基于贝塞尔方法提出了针对自由曲面的自适应测量算法,并与传统测量方法进行了对比。在对自适应测量数据的处理中,提出了一种新的基于离散点三角剖分的测球半径三维补偿算法。通过仿真和试验验证,上述算法已成功应用于集成化柔性激光加工系统中。

Thin-film design used to fabricate multi-layer dielectric (MLD) gratings should provide high transmittance during holography exposure, high reflectance at use wavelength and sufficient manufacturing latitude of the grating design making the MLD grating achieve both high diffraction efficiency and low electric field enhancement. Based on a (HLL)H-9 design comprising of quarter-waves of high-index material and half-waves of low-index material, we obtain an optimum MLD coating meeting these requirements by inserting a matching layer being half a quarter-wave of Al2O3 between the initial design and an optimized HfO2 top layer. The optimized MLD coatings exhibits a low reflectance of 0.017% under photoresist at the exposure angle of 17.8 degrees for 413 nm light and a high reflectance of 99.61% under air at the use angle of 51.2 degrees for 1053 nm light. Numerical calculation of intensity distribution in the photoresist coated on the MLD film during exposure shows that standing-wave patterns are greatly minimized and thus simulation profile of photoresist gratings after development demonstrates smoother shapes with lower roughness. Furthermore, a MLD gratings with grooves etched into the top layer of this MLD coating provides a high diffraction efficiency of 99.5% and a low electric field enhancement ratio of 1.53. 由于栖息地被破坏和过度捕捞等人为因素的影响,长江上游特有鱼类厚颌鲂M egalobrama pellegrini的种群资源显著减少。利用单位补充量模型进行分析,结果显示:长江上游支流龙溪河的厚颌鲂种群资源已经被过度开发,现有的捕捞强度(0.94年-1)远超过种群可承受的水平(F40%=0.18年-1,F0.1=0.20年-1和F25%=0.30年-1);繁殖潜力比为4.50%,低于25%,将造成种群的补充量不足,导致种群资源量下降;限制捕捞强度和捕捞规格是控制过度捕捞、保护种群资源的有效措施。

以34种中国淡水鱼类和近海鱼类的生态参数为基础,建立logistic回归模型。利用该模型研究长江上游龙溪河厚颌鲂的生活史类型,然后用平衡产量模型进行验证,并探讨合理开发龙溪河厚颌鲂种群资源的渔业管理措施。结果表明:logistic回归模型估算出厚颌鲂属于k选择鱼类的概率为13%,判别标准为29%,因此厚颌鲂应该属于r选择鱼类;Beverton-Holt产量模型分析结果显示厚颌鲂平衡产量曲线与典型的r选择鱼类尖头塘鳢极为类似;捕捞死亡系数和起捕年龄的变化对产量曲线有显著影响,因此限制捕捞量和网目大小是控制过

以鳞片作为鉴定年龄的材料,对龙溪河厚颌鲂(Megalobrama pellegrini)种群开展年龄结构与生长特性的研究。结果表明,厚颌鲂鳞片年轮结构呈疏密切割型,年轮特征显著,可用于年龄鉴定,3~4月是年轮形成高峰时间。种群由0~7龄共8个龄组组成,以低龄个体为主,1~3龄个体占83.14%,体长分布主要集中在130~250 mm间(77.71%)。体质量分布主要集中在50~250 g(64.33%)。群体总性比为♀∶♂=1∶1.03,符合1∶1理论比值。体长和鳞径呈直线关系,体长和体质量呈幂函数关系且

2002年5~6月,在四川省泸州市、合江县分数批收集到长江野生瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrusvachelli)亲本,通过人工催产、人工授精获得受精卵,对其胚后发育过程进行了观察。瓦氏黄颡鱼的胚后发育过程可以分为卵黄囊仔鱼、晚期仔鱼和幼鱼3个阶段。初孵仔鱼淡黄色,肌节40对,平均全长5.2mm。水温20~22℃时,孵出后第3d口张开;第7d开始摄食;第9d卵黄吸尽,此时鱼苗平均全长12mm,卵黄囊仔鱼阶段结束。晚期仔鱼阶段的仔鱼,胸鳍、尾鳍、臀鳍、背鳍、腹鳍先后发育,至鳍褶消失时晚期仔鱼阶段结束。经过

报道了2001~2003年对长江上游特有鱼类黑尾近红鲌开展人工繁殖试验的结果。黑尾近红亲鱼来源于四川泸州长江上游一级支流龙溪河。催产剂为促黄体素释放激素类似物(LRH A),绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)与鲤鱼脑垂体(PG)。采用一次注射法,并用干法进行人工授精。共进行了23次人工催产,催产成功的占16次,有效的占3次,失败的占4次;共注射雌鱼70尾,其中46尾雌鱼排卵,平均催产率65.71%,受精率8.33%~100.0%,孵化率0.50%~94.71%,获得仔鱼29.3万尾。对亲鱼选择、催产方法、孵化与

