Synchronization in nonlinear dynamical systems, especially in chaotic systems, is field of research in several areas of knowledge, such as Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Biology, Physics, among others. In simple terms, two systems are synchronized if after a certain time, they have similar behavior or occurring at the same time. The sound and image in a film is an example of this phenomenon in our daily lives. The studies of synchronization include studies of continuous dynamic systems, governed by differential equations or studies of discrete time dynamical systems, also called maps. Maps correspond, in general, discretizations of differential equations and are widely used to model physical systems, mainly due to its ease of computational. It is enough to make iterations from given initial conditions for knowing the trajectories of system. This completion of course work based on the study of the map called ”Zaslavksy Web Map”. The Zaslavksy Web Map is a result of the combination of the movements of a particle in a constant magnetic field and a wave electrostatic propagating perpendicular to the magnetic field. Apart from interest in the particularities of this map, there was objective the deepening of concepts of nonlinear dynamics, as equilibrium points, linear stability, stability non-linear, bifurcation and chaos

This paper aims to show practical and effectiveexperiencesfor lessons Industrial Automation Laboratory taught inundergraduate degreein ElectricalEngineering from the University Júlio MesquitaFilho - UNESP, Guaratinguetá. Experiments carriedsimulatecontrol and drive systems of electric three phase induction motors (MIT)widely usedinindustries. The experiments simulate a manufacturing environment where there isa need to control the activation and continuous operation ofelectricmotors. Seven experimentsthat simulatethe firing of electrical motors through a controlsystem, a driver along with asimulator loads coupled to the electric motor was developed. Experiments usinga Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as acontroller,an inverter frequencyasdriver, and MagneticBrake, as simulatorengine loads . The experiments were divided accordingto the speed reference signal used fordrivingand operating the electric motor: digital and analog. The first five experiments performing the drive control and operation of the electric motor via digital signals. The sixth and seventh experiments using an analog signal as a reference speed for the electric motor

The growth area of cities has resulted in a phenomenon of conurbation (or expressing tendency). This correspond to a combine of two or more urban cores, there are formations of conurbations. In this way, there are the formations of urban concentrations and can achieve the step metropolitan or not metropolitan. Besides, this kind of expansion generates many social and environmental problems related about habitation, rubbish, drain, and others. Piracicaba, a city in expansion, recently, shows evidences of conurbation not metropolitan around itself. Like this, the paulista government, at June, 26 of 2012, institutionalized the Urban Concentration of Piracicaba, a regional unity, intending the administration along with 22 cities. However, for this fact, must be taken into account functional integration among urban centers, because the number of municipalities are presented to compose a urban concentration of level not metropolitan. It has checked along this research, according with proposition about 22 cities. Thus, the objective of this research is identify and analyze the functional integration among participating municipalities through the commuting, in other words, the spatial displacement of people, important factor to be taken into account when defining urban concentration. Considering the displacement routine people, the commuting, also aimed identify the flow of public transport intercity travel among the cities of Piracicaba Regional Unity. Then, analyze the criteria used for establish the Piracicaba Regional Unity, if it was considered technical character or if it was prioritized the political character. To conduct this research, it was done the literature review related to the theme and data collection related lines of intercity transportation and often travel with ARTESP and companies responsible for it service

This research has the objective of identifying the possible influences of the Movement entitled “New School” on discussions of the autonomy of the teacher. Understanding the importance of the Movement in relation to changes of concepts about teaching and the work of the teacher, this study seeks to identify, through bibliographic research, the beginnings of the idea of teacher autonomy in the discussions of “new school” education, especially in reference to the possibility of teachers choosing their work methods. This work will also identify connections between those discussions and more recent discussions about teacher professionalism, which emphasize teacher autonomy. In this sense, it was possible to identify the development of this issue of professional competencies. The study also analyzes the application of the concept of autonomy on Brazilian soil between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century as well as its current use. The research thus explores the concept of Teacher Autonomy in various historical settings

