Tuotekehitysprojektin tarkoitus oli kehittää "älykäs" automaatiojärjestelmä kahdesta portaalirobotista muodostuvaan kuljetinlinjaan, jossa molemmat robotit synkronoidaan kulkemaan yhtäaikaisesti sähköisen akselin avulla. Tämän teknisen ratkaisun avulla kiinteitä kustannuksia, kuten valmistus- ja asennuskustannukset, saadaan laskemaan. Kuljetinlinjaa ohjataan hajautetun automaatiojärjestelmän avulla, jossa vastaanotettu ja lähetetty tieto kulkee MPI- ja Profibus-väylien kautta. Ohjelmoitava logiikkaohjain hoitaa tiedonsiirron ylätason PC:n ja hajautettujen solmujen välillä sekä jakaa tehtäviä alatason periferialaitteille. Robottien välinen sähköinen akseli mahdollistaa terästukirakenteiden ja kehikkojen jäämisen pois, jotka vain vievät tilaa tuotantotiloilta, laitteistoilta ja koneilta. Tukirakenteiden asennustyöt ovat myös aikaa vieviä ja kalliita. Huolimatta lisääntyneestä elektronisten komponenttien lukumäärästä tulee uusi tekninen ratkaisu kustannuksiltaan halvemmaksi kuin aikaisemmin käytetty mekaanisesti yhdistetty kuljetin.

Diplomityö tarkastelee säikeistettyä ohjelmointia rinnakkaisohjelmoinnin ylemmällä hierarkiatasolla tarkastellen erityisesti hypersäikeistysteknologiaa. Työssä tarkastellaan hypersäikeistyksen hyviä ja huonoja puolia sekä sen vaikutuksia rinnakkaisalgoritmeihin. Työn tavoitteena oli ymmärtää Intel Pentium 4 prosessorin hypersäikeistyksen toteutus ja mahdollistaa sen hyödyntäminen, missä se tuo suorituskyvyllistä etua. Työssä kerättiin ja analysoitiin suorituskykytietoa ajamalla suuri joukko suorituskykytestejä eri olosuhteissa (muistin käsittely, kääntäjän asetukset, ympäristömuuttujat...). Työssä tarkasteltiin kahdentyyppisiä algoritmeja: matriisioperaatioita ja lajittelua. Näissä sovelluksissa on säännöllinen muistinkäyttökuvio, mikä on kaksiteräinen miekka. Se on etu aritmeettis-loogisissa prosessoinnissa, mutta toisaalta huonontaa muistin suorituskykyä. Syynä siihen on nykyaikaisten prosessorien erittäin hyvä raaka suorituskyky säännöllistä dataa käsiteltäessä, mutta muistiarkkitehtuuria rajoittaa välimuistien koko ja useat puskurit. Kun ongelman koko ylittää tietyn rajan, todellinen suorituskyky voi pudota murto-osaan huippusuorituskyvystä.

Tutkimus kuvaa tarinallisuuden kautta organisaation sisäistä muutosta organisaation toimiessa muuttuvassa toimintaympäristössä. Teoriaosan keskeisinä käsitteinä ovat sosiaalinen identiteetti organisaatiossa sekä muutosjohtaminen. Tutkimus selvittää, miten jatkuva organisatorinen ja toimintaympäristöllinen muutos vaikuttivat organisaation muutoskykyyn ja sen jäseniin, minkälaista muutosjohtamista organisaatio muutostilanteessa tarvitsee ja millaisia vaikutuksia muutoksilla oli organisaation sisällä esiintyviin sosiaalisiin identiteetteihin. Organisaatiomuutos ilmeni organisaation työntekijöissä erilaisina reaktioina: osa menetti uskonsa organisaatioon, toiset turhautuivat ja kaipasivat vahvistusta toiminnalleen ja kolmansilla työn sujuminen nousi keskiöön. Muutospaineiden keskellä organisaatiossa tarvitaan uskottavaa muutosviestintää ja johtavaa identiteettiä, johon kaikki organisaation jäsenet voivat samaistua. Tämän sosiaalisen identiteetin synnyn mahdollistaa organisaation johdon aktiivinen muutosprosessin johtaminen. Myös keskijohdon rooli johdon muutosviestin vahvistamisessa on tärkeä muutosprosessin onnistumiselle ja sisäistämiselle. Muutoksen johtamisessa on oleellista ottaa ihmisten johtaminen osaksi päivittäistä toimintaa. Organisaation jäsenten tunnepohjaisen sitouttamisen kautta saavutetaan mahdollisuus toteuttaa onnistunut muutosprosessi. Keskijohdon tehtävänä on viestiä ylimmän johdon visio työntekijätasolle uskottavasti, jotta muutokseen sitoudutaan. Muutosprosessin onnistumista tulee seurata ja tukea organisaation johdon taholta.

