This paper reports room-temperature ferromagnetism in Co- and Cu-doped In2O3 samples synthesized by a solid-state reaction method. Structure and composition analyses revealed that Co and Cu were incorporated into the In2O3 lattices. Photoluminescence measurement revealed an additional emission at 520 urn from these doped samples. The magnetic measurement showed that additional Cu doping greatly enhanced the ferromagnetism of In1.99Co0.01O3 bulk samples. The implication of the effects of additional Cu doping is also discussed. 用明胶-戊二醛(GGA)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAA)包埋的固定化Pseudomonas sp.CTP-01细胞具有降解对硫磷的特性。GGA固定化细胞水解对硫磷的活力比PAA固定化细胞高5.8倍。当保存在4℃时GGA和PAA固定化细胞分别可以保持活力31.3和70%。GGA和PAA包埋的细胞最适反应温度分别为50℃到70℃和60℃到70℃,然而整细胞在温度超过65℃时活力很快下降。GGA和PAA两种固定化细胞最适pH为8.0,当pH低于7.0时活力开始下降,pH4吋则完全失活。

Pseudomonas sp.CTP-01的对硫磷水解酶具有底物诱导合成性质。停滞生长期的细胞接触底物半小时即产生相应酶的合成,而指数生长期的细胞接触底物48小时后才发生酶的合成。甲基对硫磷及对硝基酚也具有诱导作用,可见合成对硫磷水解酶的诱导特异基团可能与对硝基酚及其苯环上的取代基有密切关系。

A set of GaNxAs1-x samples with a small content of nitrogen (N) (< 1%) were investigated by continuous-wave photoluminescence (PL), pulse-wave excitation PL, and photo reflectance technology. Temperature-and excitation-dependence of PL disclosed the intrinsic band gap properties of alloy states in GaNxAs1-x, which was extremely different from the N-related impurity states. At the same time, PR spectra were also studied in this work.

应用多种光谱手段研究了分子束外延生长在半绝缘的(001,GaAs衬底上的低氮含量的GaNAs中三元合金态的光学特性.变温PL谱揭示了合金态的本征特性以及其与氮的杂质态的根本区别,而脉冲激发的光荧光谱则进一步显示了合金态的本征光学特性.最后还研究了GaNAs的吸收光谱特征.

