Autorka dokonuje krytycznej rekapitulacji wskazówek metodologicznych dotyczących pisania historii kina kobiet w anglojęzycznej literaturze przedmiotu, odnosząc je do specyfiki kinematografii środkowo- i wschodnioeuropejskiej. Projekt dyskursu historii kina kobiet wpisuje w postulaty ponowoczesnej historiografii i nowej humanistyki, poszukującej tradycji grup mniejszościowych oraz krytycznie odnoszącej się do historii tradycyjnej. Problematyka kina kobiet w dyskursie historii kina powinna, zdaniem autorki, objąć także doświadczenia edukacyjne i zawodowe kobiet, związki biografii zawodowej i prywatnej oraz publiczne i wyobrażone wizerunki reżyserek.

Nauczyciel języków obcych dziś i jutro

Niniejsza praca zbiorowa stanowi wyraz uznania dla niezwykle ważnej roli nauczyciela w zapewnieniu efektywności procesu uczenia się i nauczania języków obcych na różnych poziomach kształcenia, ogniskując się w szczególności na jego obecnej sytuacji, problemach, którym musi stawiać czoła w codziennej pracy oraz wyzwaniom, z jakimi będzie się musiał zmierzyć w przyszłości. Teksty w niej zawarte podzielone zostały na osiem rozdziałów, w taki sposób, aby zilustrować wymagania, jakim sprostać musi nauczyciel języka obcego, jak również drogę, jaką przechodzi od chwili rozpoczęcia studiów neofilologicznych, poprzez podejmowane przez niego wysiłki zmierzające do podniesienia umiejętności językowych i dydaktycznych i zdobywania kolejnych stopni awansu zawodowego, aż po gotowość do samodzielnego poszukiwania najlepszych metod i technik nauczania, która jest niezbędna, aby mógł się on stać badaczem i innowatorem. I tak, w części pierwszej, zatytułowanej Wiedza, kompetencje i przekonania nauczyciela, znaleźć można opracowania, które pokazują, w jak wielu obszarach nauczyciel języka powinien być specjalistą, aby mógł skutecznie wypełniać powierzone mu role, a co za tym idzie, jak wieloaspektowe i wszechstronne musi być jego przygotowanie. Z kolei rozdział drugi, Autonomia i refleksja nauczycieli, zwraca uwagę na to, że kompetencje i umiejętności, choć niewątpliwie bardzo ważne, nie wystarczą do efektywnego nauczania w różnych sytuacjach, jeśli nie będą one na bieżąco uzupełniane, modyfikowane i dostosowywane do danej sytuacji, a nauczyciel nie będzie potrafił albo chciał sam decydować o doborze materiałów i przebiegu lekcji w danej grupie uczniów. Kolejne dwie części tomu, zatytułowane Kształcenie przyszłych nauczycieli języków obcych i Rozwój zawodowy nauczycieli języków obcych, poświęcone zostały celom, organizacji i sposobom realizacji programów mających na celu przygotowanie przyszłych nauczycieli a następnie podnoszenie ich kwalifikacji, a także kwestiom związanym z awansem zawodowym. W rozdziale piątym, Nauczyciel języka obcego podczas lekcji i zajęć, zamieszczono opracowania wskazujące na rolę nauczyciela w budowaniu relacji z uczniem, wprowadzaniu i ćwiczeniu materiału językowego, rozwijaniu sprawności oraz kształtowaniu charakteru dyskursu edukacyjnego. Z kolei rozdział szósty, Kształcenie uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, porusza jakże istotną a jednocześnie jakże często pomijaną problematykę skutecznego nauczania uczniów z różnego rodzaju deficytami, czy to w klasie integracyjnej, czy w szkole specjalnej. I w końcu ostatnie dwa rozdziały, zatytułowane Badania nad osoba nauczyciela języków obcych i Poszukiwanie optymalnych rozwiązań dydaktycznych, podejmują kwestię prowadzenia badań empirycznych, zarówno tych dotyczących osoby nauczyciela, jak i tych podejmowanych przez nauczycieli z myślą o optymalizacji procesu dydaktycznego. Należy mieć nadzieję, że niniejszy tom przyczyni się do pełniejszego zrozumienia oraz docenienia roli nauczyciela w kształceniu językowym, a kompleksowe i wielostronne ujęcie tej tematyki sprawi, że stanie się on ważnym źródłem refleksji i punktem odniesienia dla badaczy, metodyków, studentów i samych nauczycieli.