An oscillating overvoltage has become a common phenomenon at the motor terminal in inverter-fed variable-speed drives. The problem has emerged since modern insulated gate bipolar transistors have become the standard choice as the power switch component in lowvoltage frequency converter drives. Theovervoltage phenomenon is a consequence of the pulse shape of inverter output voltage and impedance mismatches between the inverter, motor cable, and motor. The overvoltages are harmful to the electric motor, and may cause, for instance, insulation failure in the motor. Several methods have been developed to mitigate the problem. However, most of them are based on filtering with lossy passive components, the drawbacks of which are typically their cost and size. In this doctoral dissertation, application of a new active du/dt filtering method based on a low-loss LC circuit and active control to eliminate the motor overvoltages is discussed. The main benefits of the method are the controllability of the output voltage du/dt within certain limits, considerably smaller inductances in the filter circuit resulting in a smaller physical component size, and excellent filtering performance when compared with typical traditional du/dt filtering solutions. Moreover, no additional components are required, since the active control of the filter circuit takes place in the process of the upper-level PWM modulation using the same power switches as the inverter output stage. Further, the active du/dt method will benefit from the development of semiconductor power switch modules, as new technologies and materials emerge, because the method requires additional switching in the output stage of the inverter and generation of narrow voltage pulses. Since additional switching is required in the output stage, additional losses are generated in the inverter as a result of the application of the method. Considerations on the application of the active du/dt filtering method in electric drives are presented together with experimental data in order to verify the potential of the method.

Multilevel converters provide an attractive solution to bring the benefits of speed-controlled rotational movement to high-power applications. Therefore, multilevel inverters have attracted wide interest in both the academic community and in the industry for the past two decades. In this doctoral thesis, modulation methods suitable especially for series connected H-bridge multilevel inverters are discussed. A concept of duty cycle modulation is presented and its modification is proposed. These methods are compared with other well-known modulation schemes, such as space-vector pulse width modulation and carrier-based modulation schemes. The advantage of the modified duty-cycle modulation is its algorithmic simplicity. A similar mathematical formulation for the original duty cycle modulation is proposed. The modified duty cycle modulation is shown to produce well-formed phase-to-neutral voltages that have lower total harmonic distortion than the space-vector pulse width modulation and the duty cycle modulation. The space-vector-based solution and the duty cycle modulation, on the other hand, result in a better-quality line-to-line voltage and current waveform. The voltage of the DC links in the modules of the series-connected H-bridge inverter are shown to fluctuate while they are under load. The fluctuation causes inaccuracies in the voltage production, which may result in a failure of the flux estimator in the controller. An extension for upper-level modulation schemes, which changes the switching instants of the inverter so that the output voltage meets the reference voltage accurately regardless of the DC link voltages, is proposed. The method is shown to reduce the error to a very low level when a sufficient switching frequency is used. An appropriate way to organize the switching instants of the multilevel inverter is to make only one-level steps at a time. This causes restrictions on the dynamical features of the modulation schemes. The produced voltage vector cannot be rotated several tens of degrees in a single switching period without violating the above-mentioned one-level-step rule. The dynamical capabilities of multilevel inverters are analyzed in this doctoral thesis, and it is shown that the multilevel inverters are capable of operating even in dynamically demanding metal industry applications. In addition to the discussion on modulation schemes, an overvoltage in multilevel converter drives caused by cable reflection is addressed. The voltage reflection phenomenon in drives with long feeder cables causes premature insulation deterioration and also affects the commonmode voltage, which is one of the main reasons for bearing currents. Bearing currents, on the other hand, cause fluting in the bearings, which results in premature bearing failure. The reflection phenomenon is traditionally prevented by filtering, but in this thesis, a modulationbased filterless method to mitigate the overvoltage in multilevel drives is proposed. Moreover, the mitigation method can be implemented as an extension for upper-level modulation schemes. The method exploits the oscillations caused by two consecutive voltage edges so that the sum of the oscillations results in a mitigated peak of the overvoltage. The applicability of the method is verified by simulations together with experiments with a full-scale prototype.

