Apontamentos críticos para o tratamento da questão ambiental na perspectiva da emancipação

The belief in the existence of an ecological crisis that would affect the future of the planet, is one of the factors that causes the appearance of ecological concern, resulting in the adoption of non-predatory consumer practices and more respectful relationships with non-humans beings. This study starts from the assumption of the existence of an environmental question, and aims to investigate some of the cultural causes of human predation and identify possible ways in which environmental question can be treated critically to search overcomes. Follows the reasoning that western society as a complex of social relations, the capitalism, as a mode of production utilities and rational right, are all consequences of the modern rationality, cognitive and moral logic that transforms people and nature in satisfaction instruments of individual interests. However, despite being identified as the causative root of environmental question, modern rationality takes with it enough to promote the development of ecological respect, necessary in confronting and overcoming the environmental question, as it will be applied as a principle in redefinition of the relationship of human beings with themselves and with nature. And modern rationality can also make capitalism more efficient in the use and reuse of materials so as to consume fewer resources on the planet to satisfy human needs.

Jogo de papéis e linguagem: diálogos possíveis entre Vigotski e Bakhtin

In this paper we present ongoing research in which we approach the regulatory role of language in role play in children aged six and seven. In research, we seek an understanding of the relationship between language, ownership and complexity of the children's game. The hypothesis guiding the research is that the dialogical relations between children and adults and among children, while playing, contribute to children's learning game. Procedures are being used interpretive ethnographic research that focuses on the human meaning of social relations, waged by the subjects in a particular historical context and its elucidation and exposition by one researcher. This approach allows closer studies of Vygotsky and Bakhtin scholars of language that emphasize the regulatory role of language in human relationships and value the dialogic exchange between researcher and researched; active subjects of the research process. The data were produced by means of observation and interview, in a field diary records, photographs and audio recordings. They are being screened in thematic groups and analyzed using interpretative narration. The participants were two teachers and two classes of the first year of an Elementary school (EMEF) School of Municipal Elementary School Crane, State of Sao Paulo, totaling 45 subjects. Bearing in mind the above assumptions, are presented and analyzed data that allow to anticipate some results.

Apontamentos para uma crítica marxista do direito

Este artigo apresenta alguns apontamentos para uma sociologia jurídica marxista. Para isso, apreende o deslocamento do lugar do direito na obra marxiana a partir d A ideologia alemã e, em seguida, decompõe e analisa a questão jurídica em três planos: 1) relação de produção como relação jurídica, 2) as relações sociais institucionalizadas como formas jurídico-estatais socialmente reconhecidas como legítimas e 3) o direito como a ideologia jurídica (sistema de normas, crenças e valores segundo uma forma discursiva própria) que recobre os dois elementos anteriores e lhes atribui sentido e validade moral.

A extensão da racionalidade econômico-privatistica ao conhecimento produzido pela subjetividade emancipada: paradoxo da modernidade

This paper aims to present a study of the social relationships around the production, circulation and the eventual possibility of appropriation of knowledge in social systems of the pre-modern world and in a social organization of Western capitalist modernity. In this specific universe of relationships, it was also important to noticed that there is a paradoxical role of rationality that served to the emancipation of instruments of control’s knowledge of pre-modern period as in the same time it was favored by the construction of new bonds that were made in the Western modernity through the modern legal system, inserting the knowledge in the domain of the economy and private logic of the capitalist’s system through intellectual property. This research was made from a review of the literature, using specialized books of the theme. It was concluded that there is a paradox in the social relationships about the knowledge, whose cause is related to the unfolding of rationality in the development of Western civilization.

