This monograph presents a study about organizational communication, outlining concepts, Brazilian historic, interfering factors and other considerations on the subject, introducing a survey with twelve communication agencies in Bauru as a result, explaining, in practical terms, how processes of organizational communication occur and the journalist's work in this area. Therefore, the organizational communication offers many possibilities for journalists, either as writers or press officers, or even in positions directly related to the Internet. As a key sector for all types of organizations, communication has gained notability, establishing itself as a strategic area for organizational management, especially in the form of integrated communication

Tornar-se professor: desvelando a atuação docente no início do exercício da docência

This research, based on authors such as Was (1999), Guarnieri (1996 and 2005), Freitas (2002 and 2007) argue that the understanding of teacher education as a complex continuum aimed at understanding the initiation of the educational performance in the first five years of professional practice, by analyzing the history of teaching teachers early in their career. As we contemplate the specific objectives of interest to examine the training received to enter and work in the classroom and the experiences in teaching at undergraduate students. To perform the empirical study we adopted the use of semi-structured, guided by an outline of issues significant to the conduct of the respondents' narratives. The main results can highlight the difficulties encountered at the beginning of the educational performance are recurrent, data analysis shows that there is a significant increase in the duties of the teacher. With the study arrives at the premise that we must rethink the quality and structure of training courses aimed at improving the quality of performance of professional education, but for this to occur there must be deepening of studies and improvements not only in initial training and in continuing education courses. It is understood here that the training is not solely responsible for the current educational scene, which encompasses the question of the beginner there are many issues to be studied, such as public policies, structuring the curriculum, pay, but the training is beginning to there are faculty prepared to act

O trabalho consiste em fazer um levantamento bibliográfico sobre a Psicopedagogia, tendo como objetivo conhecer seu processo histórico identificando sua origem, suas formas e ambientes de atuação, suas funções e os profissionais que buscam adentrar nessa área de conhecimento. Pretende-se entender o trabalho e as atividades do psicopedagogo, assim como suas formas de identificar as dificuldades de aprendizagem do aluno através de estratégias e instrumentos específicos da psicopedagogia. Além disso, visa compreender o uso de suas técnicas para possibilitar o avanço da aprendizagem do aluno. A causalidade de porque em textos escolares: domínios de atuação, gêneros de produção

In this article we address the causality conveyed by constructions with porque in compositions written by students from a public school. Our purpose is to compare factors of cognitive and discursive order for examining possible motivations related to the variability and to the complexity involved in causal constructions. The analysis that we propose assumes that porque may have different interpretations depending on the context of use and may indicate the cause of an actual event, or the cause of a belief, or the cause of a speech act. We consider some theses of ontogenetic nature that support that the most cognitively complex meanings appear later, but we hold that there are other issues at stake. In what follows, we present evidence that the emergence of different causal relations with porque also takes place as a result of the operation of discourse genres.

O uso da aprendizagem baseada em problemas e a atuação docente

Recent national education policy documents have emphasized the importance of methodologies and problem-centered learning processes. The purpose of this article is to promote reflection on the problem-based learning (PBL) understood as a methodology that favors learning processes and the active role of students. PBL emerged in undergraduate medical and has been gaining ground not only in higher education but also in basic education. This conception of teaching-learning breaks with the traditional relationship teacher-student- knowledge, introducing new dynamics of relationships between subjects and those with knowledge. From this perspective the educational performance turns and brings new challenges to the teacher.

This paper aims to show the beginning of habitus and the bodily hexis construction of male ballet dancer and female player soccer. Firstly, the habitus and the bodily hexis are established by the cultural inheritance of families (advices, likes, choices, prohibitions, and work divisions). After, they are restructured by the most diverse fields where this people act, mainly in the school, specifically at Physical Education classes (in the specialized places where these classes occur). Thus, it is possible to verify the success or the failure of their path lives and the possibility of a social ascent by the choice of these practices as professional career.

