Wittgenstein e Bourdieu: diálogos para uma sociologia prática

The dialogue between philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein s notions and Pierre Bourdieu s sociological concepts related to social practice of language shows that the philosophy of language has an important influence on contemporary social theory. When we compare the ideas of these authors we discover that beyond the direct influences from the philosopher that the sociologist recognizes there are great parallelisms of thought. That is, Wittgenstein s pragmatic thought of the use of language does not concern only language, but also every socially built behavior. When we notice that the social and linguistic behavior are borne by the individual in a tacit way, that leads us to theorize about the prereflective dimension that builds human actions and even the habits of thought. The same processes allow the uses of language to build wider social practices. Besides, John Austin, one of Wittgenstein s disciples, and his speech acts theory, contribute with a way to reflecting on how language ressembles a concrete action. Finally, the linguistc therapy that Wittgenstein means to be his philosophical proposal is assimilated by Bourdieu, who takes it as one of the necessary topics of the sociological work

Diálogos da Alma: uma outra história da loucura

The tesis intends to awake a new way of looking at madness. It presents as reference the Psychiatric Hospital Doctor João Machado (Natal/RN) and histories of life and narratives of four intern residents. The research in an ethical horizon, intends to give back to the subjects the voices long silented behind the institutions walls by their families and society in general. As well as to open the interpretations of science to receive and to dialogue with other itineraries of thought that, if on one hand does not restitute the explanation of the Real, on the other hand expresses other forms to see the world. Dislocated of the bigger social environment, the people identified as insane, construct their histories endowed with autonomy and displacements in relation to the social rules and structures that characterize our society, as much as in relation to the logical principles of thought that assume an objective and rational reality. As well as a remnants bedspread configured in a complex and unfinished object, the break up of histories of life of the interns, interviews with medical on psychiatrists to the Doctor João Machado Hospital, documents of the institution and depositions of that house, were the raw material to construct, with this tesis, another chapter of the 'history of madness'. Ne bis in idem: limites jurídico-constitucionais à persecução penal

This legal research aims to demonstrate the prohibition in the Brazilian criminal system of a multiple imputation for the same fact in a simultaneous or successive way. For that it is developed a different idea of the subject. Through comparative, eletronic and bibliographical researches, the dissertation was accomplished in a way to establish the content of the foundations of the criminal procedural emphasizing as fundamental premise the values of the Constitution. In the first section it was demonstrated the limits of the theme and the objective of the research. After that, it was analyzed the basic function of the criminal suit which has the important mission of limiting state's punitive power. In the same way, the criminal procedure corresponds to a warranty of the citizens' freedom. In the same section, it is shown how it is possible to abandon the myth of the real truth in the criminal law system. In the third section of the research, there were pointed elements and definitions about the cognition object, specially the litigious object or "thema decidendum", and also the peculiarities of the judged cases. In the fourth section the subject about origins and evolution of the criminal procedure and its objectives in the legal system is developed to demonstrate its perspectives. Some aspects of the identity's concept of the presupposition of the facts are as well demonstrated in order to relate the theme to the prohibition of multiple imputation. There are also considerations about some other important aspects as the incidence of the legal rules and the possible change on the elements of the penal type. There are several comments about legal procedural in other legal systems comparing them to Brazilian's most elevated Courts. In the end it was systematized the limits to criminal imputation, emphasizing the defende's right as a foundation of the legal system. Licenciamento ambiental em postos de revenda de combustíveis à luz dos princípios constitucionais de defesas do meio ambiente: o caso do município de Natal/RN

This study approaches the question of the administrative procedure of the environmental licensing of ranks of fuel resale, taking as basis a study case of the reality of the City of Natal/RN (Brazil). For in such a way, it was done a retrospect on the evolution of the system of road transport in Brazil, having started to briefly analyze the urbanization process that if after accented in the capitals of the Brazilian States the decade of 1950, relating these subjects with the growth of the sector of fuel resale. After that, it was transferred boarding of the defense of the national environment to the light of ambient principles constitutional. In the sequence, a boarding on the ambient guardianship in the Federal Constitution of 1988 was made, treating basically specifies and on the national urban politics and the national politics of the environment, with its instruments. In the sequence, it was transferred the analysis of the abilities and attributions of the National Advice of the Environment (CONAMA) and its Resolutions, for then only enter in the most important part of this work: an analysis of the environmental licensing of ranks of fuel resale, in the reality of the City of Natal/RN. Finally, a reflection was made on the possibility of magnifying of the state activity, in terms of guarantees for the responsible members for the environmental policy and of administrative efficiency, through the idea of the ambient regulation. For the accomplishment of this study, it was proceeded research in diverse sources such as books, magazines, sites of the Internet, periodicals, thesis and dissertations, among others material, beyond visits the agencies that direct or indirectly act with the ambient defense and as fuel resale, such as Secretariat of Environment and Urbanism of the City of Natal (SEMURB), Institute of Economic Development and Environment of RN (IDEMA), Brazilian Institute of the Environment and the Natural resources You renewed, Executive Management of RN (IBAMA/RN), Public prosecutor's office of the Environment of Natal (Public prosecution service of the RN), National Agency of Oil (ANP) and Union of the Retailing of Derivatives of Oil of the RN, among others. A revenda de combustível e os limites constitucionais para a sua regulação: uma análise aplicada aos aspectos concorrênciais e ao controle de preços

