Three kinds of new nickel(II) complexes of alpha-isoxazolylazo-beta-diketones with blue-violet light absorption were synthesized. Their structures were postulated based on elemental analysis, MS and FT-IR spectra. Smooth films on K9 glass substrates were prepared using the spin-coating method. The absorption properties and thermal stability of these complexes were discussed. The static optical recording test for high density digital versatile disc-recordable (HD-DVD-R) system was also studied. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

We investigate a new structure of high-power 660-nm AlGaInP laser diodes. In the structure, a p-GaAs layer is grown on the ridge waveguide serving as the current-blocking layer, and nonabsorbing windows are only fabricated near the cavity facets to increase the catastrophic-optical-damage level. Stable fundamental mode operation was achieved at up to 80 mW without kinks, and the maximum output power was 184 mW at 22 degrees C. The threshold current was 40 mA.

在VCD和DVD中由于使用了全息光学元件,全息光学读出头的元件数量比传统光头的元件数量少。分析了光盘信号探测、聚焦、循迹原理。推出了光栅衍射效率的一般计算公式,并给出了光栅沟槽形状为“方波”时光栅衍射效率的计算公式,由此计算出了VCD和DVD实用的全息光学元件的蚀刻深度。

Main application of 650nm band laser diodes are for digital versatile disk (DVD). We demonstrate here the 650nm AlGaInP LD grown by LP-MOCVD with the structure of selected buried ridge waveguide. Excellent performance of LD have been achieved such as threshold current, threshold current density as low as 20mA and 350A/cm(2) respectively at room temperature, the operating temperature up to 90 for the linear power output of 5mw. RIN is about -130db/Hz, The samples of LD have been certified by PUH manufacturers.

Single mode 650nm AlGaInP quantum well laser diodes grown by low pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition (LP-MOCVD) was reported in this paper. Selected buried rigewaveguid were applied for single mode operation especially for DVD use. The operating temperature over 90 degree at CW output power 5 mW was achieved.

The next generation digital versatile disk (DVD) using blue lasers will have a capacity of 13 to 15 Gbytes. Compared with current DVD, the wavelength will be shorter and the numerical aperture (NA) will be higher. But with the increase of NA and decrease of wave length, the depth of focus (DOF) decrease rapidly, which makes it hard for the servo-system to track. We propose an optimized three-portion phase-shifting apodizer to increase the depth of focus and at the same time minimize the spot size, which makes the DOF of next generation DVD comparable to current DVD. The simulation result shows that an optical system with this apodizer also has a good defocus characteristic. (C) 2001 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers.

Two new azo dyes of alpha-isoxazolylazo-beta-dilcetones and their Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes with blue-violet light wavelength were synthesized using a coupling component, different diazo components and metal (II) ions (Ni2+ and Cu2+). Based on the elemental analysis, MS spectra and FT-IR spectral analyses, azo dyes were unequivocally shown to exist as hydrazoketo and azoenol forms which were respectively obtained from the solution forms and from the solid forms. The action of sodium methoxide (NaOMe) on azo dyes in solutions converts hydrazoketo form into azoenol form, so azo dyes are coordinated with metal (II) ions as co-ligands in the azoenol forms. The solubility of all the compounds in common organic solvents such as 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoro-1-propanol (TFP) or chloroform (CHCl3) and absorption properties of spin-coating thin films were measured. The difference of absorption maxima from the complexes to their ligands was discussed. In addition, the TG analysis of the complexes was also determined, and their thermal stability was evaluated. It is found that these new metal (II) complexes had potential application for high-density digital versatile disc-recordable (HD-DVD-R) system due to their good solubility in organic solvents, reasonable and controllable absorption spectra in blue-violet light region and high thermal stability. A novel azo dye containing isoxazole ring and beta-diketone derivative (TIAD) and its two nickel (II) complexes (Ni (II)-ETIAD and Ni (II)-HTIAD) were synthesized in order to obtain a blue-violet light absorption and better thermal stability as a promising organic storage material for next generation of high density digital versatile disc-recordable (HD-DVD-R) systems that uses a high numerical aperture of 0.85 at 405 nm wavelength. Their structures were confirmed on the basis of elemental analysis, MS, FT-IR, UV-Vis and magnetic data. Their solubility in 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoro-1-propanol (TFP) and absorption properties of thin film were measured. The difference of absorption maximum from the complexes to their ligands was discussed. Their contents and structures were postulated based on elemental analysis, LDI-TOF-MS, FT-IR spectra and UV-Vis spectra. Smooth films on K9 glass substrates were prepared using the spin-coating method. Their solubility in organic solvents, absorption and reflection properties of thin film and thermal stability of these complexes were evaluated. 广播加密是一个很重要的密码学工具.它有很多重要的应用,比如加密文件 系统的访问控制,付费电视系统和DVD版权保护等.本文侧重于解决如何更高效 的在广播加密中实现选择密文安全和实现匿名性. 本文基于FC2000上Naor和Pinkas,以及PKC2001上的Tzeng和Tzeng的工作 提出了一个高效的抵抗适应性选择密文攻击的追踪和撤销体制.该体制使用密 钥封装方法,并且能够在随机预言机模型下和在Gap Diffie-Hellman的假设下证明安全性.本文的贡献是,所设计的选择密文攻击安全的体制与它基于的选择明 文安全的加密体制相比,是无冗余的,并且没有效率损失. 为了这一目的,本文在 设计中加入了一个顺序测试,并在模拟中充分利用了DDH预言机. 越来越多的应用需要同时满足数据安全和匿名性的密码系统. 这种需要在 多用户环境和广播环境中显得更加重要. 在FC2006上,Barth,Boneh和Waters提出了密文长度与用户数量成正比的匿名广播加密体制来同时满足这两个要求, 同时留下一个公开问题:是否可以实现更短密文长度的匿名广播加密体制. 在 本文中,我们用随机数复用技术构建了一个一般的密文长度更短的匿名广播加 密体制. 在阐述我们的体制的同时,我们也形式化地构建了在多用户环境和随机 数复用下的多用户环境下的匿名性安全模型, 并证明了他们的安全性.对应地,本 文提出了两种针对匿名性的可复制测试.

采用单步光刻和湿法腐蚀工艺,低成本快速制作面向高性能蓝光和红光DVD光学头物镜的衍射微透镜.所制微光学结构的表面粗糙度在纳米量级,衍射相位台阶的高度在亚微米量级并可以根据需求灵活调整,通光孔径在毫米至厘米量级的范围内可调.组成衍射微透镜的大量基本相位结构,可以根据入射和出射光束的形貌特征及参数指标,通过衍射积分算法灵活设置和排布.远场光学测试显示了所制衍射微透镜的高衍射效能.