This paper presents a study of the applicability of adsorption isotherms, known as Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm, between the biosorptive interaction of yeast lyophilized Saccharomyces cerevisiae and textile dyes. To that end, we prepared stock solutions of the textile dyes Direct Red 23 and Direct Red 75 in the concentration of 1.000μg/mL and a yeast suspension at 2,5%. We did experiments for two cases, firstly for the case that we have a fix concentration of yeast at 0,500mg/mL and an variable concentration of dye range from40, 50, 60, 80 and 100μg/mL, then for the case that we fixed the concentration of dye at 100μg/mL and the yeast concentration was variable range from 0,250, 0,500, 0,750, 1,000, 1,250mg/mL. For the dye Direct Red 23 we did analysis in the pH 2,5, 4,5 and 6,5; for the Direct Red 75, we just did for the pH 2,5. We leave the dye solution in contact with the yeast for 2 hours at a constant temperature of 30°C and then centrifuged and analyzed the sample in a spectrophotometer and finally made and analysis of parameters for the removal and study of the isotherms. After the biosorption, was observed that for the Direct Red 23 in the pH 2,5 was needed 1,407mg/mL of yeast for total removal, while for the pH 4,5 was needed 8,806mg/mL and in pH 6,5 was 9,286mg/mL; for the Direct Red 75 in pH 2,5 was needed 1,337mg/mL. This difference can be explain by the adsorption isotherms, was observed that in the case when the yeast was fix when we had in a acid pH the behavior of the system was compatible with the Langmuir isotherm, and thus, an monolayer pattern. And that when we decrease the acidity of the medium the system became more compatible with a Freundlich isotherm, and thus, a multilayer pattern; for the case that the yeast was variable this is not much evident, however for the pH 2,5 she became compatible with a Langmuir isotherm... A Federação de Bandeirantes do Brasil, ou Movimento Bandeirante, é uma instituição de educação não formal criada na Inglaterra, em 1909 por Robert Baden-Powell que chegou ao Brasil em 1919, onde foi expandida por Jerônima Mesquita, sendo adaptada a realidade brasileira. A instituição tem como missão “Ajudar crianças, adolescentes e jovens a desenvolverem seu potencial máximo como responsáveis cidadãos do mundo” (FEDERAÇÃO DE BANDEIRANTES DO BRASIL, 2001, p. 4) através de atividades baseadas na metodologia desenvolvida pelo fundador onde o “aprender fazendo” é base estrutural das mesmas, com regras e valores próprios, além do material didático criado por seus membros voluntários. Nesta perspectiva, este trabalho pretende analisar um dos grandes objetivos gerais, ou Áreas do Programa, que servem como apoio às ações Bandeirantes, com a finalidade de verificar se os princípios e virtudes subjacentes ao Movimento Bandeirante proporcionam a construção da autonomia moral, comparando com o referencial teórico de Jean Piaget e sua teoria do desenvolvimento moral. O estudo será realizado através de uma abordagem qualitativa, utilizando como ferramenta a análise de conteúdo. Para tanto será necessário analisar o material bibliográfico da Federação de Bandeirantes do Brasil e textos do fundador do Bandeirantismo e Escotismo, Baden-Powell, para relacioná-los com teóricos de educação moral

