The surface reconstruction on Si(337) at room temperature has been studied by low energy electron diffraction (LEED). It has been found that: (I) the Si(337) gave a clear LEED pattern which indicates the existence of another high index stable surface besides Si(113); (II) in addition to a strong Si(337)-(1 X 1), we observed for the first time a (2 X 1) LEED pattern indicating a surface reconstruction along the [1(1) over bar0$] direction; (III) a surface model has been proposed for the observed Si(337)-(2 X 1) structure.

本文应用对应态原理建立了一种从凝聚炸药的分子结构式估算其最高装药密度的经验方法。应用此法对101种环状化合物的密度进行了估算,计算值与实验值的平均偏差为1.08%。与类似工作相比,本文方法精度较高,使用方便。

本文通过观测到的板块运动速度和一个参数(有效洋脊长度和大陆板块面积的比值)间的关联,得到了一个线性关系经验规律,这规律预言存在三个不等式,即:(1)海洋板块底部的粘性《大陆板块底部的粘性;(2)转换断层阻力《洋脊推力;(3)海沟一岛弧区或造山带的阻力《洋脊推力.前一预言已得到证实,但后两个仍有待将来观测的检证.一个简化的力学分析显示,沿洋脊的边界推力和在大陆板块底部的粘性表面阻力形成大陆板块上的主要作用力.

本文以双渠道模型为基础,考虑气体流动、对流传热、热辐射修正,利用等效温度能量平衡计算法,求出了等离子体放电特性和其他参数,并同现有文献进行了比较,能给出很好结果,而计算大大简化。本文还推导了各种边界条件下的传热计算方程,而对等离子体同振荡器的耦合、匹配、结构参数和运行参数的选择原则,以及实践经验,也作了详尽的讨论和分析。

<正> 一、问题的提出 双放电CO_2激光器在研究与物质相互作用及用于工业加工生产中是一种很灵便和有其独特优点的器件。在具体应用中一般对输出光束的质量和脉冲宽度都有一定的要求,即要求单模输出和脉冲宽度在大的范围内可调。 在对材料打孔中发现,一个稳定的单模输出打出的孔在显微镜下观察是一个很圆的小孔,反之,多而不规则的模式打出的孔则呈畸形,甚至中间出现小岛,达不到加工的要求。

 室温条件下,用低能离子束外延制备了GaAs∶Gd薄膜,X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明除了GaAs衬底峰没有发现其它新相的衍射峰,并借助于高分辨X射线衍射(HR XRD)进一步分析了晶格常数的变化特点。俄歇电子能谱(AES)分析了样品表面的成分,及元素随深度的分布规律,在60nm深处元素的相对含量发生明显改变,运用原子力显微镜(AFM)揭示了样品表面的形貌特点。

对采用两种不同热处理工艺的钛合金TC4材料进行了Hopkinson拉伸实验、圆筒爆炸实验和数值仿真,从而确定了两种不同热处理工艺的优劣并通过微观分析揭示了钛合金TC4材料微观组织结构对内爆炸载荷下圆筒膨胀半径的影响.实验和数值分析表明:采用双重退火热处理工艺的钛合金TC4材料具有良好的动态力学性能.在相同的加载条件下,经此工艺处理的TC4圆筒在爆轰产物未泄漏之前有着充分的膨胀半径,而且也不容易形成绝热剪切破坏.同时,给出的依据高速摄影照片确定筒壳断裂点的方法是切实可行的,获得的断裂时间与数值分析结果吻合.

光路自动准直系统应用于惯性约束聚变的高功率激光装置中的光束自动调整。图像处理是光路自动准直的关键技术之一。针对神光Ⅲ原型装置,结合阈值化、重心法、中值滤波和圆拟合等多种不同的图像处理方法设计了一套合理的准直方案,并且在模拟实验平台上进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,光路自动准直系统能够在15min之内顺利完成光路的自动调整,光束近场调整精度优于近场光斑的±0.5%,光束远场调整精度≤±0.3″,满足了原型装置的总体要求。

In a configuration of optical far-field scanning microscopy, super-resolution achieved by inserting a third-order optical nonlinear thin film is demonstrated and analyzed in terms of the frequency response function. Without the thin film the microscopy is diffraction limited; thus, subwavelength features cannot be resolved. With the nonlinear thin film inserted, the resolution is dramatically improved and thus the microscopy resolves features significantly smaller than the smallest spacing allowed by the diffraction limit. A theoretical model is established and the device is analyzed for the frequency response function. The results show that the frequency response function exceeds the cutoff spatial frequency of the microscopy defined by the laser wavelength and the numerical aperture of the convergent lens. The main contribution to the improvement of the cutoff spatial frequency is from the phase change induced by the complex transmission of the nonlinear thin film. Experimental results are presented and are shown to be consistent with the results of theoretical simulations.

为了有效地补偿激光二极管(LD)侧向抽运1000 Hz重复率电光调Q Nd:YAG激光器棒状增益介质内存在的热致双折射损耗,设计了一种新颖的双调Q晶体开关复合谐振腔结构。实验结果表明,设计的双调Q晶体开关结构Nd:YAG激光器输出激光脉冲能量比单调Q晶体开关结构的非补偿腔输出能量提高了56%,当侧面抽运半导体激光器输出功率达到450 W时,激光输出达到30 mJ/pulse,输出光束偏振度优于10:1,激光脉冲宽度约14 ns。并获得6.7%的光-光转换效率。通过对双调Q开光激光谐振腔进行建模,并用求解速

The up-conversion properties of Tm3+/Yb3+ codoped oxyfluoride glass-ceramics under 980 nm excitation were investigated. Intense blue up-conversion luminescence due to the Tm3+: (1)G(4) -> H-3(6) transition was observed in the glass-ceramics. The intensity of the blue up-conversion luminescence in a 1 mol% YbF3-containing glass-ceramic was found to be about 40 times stronger than that in the precursor oxyfluoride glass. The up-conversion mechanism is proposed. The reason for the intense Tm3+ up-conversion luminescence in the oxyfluoride glass-ceramics and the concentrations dependence of upconversion luminescence are also discussed. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V.