A coordenação pedagógica nas escolas estaduais paulistas: as resoluções recentes e a atuação cotidiana na gestão e organização escolar

This article analyzes the pedagogical coordination work in public schools of the state of São Paulo within a context of educational reforms occurred between 1996 and 2010. The paper analyzes the main resolutions published by the Secretariate of Education regarding the functions performed by coordinating teachers, and discusses data obtained from empirical research conducted with three schools in inner cities of the state of São Paulo, specifically in the final years of elementary school and high-school. The analysis has enabled us to identify the implications of educational reforms on the functions of coordinating teachers. In addition, we have identified and interpreted the ways in which subjects are (re)adjusted in school management and organization.

Education is an essential part of the overall development of a human being. There are opportunities of knowledge production and teaching and learning in many environments, so education is not limited to the school environment. A possible field of teacher's performance takes place in the context of educational social projects, therefore, the importance of knowing and evaluating this environment. Rise to concern about how important and what the reflection of the social projects in the lives of children who often find themselves in a social risk to the margins of society and the research is justified by considering the community education as an opportunity to change lives and society itself. Thus, a qualitative study of descriptive type in a social project based on the Waldorf was developed, aiming to know how the project was carried out and verify the importance of it in a poor neighborhood of the city of Botucatu-SP

Implicações de um programa de formação continuada na formação e atuação de professores de educação física atuantes no ciclo I

This work focused on research a course of continuing education for teachers of Physical Education, offered in a city of São Paulo in 2013. Adopting as a benchmark analysis of models of continuing education in teaching, investigative question that guided this study was: what are the implications of this formative process in the formation and performance of the participating teachers?. With this guiding question, four were the objectives we seek to respond to this analysis: first identify the profile of teachers as well as the participation and involvement of the same course developed; 2 map and analyze the manifestations of teachers throughout the course; 3 reflect on the role of teachers in relation to approaches and/or distances with the common physical education curriculum proposed by the municipality; 4 identify and analyze the reflections on the course conducted. The methodological approach was qualitative and eighteen participants were teachers of a school system in a city of São Paulo, active in cycle I (1 to 5 years) of primary school. Data collection was carried out in two phases, with the participants in the first stage seventeen teachers and three teachers in the second stage that in addition to acting in the cycle I also actively participated in the course. Data were obtained in phase one using a diagnostic interview recorded on voice recorder and transcripts of observations and recorded in video and voice recorder from sixteen meetings of the continuing education course conducted in 2013 and phase two included the observation of classes teachers in the 2nd half of 2013, ending with a final interview. Demonstrations of physical education teachers in the course, as well as the situations observed and interviews indicated that on the profile of teachers are in the age range 30-58 years to serve at least five years in schools and most (10) does not work elsewhere. Formação docente e práticas de leitura: experiências iniciais e na atuação profissional

The objective of this work is to present an analysis of the results of a study about the reading practices of a group of teachers from the public school, discussing how these practices constitute themselves since the initial formation until the teaching period. The selected teachers had their formation between the end of the 60’s and the beginning of the 80’s, remaining as teachers of the public school for the next twenty years. Using as methodology the narrative research, we are going to discuss how the reading appears in the lives of these professionals, what their representations about it are and how the reading permeates their lives and their actuations in the school, passing through the first contacts with the books until the collision between theory and practice, observed in the speech of the teachers who were interviewed, always taking into account the teaching formation.

A análise institucional como ferramenta para a atuação no campo do trabalho cooperado na economia solidária

This work is a clipping of a Master's research which aims to discuss critically the Work Cooperated in the field of Solidarity economy (EcoSol), starting from the benchmark of the Institucional Analysis and rom their fundamental operators. Initially, we performed an analysis of how the EcoSol was built institutionall in Brazil. To this end, we researched and analyzed documents in official files of public policies and of the social movement of this field.

Medidas de controle da circulação do livro didático para o ensino de leitura e escrita em São Paulo: atuação da commissão revisora de 1918

In order to contribute to the understanding of the history of the teaching of reading and writing and the history of political movement of textbooks in Sao Paulo, Brazil, we present the results of the analysis of the documents produced by the Review Commission Textbook, established in 1918 by the General Board of Education of São Paulo State. This commission aimed to review which books among the already approved by previous committees, should continue as recommended for use in elementary schools in São Paulo. For this, the commission has prepared various reports, which are representative of the actions of the state government to control the circulation and use of textbooks in elementary schools in the early twentieth century.