The gas retail represents the end of a section of the oil and natural gas derivative chain, for it is at this stage where the commercialization of those merchandises takes place towards the costumers. This process involves an enormous amount of economic agents, which reflects on an activity of great influence on the citizen's everyday. By the time of the gas retail price liberalization, in 2002, there were great expectations towards that measure, for the insertion of that segment in a competitive market was likely to create a decrease in prices. As there was not a drastic drop off in cost, the question was no longer the price itself, but, predominantly, the conduct taken by the economic agents that operate the market. Not in vain, the segment introduces a greater number of different procedures combined with the organs that compose the Brazilian System of Competition Protection. What is understood, however, is that many of these complaints are made in a lightly way, without a proper analysis of the market and its practices, that being why, in this paper, evidences the causes of these complaints and explained what, in fact, occurs in this market. Also, the organs that protect the free initiative in the sector use different methods to assess anticompetitive practices, which are counterproductive on the combat of anticompetitive practice, that being why the present paper analyzes the used methods on a critic perspective, choosing one which is believed to be the most adequate. The present work also tries to present the gas retail prices on a constitutional, free competition, free initiative and consumers defense perspective, analyzing the competition s aspects on the gas market; the shaping of the gas prices; the market boundaries; the anti-competitive practices under the gas market; and analyze the possibility, according to the defined economic standards in the constitutional text of existing a greater control or gas price indexing and/or regulation which limits the distributors and resellers profit on gas. Still, in consequence of this analysis, a study on Natal s market behavior will be developed in its competitive feature. That being said, moreover being a theoretical-descriptive study, data and statistics gathered is used, which will lead, willing to grasp an experiential study on a few aspects of the Potiguar gas retail market

Efetividade dos direitos trabalhistas e os princípios constitucionais concretizadores da proteção laboral

The Brazilian Constitution aims to regularize the broadest possible the fundamental grounded in the value and supreme principle of human dignity, supporting a Democratic State of Law, to essentially give basic rights to all for a dignified existence. As the result of a historical development, fundamental rights incorporated by legal order represents a real reaction against acts that ignored the dignity of each person in one of these scenarios, especially inserted into the labor relationship, the principle of protection comes to balance and compose such relationship between employers and workers, raising this principle as axiological essence of this subject, based especially on the protection and guarantee of fundamental rights of the worker. For this study, was developed a literature research using books, legislation, legal websites and articles related to the subject, in order to analyze the principle of protection insert in the legal order, properly authoritative on the principle of equality, the social value of the work of human dignity to confer protection to the most vulnerable and admittedly weak of the labor relationship in order to serve the specific regulations legal practical tools and effective protection, against the employer hierarchical power and steering that can not change into abuses and attacks on the fundamental rights of the worker. In conclusion, is not enough, recognizing the vulnerability of the worker, it is necessary to carry out protective legal instruments in line with the the human dignity, consectário logical fundamental rights of workers, to be held in a proportional manner and sometimes flexible, depending on the case. Protection has a beginning and end to ensure that the human dignity that must presuppose a working relationship achieved by orderly and normative power of constitutional norms, with the aim of designing that labor is not an end in itself, but a means to the achievement of the economic advancement by promoting social development and providing necessary support for the increasingly marked impairment of fundamental rights of the worker