INTRODUCTION: Scoliosis is a three-dimensional deformity and it can be influenced by the use of shoe lifts and lateral inclination in order to correct postural asymmetries. OBJECTIVE: To verify the effect of the use of the shoe lifts (lower and high) unilateral (right and left) during the movement of lateral inclination (right and left) for an evaluation of the postural angles in patients with idiopathic scoliosis. METHODS: A control group with ten participants without scoliosis and an experimental group with 10 participants with idiopathic scoliosis of double curves (thoracic right and lumbar to the left). Ten reflexive markers were fixed in the spine to determine the postural angles (alpha 1=T2T4-T4T6, alpha 2=T6T8-T8T10, alpha 3=T10T12-T12L2 and alpha 4=L2L4-L4S1)... In this work, it is presented a novel method for calculating some intrinsic parameters such as capture mean time, thermic emission mean time, capture probability and noise gain on quantum well infrared photodetectors. Such devices are built by depositing layers of semiconductors of different energy gap, forming quantum wells. The present method uses rate equations to describe the occupation of discrete states of the quantum wells, that together with noise gain equations given in literature, are solved self consistently. The input data of the method is experimental measurement of dark current (current measured with no relevant incident photon) versus applied bias. In order to validate this approach, the values obtained were compared with results from literature

Aikido é uma arte marcial japonesa que, como todas as outras, tem alguns princípios que norteiam sua prática. Do ponto de vista da estrutura e desenvolvimento de suas técnicas, o Aikido carrega uma peculiaridade por não haver combate em seus treinamentos. É freqüentemente lembrado por essa característica. Na tentativa de descrever como se desenvolve a técnica de uma arte marcial em que não existe a competição entre os praticantes, o Aikido é treinado em katas. Katas são técnicas combinadas, em que o Uke (quem sofre a técnica) se deixa ser conduzido pelo Nague (quem aplica a técnica), para o treinamento da movimentação. Esta pesquisa assume como objeto de estudo a dúvida que persiste sobre o sentido de uma arte marcial em que não é colocada a prova sua eficiência, considerando que as artes marciais são por princípio artes de guerra. Neste recorte cartografamos a fronteira entre a cultura ocidental e a cultura oriental. Identificamos as marcas dessa arte, pois sua finalidade supera a questão do guerrear e passa diretamente para o estudo das possibilidades do corpo, este compreendido de maneira holística O corpus de nosso estudo se constitui dos recortes discursivos recolhidos nos registros das vivências de praticantes de Aikido. No campo tenso demarcado entre a cultura ocidental e a cultura oriental cartografamos o corpo em seus movimentos, no âmbito das possibilidades que o Aikido nos indica.

This work aims to study several diffusive regimes, especially Brownian motion. We deal with problems involving anomalous diffusion using the method of fractional derivatives and fractional integrals. We introduce concepts of fractional calculus and apply it to the generalized Langevin equation. Through the fractional Laplace transform we calculate the values of diffusion coefficients for two super diffusive cases, verifying the validity of the method

Neste trabalho apresentamos uma leitura sobre o processo de articulação dos movimentos em redes e do uso das redes sociais pelos movimentos socioespaciais que mais se destacaram no mundo nos últimos cinco anos. Tendo suas bases nos marcos conceituais de movimentos socioespacial, movimentos socioterritorial, Rede e Redes Sociais, remontamos ao processo de formação da Via Campesina e das manifestações na Primavera Árabe, M12M, M15M, Occupy Wall Street, Movimento Passe Livre e o Movimento Prudente na escala local. Analisar e comparar estes movimentos e suas manifestações nos permitiu identificar a conexão entre a difusão de informações nas redes sociais e a materialização das manifestações no espaço público. Destaca-se que o uso destas tem acarretado em uma nova dinâmica não só na difusão de manifestação, mas também na realização de trabalho de base, caracterizando-se como um importante espaço de socialização política da atualidade

In this work we have developed an apparatus in order to study the capture of asteroids by planets surrounded by a gas envelope during y-by, to do this we have brought an innovation by using a hydrodynamical gas. We began such project by studying particles trajectories with a code based on the analytical gas. After being used to this model we have started a process to elaborate a code which uses the gas in a numerical way. The hydrodynamical gas is described by equations which are not solved analytically. Therefore, it was used an algorithm able to model the gas by keeping all information of the gas in cells. Thus we have made a code to read such cell`s information and then to solve all calculations. Once this process is done, the program inform us all date about the simulated trajectories
