El presente trabajo tiene por objeto estudiar la aplicación de la Real Cédula de 13 de noviembre de 1766, sobre separación de corregimientos e intendencias, en el caso concreto del Ayuntamiento de Granada, durante un período de especial complejidad, el de la Guerra de la Independencia.

Institutional resistances before school mediation. An inquiry in the conflict settings

This paper deals with the conceptions of the different school actors about the meaning and the implications of mediation in their schools, drawing on data from a qualitative approach carried out as part of a wider project to map mediation perspectives and practices in Catalonia. The authors analyze the scope of the situations regarded as suitable or unsuitable for the introduction of restorative practices, as well as the resistance to change in the practice of conflict resolutions and in the democratization of school culture.

Caso clínico: Arteterapia en niñ@s adoptad@s. Un lugar para vivir.

En el presente artículo pretendo describir la práctica de arteterapia con niños y adolescentes adoptad@s, a partir de un caso clínico. Se trata de un proceso de 18 meses descrito a través de las sesiones más significativas de una preadolescente adoptada a los 10 años, procedente de los países del Este, donde confluyen dos circunstancias que favorecen la complejidad del caso, como son el atravesar la adolescencia y ser una menor recientemente adoptada.

Optimal location of solid waste containers in Alcalá de Henares

The waste’s rise is a problem that affects the environment as a whole and we cannot forget about it. A good waste’s management is the key to improve the future prospect, and the waste collection is key within the management activities. To find out the better way to collect wastes leads to a reduction of the social, economic and environmental cost. With the use of the Geographic Information Systems it has been intended to elaborate a methodology which allowed us to identify the most suitable places for the location of the collection containers of the different sorts of the solid urban wastes. Taking into account that different types of wastes exist, not all of them should be managed in the same way. Therefore we have to differentiate between models where we apply efficiency and models where we apply equity for the collection of wastes, bearing in mind the necessities of each waste.

From individualism to social solidarity – the philosophy of war in the works of Simone de Beauvoir

The horrors and suffering of World War II directly affected Simone de Beauvoir. Exposed to destruction and pervasive death, and haunted by the separation from her beloved, she is bound to conclude that an individual—especially an intellectual—is powerless when confronted with extreme violence. In this context, the writer becomes increasingly aware that action must be taken to defend both the common good and those whose lives are under threat. The restrained existentialist—an independent woman focused on her personal development and happiness—thus undergoes a kind of evolution, and becomes an author sincerely concerned with other people and their basic needs— especially with those suffering harm or afflicted by violence. The drama of war enables Beauvoir to adopt a broader view of the misery of human existence and to deal with subjects hitherto unbeknownst to her.

Aproximación al clítico 的 de en chino

Debido a las características intrínsecas de la lengua china, los clíticos juegan un papel imprescindible en la estructura sintáctica del idioma. Sin ellos, las oraciones no llegan a construirse, ya que son estos, entre otros recursos, los que cargan las informaciones gramaticales; es más, cada clítico en chino ocupa un hueco en la gramática, por lo que es difícil remplazarlos sin cambiar el sentido de la oración. De todos los clíticos, la palabra «的» es la que se presenta con mayor frecuencia. Esta palabra, como muchas otras “palabras vacías”, desempeña diversas funciones gramaticales, por lo que constituye un punto de investigación muy interesante en la gramática china. Desde los años 20 del siglo pasado, generaciones de eruditos se han dedicado a su estudio, entre otros, figuran Li Jinxi（黎锦熙), Gao Mingkai（高名凯),Chen Qiongzan（陈琼瓒), Fan Jiyan（范继淹）y Zhu Dexi（朱德熙). Un artículo de este último Sobre “的 (De)” ha provocado una amplia reacción y una profunda influencia en las investigaciones posteriores. A pesar de todo y hasta hoy en día, el uso de esta palabra sigue siendo un escollo tanto para los profesores de chino como para sus alumnos. Las ambigüedades que puede causar y la diferencia semántica y pragmática de su uso y desuso han sido un rompecabezas no sólo para los extranjeros, sino también para los nativos. En este artículo, intentaremos delimitar sus usos y analizar sus valores semánticos y pragmáticos.