Sensibilização e convencimento: a propaganda e os modos de ser criança

A infância, tal como conhecemos hoje é uma construção social. Segundo Áries, há indícios de que o início da infância tenha surgido entre os séculos XVII e XVIII, mudanças de comportamento da sociedade aos poucos desenharam a infância atual, antes predominava a indiferenciação entre as fases da vida. Hoje temos uma infinidade de produtos de consumo destinados à infância e lidamos com a incerteza do papel que esta ocupa atualmente. A criança não possuí um lugar estático na sociedade, o olhar social sobre a infância está em constante transformação, o lugar que está ocupa também. Neste contexto, a mídia exerce grande influência no comportamento e relações sociais. Pensando em tais influências, nas transformações que estas podem trazer à sociedade e dirigindo nosso olhar para a mídia televisiva e as propagandas publicitárias, que são construídas com objetivos determinados. Buscamos com este estudo ler, a partir das propagandas publicitárias televisivas, formas, que estas, indiciam, mostram e criam modos de ser criança e de conceber a infância na contemporaneidade. No primeiro capítulo faremos uma discussão sobre a concepção de infância e seu surgimento. Os três últimos capítulos foram construídos a partir do estudo das propagandas escolhidas para o trabalho, dividimos as propagandas de acordo com a infância apresentada por estas: Infância adultizada, Infância ingênua e um método utilizado pelas propagandas que faz alusão ao público infantil, a animação.

A (in)visibilidade dos maus-tratos na infância: concepções e posicionamentos dos profissionais da Educação Infantil

Even though we have an advanced protective legislation regarding children, the maltreatment perpetrated against them is still considered a public health problem in our country, with significant rates in the 0 to 6 years old range. This practice results in serious damages to the development of the assaulted individual: mental health, social adaptation and integration, and even repetition of the learned model. The school, although required (art. 245, ECA) to denounce and notify suspected and/or proven cases of violence to the eligible public agencies, has a very low percentage of participation in these notifications. Therefore, the objective of this study was to map the conception, placement and forwarding done by kindergarten professional about suspected and/or proven cases of maltreatment in their students to determine how such phenomenon is known, recognized, (re)constructed and (re)produced in social relations. The surveyed institutions were five kindergarten public schools, located in a mid-size city in the state of São Paulo. The adopted methodological procedures were the collection and analysis of quantitative-qualitative data, based on the anthropological research method on urban social groups. To collect the data, we used the following instruments: the questionnaire (38) and the interviews (6), applied in the period of October/2009 to May/2010. The analysis of the obtained data indicated some factors that hinder an effective positioning in fighting violence: professionals report the presence of suspected maltreatment (45%), however, the allegations are not investigated; the lack of knowledge and/or distorted concepts about the legislation, and also indicators of the presence of maltreatment, of its negative consequences to the development of the child, the false belief in the sanctity of the family and that maltreatment only occurs in the ghetto, in the lower classes... Aluga-se meu apego: a história de vida dos anunciantes de classificados

A lógica instantânea da sociedade informacional não permite que a maioria dos meios de comunicação abra espaço para a história de vida das fontes jornalísticas, muito menos das anônimas. A instantaneidade com que os fatos têm de chegar ao receptor não é compatível com o exercício jornalístico que busca a densidade, o aprofundamento das relações sociais. “Aluga-se meu apego: a história de vida dos anunciantes de Classificados” busca apontar uma alternativa para o jornalismo oficial e superficial. Trata-se de um livro-reportagem de perfil que tenta mapear traços e mudanças da identidade dos anônimos, apontando-os como agentes sociais de suas próprias vidas e das vidas alheias. A partir dos preceitos da psicologia social e da antropologia, busca-se definir a identidade como um processo socialmente construído e sujeito a constantes mutações. Embuído dessa premissa, o Jornalismo Literário aparece como opção que permite o aprofundamento na cobertura dos fatos e a contextualização dos fenômenos decorrentes dele. O conteúdo do livro-reportagem possui dez perfis que contam fragmentos da vida, dos anseios e das angústias de anunciantes dos Classificados do Jornal da Cidade de Bauru (SP) que coabitam o município com as fontes oficiais utilizadas pelos jornais mas que, porém, não têm a mesma visibilidade nem são encarados como fundamentais para nossa realidade