本论文由三部分共四章组成。第一部分介绍丁香化学成分的研究成果,第二部分为升麻的化学成分研究,第三部分综述了环菠萝蜜烷三萜结构和活性关系的研究现状。 第一部分包括第一和第二章。第一章介绍了丁香(Eugenia caryophyllataThunb.)花蕾的化学成分和结构鉴定。采用正、反相硅胶柱层析等各种分离方法,从其乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物中共分离出34 个化合物,它们的结构类型分属黄酮、三萜、鞣质等。其中1 个为新的酚苷类化合物,其结构经波谱分析鉴定为2-O-(6'-O-没食子酰基)-b-D-葡萄糖基苯甲酸甲酯(24),另外还有12 个化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。第二章介绍了丁香挥发油的气相色谱- 质谱联用( GC-MS )和正丁醇萃取物的高效液相色谱- 质谱联用(HPLC-MS/MS)分析,尝试简单快速地检测丁香挥发油及极性部分的主要化学成分的方法。 第二部分为第三章。本章介绍了传统中药升麻(Cimicifuga foetida L.)根部乙醇提取物化学成分的分离纯化和结构鉴定。通过正、反相硅胶柱层析等分离纯化方法和MS、NMR 等波谱解析技术,共分离鉴定了20 个化合物,主要为环菠萝蜜烷三萜,其中5 个新三萜化合物分别鉴定为cimicidol-3-one(38)、3'-O-乙酰基升麻苷H-1(41)、2'-O-乙酰基升麻苷H-1(42)、(3b,12b,16b)-12-乙酰氧-16,23-环氧-9,19-环羊毛甾烷-22-烯-24-酮3-O-b-D-吡喃木糖苷(44)和升麻碱(54)。新化合物54 为结构新颖的环菠萝蜜烷三萜皂苷生物碱,这是首个发现的具有环菠萝蜜烷三萜骨架的生物碱,也是从升麻属植物中发现的第一个三萜生物碱,它的结构通过多种波谱解析,特别是2D-NMR 的充分应用,并结合化学降解和反应得到证实。此外,还介绍了分离得到的一种具有明显抑制破骨细胞活性的化合物(QS29)的体外活性研究。 第三部分即第四章,综述了升麻属植物中环菠萝蜜烷三萜与其生物活性的构效关系研究现状。 This dissertation consists of three parts. In the first and the second parts, thechemical constituents from the flower buds of Eugenia caryophyllata and therhizomes of Cimicifuga foetida were reported. The third part is a review on astructure-activity relationship of the cycloartane triterpenoid from Cimicifuga species. The first part is composed of two chapters. The chapter 1 is about the isolationand identification of the chemical constituents from the flower buds of E.caryophyllata. A new phenolic glucoside gallate, methyl 2-O-(6’-O-galloyl)-b-D-glucopyranosylbenzoate (24), together with thirty-three known compounds has beenisolated from the ethanol extract of the flower buds of E. caryophyllata throughrepeated column chromatography on normal and reversed phase silica gel. Thestructure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of spectral and chemicalevidence. Those kno wn compounds were belonged to flavone, triterpenoid, tannin andsome simple compounds. Among them, 12 compounds were isolated from the titleplant for the first time. The second chapter describes the capillary GC-MS analysis ofthe volatile components and the HPLC-MS/MS analysis of the polar constituents fromthe flower buds of E. caryophyllata, in order to detect the main constituents in thecrude extract rapidly and precisely. The third chapter is about the chemical constituents of the rhizomes C. foetida, atraditional Chinese medicine which was used as anti-inflammatory, analgesic andantipyretic agents. Our investigation of the bioactivities constituents of the rhizomesof C. foetida led to the isolation of five new cycloartane triterpenoids, which werecharacterized as cimicidol-3-one (38), 3'-O-acetyl cimicifugoside H-1 (41),2'-O-acetyl cimicifugoside H-1 (42), (3b,12b,16b)-12-acetoxy-16,23-epoxy-9,19-cyclolanost-22-ene-24-one 3-O-b-D-xylopyranoside (44) and cimicifugadine (54),along with fifteen known compounds through repeated column chromatography onnormal and reversed phase silica gel. Among them, 54 is a novel cycloartanealkaloid and first discovered as a new type alkaoid from nature. The structures ofthese compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence, andcimicidol-3-one was confirmed by X-ray crystallography analysis. Moreover, onecompound exhibited strong anti-osteoporosis activity in vitro experiment. The fourth part is a review on a structure-activity relationship analysis of thecycloartane triterpenoid from Cimicifuga species.

