Micro-fabrication technology has substantial potential for identifying molecular markers expressed on the surfaces of tissue cells and viruses. It has been found in several conceptual prototypes that cells with such markers are able to be captured by their antibodies immobilized on microchannel substrates and unbound cells are flushed out by a driven flow. The feasibility and reliability of such a microfluidic-based assay, however, remains to be further tested. In the current work, we developed a microfluidic-based system consisting of a microfluidic chip, an image grabbing unit, data acquisition and analysis software, as well as a supporting base. Specific binding of CD59-expressed or BSA-coupled human red blood cells (RBCs) to anti-CD59 or anti-BSA antibody-immobilized chip surfaces was quantified by capture efficiency and by the fraction of bound cells. Impacts of respective flow rate, cell concentration, antibody concentration and site density were tested systematically. The measured data indicated that the assay was robust. The robustness was further confirmed by capture efficiencies measured from an independent ELISA-based cell binding assay. These results demonstrated that the system developed provided a new platform to effectively quantify cellular surface markers effectively, which promoted the potential applications in both biological studies and clinical diagnoses.

设计了一种模块化结构的无人机编队飞行仿真实验平台.根据阵形控制的模拟需求,将仿真平台进行功能化模块构建,并通过内集方式予以集成.仿真平台结合时序驱动机制、虚拟现实技术、记录与回放技术以及数据分析与重栽软件,使得仿真数据具有时序性、可视性、可记录及重绘性,,操作人员具有高度的参与性,各模拟模块可以根据不同的研究成果进行更改、升级和替代.经过多次仿真实验,该仿真平台运行稳定可靠、占用系统资源小,为无人机编队飞行的研究提供了预验证性的工具,为今后的仿真系统设计提供了一个参考.

Web服务作为面向服务计算范型的主要实现技术,能有效提高异构环境下分布式应用的开发效率,降低其开发成本。而Web服务应用系统的运行时质量保证及优化则可以通过采用监测机制实现。但是,由于Web服务具有高度的分布性、动态性,自主性等特点,Web服务应用系统的系统行为难以预期,这对Web服务应用的监测提出了很大的挑战。 论文首先分析了Web服务系统的监测需求,确定了Web服务QoS监测,流程运行时监测以及复合服务QoS评估三个方面的研究内容。在对以上问题进行深入分析的基础上,论文设计了一种基于监测事件时序图匹配的流程运行时监测方法。通过将BPEL流程转换成对应的监测事件时序图,并在运行时将监测事件与时序图进行动态匹配,解决了流程运行时监测中的监测事件展现乱序,流程执行路径难以确定等问题;通过综合考虑流程结构,流程执行历史信息和成员Web服务QoS,设计了一种复合服务QoS评估方法,能够对业务流程运行时动态服务绑定下的QoS进行评估,为业务流程的设计及运行时的服务选择提供了有力的依据。 最后论文基于网驰服务计算平台,设计和实现了服务计算平台监测工具,将前述研究成果引入其中。并通过在线旅游预订的应用案例,对监测工具进行了功能性测试。

针对当今中国流程企业的现状,提出了一种对企业多种数据源进行整合和管理的解决方案--流程企业数据平台.该数据平台可以实现流程企业中多种数据的集成,并支持企业业务过程的持续改善和企业新应用的开发.流程企业数据平台由数据模型、数据发布接口、数据整合工具和平台管理工具组成,是平台级的软件产品.针对流程企业典型代表的石化企业的特点,给出了数据平台的实现.

随着信息化建设的推广和普及,各信息系统之间的交互问题愈加尖锐,信息孤岛现象也逐渐严重。为解决异构数据库之间的数据交换问题,我们设计并实现了数据交换系统。 在数据交换平台,基于增量的数据交换是我们要解决和实现的一个重要问题,而数据源变化的捕获是基于增量的数据交换的基础和关键。本文重点针对数据库和文件两种数据源的增量交换方法进行了分析和研究,并提出了相应的变化捕获方法。 对于数据库,通过分析比较现有的数据库变化捕获方法,本文提出了一种基于任务的控制表法。该方法在控制表法的基础上增加了任务、组和类型等相关信息,同时以净变化量提取组件作为辅助,能够更有效地适用于多节点间异构数据库的数据交换。本文还给出了在变化捕获方法中因使用触发器而带来的数据震荡问题的解决方法。 对于文件,提出了一种基于变化信息树的变化捕获方法。在变化信息树中,子节点的变化时间会不断向其父节点上传播,使父节点的修改时间是所有子节点中修改时间的最大值。这样,在查找发生变化的文件时只需查看父节点的修改时间既可以判断其子节点中是否有发生了变化。当文件组织结构理想时,该方法的查找效率可以控制在logN级别。

A comprehensive strength monitoring system used on a fixed jacket platform is presented in this paper. The long-term monitoring of W-11-4A platform achieved. Structural responses (strain and acceleration) at selected locations, as well as associated environmental parameters, have been obtained. The emphasis of the paper is placed on the system design, and the instrumentation and operation methodology employed in the monitoring of the structural responses. The performance of the system and the characteristic results obtained during its 13-month operation are also summarized.