This thesis is about the educational purpose of foreign language teaching (FLT) in an increasingly internationalised world.The past 20-30 years have witnessed a fundamental rethinking of the aims of FLT, entailing a shift in emphasis from linguistic competence over communicative competence to intercultural competence. The growing emphasis on cultural issues, called for by research and international curricular documents, places new demandson language teachers. The overall aim of this study is to deepen the knowledge about the attitudes of teachers at the upper level of the Finland-Swedish comprehensive school towards the treatment of culture in English foreign language (EFL) teaching. The questions in focus are: 1) How do teachers interpret the concept"culture" in EFL-teaching?, 2) How do they specify the cultural objectives of their teaching? and 3) What do they do to attain these objectives? The thesis strives to reveal whether or not language teaching today can be describedas intercultural, in the sense that culture is taught with the aim of promotingintercultural understanding, tolerance and empathy. This abductive and largely exploratory study is placed within a constructivist and sociocultural framework,and is inspired by both phenomenography and hermeneutics. It takes its starting-point in language didactics, and can also be regarded as a contribution to teacher cognition research. The empirical data consists of verbatim transcribed interviews with 13 Finland-Swedish teachers of English at grades 7-9. The findings are presented according to three orientations and reviewed with reference to the 2004 Finnish National Framework Curriculum. Within the cognitive orientation, "culture" is perceived as factual knowledge, and the teaching of cultureis defined in terms of the transmission of knowledge, especially about Britain and the USA (Pedagogy of Information). Within the action-related orientation, "culture" is seen as skills of a social and socio-linguistic nature, andthe teaching aims at preparing the students for contacts with people from the target language areas (Pedagogy of Preparation). Within the affective orientation, which takes a more holistic approach, "culture" is seen as a bi-directional perspective. Students are encouraged to look at their own familiar culture from another perspective, and learn to empathise with and show respect for otherness in general, not just concerning representatives of English-speaking countries (Pedagogy of Encounter). Very few of the interviewed teachers represent the third approach, which is the one that can be characterised as truly intercultural. The study indicates that many teachers feel unsure about how to teach culture in an appropriate and up-to-date manner. This is attributed to, among other things, lack of teacher insights as well as lack of time and adequate material. The thesis ends with a set of recommendations as to how EFL could be developed ina more intercultural direction.

The costs of health care are increasing, and at the same time, population is aging. This leads health care organizations to focus more on home based care services. This thesis focuses on the home care organization of the South Karelian District of Social and Health Services (Eksote), which was established in 2010; how its operation is organized and managed, and which problem types are faced in the daily operation of home care. This thesis examines home care services through an extensive interview study, process mapping and statistical data analysis. To be able to understand the nature of services and special environment theory models, such as service management and performance measurement, service processes and service design are introduced. This study is conducted from an external researcher‟s point of view and should be used as a discussion opener. The outcome of this thesis is an upper level development path for Eksote home care. The organization should evaluate and build a service offering, then productize home care services and modularize the products and identify similarities. Service processes should be mapped to generate efficiency for repeating tasks. Units should be reasonably sized and geographically located to facilitate management and operation. All this can be done by recognizing the different types of service products: runners repeaters and strangers. Furthermore, the organization should not hide behind medical issues and should understand the legislative, medical and operational frameworks in health care.