Les tribulations parisiennes de l’officier écrivain : l’oeuvre autobiographique de Yasmina Khadra et son accueil en France

This article describes Yasmina Khadra’s autobiographical work composed of two books: "L’écrivain" and "L’imposture des mots" and its reception in France. The main purpose of this study was to establish the literary genre of these books, which implies determining whether Khandra’s work represents an autobiography or an autofiction with reference to P. Lejeune’s and V. Colonna’s theoretical studies. The dividing line between two genres in Khandra’s works refl ects his inner split between being either a solder or a writer. The presentation will also help to understand the controversy resulting from Khandra’s participation in Algerian civil war. Moreover the analysis is related to modern Algerian history.

Badania archeologiczne a obrazowanie wizualne przeszłości

One can say that our times are dominated by visual communication. Usually all day long we have been faced by various pictures, visual forms and symbols. According to the subject of the book 'Archaeology-Culture-Ideologies' I found it interesting to pay attention to the problem of visual representation, or better say visual symbols in nowadays communication and culture, their meaning and importance. From this point of view I would like to show the role of archaeologists who discover, interpret or even create some of them. The subject is not new of course, but the most often it is taken into consideration by the scholars who practice in social anthropology or philosophy and quite rarely it appear in studies of archaeologies, especially in Polish tradition. In my opinion the subject concerning visual symbols communication and archaeology arise several important questions that are also valid for the theme of book 'Archaeology-Culture-Ideologies'. The first is socio-cultural role of our discipline, next the danger of political and propaganda misuse of the results of archaeological research and then also commercialisation of the archaeological activities. The problem of visualisation and visual-communication can be the matter of various studies. In my paper from the beginning I would like to present the general view concerning visual symbols and figural motifs and the main ideas and approaches to study them from different humanistic perspectives. Then in my presentation I am going to discuss the question why in our culture the visual symbols and representations became so popular – compare to other ways of human expression, for example verbal symbol communication. I would like to see the problem in historical perspective as well. There are a lot of evidences, which support the statement about the power of visual symbols in history. In ancient times for example Horace in 'Ars Poetica' suggested that human mind usually is much more impressed by eyes than by ears. In my opinion that is quite often in human culture that visual impression is before mental one. Visual representations and symbols are very powerful, they can show and communicate various phenomena, they act immediately and quite often in easily way they can associate. So for archaeological research it could be very important to make some studies concerning the ancient symbols and general iconography and also it would be grateful to make some attempts for the study what kind of potential meaning could have visual symbols. In my paper I can only make some general statement about it. But the most important for the topic is reflection on prehistoric and ancient visual symbols and representation and their presence in contemporary culture. So after some general statements concerning the visual symbols examined from various perspectives finally I would like to point out with support of some examples how ancient and prehistoric visual symbols and images are still used and captured by contemporary culture and what is or should be the role of archaeologists activity concerning this matter.

Technologia kształcenia w praktyce pedagogicznej

The author presents the results of pedagogical research, which lead to the conclusion that such providing of teaching process that the goal would have a central position takes place rarely. In order to avoid it, alternative thinking should be developed in students - candidates for teachers. It is also necessary to devote more effort to the issue of teachers' self-education.

Poziom wykorzystania komputera w pracy dydaktycznej nauczycieli klas początkowych w świetle badań diagnostycznych

The article aims at presenting possibilities of information technology, as well as presenting the inestimable advantages that spring from embracing it in teaching process. Several aspects of a teacher’s role in the process of conscious teaching and learning is, thus, presented in the article. Further, the article embraces, in the light of selected material comprised of the results of several diagnostic surveys done among teachers working in primary schools with small children (e.g. seven, eight and nine year olds), the analysis and opinions of numerous teachers.