Diálogos e reflexão

The present work highlights the importance of Dialogue in dealing with situations of crisis, and human conflicts. It has a starting point in some ideas of David Bohm, and in so doing, it presents itself with the challenge of testing the premise that dialogical strategies, of thought and action, can make the human choices inherent to those situations, more coherent and creative. They also allow us to elucidate and grasp them, towards broader comprehension and resolution, while keeping the framework of consistent assessment. However, we believe that said strategies are not, necessarily, problem solvers. With that in mind, we expanded the notion of Dialogue , systematizing dialogical visions of the world, derived from the ideas of David Bohm, Paulo Freire and Mikhail Bakhtin, in which they give priority to the Dialogue component, in all human relations within crucial contexts. From the elaboration of that systemic and dialogical interface, in which Dialogue appears as common theme, and pervasive tool, we detected the emerging of ancillary themes such as Liberty , Consciousness , Creativity , Ethics and Responsibility . We see these themes as ways of comprehending Life, as each one embodies interests, needs and shared human motivations. We have articulated them as a network, and added to that the need of Reflection in conjunction with Dialogue as a watchful call for noticing the incoherence

Pedagogia de projetos e etnomatemática: caminhos e diálogos na zona rural de Mossoró - RN

Teaching Mathematics in a contextualized and significant manner, in the world of the child and the adolescent, requires a solid theoretical and methodological basis on the part of the researcher. The present work found this foundation in two ways: teaching with projects and ethnomathematics. It is understood that these ways have points in common, such as: the real, interdisciplinarity, teaching methods, flexibility in sequencing the curriculum and interactive learning. This makes possible a theoretical cross-fertilization, which is important for the teaching/learning of Mathematics. Those points are merged in the present proposal, making possible new strategies, distinct from those of the Traditional Teaching Methodology and giving raise to an Alternative Teaching Methodology, which is to be lived in the Mathematics classrooms. This work gives a new direction to teaching, going beyond the traditional forms of education by allowing the teaching of Mathematics to become integrated with other school subjects, resulting in significant learning. In order to implement the proposal, it is necessary to form partnerships with teachers, pupils and the whole community, so that the way can be traced by continual dialogue

Entre telas, diálogos e estratégias: formação docente para a mídia televisiva

Cette recherche à comme but montrer l'importance de la formation des enseignants pour la média télévisive. Réaliser le potentiel des stratégies de formation, comme des éléments essentiels pour faire les enseignants professionnels capables de développer des interventions éducatives pour la lecture critique de la média télévisive. le travail repose sur l'apport conceptuel prévu spécialement par Belloni (2001), Buckingham (2005, 2007), Elias (1998), Fantin (2007), Fischer (2001, 2007), Imbernón (2009), Placco e Souza (2006), Ramalho, Nuñez e Gauthier (2004) e Tardif (2002). Organiser un groupe de discussion avec la participation des enseignants dans les écoles publiques de ville, en ayant des réunions périodiques pour la réalisation de discussions autour de l'arbre de la média télévisive et l'éducation. Le travail emploie des stratégies de formation, en ayant le but de promouvoir le développement de l'enseignement et l'apprentissage des enseignants concernés. Il utilise la méthodologie de recherche-action-formation, en se fondant sur des déclarations de Thiollent (2007) et de Vosgerau (2009). Ce travail applique l'analyse du contenu de Bardin (2009), pour aider à l'organisation des catégories émergées à partir des données recueillies. Il croit à une possible spécificité de la formation des enseignants pour l'utilisation critique de la média télévisive, en considérant le potentiel créatif de l'enseignant, le contexte personnel et de la performance professionnelle, leurs expériences avec les médias de télévision, ainsi que celles des étudiants, et la capacité de réfléchir sur la pratique, et c'est ça la thèse de cette recherche

Diálogos e aprendizagens na formação em agronomia para assentados

This thesis aims to investigate the Agronomy course in the perspective of the graduation course for the settlers of the Universidade Federal do Pará- Marabá. This course requires a partnership with the social movements of the North region of the country, with the purpose to understand knowledge production and how learning process occurs from the point of interaction and reliable relationships which are established in the organization during the course. The base of theses studies is to reflect of how the dialogue and learning processes occurred during the Agronomy course and resulted in changing in the teachers behavior and in the other integrated members of the group and mainly in the graduating settlers students. These changings happens as a consenquence of the dialogue production between the most varied areas, different people and institutions which take collective decisions. I observe educational actions, researches, extention concepts of extension and also development researches presented in the educative actions discussed by Freire (1985), Simões (2001, 2003) e de Amartya Sen (2000). The theory in which I am basing these studies are based in Boaventura de Souza Santos Simões (2001, 2003) and Amartya Sen (2000). Methodologically I analyse knowledge production by sudying the thesis and scientific works related to rural education, social movements, university and higher education in the last 20 years. I analyze the scientific works of all settler students, and besides, I do open interviews with the students, as well as, with the teachers and the leaders of social movements (MST, FETAGRI, CPT, EFA/FATA). I organize and analyze all the speeches from the ecological knowledge as defined by Boaventura de Souza Santos (2006). Finally, I visit five towns of municipal districts of the southeast of Pará, which represents the final methodological part of the research, in order to verify in loco the practices of the experiments purposed as final activity of the Agronomy course. I organize the work in five areas composed by the occupational process and the initiatives which emerged from them; development model and the social and environmental consequences; I also organize the university role and the relationship established between people and institutions which gave origin to the Agronomy course of UFPA and the programs developed in the region; conjuncture of creation of the groups of settled students, curriculum, principles and focus on the course and the experienced actions; developed practices in the course and the relations of reliability experienced internally and externally to the Academy, the learning and dialogue promoted by the course. I believe that the dialogue has caused changes in the organization of the knowledge and in the educative practices of the teachers, as well as, in the socio-productive practices of the regressed settled students