Highly dynamic systems, often considered as resilient systems, are characterised by abiotic and biotic processes under continuous and strong changes in space and time. Because of this variability, the detection of overlapping anthropogenic stress is challenging. Coastal areas harbour dynamic ecosystems in the form of open sandy beaches, which cover the vast majority of the world’s ice-free coastline. These ecosystems are currently threatened by increasing human-induced pressure, among which mass-development of opportunistic macroalgae (mainly composed of Chlorophyta, so called green tides), resulting from the eutrophication of coastal waters. The ecological impact of opportunistic macroalgal blooms (green tides, and blooms formed by other opportunistic taxa), has long been evaluated within sheltered and non-tidal ecosystems. Little is known, however, on how more dynamic ecosystems, such as open macrotidal sandy beaches, respond to such stress. This thesis assesses the effects of anthropogenic stress on the structure and the functioning of highly dynamic ecosystems using sandy beaches impacted by green tides as a study case. The thesis is based on four field studies, which analyse natural sandy sediment benthic community dynamics over several temporal (from month to multi-year) and spatial (from local to regional) scales. In this thesis, I report long-lasting responses of sandy beach benthic invertebrate communities to green tides, across thousands of kilometres and over seven years; and highlight more pronounced responses of zoobenthos living in exposed sandy beaches compared to semi-exposed sands. Within exposed sandy sediments, and across a vertical scale (from inshore to nearshore sandy habitats), I also demonstrate that the effects of the presence of algal mats on intertidal benthic invertebrate communities is more pronounced than that on subtidal benthic invertebrate assemblages, but also than on flatfish communities. Focussing on small-scale variations in the most affected faunal group (i.e. benthic invertebrates living at low shore), this thesis reveals a decrease in overall beta-diversity along a eutrophication-gradient manifested in the form of green tides, as well as the increasing importance of biological variables in explaining ecological variability of sandy beach macrobenthic assemblages along the same gradient. To illustrate the processes associated with the structural shifts observed where green tides occurred, I investigated the effects of high biomasses of opportunistic macroalgae (Ulva spp.) on the trophic structure and functioning of sandy beaches. This work reveals a progressive simplification of sandy beach food web structure and a modification of energy pathways over time, through direct and indirect effects of Ulva mats on several trophic levels. Through this thesis I demonstrate that highly dynamic systems respond differently (e.g. shift in δ13C, not in δ15N) and more subtly (e.g. no mass-mortality in benthos was found) to anthropogenic stress compared to what has been previously shown within more sheltered and non-tidal systems. Obtaining these results would not have been possible without the approach used through this work; I thus present a framework coupling field investigations with analytical approaches to describe shifts in highly variable ecosystems under human-induced stress.

The purpose of this dissertation is to increase the understanding and knowledge of field sales management control systems (i.e. sales managers monitoring, directing, evaluating and rewarding activities) and their potential consequences on salespeople. This topic is important because research conducted in the past has indicated that the choice of control system type can on the other hand have desirable consequences, such as high levels of motivation and performance, and on the other hand leadto harmful unintended consequences, such as opportunistic or unethical behaviors. Despite the fact that marketing and sales management control systems have been under rigorous research for over two decades, it still is at a very early stage of development, and several inconsistencies can be found in the research results. This dissertation argues that these inconsistencies are mainly derived from misspecification of the level of analysis in the past research. These different levels of analysis (i.e. strategic, tactical, and operational levels) involve very different decision-making situations regarding the control and motivation of sales force, which should be taken into consideration when conceptualizing the control. Moreover, the study of salesperson consequences of a field sales management control system is actually a cross-level phenomenon, which means that at least two levels of analysis are simultaneously involved. The results of this dissertation confirm the need to re-conceptualize the field sales management control system concept. It provides empirical evidence for the assertion that control should be conceptualized with more details atthe tactical/operational level of analysis than at the strategic levelof analysis. Moreover, the results show that some controls are more efficiently communicated to field salespeople than others. It is proposed that this difference is due to different purposes of control; some controls aredesigned for influencing salespersons' behavior (aim at motivating) whereas some controls are designed to aid decision-making (aim at providing information). According to the empirical results of this dissertation, the both types of controls have an impact to the sales force, but this impactis not as strong as expected. The starting point of this study is to direct more attention to the teacher and those entrepreneurship education practices taking place in formal school to find out solutions for more effective promotion of entrepreneurship education. For this objective, the strategy-level aims of entrepreneurship education need to be operationalised into measurable and understandable teacher-level practices. Furthermore, to enable the effective development of entrepreneurship education in basic and upper secondary level education, more knowledge is needed of the state of affairs of entrepreneurship education in teaching. The purpose of the study is to increase the level of understanding of teachers’ entrepreneurship education practices, and through this to develop entrepreneurship education. This study builds on the literature on entrepreneurship education and especially those elements referring to the aims, resources, benefits, methods, and practises of entrepreneurship education. The study comprises five articles highlighting teachers’ role in entrepreneurship education. In the first article the concept of entrepreneurship and the teachers role in reflection upon his/hers approaches to entrepreneurship education are considered. The second article provides a detailed analysis of the process of developing a measurement tool to depict the teachers’ activities in entrepreneurship education. The next three articles highlight the teachers’ role in directing the entrepreneurship education in basic and upper secondary level education. Furthermore, they analyse the relationship between the entrepreneurship education practises and the teachers’ background characteristics. The results of the study suggest a wide range of conclusions and implications. First, in spite of many outspoken aims connected to entrepreneurship education, teachers have not set any aims for themselves. Additionally, aims and results seem to mix. However, it is possible to develop teachers’ target orientation by supporting their reflection skills, and through measurement and evaluation increase their understanding of their own practices. Second, applying a participatory action process it is possible to operationalise teachers’entrepreneurship education practices. It is central to include the practitioners’ perspective in the development of measures to make sure that the concepts and aims of entrepreneurship education are understood. Third, teachers’ demographic or tenure-related background characteristics do not affect their entrepreneurship education practices, but their training related to entrepreneurship education, participation in different school-level or regional planning, and their own capabilities support entrepreneurship education. Fourth, a large number of methods are applied to entrepreneurship education, and the most often used methods were different kinds of discussions, which seem to be an easy, low-threshold way for teachers to include entrepreneurship education regularly in their teaching. Field trips to business enterprises or inviting entrepreneurs to present their work in schools are used fairly seldom. Interestingly, visits outside the school are more common than visitors invited to the school. In line, most of the entrepreneurship education practices take place in a classroom. Therefore it seems to be useful to create and encourage teachers towards more in-depth cooperation with companies (e.g. via joint projects) and to network systematically. Finally, there are plenty of resources available for entrepreneurship education, such as ready-made materials, external stakeholders, support organisations, and learning games, but teachers have utilized them only marginally.

