-efficacy at work of Assistants in Administration of UFRN, except for the variable color or race. However, due to the small number of people who declared themselves in color or black race (4% of the sample), this result can be interpreted as mere coincidence or the black people addressed in this study have provided a sense of efficacy higher than white and brown ones. The study has corroborated other studies and highlighted the subjectivity of the self-efficacy construct. They are needed more researches, especially with public servants for the continuity and expansion of studies on the subject, making it possible to compare and confirm the results