O Corpo na experiência do ator: diálogos entre teatro e Educação

En esta investigación se refleja en la experiencia como actor / profesor / narrador en el escenario y en el aula, tener en cuenta tanto la experiencia del cuerpo en el evento teatral. Mi interés es cómo podemos hablar de la experiencia como actor / profesor / narrador de la actitud fenomenológica a la que apunta el filósofo francés Maurice Merleau-Ponty, observando cómo el cuerpo propensas a estos la comunicación sensible y ofrece una forma diferente de pensar en el cuerpo teatro y la educación. Con este fin, la experiencia de la creación del personaje en el show Gurdulu "Matrióchka: una historia dentro de la historia", Ensign Grupo de Teatro y el trabajo como profesor de teatro IFRN - Campus Central de Navidad permitió la comprensión de estos del cuerpo. En el recuento de mi viaje como una actriz / maestro / narrador cuenta que el cuerpo es profundo y es atemporal suficiente. Pero no sólo el cuerpo individual del cuerpo que está unido a un cierto mundo, donde la experiencia es algo que se puede decir, es historia. La historia está en la institución a su vez, un fenómeno de expresión que una fructífera tradición y abre el horizonte de la vida, el deseo, el encanto, el arte, la poesía y el conocimiento

Lembranças de alunos, imagens de professores: narrativas e diálogos sobre a formação médica

Se trata de una incursión histórica por el pensamiento y por la enseñanza médica, discutiéndose la formación médica de manera contextualizada, con el objetivo de comprenderla para interpretarla a través del recuerdo que haya sido fijado por los alumnos. Se dará un enfoque a la mediación pedagógica de esa formación, intentando proporcionar el diálogo entre la historia social de la Medicina y los recuerdos de alumnos, ubicándolas en un contexto histórico-social y cultural, al mismo tiempo en que se ha buscado sujetar las imágenes de los profesores que hayan dejado huellas significativas en la vida de los alumnos, en cuestiones profesionales, sociales y culturales. Se configura, asimismo, una memoria de la formación médica de la Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), desde su creación en el 1955, como Faculdade de Medicina de Natal, hasta el 1963, como Faculdade de Medicina da UFRN. Los recuerdos han sido recolectados por medio de entrevistas temáticas con alumnos ya formados de las tres primeras turmas concluyentes, de los años del 1961, 1962 y 1963, de la referida Facultad y fueron interpretadas utilizándose la cartografía como técnica que envuelve la construcción de cuadros interpretativos, teniendo como unidad de análisis las palabras representativas de los elementos constituyentes de la mediación pedagógica, sacadas de las narrativas de los sujetos, que cargan también las imágenes de los profesores que han compuesto dicho diálogo por sus contribuciones para la existencia del saber y hacer de la educación médica en Natal/RN. Aún se comprende que esa Facultad fue creada en un momento histórico-social y cultural en que Brasil y el mundo todavía intentaban encontrar nuevos caminos, después de turbulencias causadas por la Segunda Guerra Mundial, y la intelectualidad natalense visualizaba el encaje de la ciudad en los parámetros de la modernidad. El currículum implantado era técnico/racional, pero al ser interpretado por la acción, a través de la reconstrucción de los recuerdos de los alumnos, en los vestigios de la mediación pedagógica de la formación médica y en las imágenes de los profesores todavía vivas en sus memorias, se vuelve posible entender que a esos alumnos ha sido enseñado: un saber relacional que permitía el diálogo, la transmisión de experiencia y el compromiso médico con vista a un atendimiento a la populación en primer lugar, siguiéndole el sentimiento que fomentaba deseos de ayuda al próximo, siendo los propios profesores el ejemplo, conformándose, así, con un saber contextual, agregado a una participación política y de responsabilidad ética para con la sociedad