Sähkömoottorin jatkuva-aikainen kunnonvalvonta vaatii tiedonsiirtoa moottorilta ylemmälle tietojärjestelmätasolle, kuten taajuusmuuttajalle. Uusien kaapeleiden asennus on työlästä ja kallista. Moottorin ja taajuusmuuttajan välillä on kuitenkin aina kaapeli, jota käytetään moottorin tehonsyöttöön. Tätä kaapelia on mahdollista käyttää myös tiedonsiirtokanavana. Tässä diplomityössä käsitellään ja tutkitaan sähköverkkotiedonsiirtomenetelmää, jonka avulla voidaan muodostaa Ethernet-yhteys moottorilta taajuusmuuttajalle tai toisinpäin. Työssä kehitetään simulointimalli tiedonsiirtokanavan taajuusriippuvan vaimennuksen simuloimiseen. Lisäksi kehitetään kytkentärajapinta, joka mahdollistaa tiedonsiirron kolmivaiheisessa taajuusmuuttajan syöttämässä moottorikaapelissa. Työssä suunnitellaan ja toteutetaan tiedonsiirtoa varten pilot-laitteisto, jolla tehdään laboratoriotestit. Laboratoriotesteillä varmistetaan menetelmän soveltuvuus. Laboratoriotestien avulla etsitään myös reunaehdot tiedonsiirron toiminnalle ja tiedonsiirtonopeuteen vaikuttavia tekijöitä taajuusmuuttajakäytössä. Lisäksi tarkastellaan menetelmän aiheuttamaa viivettä, joka on tärkeäsäätösovellusten kannalta. Lopuksi arvioidaan menetelmän soveltuvuus käytännön sovelluksiin.