柄杆菌对固氮蓝藻生物量和色素的影响研究结果表明:多态柄杆菌(Caulobacter polymorphus)017-41或新月柄杆菌(Caulobacter creseentus)CB_2的活菌、死菌及破碎细胞悬液分别与鱼腥藻(Anabaena)、念珠藻(Nostoc)不同藻珠混合培养时,试验组生长量均优于对照组;对衰老黄化的藻培养物的生长刺激作用尤为显著;试验组藻培养物的藻蓝或藻红素含量亦明显高于对照组。其作用机理尚待进一步阐明。

We present a detailed study of the interband excitonic transitions of InAs/GaAs self-organized quantum dots (QDs) based on photovoltage (PV) photoreflectance (PR) and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. At room temperature, the interband absorption transitions of QDs have been observed by using PV spectrum, which clearly exhibits four well-resolved excitonic absorption peaks. The absorption line shape is Gaussian-like. Furthermore, the corresponding excitonic transitions are also observed in PR experiment at 77 K. Capacitance-voltage, photoluminescence (PL), and deep level transient spectroscopy techniques were used to investigate deep electron states in n-type Al-doped ZnS1-xTex epilayers grown by molecular beam epitaxy. The integrated intensity of the PL spectra obtained from Al-doped ZnS0.977Te0.023 is lower than that of undoped ZnS0.977Te0.023, indicating that some of the Al atoms form nonradiative deep traps. Deep level transient Fourier spectroscopy (DLTFS) spectra of the Al-doped ZnS1-xTex (x=0, 0.017, 0.04, and 0.046, respectively) epilayers reveal that Al doping leads to the formation of two electron traps 0.21 and 0.39 eV below the conduction band. DLTFS results suggest that in addition to the roles of Te as a component of the alloy as well as isoelectronic centers, Te is also involved in the formation of an electron trap, whose energy level with respect to the conduction band decreases as Te composition increases. Our results show that only a small fraction of Al atoms forms nonradiative deep defects, indicating clearly that Al is indeed a very good donor impurity for ZnS1-xTex epilayers in the range of Te composition being studied in this work. 应用电容-电压、光致荧光和深能级瞬态谱技术研究了分子束外延生长的n型Al掺杂ZnS_(1-x)Te_x外延层深中心。Al掺杂ZnS_(0.977)Te_(0.023)的光致荧光强度明显低于不掺杂的ZnS_(0.977)Te_(0.023),这表明一部分Al原子形成非辐射深中心。Al掺杂ZnS_(1-x)Te_x(x=0,0.017,0.04和0.046)的深能级瞬态傅里叶谱表明,Al引进导带下的0.21和0.39eV电子陷阱,Te除了作为材料合金的成分和等电子中心外,还涉及到一个电子陷阱的形成,其相对导带的能级位置随Te组分增加而减小。实验结果还表明仅有少量掺杂的Al原子形成非辐射中心,这说明Al对于Te组分范围内(x≤0.046)的ZnS_(1-x)Te_x外延层的确是一种非常好的施主杂质。

Tetraoctyl-substituted vanadyl phthalocyanine (OVPc4C8) as a new NIR-absorbing discotic liquid crystalline material can form highly ordered thin films with edge-on alignment of the molecules and molecular packing mode identical to that in the phase II of OVPc for solution processed OTFTs with mobility up to 0.017 cm(2) V-1 s(-1).

A series of new composite proton exchange membranes for direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs) based on poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA), phosphotungstic acid (PWA) and silica were prepared. The highest proton conductivity (a) of these membranes is 0.017 S/cm at ambient temperature. The methanol permeability (D) of these composite membranes ranges from 10(-7) to 10(-8) cm(2)/S. From the ratios of sigma/D, it was found that the optimal weight composition of the PVA/PWA/SiO2 membrane is PVA/PWA/SiO2=0.40:0.40:0.20 wt. Infrared (IR) spectrographic measurements indicate that the Keggin structure characteristics of the PW12O403- anion is present in the composite membranes. Cyclic voltammetry shows that the electrochemical stability window of the complex membrane is from -0.5 to 1.5 V vs. Ag/AgCl electrode. The results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) show that silica can improve the thermal stability of the complexes and the single Tg of the membrane indicates that the membrane is homogeneous. The complexes behave as X-ray amorphous.