WYCHOWANIE I OPIEKA W OKRESIE POLSKI LUDOWEJ

Der vorliegende Aufsatz ist ein Versuch, den Erziehungs- und Fürsorgestand in bezug auf die moderne polnische Gesellschaft festzustellen, wobei in erster Linie diejenigen Umwandlungen berücksichtigt werden, die sich in dieser Hinsicht in der Geschichte der Volksrepublik Polen vollzogen. Der Aufsatz stützt sich auf eine Reihe von Studien und Analysen, die von mehreren Autoren durchgeführt wurden. Die Untersuchungsergebnisse wurden jedoch synthetisch aufgefaßt, ohne auf die einzelnen Feststellungen und Angaben näher einzugehen. Die Hauptthese des vorliegenden Aufsatzes ist, daß das soziale Bewußtsein der polnischen Gesellschaft in den letzten Jahren einen totalen Wandel erfuhr, der sich grundlegend auf ihre Erziehung auswirkte. Dieser Wandel folgte aus den Prozessen, die mit der Funktionierung des Staatssystems sowie deren Ergebnis, d.h. der gesamten sozialen Erfahrung der Menschen zusammenhingen. Es wurde auf die wichtigsten Richtungen dieses Wandels sowie dessen soziopolitische Voraussetzungen hingewiesen.

PROCES KSZTAŁTOWANIA SIĘ PLANÓW ZAWODOWO-EDUKACYJNYCH MŁODZIEŻY. WYNIKI BADAŃ

ISBN 83-232-0302-4. ISSN 0077-653X. Received: October 1988. Studies were conducted on the formation of professional and educational plans of young people in the primary school. It was found that the period of specific search for professional and educational careers of young people is preceded by an initial elimination of the definite ways of education (types of school) which determines further decisions of various stages of education of adolescents. The eighth class (form) is the the stage of most intensive searching as far as professions and education are concerned and their characteristic feature is great variability. The liability of professional-educational plans is decisively greater in young people from large cities.

The centre of audiovisual aids at the Humboldt University in Berlin performs the following tasks: a) production of audiovisual materials; b) technical service of classes and lectures and seminars and repairing of the equipment; c) information on new audiovisual aids and lending services; d) training of students and university teachers in operating audiovisual aids; e) studies on application of audiovisual aids in schools of higher education.

NAUCZYCIELSKA SAMOOBSERWACJA DLA ROZUMIENIA „SIEBIE"

In the article an attempt at describing theoretical bases and application of self-observation using video-technology in teachers' education has been undertaken. The article starts by showing the very beginning of the use of visual self-observation in teachers' education. First of all video self-observation is approached as an important tool for changing self-esteem and for changing teachers' professional performance. However, this self-observation is only the first aid. The critical factor in causing changes of behaviour is the role of a tutor. In general self-observation is rather the medium for changing the self-esteem which an object presents than a direct cause of behavioural change.

Od podręcznika konwencjonalnego do elektronicznego (podręcznik w świecie mediów)

The paper gives a reflection on the future of the workbook in educational processes, and its evolution. The author assumes that the workbook will continue to play an important role in education, however, its future shape will change in the newborn audiovisual culture. The author claims that Prof. Leja's remarks regarding the so called audiovisual workbook should be considered in publications dealing with valuable electronic workbooks.

IInformacyjne wspomaganie oświaty

In view of a constant growth of writings on didactic and educational problems it is necessary to create an efficient system of scientific educational information. This system will provide creative teachers with materials that will facilitate the selection and access to materials that will enrich the teachers' methodological base and their own intellectual potential by means of a network of school and pedagogical libraries. Such well-organized and efficiently operating system at the level of the school superintendent's office, whose links will be educational institutions as well as those that improve teaching methods of the teaching staff, may be of great information and practical importance in the present age of rapid transformations. It will become an instrument that will make contact with pedagogical writings and improvement of qualifications of the teaching staff possible.

Specyfika skali ważonych ocen

The author describes the essence and characteristics of the novel surveying evaluation scale of the educational process. Balancing between quality, intensity and conclusiveness of expressions is a selective clue to choose indicators i.e. stimulus ascertainments to the survey. On the basis of empirical studies of "Informatics Culture" (computer experience and cognizance) the author discusses quantitative parameters of the scale and the way of representing them in practice. Special attention was paid to a contextual representation of results, to the vector method of the appraisal value of alteration in time; and to the issues of inter-group comparability of the process effects.