Opetusviranomaiset ovat pohtineet keinoja nuorisoasteen (toisen asteen) ammatillisen koulutuksen laadun varmistamiseksi, kehittämiseksi ja kilpailukyvyn parantamiseksi. Yhtenä tällaisena keinona on tuotettu työssä oppimisjärjestelmä ja siihen on liitetty elokuusta 2006 alkaen ammattiosaamisen näytöt. Näyttöjen perustana on laki ammatillisesta koulutuksesta. Opiskelija osoittaa ammattiosaamistaan näytöissä opiskelusuunnitelmaan sisältyviä työtehtäviä tehden. Kolmivuotiseen (120 ov) perustutkinnon koulutukseen sisältyy työssäoppimista vähintään 20 ov. Näytöt pyritään järjestämään työssäoppimisen yhteydesssä opiskelijoiden työssäoppimispaikoilla. Arvioinnin ja palautteen osuus on tärkeä ja siinä mukana opiskelija, työpaikkaohjaaja ja opettaja. Tässä työssä on tuotettu yleinen toimintamalli näyttöjen toteuttamiseksityössäoppimisen yhteydessä. Toisena on tuotettu alueellinen vastaava toimintamalli oppilaitostasolle kone- ja metallialalle. Mallissa on huomioitu alueen teollisuuden erityispiirteet. Edellisten lisäksi on myös tuotettu toimintamalli oppilaitoskohtaisesta soveltamisesta näyttöjen toteuttamiseen kone- ja metallialalla yksilötasolle saakka. Järjestelmän käyttöönotto eri toimijoiden kesken on käynnistynyt. Sen onnistunut toteutus vaatii jatkuvaa innovatiivisuutta ja taloudellisia resursseja jokaisen siihen osallistuvan tahon osalta. Tällöin on saavutettavissa uudistuksen tarkoitus: koulutuksen laadun konkreettinen varmistaminen ja kehittäminen.

Pro gradu tutkimuksessa käsitellään oppivan organisaation ja innovatiivisuuden teorioita eri näkökulmista. Kirjallisuuskatsauksen jälkeen esitellään Turun Wärtsilä Field Service, ja empiirisessä osiossa teetetään edellä mainittuihin aiheisiin liittyen kaksi ryhmähaastattelua osaston työntekijöillä. Tämä pro gradu syntyi tarpeesta toteuttaa tutkimus Wärtsilä Field Servicessä tekijöistä, jotka vaikuttavat innovatiiviseen toimintaa sekä tiedon välittymiseen. Haastattelujen pohjalta syntyy ensi kertaa suomenkielistä materiaalia Wärtsilä kenttähuollon työntekijöiden mielipiteistä ja innovatiivisuutta estävistä ja edistävistä tekijöistä. Tämä on myös gradun päätutkimus kohde. Oppivat organisaatiot pyrkivät jatkuvasti uusiutumaan ympäristön vaatimustenmukaisesti ja analysoimaan omaa toimintaansa. Täten yksilöiltä edellytetään jatkuvaa muutosvalmiutta, innovatiivisuutta ja oppimisvalmiutta. Tämän perusteella,tässä tutkimuksessa, innovatiivisuus oletetaan kuuluvaksi myös erottamattomastioppiviin organisaatioihin. Lisäksi informaation välittyminen huomioidaan tutkimuksessa keskeisenä tekijänä, sillä innovatiivisuus kanavoituu yrityksen eduksi parhaiten, mikäli työntekijät saadaan jakamaan tietoa avoimesti. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on palvella johtoa, ja antaa pohja selvitystyölle kehitettäessä yrityksen toimintaa, ja kerättäessä ideoita, jotka lopulta tuottavat lisäarvoa yrityksen toiminnalle. This thesis gives an overview of the use of the level set methods in the field of image science. The similar fast marching method is discussed for comparison, also the narrow band and the particle level set methods are introduced. The level set method is a numerical scheme for representing, deforming and recovering structures in an arbitrary dimensions. It approximates and tracks the moving interfaces, dynamic curves and surfaces. The level set method does not define how and why some boundary is advancing the way it is but simply represents and tracks the boundary. The principal idea of the level set method is to represent the N dimensional boundary in the N+l dimensions. This gives the generality to represent even the complex boundaries. The level set methods can be powerful tools to represent dynamic boundaries, but they can require lot of computing power. Specially the basic level set method have considerable computational burden. This burden can be alleviated with more sophisticated versions of the level set algorithm like the narrow band level set method or with the programmable hardware implementation. Also the parallel approach can be used in suitable applications. It is concluded that these methods can be used in a quite broad range of image applications, like computer vision and graphics, scientific visualization and also to solve problems in computational physics. Level set methods and methods derived and inspired by it will be in the front line of image processing also in the future.

The main idea of this diploma work is to study electric field distribution on the micro level. For this purpose a silicon edgeless detector was chosen as the object of investigation and scanning electron microscope as an investigation tool. Silicon edgeless detector is an important part of installation for studying proton-proton interactions in TOTEM experiment at Large Hadron Collider. For measurement of electric field distribution inside scanning electron microscope a voltage contrast method was applied.