大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)是我国特有的濒危野生动物之一,迁地保护已经成为大熊猫物种保护的一个重要方面。当前大熊猫圈养种群数量增长很快,但是其“多雄配一雌”的交配(配种方式),以及生产过程中记录遗失等原因,造成圈养种群普遍存在亲子关系不清、谱系混乱等问题。为了加强遗传管理,有必要进行亲子关系鉴定、完善谱系;还需要检测种群的基因多样性水平,并在此基础上提出相应的遗传管理建议。 本研究应用9个具有高度多态性的大熊猫微卫星标记,对来自成都大熊猫繁育研究基地2006和2007年度出生的17只大熊猫幼崽及其全部候选父母共37个样品做了基因型分析;然后应用最大似然法,判断幼崽的父-子关系。同时,还对来自卧龙大熊猫保护研究中心的31只大熊猫个体也做了基因分型。将两个种群的数据进行比较:1)等位基因多样性和杂合度水平;2)通过F统计法,分析两个种群的遗传分化水平;3)通过遗传距离法,对所有个体进行聚类分析。 研究结果表明: 1)在母子关系不清的情况下,9个微卫星标记联合的父亲鉴定排除概率E为0.940090;而在母子关系确实的条件下,E= 0.993933。由于本研究中所有后代的母亲都是清楚的,因此这9个微卫星位点能够有效用于圈养大熊猫的亲子鉴定。似然法分析也表明,本研究所获得的亲子鉴定结果置信度在95%以上。 2)2005年种源交换后,成都大熊猫的等位基因多样性和杂合度水平都略高于卧龙种群(但没有达到显著水平),两个种群间的遗传分化水平也有所降低。但是,与卧龙相比,成都种群面临较大的近交压力。 基于以上研究结果,我们建议:进一步加强种源交换和基因交流,把两个种群当作一个遗传单元(MU)来进行管理。 Giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) is one of the endangerd wildlife endemic to China, and the ex-situ breeding become more and more important for the conservation of this speices. Although the captive population is expanding rapidly, the uncertainty occurs because the paternities of cubs are not clear due to the breeding pattern of “multiple male to single female,”as well as the records lost, resulting in errors in the studbook. For this reason, the paternity of the cubs and the genetic diversity of the captive giant pandas should be tested carefully to get information for the genetic management in the future. 9 polymorphism microsatellite markers were used to do paternity assignment for the 17 cubs born in 2006 and 2007 from Chengdu Research Base for Giant Panda Breeding (CGB) based on the maximum-likelihood methods. A total of 37 individuals were sampled, including all the candidate dams and sires. These samples were also used for comparing with 31 individuals sampling from Wolong China Research and Conservation Center for the Giant Panda (WCG). The comparing indexes were: 1) Allelic diversity and heterozygosity; 2) Genetic differentiation based on F-statistic; 3) Cluster analysis based on genetic distance. The results show that: 1) If the mother is unkown, the combined exclusion probability using these 9 loci is 0.940090. If the mother is known then the exclusion probability is 0.993933. Since the dam-offspring relationship is known in captive populations, the results could resolve unknown paternities in the study. And the confidence level of the results is 95% based on the likelihood methods. 2) The allelic diversity and the heterozygosity of CGB were higher than WCG (n ot significant), and the genetic differentiation was reduced a little since the genetic exchange between two populations in 2005. However, the population of CGB will be threatening by inbreeding seriously than that of WCG. From above, we suggest to reiforce the genetic exchange and geneflow between CGB and WCG, and these two populations should be regarded as one genetic management unit (MU).

本文论述用于兰州重离子加速器冷却存储环(HIRFL-CSR)控制系统的前端总线系统控制器FBC-01的硬件设计。该控制器是基于0.8mmBGA封装的AT91RM9200(ARM9)处理器,运行嵌入式LINUX操作系统。控制器可以连接标准的VGA显示器、键盘、鼠标,具有通用的10M/100M以太网接口、USB接口、RS-232接口、485接口、CANBUS接口。可以带SD卡、CF卡存储器。该控制器采用现场可编程的FPGA器件设计背板接口,并采用具有64mA高驱动能力的总线驱动器,不仅符合VME规范的电气要求,而且具有灵活的接口信号定义可编程能力,是HIRFL-CSR控制系统的关键部件。

