The Approach to Development the Human Resources Intellectual Management System. Management Procedures

The Article suggests an approach to designing the Human Resources Intellectual Management System in order to increase Human Resources reliability, using the management methods known from the Theory of Management.. The Article examines the realization of the Subsystem of implementing management methods by the number of management procedures, executing the corresponding management method.

Technology of Storage and Processing of Electronic Documents with Intellectual Search Properties

The technology of record, storage and processing of the texts, based on creation of integer index cycles is discussed. Algorithms of exact-match search and search similar on the basis of inquiry in a natural language are considered. The software realizing offered approaches is described, and examples of the electronic archives possessing properties of intellectual search are resulted.

Diagnostic Systems in Medicine as Personal Intellectual Tooling

The standards of diagnostic systems formation in medicine based on modeling expert’s “means of action” in form of illegible trees of solution-making taking into consideration the criteria of credibility and usefulness have been suggested. The fragments of “applied” trees at diagnosing infectious and urological diseases have been considered as well. The possibilities of modern tooling theory usage for decision-making during creation of artificial intelligence systems have been discussed.

The Model of Unreliable Elements (Human Resources) Intellectual Management System on the Basis of Their Psychological and Personal Characteristics

The Article suggests a possible approach to creation of the Intellectual Management System for human resources and personnel (during their professional tasks solving), and that could consider personal characteristics and psychological condition of the human resources as an “unreliable” element. The Article describes some elements of the Intellectual Management System: professional activity model and “unreliable” element (human resources) model.

Decision–making Support Systems as Personal Intellectual Device of a Decision–maker

The problems of the cognitive development of subject “perception” are discussed in the thesis: from the object being studied and means of action till the single system “subject – modus operandi of subject – object”. Problems of increasing adequacy of models of “live” nature are analyzed. The concept of developing decisionmaking support systems as expert systems to decision-making support systems as personal device of a decisionmaker is discussed. The experience of the development of qualitative prediction on the basis of polyvalent dependences, represented by a decision tree, which realizes the concept of “plural subjective determinism”, is analyzed. The examples of applied systems prediction of ecological-economic and social processes are given. The ways of their development are discussed.

Educational Model of Computer as a Base for Informatics Learning

It is proposed to use one common model of computer for teaching different parts of the informatics course, connected with both hardware and software subjects. Reasoning of such slant is presented; the most suitable themes of the course, where it is practical, are enumerated. The own author's development (including software support) – the educational model of virtual computer "E97" and compiler from Pascal language for it – are described. It is accented, that the discussed ideas are helpful for any other similar model.

In article the mathematical model of the mobile robot actions planning at recognition of situations in extreme conditions of functioning is offered. Sofia, Marin Drinov academic publishing house. 2003, 114p. ) The new technologies and the globalization are the factors which have brought essential changes in human society and its environment. The unceasing dynamic changes imposed new strategies for survival and prosperity of institutions and people in the new conditions. The spheres with greatest potential for achieving competition priority are compatible to the fastness of research results implementation in each field of human activity. The extended knowledge requires narrower specialization as well as interdisciplinarity to solve the arising problems. The new research fields and trends are a synthesis of science and high technologies determined by the new discoveries. The present study aims at finding answers to the questions about the place of science library in the dynamic restructuring of research environment. The necessity of transformation of the scientific library’s genetically set functions from a guardian of the achieved knowledge to an active participant in the creation of new knowledge is a natural consequence of the processes and tendencies of the social medium. The priorities of Europe and USA for intensive creation of knowledge economics are at the first place and this requires intensification of that research an integral part of which are the new communications realized at a new technological level.

Multiple-Valued Structures of Intellectual Systems

The basic construction concepts of many-valued intellectual systems, which are adequate to primal problems of person activity and using hybrid tools with many-valued intellectual systems being two-place, but simulating neuron processes of space toting which are different on a level of actions, inertial and threshold of properties of neuron diaphragms, and also frequency modification of the following transmitted messages are created. All enumerated properties and functions in point of fact are essential not only are discrete on time, but also many-valued.

A definition of the concept "business informatics" based on the General Information Theory is discussed in the paper.

One Application of the Informatics in the Descriptive Geometry

This work acquaints with a program for interactive computer training to students on the subject "Mutual intersecting of pyramids in axonometry ”. Our software is a set of three modules, which we call "student", "teacher" and "autopilot". It gives the final solution of the problem, the traceability of various significant moments in its solution and 3D-image of the finished composition of the two intersecting polyhedra, stripped of the working lines and subjected to rotation and translation.