Jacket platform is the most widely used offshore platform. Steel rubber vibration isolator and damping isolation system are often used to reduce or isolate the ice-induced and seismic-induced vibrations. The previous experimental and theoretical studies concern mostly with dynamic properties, vibration isolation schemes and vibration-reduction effectiveness analysis. In this paper, the experiments on steel rubber vibration isolator were carried out to investigate the compressive properties and fatigue properties in different low temperature conditions. The results may provide some guidelines for design of steel rubber vibration isolator for offshore platform in a cold environment, and for maintenance and replacement of steel rubber vibration isolator, and also for fatigue life assessment of the steel rubber vibration isolator. Blue ray optical storage is one of the important trends in the area of information storage, and attracts a number of researchers. Static tester for blue ray optical storage plays an important role in storage media research. We designed and constructed a static tester, in which modularization makes it very convenient to expand function. Employment of modulation/demodulation technique weakens test error so as to increase test precision. Focus move mode and the nano-positioners facilitate the relocation of recording marks. Only one laser with wavelength 406.7 nm is used. In this paper, system design and characteristics are represented in detail, and some experimental results are also given to show that the static tester can perform successfully, acting as research platform for blue ray optical storage. This paper introduces a complete CAD toolset for the implementation of digital logic in a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) platform. Compared with existing academic toolsets, this toolset introduces formal verification in each step of the tool flow, especially the formal verification of the configuration bitstream. The FPGA CAD tool verification flow using Formality is presented in detail. Using plug-in technology, we have developed an integrated FPGA design kit to incorporate all tools together.

Abstract A state-of-the-art high energy heavy ion microbeam irradiation system is constructed at the Institute of Modern Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This microbeam system operates in both full current intensity mode and single ion mode. It delivers a predefined number of ions to preselected targets for research in biology and material science. The characteristic of this microbeam system is high energy and vertical irradiation. A quadrupole focusing system, in combination with a series of slits, has been designed to optimize the spatial resolution. A symmetrically achromatic system leads the beam downwards and serves simultaneously as an energy analyzer. A high gradient quadrupole triplet finally focuses a C6+ ion beam to 1 µm in the vacuum chamber within the energy range from 10 MeV/u to 100 MeV/u. In this paper, the IMP microbeam system is described in detail. A systematic investigation of the ion beam optics of this microbeam system is presented together with the associated aberrations. Comparison is made between the IMP microbeam system and the other existing systems to further discuss the performance of this microbeam. Then the optimized initial beam parameters are given for high resolution and high hitting efficiency. At last, the experiment platform is briefly introduced.

A 320 kV high voltage (HV) platform has been constructed at Institute of Modern Physics (IMP) to satisfy the increasing requirements of experimental studies in some heavy ion associated directions. A high charge state all-permanent magnet ECRIS-LAPECR2 has been designed and fabricated to provide intense multiple charge state ion beams (such as 1000 e mu A O6+, 16.7 e mu A Ar14+, 24 e mu A Xe27+, etc.) for the HV platform. LAPECR2 has a dimension of 0 650 mm x 560 mm. The powerful 3D magnetic confinement to the ECR plasma and the optimum designed magnetic field for the operation at 14.5 GHz makes it possible to obtain very good performances from this source. After a brief introduction of the ECRIS and accelerator development at IMP, the conceptual design of LAPECR2 source is presented. The first test results of this all-permanent magnet ECRIS are given in this paper.

The high charge state all permanent Electron Cyclotron Resonance Ion Source (ECRIS) LAPECR2 (Lanzhou All Permanent magnet ECR ion source No.2) has been successfully put on the 320kV HV platform at IMP and also has been connected with the successive LEBT system. This source is the largest and heaviest all permanent magnet ECRIS in the world. The maximum mirror field is 1.28T (without iron plug) and the effective plasma chamber volume is as large as circle divide 67mm x 255mm. It was designed to be operated at 14.5GHz and aimed to produce medium charge state and high charge state gaseous and also metallic ion beams. The source has already successfully delivered some intense gaseous ion beams to successive experimental terminals. This paper will give a brief overview of the basic features of this permanent magnet ECRIS. Then commissioning results of this source on the platform, the design of the extraction system together with the successive LEBT system will be presented.