核反应总截面是描述原子核反应基本特征的一个重要的物理量,从中可以得到有关核反应、核结构和核内核子分布的信息。在由放射性束所产生的奇异核结构与各种反应机制的研究中,反应总截面更是具有特殊的重要性。具有奇异核结构的核的一个典型物理现象就是其反应总截面要比稳定核大得多,I.Tanihata等人最早就是通过对放射性束流的相互作用截面的测量发现了具有奇异结构的核-中子晕核。由于反应截面的测量对探测器的要求不高,而且数据分析过程相对较为简单,因此反应截面的测量已经成为放射性束物理研究的一个非常重要的实验手段。目前,奇异核研究的重点在丰中子一侧,理论预言的很多中子晕核如8He、11Li、11、14Be、15、17、19C、等已经从实验上得到证实,而理论预言的质子晕核目前只有8B得到实验证实,其他的核实验数据较少或相互矛盾,无法作出准确的结论。12N就是其中之一,理论学家认为其具有质子晕结构;而实验数据主要集中在的反应截面测量上,实验数据较少又相互矛盾或不肯定,不能得出确切结论。因此,进一步开展研究是十分必要和有意义的。考虑到以上因素,充分利用兰州放射性束流线现有的实验条件,我们采用束流透射法测量了中能区多个能量点12N、11C、12B与Si靶的反应总截面和12N去质子截面。同时用CLOVER探测器测量与碎片符合的γ能谱。利用透射法测量核的反应总截面对于模型没有依赖性,因而得到的结果更加可靠。利用Shen公式和采用各种密度分布形式的零力程Glauber模型计算了12N、11C、12B的激发函数并与实验结果比较,提取了12N、11C、12B的密度分布与核半径,对12N去质子截面作了简单分析。使用Shen公式拟合实验数据时发现,Shen公式在整个能区范围内基本上可以很好的拟合12B、11C的反应数据,但Shen计算得到的12N的反应总截面与实验测量值有明显的差异,计算结果偏小。在使用Glauber模型拟合实验数据之前,分别使用有限力程和零力程Glauber模型拟合了12C+12C的实验数据。在计算时,两种Glauber模型输入的密度分布采用Gauss密度分布形式。结果显示,使用零力程Glauber模型可以更好的拟合实验数据。分别使用高斯密度分布、HO密度分布、双参数费米密度分布、SHF模型计算得到的密度分布、基于少体模型的Gauss+尾巴密度分布形式代入零力程Glauber模型拟合实验数据。对于12B、11C、12C,这些密度分布形式代入零力程Glauber模型计算得到的激发函数曲线在整个能区范围内都可以很好的拟合实验数据。但是对于12N,只有基于少体模型的Gauss+尾巴密度分布形式代入零力程Glauber模型计算得到的激发函数曲线可以拟合实验结果。其他的密度分布形式计算得到的激发函数曲线明显低于实验数据。提取的12B、11C、12N均方根半径显示,12N的核半径明显大于其镜像核12B及其周围的核素。对12B、11C、12N的分析结果表明:12N的密度分布形式和稳定核有明显的不同,最后一个质子的密度分布具有很大的弥散,其可能具有奇异结构。对12N去质子截面的简单分析也表明了这一点

采用XRD、FESEM-EDS、ICP及EIS等方法研究了Ti0.17Zr0.08V0.34Nb0.01Cr0.1Ni0.3氢化物电极合金微观结构和电化学性能。X射线衍射分析表明:该合金由体心立方结构(bcc)的V基固溶体主相和少量六方结构的C14型Laves相组成;FESEM及EDS分析表明:V基固溶体主相形成树枝晶,C14型Laves相呈网格状围绕着树枝晶的晶界,元素在两相中的分布呈现镜像关系。电化学性能测试结果表明:该合金的氢化物电极在303 ̄343K较宽的温度区间内,表现出较高的电化学容量,在303K和343K时,电化学容量分别为337.0mAh·g-1和327.9mAh·g-1。在303K循环100周后,容量为282.7mAh·g-1。ICP分析结果表明,氢化物电极在充放电循环过程中,V及Zr元素向KOH电解质中的溶出较为严重。EIS研究表明,金属氢化物电极表面电化学反应的电荷转移电阻(RT)随循环次数的增加而增加,相应的交换电流密度则随循环次数的增加而降低。氢化物电极循环过程中RT的增大以及V和Zr元素的溶解,可能是导致电极容量衰减的主要原因。
